< Psalms 126 >

1 A song of degrees, or Psalme of David. When ye Lord brought againe the captiuitie of Zion, we were like them that dreame.
Wer ma ji wero kadhi e hekalu. Kane Jehova Nyasaye odwogo joma otwe Sayun, to ne ochalonwa mana lek.
2 Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with ioye: then sayd they among the heathen, The Lord hath done great things for them.
Ne wathungʼ gi nyiero kendo dhowa nopongʼ gi wende mor. Eka nowachore e dier ogendini niya, “Jehova Nyasaye osetimonegi gik madongo.”
3 The Lord hath done great things for vs, whereof we reioyce.
Adier, Jehova Nyasaye osetimonwa gik madongo, omiyo wamor mokalo.
4 O Lord, bring againe our captiuitie, as the riuers in the South.
Duognwa gigewa, yaye Jehova Nyasaye, mondo wachal gi aore man Negev.
5 They that sowe in teares, shall reape in ioy.
Joma komo kodhi kaywak biro keyo ka wero wende mor.
6 They went weeping and caried precious seede: but they shall returne with ioye and bring their sheaues.
Ngʼat madhi oko kaywak, kotingʼo kodhi mikomo, biro duogo ka wero wende mor, kotingʼo cham mosechiek.
