Psalms 37

1 A Psalme of David. Fret not thy selfe because of the wicked men, neither be enuious for the euill doers.

၁လူဆိုးတို့အကြောင်းကြောင့် စိတ်မပူနှင့်။ မတရား သဖြင့် ပြုသောသူတို့ကို မငြူစူနှင့်။

2 For they shall soone bee cut downe like grasse, and shall wither as the greene herbe.

၂အကြောင်းမူကား၊ သူတို့သည် မကြာမမြင့်မှီ မြက်ပင်ကဲ့သို့ ရိတ်ခြင်းကိုခံရ၍၊ စိမ်းသောပျိုးပင် ညှိုးနွမ်းသကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ရလိမ့်မည်။

3 Trust thou in the Lord and do good: dwell in the land, and thou shalt be fed assuredly.

၃ထာဝရဘုရားကို ခိုလှုံ၍၊ ကောင်းသောအကျင့် ကို ကျင့်လော့။ ပြည်တော်၌နေ၍၊ သစ္စာတရားကို ကျက်စားလော့။

4 And delite thy selfe in the Lord, and hee shall giue thee thine hearts desire.

၄ထာဝရဘုရား၌ မွေ့လျော်ခြင်းရှိလော့။ သူတို့ပြု လျှင်၊ စိတ်နှလုံး အလိုပြည့်စုံရသောအခွင့်ကို ပေးတော် မူမည်။

5 Commit thy way vnto the Lord, and trust in him, and he shall bring it to passe.

၅ကိုယ်အမှုအရာကို ထာဝရဘုရား၌ အပ်လော့။ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကိုးစားလော့။ သို့ပြုလျှင်စီရင်တော် မူမည်။

6 And he shall bring foorth thy righteousnes as the light, and thy iudgement as the noone day.

၆သင်၏ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းအကြောင်းကို အလင်း ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ တရားသဖြင့်ပြုခြင်းအရာကို မွန်းတည့်ရောင် ခြည်ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ ဘော်ပြတော်မူမည်။

7 Waite patiently vpon the Lord and hope in him: fret not thy selfe for him which prospereth in his way: nor for the man that bringeth his enterprises to passe.

၇ထာဝရဘုရားရှေ့မှာ ငြိမ်ဝပ်စွာနေ၍၊ ကိုယ် တော်ကိုငံ့လင့်လော့။ မိမိအမှု၌ အောင်တတ်သောသူ၊ မကောင်းသောအကြံအစည်တို့ကို ပြီးစေသောသူ၏ အကြောင်းကြောင့် စိတ်မပူနှင့်။

8 Cease from anger, and leaue off wrath: fret not thy selfe also to doe euill.

၈အမျက်မထွက်စေနှင့်။ ဒေါသစိတ်ကို စွန့်ပယ် လော့။ ပြစ်မှားစေခြင်းငှါ တိုက်တွန်းတတ်သော စိတ် မရှိစေနှင့်။

9 For euill doers shalbe cut off, and they that wait vpon the Lord, they shall inherite the land.

၉ပြစ်မှားသောသူတို့သည် ပယ်ရှင်းခြင်းကို ခံရကြ လိမ့်မည်။ ထာဝရဘုရားကို မြော်လင့်သောသူတို့မူကား၊ ပြည်တော်ကို အမွေခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။

10 Therefore yet a litle while, and the wicked shall not appeare, and thou shalt looke after his place, and he shall not be found.

၁၀ခဏကြာပြီးမှ၊ မတရားသောသူသည်မရှိရ။ သူ၏နေရာကိုစေ့စေ့ရှာ၍မတွေ့ရ။

11 But meeke men shall possesse the earth, and shall haue their delite in the multitude of peace.

၁၁စိတ်နှိမ့်ချသောသူတို့မူကား၊ ပြည်တော်ကို အမွေခံ၍၊ များပြားသောငြိမ်သက်ခြင်း၌ မွေ့လျော်ကြ လိမ့်မည်။

12 The wicked practiseth against the iust, and gnasheth his teeth against him.

၁၂မတရားသောသူသည် ဖြောင့်မတ်သော သူတဘက်၌ ကြံစည်၍ အံသွားခဲကြိတ်တတ်၏။

13 But the Lord shall laugh him to scorne: for he seeth, that his day is comming.

၁၃သို့သော်လည်း သူ၏ နေ့ရက်အချိန်ရောက်မည် ကို ဘုရားရှင်သိမြင်၍၊ သူ့ကိုပြုံးရယ်တော်မူ၏။

14 The wicked haue drawen their sworde, and haue bent their bowe, to cast downe the poore and needie, and to slay such as be of vpright conuersation.

၁၄မတရားသောသူတို့သည် ဆင်းရဲငတ်မွတ်သော သူတို့ကို လှဲချခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာကျင့်သော သူတို့ကိုသတ်ခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ ထားကိုထုတ်လျက်၊ လေးကို တင်လျက် နေတတ်ကြ၏။

15 But their sword shall enter into their owne heart, and their bowes shalbe broken.

၁၅သို့သော်လည်း၊ သူတို့ထားသည် သူတို့နှလုံးထဲသို့ ဝင်လိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့လေးတို့သည်လည်း ကျိုးကြလိမ့်မည်။

16 A small thing vnto the iust man is better, then great riches to the wicked and mightie.

၁၆ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူ၌ နည်းသောဥစ္စာသည် မတရားသောသူကြီးတို့၌ ကြွယ်ဝသောဥစ္စာထက် သာ၍ကျေးဇူးရှိ၏။

17 For the armes of the wicked shall be broken: but the Lord vpholdeth the iust men.

၁၇အကြောင်းမူကား၊ မတရားသောသူ၏လက်ရုံး သည် ကျိုးရလိမ့်မည်။ ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူကိုကား၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားမစတော်မူ၏။

18 The Lord knoweth the dayes of vpright men, and their inheritance shall bee perpetuall.

၁၈ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူတို့၏ နေ့ရက်ကာလကို ထာဝရဘုရားသိမှတ်တော်မူ၍၊ သူတို့၏ အမွေဥစ္စာသည် အစဉ်အမြဲတည်လိမ့်မည်။

19 They shall not be confounded in the perilous time, and in the daies of famine they shall haue ynough.

၁၉သူတို့သည် ခဲယဉ်းသောကာလ၌ မျက်နှာမပျက်၊ အစာခေါင်းပါးသည်ကာလ၌ ဝစွာစားရကြ၏။

20 But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the Lord shall be consumed as the fatte of lambes: euen with the smoke shall they consume away.

၂၀မတရားသောသူတို့မူကား၊ ပျက်စီးခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရကြမည်။ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ရန်သူတို့သည် ကျက်စားရာအရပ်၏အသရေကဲ့သို့ဆုံး၍၊ မီးခိုးဖြစ်လျက် ကွယ်ပျောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။

21 The wicked boroweth and payeth not againe. but the righteous is mercifull, and giueth.

၂၁မတရားသောသူသည် ချေးငှါး၍ မဆပ်ဘဲ နေတတ်၏။ ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူမူကား၊ သနားသော စိတ်ရှိ၍ ပေးတတ်၏။

22 For such as be blessed of God, shall inherite the lande, and they that be cursed of him, shalbe cut off.

၂၂ကောင်းကြီးပေးတော်မူခြင်းကို ခံရသောသူ သည် ပြည်တော်ကို အမွေခံရလိမ့်မည်။ ကျိန်တော်မူခြင်း ကို ခံရသော သူမူကား၊ ပယ်ရှင်းခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရလိမ့် မည်။

23 The pathes of man are directed by the Lord: for he loueth his way.

၂၃ကောင်းသောသူ၏ခြေရာတို့ကို ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ပဲ့ပြင်၍၊ သူသွားရာလမ်းကို နှစ်သက်တော်မူ၏။

24 Though he fall, hee shall not be cast off: for the Lord putteth vnder his hand.

၂၄ထိုသူသည် လဲသော်လည်း ဆုံးရာသို့မရောက်ရ။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သူ၏လက်ကို ကိုင်မတော်မူ၏။

25 I haue beene yong, and am olde: yet I sawe neuer the righteous forsaken, nor his seede begging bread.

၂၅ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူသည် စွန့်ပစ်ခြင်းကိုခံရ သည်အကြောင်း၊ သူ၏သားမြေးတို့သည် တောင်း၍ စားရသည်အကြောင်းကို ငါသည် အသက်ပျိုသည် ကာလမှစ၍ အိုသည်တိုင်အောင် မမြင်စဖူး။

26 But hee is euer mercifull and lendeth, and his seede enioyeth the blessing.

၂၆သူသည်အစဉ်သနားသော စိတ်ရှိသည်နှင့်၊ သူတပါးတို့အား ချေးငှါးတတ်သည်ဖြစ်၍၊ သူ၏သားမြေး တို့သည် ကောင်းကြီးမင်္ဂလာကိုခံ ရကြ၏။

27 Flee from euill and doe good, and dwell for euer.

၂၇ဒုစရိုက်ကိုလွှဲရှောင်၍ သုစရိုက်ကို ပြုလော့။ သို့ပြုလျှင် အစဉ်အမြဲနေရလိမ့်မည်။

28 For the Lord loueth iudgement, and forsaketh not his Saintes: they shall be preserued for euermore: but the seede of the wicked shall be cut off.

၂၈ထာဝရဘုရားသည် တရားကိုနှစ်သက်တော် မူ၏။ မိမိသန့်ရှင်းသူတို့ကိုလည်း စွန့်တော်မမူ။ သူတို့သည် စောင့်မတော်မူခြင်းကို အစဉ်အမြဲခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။မတရားသောသူ၏ သားမြေးတို့မူကား၊ ပယ်ရှင်းခြင်းကို ခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။

29 The righteous men shall inherit the lande, and dwell therein for euer.

၂၉ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူတို့သည် ပြည်တော်ကို အမွေ ခံ၍ အစဉ်အမြဲ နေရကြလိမ့်မည်။

30 The mouth of the righteous will speake of wisedome, and his tongue will talke of iudgement.

၃၀ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူ၏နှုတ်သည် ပညာကို မြွက်ဆိုတတ်၏။ သူ၏လျှာသည်လည်း တရားသော စကားကို ပြောဆိုတတ်၏။

31 For the Lawe of his God is in his heart, and his steppes shall not slide.

၃၁ထာဝရဘုရား၏ တရားတော်သည် သူ၏ စိတ်နှလုံးထဲမှာ တည်သည်ဖြစ်၍၊ သူသွားသောအခါ မချော်မလဲရ။

32 The wicked watcheth the righteous, and seeketh to slay him.

၃၂မတရားသောသူသည် ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူကို ချောင်းမြောင်း၍ သတ်ခြင်းငှါ ရှာကြံတတ်၏။

33 But the Lord wil not leaue him in his hand, nor condemne him, when he is iudged.

၃၃သို့သော်လည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ထိုသူ၏ လက်၌ ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူကို စွန်ပစ်တော်မူမည်မဟုတ်။ အစစ်ခံရသောအခါ အပြစ်စီရင်တော်မူမည်မဟုတ်။

34 Waite thou on the Lord, and keepe his way, and he shall exalt thee, that thou shalt inherite the lande: when the wicked men shall perish, thou shalt see.

၃၄ထာဝရဘုရားကို မြော်လင့်၍၊ လမ်းတော်ကို ရှောက်သွားလော့။ ပြည်တော်ကို အမွေခံရသောအခွင့်နှင့် ချီးမြှောက်တော်မူမည်။ မတရားသောသူတို့ ဆုံးရှုံးခြင်းကို သင်သည် ကြည့်မြင်ရလိမ့်မည်။

35 I haue seene the wicked strong, and spreading himselfe like a greene bay tree.

၃၅မတရားသောသူသည် အစိုးတရပြု၍၊ ပေါက်ရင် အရပ်မှာကြီးပွားသော သစ်ပင်လန်းလန်းရှိသကဲ့သို့၊ ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ်ပြန်ပွါးစေသည်ကို ငါမြင်ရသော်လည်း၊

36 Yet he passed away, and loe, he was gone, and I sought him, but he could not be founde.

၃၆နောက်တဖန်သူသည် ရွေ့သွား၍ ကွယ်ပျောက် ၏။ သူ့ကိုလည်း ငါရှာ၍မတွေ့ရ။

37 Marke the vpright man, and beholde the iust: for the end of that man is peace.

၃၇စုံလင်ခြင်းတရားကိုစောင့်ရှောက်လော့။ ဖြောင့် မတ်ခြင်းတရားကို ကြည့်ရှုဆင်ခြင်လော့။ ထိုသို့ပြုသော သူသည် အဆုံး၌ ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်းကို ခံစားရလိမ့်မည်။

38 But the transgressours shall be destroyed together, and the ende of the wicked shall bee cut off.

၃၈ပြစ်မှားသောသူအပေါင်းတို့သည် ပျက်စီးခြင်းသို့ ရောက်၍၊ မတရားသောသူတို့သည် အဆုံး၌ပယ်ရှင်းခြင်းကို ခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။

39 But the saluation of the righteous men shalbe of the Lord: he shalbe their strength in the time of trouble.

၃၉ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူတို့၏ ကယ်တင်ခြင်းအမှုကို ထာဝရဘုရားစီရင်တော်မူ၏။ ဘေးရောက်သည်ကာလ၌ သူတို့ခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

40 For the Lord shall helpe them, and deliuer them: he shall deliuer them from the wicked, and shall saue them, because they trust in him.

၄၀ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သူတို့ကို မစကယ်တင်တော် မူမည်။ ယုံကြည်ခိုလှုံသောကြောင့်၊ မတရားသောသူတို့ လက်မှ နှုတ်ယူကယ်တင်တော်မူမည်။
