Psalms 149

1 Praise ye the Lord. Sing ye vnto the Lord a newe song: let his prayse be heard in the Congregation of Saints.

೧ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ! ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ನೂತನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿರಿ; ಭಕ್ತರ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿರಿ.

2 Let Israel reioyce in him that made him, and let ye children of Zion reioyce in their King.

೨ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಕರ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಪಡಲಿ; ಚೀಯೋನಿನವರು ತಮ್ಮ ರಾಜನಲ್ಲಿ ಹರ್ಷಿಸಲಿ.

3 Let them prayse his Name with the flute: let them sing prayses vnto him with the timbrell and harpe.

೩ಕುಣಿಯುತ್ತಾ ಆತನ ನಾಮವನ್ನು ಕೀರ್ತಿಸಲಿ; ದಮ್ಮಡಿ, ಕಿನ್ನರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಆತನನ್ನು ಭಜಿಸಲಿ.

4 For the Lord hath pleasure in his people: he will make the meeke glorious by deliuerance.

೪ಯೆಹೋವನು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಜೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಸನ್ನನಾದನು; ದೀನರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯಿಂದ ಭೂಷಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.

5 Let ye Saints be ioyfull with glorie: let them sing loud vpon their beddes.

೫ಭಕ್ತರು ತಮಗುಂಟಾದ ಮಹಿಮೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಗ್ಗಲಿ; ಹಾಸಿಗೆಯ ಮೇಲಿರುವಾಗಲೂ ಉತ್ಸಾಹಧ್ವನಿ ಮಾಡಲಿ.

6 Let the high Actes of God bee in their mouth, and a two edged sword in their hands,

೬ಅವರ ಬಾಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರವೂ, ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬಾಯಿಕತ್ತಿಯೂ ಇರಲಿ.

7 To execute vengeance vpon the heathen, and corrections among the people:

೭ಅವರು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಮುಯ್ಯಿತೀರಿಸುವರು; ಅನ್ಯಜನಗಳನ್ನು ದಂಡಿಸುವರು;

8 To binde their Kings in chaines, and their nobles with fetters of yron,

೮ಅವರ ರಾಜರನ್ನು ಸಂಕೋಲೆಯಿಂದ ಬಂಧಿಸುವರು; ಪ್ರಭುಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ಬೇಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಕುವರು.

9 That they may execute vpon them the iudgement that is written: this honour shall be to all his Saintes. Prayse ye the Lord.

೯ಲಿಖಿತದಂತೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ವಿಧಿಸುವರು; ಇದು ಆತನ ಭಕ್ತರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೆ ಗೌರವವಾಗಿರುವುದು. ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ.
