Psalms 15

1 A Psalme of Dauid. Lord, who shall dwell in thy Tabernacle? who shall rest in thine holy Mountaine?

۱ مزمور داود ای خداوند کیست که در خیمه تو فرودآید؟ و کیست که در کوه مقدس توساکن گردد؟

2 He that walketh vprightly and worketh righteousnes, and speaketh the trueth in his heart.

۲ آنکه بی‌عیب سالک باشد و عدالت را به‌جاآورد، و در دل خویش راست گو باشد،

3 He that slandereth not with his tongue, nor doeth euill to his neighbour, nor receiueth a false report against his neighbour.

۳ که به زبان خود غیبت ننماید؛ و به همسایه خود بدی نکند و درباره اقارب خویش مذمت را قبول ننماید،

4 In whose eyes a vile person is contemned, but he honoureth them that feare the Lord: he that sweareth to his owne hinderance and changeth not.

۴ که در نظر خود حقیر و خوار است وآنانی را که از خداوند می‌ترسند مکرم می‌دارد وقسم به ضرر خود می‌خورد و تغییر نمی دهد.

5 He that giueth not his money vnto vsurie, nor taketh reward against the innocent: hee that doeth these things, shall neuer be moued.

۵ نقره خود را به سود نمی دهد و رشوه بر بی‌گناه نمی گیرد. آنکه این را به‌جا آورد تا ابدالاباد جنبش نخواهد خورد.
