Psalms 38
1 A Psalme of Dauid for remembrance. O Lord, rebuke mee not in thine anger, neither chastise me in thy wrath.
हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंको रिसमा मलाई नहप्काउनुहोस् । तपाईंको क्रोधमा मलाई दण्ड नदिनुहोस् ।
2 For thine arrowes haue light vpon me, and thine hand lyeth vpon me.
किनकि तपाईंका काँडहरूले मलाई छेड्छन् र तपाईंका हातले मलाई भुइँमा पछार्छ ।
3 There is nothing sound in my flesh, because of thine anger: neither is there rest in my bones because of my sinne.
तपाईंको रिसको कारणले मेरो सम्पूर्ण शरीर बिरामी छ । मेरो पापको कारणले मेरा हाडहरू स्वस्थ्य छैनन् ।
4 For mine iniquities are gone ouer mine head, and as a weightie burden they are too heauie for me.
किनकि मेरा अधर्महरूले मलाई व्याकुल बनाउछन् । ती मेरो निम्ति ज्यादै गह्रौं भारी हुन् ।
5 My woundes are putrified, and corrupt because of my foolishnes.
मेरा मूर्खतापूर्ण पापहरूका कारणले मेरा घाउहरू सडेका र दुर्गन्धित भएका छन् ।
6 I am bowed, and crooked very sore: I goe mourning all the day.
म कुप्रिन्छु र हरेक दिन अपमानित हुन्छु । म दिनभरि विलाप गरिरहन्छु ।
7 For my reines are full of burning, and there is nothing sound in my flesh.
किनकि जलनले मलाई भरेको छ । मेरो शरीर स्वस्थ्य छैन ।
8 I am weakened and sore broken: I roare for the very griefe of mine heart.
म स्तब्ध र पूर्ण रूपमा चूर्ण छु । मेरो हृदयको वेदनाको कारणले म सुस्केरा हाल्छु ।
9 Lord, I powre my whole desire before thee, and my sighing is not hid from thee.
हे परमप्रभु, मेरो हृदयको भित्री चाहानलाई तपाईंले बुझ्नुहुन्छ र मेरा सुस्केराहरू तपाईंबाट लुकाइएका छैनन् ।
10 Mine heart panteth: my strength faileth me, and the light of mine eyes, euen they are not mine owne.
मेरो मुटु धड्किन्छ, मेरो बल घट्छ र मेरा आँखा धमिला हुन्छन् ।
11 My louers and my friends stand aside from my plague, and my kinsmen stand a farre off.
मेरो अवस्थाको कारणले मेरा मित्रहरू र साथीहरूले मलाई त्याग्छन् । मेरा छिमेकीहरू टाढै खडा हुन्छन् ।
12 They also, that seeke after my life, laye snares, and they that go about to do me euil, talke wicked things and imagine deceite continually.
मेरो ज्यान लिन खोज्नेहरूले मेरो निम्ति पासो थाप्छन् । मेरो हानि गर्न खोज्नेहरूले विनाशकारी कुरा गर्छन् र दिनभरि छलपूर्ण शब्दहरू भन्छन् ।
13 But I as a deafe man heard not, and am as a dumme man, which openeth not his mouth.
तर म बहिरो मानिसजस्तो भएको छु र केही सुन्दिन । म गुँगो मानिसजस्तो भएको छु जसले केही भन्दैन ।
14 Thus am I as a man, that heareth not, and in whose mouth are no reproofes.
म त्यो मानिसजस्तो भएको छु, जसले सुन्दैन, अनि जवाफ फर्काउँदैन ।
15 For on thee, O Lord, do I waite: thou wilt heare me, my Lord, my God.
हे परमप्रभु, निश्चय नै, म तपाईंको आसा गर्छु । हे परमप्रभु मेरो परमेश्वर, तपाईंले जवाफ दिनुहुनेछ ।
16 For I said, Heare me, least they reioyce ouer me: for when my foote slippeth, they extol themselues against me.
म यसो भन्छु ताकि मेरा शत्रुहरूले मेरो गिल्ला नगरून् । मेरो खुट्टा चिप्लयो भने, तिनीहरूले मलाई डरलाग्दो कुराहरू गर्नेछन् ।
17 Surely I am ready to halte, and my sorow is euer before me.
किन मैले ठेस खान लागेको छु र म निरन्तर पीडामा छु ।
18 When I declare my paine, and am sory for my sinne,
म आफ्नो दोष स्वीकार गर्छु । मेरा पापको बारेमा म चिन्तित छु ।
19 Then mine enemies are aliue and are mightie, and they that hate me wrongfully are many.
तर मेरा शत्रुहरू असंख्या छन् । मलाई गलत किसिमले घृणा गर्नेहरू धेरै जना छन् ।
20 They also, that rewarde euill for good, are mine aduersaries, because I follow goodnesse.
तिनीहरूले मलाई असलको सट्टा खराबी गर्छन् । जे असल छ सो कुराको पछि म लागे तापनि, तिनीहरूले ममाथि दोष थुपार्छन् ।
21 Forsake me not, O Lord: be not thou farre from me, my God.
हे परमप्रभु, मलाई नत्याग्नुहोस् । हे मेरा परमेश्वर, मबाट टाढा नहुनुहोस् ।
22 Haste thee to helpe mee, O my Lord, my saluation.
हे परमप्रभु, मेरो उद्धार, मलाई सहायता गर्न चाँडो आउनुहोस् ।
