< Psalms 3 >

1 A Psalme of Dauid, when he fled from his sonne Absalom. Lord, howe are mine aduersaries increased? howe many rise against me?
Salamo nataon’ i Davida, fony izy nandositra an’ i Absaloma zanany. Jehovah ô, akory izato hamaroan’ ny mampahory ahy! Maro no mitsangana hanohitra ahy.
2 Many say to my soule, There is no helpe for him in God. (Selah)
Maro no milaza ny fanahiko hoe: tsy manam-pamonjena amin’ Andriamanitra izy. (Sela)
3 But thou Lord art a buckler for me: my glory, and the lifter vp of mine head.
Kanjo Hianao, Jehovah ô, no ampinga manodidina ahy, Voninahitro sy mpanandratra ny lohako.
4 I did call vnto the Lord with my voyce, and he heard me out of his holy mountaine. (Selah)
Amin’ ny feoko no iantsoako an’ i Jehovah, ary any an-tendrombohiny masìna no mamaly ahy Izy.
5 I layed me downe and slept, and rose vp againe: for the Lord susteined me.
Izaho nandry ka natory; nifoha aho, satria Jehovah no manohana ahy. (Sela)
6 I will not be afrayde for ten thousand of the people, that should beset me round about.
Tsy hatahotra olona alinalina aho, izay milahatra manodidina hamely ahy.
7 O Lord, arise: helpe me, my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies vpon the cheeke bone: thou hast broken the teeth of the wicked.
Mitsangàna, Jehovah ô; vonjeo aho, Andriamanitro ô; fa efa namely ny takolaky ny fahavaloko rehetra Hianao; ny nifin’ ny ratsy fanahy novakivakinao.
8 Saluation belongeth vnto the Lord, and thy blessing is vpon thy people. (Selah)
An’ i Jehovah ny famonjena; Ho amin’ ny olonao anie ny fitahianao. (Sela)
