Psalms 33
1 Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous: for it becommeth vpright men to be thankefull.
೧ನೀತಿವಂತರೇ, ಯೆಹೋವನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲಾಸಪಡಿರಿ; ಯಥಾರ್ಥಚಿತ್ತರು ಆತನನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುವುದು ಯುಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ.
2 Prayse the Lord with harpe: sing vnto him with viole and instrument of ten strings.
೨ಕಿನ್ನರಿಯನ್ನು ನುಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿರಿ; ಹತ್ತುತಂತಿಗಳ ಸ್ವರಮಂಡಲವನ್ನು ನುಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಸಂಕೀರ್ತಿಸಿರಿ.
3 Sing vnto him a newe song: sing cheerefully with a loude voyce.
೩ಆತನ ಘನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನೂತನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿರಿ; ಉತ್ಸಾಹಧ್ವನಿಯೊಡನೆ ಇಂಪಾಗಿ ಬಾರಿಸಿರಿ.
4 For the word of the Lord is righteous, and all his workes are faithfull.
೪ಯೆಹೋವನ ವಚನವು ಯಥಾರ್ಥವಾದದ್ದು; ಆತನ ಕೃತ್ಯವೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯುಳ್ಳದ್ದಾಗಿವೆ.
5 He loueth righteousnesse and iudgement: the earth is full of the goodnesse of the Lord.
೫ಆತನು ನೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ನ್ಯಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವನು; ಭೂಲೋಕವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಕೃಪೆಯಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದೆ.
6 By the worde of the Lord were the heauens made, and all the hoste of them by the breath of his mouth.
೬ಯೆಹೋವನ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯಿಂದಲೇ ಆಕಾಶವು ಉಂಟಾಯಿತು; ಅದರಲ್ಲಿರುವುದೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಆತನ ಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಮಿತವಾಯಿತು.
7 He gathereth the waters of the sea together as vpon an heape, and layeth vp the depths in his treasures.
೭ನೀರುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿಸಿ ಸಮುದ್ರವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದವನು ಆತನೇ; ಭೂಮಿಯ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಜಲಾಶಯಗಳನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟವನು ಆತನೇ.
8 Let all the earth feare the Lord: let al them that dwell in the world, feare him.
೮ಭೂಲೋಕದವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಡಲಿ; ಭೂನಿವಾಸಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಹೆದರಲಿ.
9 For he spake, and it was done: he commanded, and it stood.
೯ಆತನು ನುಡಿದ ಮಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮಸ್ತವೂ ಉಂಟಾಯಿತು; ಆತನು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸುತ್ತಲೇ ಸರ್ವವೂ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾಯಿತು.
10 The Lord breaketh the counsell of the heathen, and bringeth to nought the deuices of the people.
೧೦ಯೆಹೋವನು ಅನ್ಯಜನರ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪಗಳನ್ನು ವ್ಯರ್ಥಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಅವರ ಯೋಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಷ್ಫಲಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.
11 The counsell of the Lord shall stand for euer, and the thoughts of his heart throughout all ages.
೧೧ಯೆಹೋವನ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯೋ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿಯೇ ನಿಲ್ಲುವುದು; ಆತನ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಕದಲುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
12 Blessed is that nation, whose God is the Lord: euen the people that he hath chosen for his inheritance.
೧೨ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ ದೇವರಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೋ, ಯಾವ ಜನಾಂಗದವರನ್ನು ಸ್ವಕೀಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾನೋ ಅವರೇ ಧನ್ಯರು.
13 The Lord looketh downe from heauen, and beholdeth all the children of men.
೧೩ಯೆಹೋವನು ಆಕಾಶದಿಂದ ಮನುಷ್ಯರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ್ತಾನೆ;
14 From the habitation of his dwelling he beholdeth all them that dwell in the earth.
೧೪ತಾನಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಾನದಿಂದ ಭೂನಿವಾಸಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.
15 He facioneth their hearts euery one, and vnderstandeth all their workes.
೧೫ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರ ಹೃದಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದವನೂ, ಅವರ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ವಿವೇಚಿಸುವವನೂ ಆತನೇ.
16 The King is not saued by the multitude of an hoste, neither is the mightie man deliuered by great strength.
೧೬ಮಹಾ ಸೇನಾಬಲದಿಂದಲೇ ಯಾವ ಅರಸನಿಗೂ ಜಯವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಯಾವ ಶೂರನೂ ಅಧಿಕವಾದ ಭುಜಬಲದಿಂದ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತನಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
17 A horse is a vaine helpe, and shall not deliuer any by his great strength.
೧೭ಜೀವದ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಕುದುರೆಯು ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಿಲ್ಲ; ಅದು ತನ್ನ ವಿಶೇಷಬಲದಿಂದ ಯಾರನ್ನೂ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾರದು.
18 Beholde, the eye of the Lord is vpon them that feare him, and vpon them, that trust in his mercie,
೧೮ಯೆಹೋವನಾದರೋ ತನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಯಭಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳವರನ್ನು ಕಟಾಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ; ತನ್ನ ಕೃಪೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವವರನ್ನು ಲಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.
19 To deliuer their soules from death, and to preserue them in famine.
೧೯ಅವರ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಮರಣದಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವನು; ಬರಗಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಜೀವವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸುವನು.
20 Our soule waiteth for the Lord: for he is our helpe and our shielde.
೨೦ನಮ್ಮ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಕಾದಿದೆ; ನಮ್ಮ ಸಹಾಯವೂ, ಗುರಾಣಿಯೂ ಆತನೇ.
21 Surely our heart shall reioyce in him, because we trusted in his holy Name.
೨೧ಆತನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯವು ಸಂತೋಷಿಸುವುದು; ಆತನ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧನಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸವಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
22 Let thy mercie, O Lord, be vpon vs, as we trust in thee.
೨೨ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಾವು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನೇ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ; ನಿನ್ನ ಕೃಪೆಯು ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರಲಿ.
