1 A song of degrees or Psalme of David. Lord, mine heart is not hautie, neither are mine eyes loftie, neither haue I walked in great matters and hid from me.

১আরোহণ-গীত। দায়ূদের। সদাপ্রভুু, আমার হৃদয় গর্বিত অথবা আমার দৃষ্টি উদ্ধত নয়। আমার নিজের জন্য আমার বিরাট আশা নেই অথবা আমার মাথাব্যথা নেই সেই জিনিসের সঙ্গে যেগুলো আমার থেকে বহূ দূরে

2 Surely I haue behaued my selfe, like one wained from his mother, and kept silence: I am in my selfe as one that is wained.

২প্রকৃত পক্ষে আমি এখনো আমার আত্মাকে শান্ত রেখেছি; বুকের দুধ ছাড়ানো শিশুর মতো, আমার আত্মা বুকের দুধ ছাড়ানো শিশুর মতো আমার সঙ্গে আছে,
