Psalms 56
1 To him that excelleth. A Psalme of David on Michtam, concerning the dumme doue in a farre countrey, when the Philistims tooke him in Gath. Be mercifull vnto me, O God, for man would swallow me vp: he fighteth continually and vexeth me.
Wuta na buku ya mokambi ya bayembi. Eyembamaki ndenge moko na « Ebenga ya terebente ya mosika. » Nzembo ya Davidi, tango bato ya Filisitia bakangaki ye kati na mboka Gati. Nzambe, yokela ngai mawa, pamba te bato bazali kotungisa ngai. Babundisaka mpe banyokolaka ngai mikolo nyonso.
2 Mine enemies would dayly swallowe mee vp: for many fight against me, O thou most High.
Bayini na ngai batungisaka ngai mikolo nyonso; bato oyo babundisaka ngai na lolendo bazali ebele.
3 When I was afrayd, I trusted in thee.
Mokolo oyo nazalaka na bobangi, natiaka elikya na ngai kati na Yo.
4 I will reioyce in God, because of his word, I trust in God, and will not feare what flesh can doe vnto me.
Epai ya Nzambe, nakumisaka Liloba na Ye; Epai ya Nzambe, natiaka motema mpe nabangaka te. Moto oyo akokufa akoki kosala ngai nini?
5 Mine owne wordes grieue me dayly: all their thoughtes are against me to doe me hurt.
Babongolaka maloba na ngai mikolo nyonso; mabongisi na bango nyonso ezalaka mpo na kosala ngai mabe.
6 They gather together, and keepe them selues close: they marke my steps, because they waite for my soule.
Basalaka makita, babombamaka, balandaka ngai mpo na kosala ngai mabe.
7 They thinke they shall escape by iniquitie: O God, cast these people downe in thine anger.
Mpo na makambo oyo ya mabe, boni, bazanga etumbu? Oh Nzambe, kweyisela bikolo kanda na Yo!
8 Thou hast counted my wandrings: put my teares into thy bottel: are they not in thy register?
Solo, oyebi motango ya matambe ya bomoi na ngai ya mitelengano. Sopa mpinzoli na ngai kati na mbeki na Yo, oyo ezali buku na Yo ya ekaniseli.
9 When I cry, then mine enemies shall turne backe: this I know, for God is with me.
Bongo, na mokolo oyo nakobelela mpo na kosenga lisungi, banguna na ngai bakozonga sima. Na nzela ya likambo yango, nakoyeba ete Nzambe azali mpo na ngai.
10 I will reioyce in God because of his worde: in the Lord wil I reioyce because of his worde.
Pembeni ya Nzambe oyo nakumisaka Liloba na Ye, pembeni ya Yawe oyo nakumisaka Liloba na Ye,
11 In God doe I trust: I will not be afrayd what man can doe vnto me.
pembeni ya Nzambe oyo natielaka motema mpe nazalaka na bobangi te, moto akoki kosala ngai nini?
12 Thy vowes are vpon me, O God: I will render prayses vnto thee.
Epai na Yo Nzambe, nakokokisa bandayi na ngai mpe nakobonza bambeka ya matondi.
13 For thou hast deliuered my soule from death, and also my feete from falling, that I may walke before God in the light of the liuing.
Pamba te okangoli ngai na kufa mpe obateli makolo na ngai ete ebeta mabaku te, mpo ete natambola liboso na Yo Nzambe kati na pole ya bomoi.
