Psalms 30
1 A Psalme or song of the dedication of the house of David. I will magnifie thee, O Lord: for thou hast exalted mee, and hast not made my foe to reioyce ouer me.
एक स्तोत्र. मंदिर के समर्पणोत्सव के लिए एक गीत, दावीद की रचना. याहवेह, मैं आपकी महिमा और प्रशंसा करूंगा, क्योंकि आपने मुझे गहराई में से बचा लिया है अब मेरे शत्रुओं को मुझ पर हंसने का संतोष प्राप्त न हो सकेगा.
2 O Lord my God, I cried vnto thee, and thou hast restored me.
याहवेह, मेरे परमेश्वर, मैंने सहायता के लिए आपको पुकारा, आपने मुझे पुनःस्वस्थ कर दिया.
3 O Lord, thou hast brought vp my soule out of the graue: thou hast reuiued me from them that goe downe into the pit. (Sheol h7585)
याहवेह, आपने मुझे अधोलोक से ऊपर खींच लिया; आपने मुझे जीवनदान दिया, उनमें से बचा लिया, जो अधोलोक-कब्र में हैं. (Sheol h7585)
4 Sing praises vnto the Lord, ye his Saintes, and giue thankes before the remembrance of his Holinesse.
याहवेह के भक्तो, उनके स्तवन गान गाओ; उनकी महिमा में जय जयकार करो.
5 For he endureth but a while in his anger: but in his fauour is life: weeping may abide at euening, but ioy commeth in the morning.
क्योंकि क्षण मात्र का होता है उनका कोप, किंतु आजीवन स्थायी रहती है उनकी कृपादृष्टि; यह संभव है रोना रात भर रहे, किंतु सबेरा उल्लास से भरा होता है.
6 And in my prosperitie I sayde, I shall neuer be moued.
अपनी समृद्धि की स्थिति में मैं कह उठा, “अब मुझ पर विषमता की स्थिति कभी न आएगी.”
7 For thou Lord of thy goodnes hadest made my mountaine to stande strong: but thou didest hide thy face, and I was troubled.
याहवेह, आपने ही मुझ पर कृपादृष्टि कर, मुझे पर्वत समान स्थिर कर दिया; किंतु जब आपने मुझसे अपना मुख छिपा लिया, तब मैं निराश हो गया.
8 Then cried I vnto thee, O Lord, and praied to my Lord.
याहवेह, मैंने आपको पुकारा; मेरे प्रभु, मैंने आपसे कृपा की प्रार्थना की:
9 What profite is there in my blood, when I go downe to the pit? shall the dust giue thankes vnto thee? or shall it declare thy trueth?
“क्या लाभ होगा मेरी मृत्यु से, मेरे अधोलोक में जाने से? क्या मिट्टी आपकी स्तुति करेगी? क्या वह आपकी सच्चाई की साक्ष्य देगी?
10 Heare, O Lord, and haue mercy vpon me: Lord, be thou mine helper.
याहवेह, मेरी विनती सुनिए, मुझ पर कृपा कीजिए; याहवेह, मेरी सहायता कीजिए.”
11 Thou hast turned my mourning into ioy: thou hast loosed my sacke and girded mee with gladnesse.
आपने मेरे विलाप को उल्लास-नृत्य में बदल दिया; आपने मेरे शोक-वस्त्र टाट उतारकर मुझे हर्ष का आवरण दे दिया,
12 Therefore shall my tongue praise thee and not cease: O Lord my God, I will giue thankes vnto thee for euer.
कि मेरा हृदय सदा आपका गुणगान करता रहे और कभी चुप न रहे. याहवेह, मेरे परमेश्वर, मैं सदा-सर्वदा आपके प्रति आभार व्यक्त करता रहूंगा.
