Psalms 56
1 To him that excelleth. A Psalme of David on Michtam, concerning the dumme doue in a farre countrey, when the Philistims tooke him in Gath. Be mercifull vnto me, O God, for man would swallow me vp: he fighteth continually and vexeth me.
၁အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်တိုက်ခိုက်ခြင်းကိုခံနေရသဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုသနားတော်မူပါ။ ရန်သူများသည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားနေ့ရှိသမျှ ညှဉ်းဆဲနှိပ်စက်ကြပါ၏။
2 Mine enemies would dayly swallowe mee vp: for many fight against me, O thou most High.
၂ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ရန်ဘက်တို့သည်တစ်နေ့လုံးပင် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားတိုက်ခိုက်ကြပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားတိုက်ခိုက်သူတို့များလှပါ၏။
3 When I was afrayd, I trusted in thee.
၃အို အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကြောက်လန့်သောအခါ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားကိုးစားပါ၏။
4 I will reioyce in God, because of his word, I trust in God, and will not feare what flesh can doe vnto me.
၄ငါသည်ဘုရားသခင်အားကိုးစားသဖြင့် အဘယ်သူကိုမျှကြောက်လန့်မည်မဟုတ်။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ကတိတော်အတွက်ကိုယ်တော်အား ထောမနာပြုမည်။ လူသည်ငါ့အားအဘယ်သို့ပြုနိုင်မည်နည်း။
5 Mine owne wordes grieue me dayly: all their thoughtes are against me to doe me hurt.
၅ငါ၏ရန်သူများသည်ငါ့ကိုတစ်နေ့လုံး စော်ကားပြောဆိုကြ၏။ ငါ့အားအကျိုးနည်းစေရန်နည်းလမ်းကို အစဉ်ပင်ရှာကြံလျက်နေကြ၏။
6 They gather together, and keepe them selues close: they marke my steps, because they waite for my soule.
၆သူတို့သည်ပုန်းကွယ်ရာအရပ်များတွင် စုရုံးကာ ငါ့ကိုသတ်ဖြတ်နိုင်ရန်ငါပြုသမျှသော အမှုတို့ကိုချောင်းမြောင်း၍ကြည့်ကြ၏။
7 They thinke they shall escape by iniquitie: O God, cast these people downe in thine anger.
၇အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ သူတို့ပြုသောဒုစရိုက်အတွက် အပြစ်ဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူပါ။ အမျက်တော်ထွက်၍သူတို့အားနှိမ်နင်း တော်မူပါ။
8 Thou hast counted my wandrings: put my teares into thy bottel: are they not in thy register?
၈ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အတိဒုက္ခရောက်လျက်ရှိ သည်ကို ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သိတော်မူပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏မျက်ရည်ပေါက် များကိုစာရင်းပြု၍ထားတော်မူပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏စာစောင်တွင်စာရင်းပြု၍ထားသည် မဟုတ်ပါလော။
9 When I cry, then mine enemies shall turne backe: this I know, for God is with me.
၉ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားကျွန်တော်မျိုး တောင်းလျှောက်သောနေ့၌ရန်သူတို့သည် တပ်လန်ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ ဘုရားသခင်သည်ငါ၏ဘက်တွင်ရှိတော်မူ ကြောင်းကို ငါသိ၏။
10 I will reioyce in God because of his worde: in the Lord wil I reioyce because of his worde.
၁၀ငါသည်ထာဝရဘုရား၏ကတိတော်များကို ချီးမွမ်းပါ၏။
11 In God doe I trust: I will not be afrayd what man can doe vnto me.
၁၁ငါသည်ကိုယ်တော်ကိုကိုးစားသဖြင့် အဘယ်သူကိုမျှ ကြောက်လန့်မည်မဟုတ်။ လူသည်ငါ့အားအဘယ်သို့ပြုနိုင်သနည်း။
12 Thy vowes are vpon me, O God: I will render prayses vnto thee.
၁၂အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားသစ္စာကတိ ပြုခဲ့သည့်အတိုင်းသစ္စာဝတ်ကိုဖြေပါမည်။ ချီးမွမ်းရာပူဇော်သကာကိုကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား ဆက်သပါမည်။
13 For thou hast deliuered my soule from death, and also my feete from falling, that I may walke before God in the light of the liuing.
၁၃အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားသေဘေးမှကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူ၍ အရေးရှုံးနိမ့်စေတော်မမူခဲ့သောကြောင့်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည် အသက်ရှင်သူတို့၏အလင်းထဲမှာ ဘုရားသခင်၏ရှေ့တော်၌သွားလာပါ၏။
