Psalms 50
1 A Psalme of Asaph. The God of Gods, euen the Lord hath spoken and called the earth from the rising vp of the sunne vnto the going downe thereof.
आसफ का एक स्तोत्र. वह, जो सर्वशक्तिमान हैं, याहवेह, परमेश्वर, सूर्योदय से सूर्यास्त तक पृथ्वी को संबोधित करते हैं.
2 Out of Zion, which is the perfection of beautie, hath God shined.
ज़ियोन के परम सौंदर्य में, परमेश्वर तेज दिखा रहे हैं.
3 Our God shall come and shall not keepe silence: a fire shall deuoure before him, and a mightie tempest shall be mooued round about him.
हमारे परमेश्वर आ रहे हैं, वह निष्क्रिय नहीं रह सकते; उनके आगे-आगे भस्मकारी अग्नि चलती है, और उनके चारों ओर है प्रचंड आंधी.
4 Hee shall call the heauen aboue, and the earth to iudge his people.
उन्होंने आकाश तथा पृथ्वी को आह्वान किया, कि वे अपनी प्रजा की न्याय-प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ करें.
5 Gather my Saints together vnto me, those that make a couenant with me with sacrifice.
उन्होंने आदेश दिया, “मेरे पास मेरे भक्तों को एकत्र करो, जिन्होंने बलि अर्पण के द्वारा मुझसे वाचा स्थापित की है.”
6 And the heauens shall declare his righteousnes: for God is iudge himselfe. (Selah)
आकाश उनकी धार्मिकता की पुष्टि करता है, क्योंकि परमेश्वर ही न्यायाध्यक्ष हैं.
7 Heare, O my people, and I wil speake: heare, O Israel, and I wil testifie vnto thee: for I am God, euen thy God.
“मेरी प्रजा, मेरी सुनो, मैं कुछ कह रहा हूं; इस्राएल, मैं तुम्हारे विरुद्ध साक्ष्य दे रहा हूं, परमेश्वर मैं हूं, तुम्हारा परमेश्वर.
8 I wil not reproue thee for thy sacrifices, or thy burnt offerings, that haue not bene continually before me.
तुम्हारी बलियों के कारण मैं तुम्हें डांट नहीं रहा और न मैं तुम्हारी अग्निबलियों की आलोचना कर रहा हूं, जो नित मुझे अर्पित की जा रही हैं.
9 I will take no bullocke out of thine house, nor goates out of thy foldes.
मुझे न तो तुम्हारे पशुशाले से बैल की आवश्यकता है और न ही तुम्हारे झुंड से किसी बकरे की,
10 For all the beastes of the forest are mine, and the beastes on a thousand mountaines.
क्योंकि हर एक वन्य पशु मेरा है, वैसे ही हजारों पहाड़ियों पर चर रहे पशु भी मेरे ही हैं.
11 I knowe all the foules on the mountaines: and the wilde beastes of the fielde are mine.
पर्वतों में बसे समस्त पक्षियों को मैं जानता हूं, मैदान में चलते फिरते सब प्राणी भी मेरे ही हैं.
12 If I bee hungry, I will not tell thee: for the world is mine, and all that therein is.
तब यदि मैं भूखा होता तो तुमसे नहीं कहता, क्योंकि समस्त संसार तथा इसमें मगन सभी वस्तुएं मेरी ही हैं.
13 Will I eate the flesh of bulles? or drinke the blood of goates?
क्या बैलों का मांस मेरा आहार है और बकरों का रक्त मेरा पेय?
14 Offer vnto God praise, and pay thy vowes vnto the most High,
“परमेश्वर को धन्यवाद का बलि अर्पित करो, सर्वोच्च परमेश्वर के लिए अपनी प्रतिज्ञा पूर्ण करो,
15 And call vpon me in the day of trouble: so will I deliuer thee, and thou shalt glorifie me.
तब संकट काल में मुझे पुकारो; तो मैं तुम्हारा उद्धार करूंगा और तुम मुझे सम्मान दोगे.”
16 But vnto the wicked said God, What hast thou to doe to declare mine ordinances, that thou shouldest take my couenant in thy mouth,
किंतु दुष्ट से, परमेश्वर कहते हैं: “जब तुम मेरी शिक्षाओं से घृणा करते, और मेरे निर्देशों को हेय मानते हो?
17 Seeing thou hatest to bee reformed, and hast cast my wordes behinde thee?
तो क्या अधिकार है तुम्हें मेरी व्यवस्था का वाचन करने, अथवा मेरी वाचा को बोलने का?
18 For when thou seest a thiefe, thou runnest with him, and thou art partaker with the adulterers.
चोर को देखते ही तुम उसके साथ हो लेते हो; वैसे ही तुम व्यभिचारियों के साथ व्यभिचार में सम्मिलित हो जाते हो.
19 Thou giuest thy mouth to euill, and with thy tongue thou forgest deceit.
तुमने अपने मुख को बुराई के लिए समर्पित कर दिया है, तुम्हारी जीभ छल-कपट के लिए तत्पर रहती है.
20 Thou sittest, and speakest against thy brother, and slanderest thy mothers sonne.
तुम निरंतर अपने ही भाई की निंदा करते रहते हो, अपने ही सगे भाई के विरुद्ध चुगली लगाते रहते हो.
21 These things hast thou done, and I held my tongue: therefore thou thoughtest that I was like thee: but I will reproue thee, and set them in order before thee.
तुम यह सब करते रहे, किंतु मैं चुप रहा, और तुम यह समझते रहे कि मैं तुमसे सहमत हूं. किंतु मैं अब तुम्ही पर शासन करूंगा और तुम्हारे ही सम्मुख तुम पर आरोप लगाऊंगा.
22 Oh cosider this, ye that forget God, least I teare you in pieces, and there be none that can deliuer you.
“तुम, जो परमेश्वर को भूलनेवाले हो गए हो, विचार करो, ऐसा न हो कि मैं तुम्हें टुकड़े-टुकड़े कर नष्ट कर दूं और कोई तुम्हारी रक्षा न कर सके:
23 He that offereth praise, shall glorifie mee: and to him, that disposeth his way aright, will I shew the saluation of God.
जो कोई मुझे धन्यवाद की बलि अर्पित करता है, मेरा सम्मान करता है, मैं उसे, जो सन्मार्ग का आचरण करता है, परमेश्वर के उद्धार का अनुभव करवाऊंगा.”
