Psalms 62
1 To the excelletn musician Ieduthun. A Psalme of David. Yet my soule keepeth silence vnto God: of him commeth my saluation.
സംഗീതസംവിധായകന്. യെദൂഥൂന്യരാഗത്തിൽ. ദാവീദിന്റെ ഒരു സങ്കീർത്തനം. ഞാൻ ദൈവത്തിൽമാത്രം വിശ്രമം കണ്ടെത്തുന്നു; എന്റെ രക്ഷ അങ്ങയിൽനിന്ന് വരുന്നു.
2 Yet he is my strength and my saluation, and my defence: therefore I shall not much be mooued.
അവിടന്നുമാത്രമാണ് എന്റെ പാറയും രക്ഷയും; അവിടന്നാണ് എന്റെ കോട്ട, ഞാൻ ഒരിക്കലും കുലുങ്ങിപ്പോകുകയില്ല.
3 How long wil ye imagine mischiefe against a man? ye shalbe all slaine: ye shalbe as a bowed wall, or as a wall shaken.
ഒരു മനുഷ്യനെ നിങ്ങൾ എത്രകാലം ആക്രമിക്കും? ചാഞ്ഞ മതിലും പൊളിഞ്ഞ വേലിയുംപോലെ നിങ്ങളെല്ലാവരും എന്നെ നിലത്തെറിഞ്ഞുകളയുമോ?
4 Yet they consult to cast him downe from his dignitie: their delight is in lies, they blesse with their mouthes, but curse with their hearts. (Selah)
ഉന്നതസ്ഥാനത്തുനിന്ന് എന്നെ തള്ളിയിടുകയാണ് അവരുടെ ലക്ഷ്യം, അവർ വ്യാജം സംസാരിക്കുന്നതിൽ ആമോദിക്കുന്നു. അധരംകൊണ്ട് അവർ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു, എന്നാൽ അന്തരംഗത്തിൽ അവർ ശാപംചൊരിയുന്നു. (സേലാ)
5 Yet my soule keepe thou silence vnto God: for mine hope is in him.
എന്റെ ആത്മാവേ, ദൈവത്തിൽമാത്രം വിശ്രമം കണ്ടെത്തുക; അങ്ങയിലാണ് എന്റെ പ്രത്യാശ.
6 Yet is hee my strength, and my saluation, and my defence: therefore I shall not be mooued.
അവിടന്നുമാത്രമാണ് എന്റെ പാറയും എന്റെ രക്ഷയും; അവിടന്നാണ് എന്റെ കോട്ട, ഞാൻ കുലുങ്ങിപ്പോകുകയില്ല.
7 In God is my saluation and my glory, the rocke of my strength: in God is my trust.
എന്റെ രക്ഷയും എന്റെ മഹത്ത്വവും ദൈവത്തിൽ ആകുന്നു; അവിടന്ന് എന്റെ ശക്തിയുള്ള പാറയും എന്റെ സങ്കേതവും ആകുന്നു.
8 Trust in him alway, ye people: powre out your hearts before him, for God is our hope. (Selah)
അല്ലയോ ജനമേ, എപ്പോഴും ദൈവത്തിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കുക, നിങ്ങളുടെ ഹൃദയം അവിടത്തെ മുമ്പിൽ പകരുക, കാരണം നമ്മുടെ സങ്കേതം ദൈവം ആകുന്നു. (സേലാ)
9 Yet the children of men are vanitie, the chiefe men are lies: to lay them vpon a balance they are altogether lighter then vanitie.
ഹീനകുലജന്മം കേവലമൊരു ശ്വാസവും ഉന്നതകുലജന്മം കേവലമൊരു മിഥ്യയും ആകുന്നു. ഒരു തുലാസിൽ തൂക്കിയാൽ അവരുടെ തട്ട് പൊന്തിപ്പോകും; അവരിരുവരും ഒരു ശ്വാസത്തെക്കാൾ ലഘുവാണ്.
10 Trust not in oppression nor in robberie: be not vaine: if riches increase, set not your heart thereon.
കൊള്ളപ്പണത്തിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കുകയോ മോഷണമുതലിന്മേൽ അഹങ്കരിക്കുകയോ അരുത്; നിന്റെ ധനം അധികരിച്ചാലും, നിന്റെ ഹൃദയം അതിൽ അർപ്പിക്കരുത്.
11 God spake once or twise, I haue heard it, that power belongeth vnto God,
ദൈവം ഒരു കാര്യം അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു, രണ്ടുതവണ അടിയനത് ശ്രവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു: “ദൈവമേ, ശക്തി അങ്ങേക്കുള്ളതാകുന്നു,
12 And to thee, O Lord, mercie: for thou rewardest euery one according to his worke.
അചഞ്ചലസ്നേഹവും അങ്ങയിലാണല്ലോ കർത്താവേ; അങ്ങ് ഓരോരുത്തർക്കും പ്രതിഫലംനൽകും അവരവരുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിക്കനുസൃതമായിട്ടുതന്നെ.”
