Psalms 148
1 Praise ye the Lord. Praise ye the Lord from the heauen: prayse ye him in the high places.
Lwanj pou Seyè a! Nou menm ki rete anwo nan syèl la, fè lwanj Seyè a! Fè lwanj li anwo nan syèl la!
2 Prayse ye him, all ye his Angels: praise him, all his armie.
Se pou nou tout zanj li yo fè lwanj li. Se pou nou tout lame ki nan syèl la fè lwanj li.
3 Prayse ye him, sunne and moone: prayse ye him all bright starres.
Solèy ak lalin, fè lwanj li! Zetwal k'ap klere nan syèl la, fè lwanj li!
4 Prayse ye him, heauens of heauens, and waters, that be aboue the heauens.
Se pou yo fè lwanj li anwo nèt nan syèl la. Se pou tout dlo ki pi wo pase syèl la fè lwanj li.
5 Let them prayse the Name of the Lord: for he commanded, and they were created.
Se pou yo tout fè lwanj Seyè a! Paske, li annik pase yon lòd, epi tout bagay fèt.
6 And he hath established them for euer and euer: he hath made an ordinance, which shall not passe.
Li mete yo chak nan plas yo pou tout tan. Li ba yo yon lòd, yo pa ka pa obeyi l'.
7 Prayse ye the Lord from the earth, ye dragons and all depths:
Se pou tout bagay ki sou latè fè lwanj li: gwo bèt lanmè ansanm ak fon lanmè a,
8 Fire and hayle, snowe and vapours, stormie winde, which execute his worde:
dife ak lagrèl, lanèj ak vapè, gwo van k'ap fè sa li di yo fè,
9 Mountaines and all hils, fruitfull trees and all ceders:
gwo mòn kou ti mòn, pyebwa k'ap donnen ak tout gwo pye sèd yo,
10 Beasts and all cattell, creeping things and fethered foules:
tout bèt nan bwa, tout bèt domestik, tout bèt k'ap trennen sou vant, ak tout zwezo k'ap vole nan syèl.
11 Kings of the earth and all people, princes and all iudges of the worlde:
Fè lwanj li, nou menm wa yo ak tout pèp ki sou latè, chèf ak nou tout k'ap dirije lèzòm,
12 Yong men and maidens, also olde men and children:
jenn fi kou jenn gason, granmoun kou timoun.
13 Let them prayse the Name of the Lord: for his Name onely is to be exalted, and his prayse aboue the earth and the heauens.
Se pou nou tout fè lwanj Seyè a, paske li gen yon non ki pi gwo pase tout lòt non. Pouvwa li pi wo pase syèl la ak latè a.
14 For he hath exalted the horne of his people, which is a prayse for all his Saintes, euen for the children of Israel, a people that is neere vnto him. Prayse ye the Lord.
Li rebay pèp li a fòs ankò. Sa te yon lwanj pou tout moun k'ap sèvi l' yo, pou pitit Izrayèl yo, pou pèp li renmen anpil la. Lwanj pou Seyè a!
