Psalms 47

1 To him that excelleth. A Psalme committed to the sonnes of Korah. All people clap your hands: sing loude vnto God with a ioyfull voyce.

ପ୍ରଧାନ ବାଦ୍ୟକର ନିମନ୍ତେ କୋରହ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣର ଗୀତ। ହେ ସର୍ବଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟମାନେ, କରତାଳି ଦିଅ; ଆନନ୍ଦ-ସ୍ୱରରେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଜୟଧ୍ୱନି କର।

2 For the Lord is high, and terrible: a great King ouer all the earth.

କାରଣ ସର୍ବୋପରିସ୍ଥ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଅଟନ୍ତି; ସେ ସମୁଦାୟ ପୃଥିବୀ ଉପରେ ମହାନ ରାଜା।

3 He hath subdued the people vnder vs, and the nations vnder our feete.

ସେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀସମୂହକୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ବଶୀଭୂତ କରିବେ ଓ ଦେଶୀୟଗଣକୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପଦତଳସ୍ଥ କରିବେ।

4 Hee hath chosen our inheritance for vs: euen the glory of Iaakob whom he loued. (Selah)

ସେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଅଧିକାର ମନୋନୀତ କରିବେ, ତାହା ହିଁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରିୟପାତ୍ର ଯାକୁବର ଗୌରବ ସ୍ୱରୂପ। (ସେଲା)

5 God is gone vp with triumph, euen the Lord, with the sound of the trumpet.

ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଜୟଧ୍ୱନିରେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୂରୀଧ୍ୱନିରେ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱକୁ ବିଜେ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।

6 Sing prayses to God, sing prayses: sing prayses vnto our King, sing prayses.

ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କର, ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କର; ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ରାଜାଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କର, ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କର।

7 For God is the King of all the earth: sing prayses euery one that hath vnderstanding.

କାରଣ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ସମୁଦାୟ ପୃଥିବୀର ରାଜା ଅଟନ୍ତି; ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପ୍ରବୋଧଜନକ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କର।

8 God reigneth ouer the heathen: God sitteth vpon his holy throne.

ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀବର୍ଗ ଉପରେ ରାଜତ୍ୱ କରନ୍ତି; ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆପଣା ପବିତ୍ର ସିଂହାସନରେ ଉପବିଷ୍ଟ।

9 The princes of the people are gathered vnto the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the world belong to God: he is greatly to be exalted.

ଅବ୍ରହାମର ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଲୋକ ହେବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟମାନଙ୍କର ଅଧିପତିଗଣ ଏକତ୍ରିତ ହୋଇଅଛନ୍ତି। କାରଣ ପୃଥିବୀର ଢାଲସବୁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର; ସେ ଅତିଶୟ ଉନ୍ନତ ଅଟନ୍ତି।
