Psalms 118
1 Praise yee the Lord, because he is good: for his mercie endureth for euer.
Hãy cảm tạ Ðức Giê-hô-va, vì Ngài là thiện; Sự nhơn từ Ngài còn đến đời đời.
2 Let Israel now say, That his mercy endureth for euer.
Nguyện Y-sơ-ra-ên nói rằng, Sự nhơn từ Ngài còn đến đời đời.
3 Let the house of Aaron nowe say, That his mercy endureth for euer.
Nguyện nhà A-rôn nói rằng, Sự nhơn từ Ngài còn đến đời đời.
4 Let them, that feare the Lord, nowe say, That his mercie endureth for euer.
Nguyện những người kính sợ Ðức Giê-hô-va nói rằng, Sự nhơn từ Ngài còn đến đời đời.
5 I called vpon the Lord in trouble, and the Lord heard me, and set me at large.
Trong gian truân tôi cầu khẩn Ðức Giê-hô-va; Ðức Giê-hô-va bèn đáp lời tôi, để tôi nơi rộng rãi,
6 The Lord is with mee: therefore I will not feare what man can doe vnto me.
Ðức Giê-hô-va binh vực tôi, tôi chẳng sợ; Loài người sẽ làm chi tôi?
7 The Lord is with mee among them that helpe me: therefore shall I see my desire vpon mine enemies.
Ðức Giê-hô-va binh vực tôi, thuộc trong bọn kẻ giúp đỡ tôi; Nhơn đó tôi sẽ vui thấy kẻ ghét tôi bị báo.
8 It is better to trust in the Lord, then to haue confidence in man.
Thà nương náu mình nơi Ðức Giê-hô-va Còn hơn tin cậy loài người.
9 It is better to trust in the Lord, then to haue confidence in princes.
Thà nương náu mình nơi Ðức Giê-hô-va Còn hơn tin cậy vua chúa.
10 All nations haue compassed me: but in the Name of the Lord shall I destroy them.
Các nước đã vây tôi; Tôi hủy diệt chúng nó nhơn danh Ðức Giê-hô-va.
11 They haue compassed mee, yea, they haue compassed mee: but in the Name of the Lord I shall destroy them.
Chúng nó đã vây tôi, phải, đã vây tôi; Tôi hủy diệt chúng nó nhơn danh Ðức Giê-hô-va.
12 They came about mee like bees, but they were quenched as a fire of thornes: for in the Name of the Lord I shall destroy them.
Họ vây tôi khác nào đoàn ong; Họ bị tắt như ngọn lửa gai; Tôi hủy diệt chúng nó nhơn danh Ðức Giê-hô-va.
13 Thou hast thrust sore at me, that I might fall: but the Lord hath holpen me.
Ngươi có xô ta mạnh đặng cho ta ngã, Nhưng Giê-hô-va giúp đỡ ta.
14 The Lord is my strength and song: for he hath beene my deliuerance.
Ðức Giê-hô-va là sức lực và là bài ca của ta; Ngài trở nên sự cứu rỗi ta.
15 The voice of ioy and deliuerance shall be in the tabernacles of the righteous, saying, The right hand of the Lord hath done valiantly.
Trong trại người công bình có tiếng vui mừng cứu rỗi: Tay hữu Ðức Giê-hô-va làm việc cả thể.
16 The right hand of the Lord is exalted: the right hand of the Lord hath done valiantly.
Tôi sẽ chẳng chết đâu, nhưng được sống, Thuật lại những công việc Ðức Giê-hô-va.
17 I shall not die, but liue, and declare the woorkes of the Lord.
Ðức Giê-hô-va đã sửa phạt tôi cách nghiêm trang. Nhưng không phó tôi vào sự chết.
18 The Lord hath chastened me sore, but he hath not deliuered me to death.
Ngài mở cho tôi các cửa công bình, Tôi sẽ vào ngợi khen Ðức Giê-hô-va.
19 Open ye vnto me the gates of righteousnes, that I may goe into them, and praise the Lord.
Ðây là cửa của Ðức Giê-hô-va; Những ngươi công bình sẽ vào đó.
20 This is the gate of the Lord: the righteous shall enter into it.
Tôi sẽ cảm tạ Chúa, vì Chúa đã đáp lời tôi, Trở nên sự cứu rỗi cho tôi.
21 I will praise thee: for thou hast heard mee, and hast beene my deliuerance.
Hòn đá mà thợ xây loại ra, Ðã trở nên sự cứu rỗi cho tôi.
22 The stone, which the builders refused, is the head of the corner.
Hòn đá mà thợ xây loại ra, Ðã trở nên đá đầu góc nhà.
23 This was the Lordes doing, and it is marueilous in our eyes.
Ðiều ấy là việc Ðức Giê-hô-va, Một sự lạ lùng trước mặt chúng tôi.
24 This is the day, which the Lord hath made: let vs reioyce and be glad in it.
Nầy là ngày Ðức Giê-hô-va làm nên, Chúng tôi sẽ mừng rỡ và vui vẻ trong ngày ấy.
25 O Lord, I praie thee, saue now: O Lord, I praie thee nowe giue prosperitie.
Ðức Giê-hô-va ôi! xin hãy cứu; Ðức Giê-hô-va ơi, xin ban cho chúng tôi được thới-thạnh.
26 Blessed be he, that commeth in the Name of the Lord: wee haue blessed you out of the house of the Lord.
Ðáng ngợi khen đấng nhơn danh Ðức Giê-hô-va mà đến! Từ nơi nhà Ðức Giê-hô-va chúng tôi đã chúc tụng người.
27 The Lord is mightie, and hath giuen vs light: binde the sacrifice with cordes vnto the hornes of the altar.
Giê-hô-va là Ðức Chúa Trời, Ngài đã ban cho chúng tôi ánh sáng. Hãy cột bằng dây con sinh Vào các sừng bàn thờ.
28 Thou art my God, and I will praise thee, euen my God: therefore I will exalt thee.
Chúa là Ðức Chúa Trời tôi, tôi sẽ cảm tạ Chúa; Chúa là Ðức Chúa Trời tôi, tôi sẽ tôn cao Chúa.

Hãy ngợi khen Ðức Giê-hô-va, vì Ngài là thiện; Sự nhơn từ Ngài còn đến đời đời.
