Psalms 112

1 Praise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man, that feareth the Lord, and deliteth greatly in his commandements.

१परमेश्वराची स्तुती करा. जो मनुष्य परमेश्वराच्या आज्ञा पाळतो, जो त्याच्या आज्ञेत मोठा आनंद करतो, तो आशीर्वादित आहे.

2 His seede shall be mightie vpon earth: the generation of the righteous shall be blessed.

२त्याचे वंशज पृथ्वीवर शक्तीमान होतील; धार्मिक आशीर्वादित होतील.

3 Riches and treasures shalbe in his house, and his righteousnesse endureth for euer.

३धन व श्रीमंती त्यांच्या घरात आहेत; त्यांचे नितीमत्व सर्वकाळ टिकते.

4 Vnto the righteous ariseth light in darkenes: he is merciful and full of copassion and righteous.

४धार्मिक मनुष्यांसाठी अंधकारात प्रकाश चमकवतो; तो दयाळू, कृपाळू आणि न्यायी आहे.

5 A good man is mercifull and lendeth, and will measure his affaires by iudgement.

५जो मनुष्य दया करतो आणि उसने देतो, जो प्रामाणिकपणे वागून आपला व्यापार करतो त्याचे चांगले होते.

6 Surely he shall neuer be moued: but the righteous shalbe had in euerlasting remembrance.

६कारण तो मनुष्य कधीही हलणार नाही; नितीमान मनुष्याची आठवण सर्वकाळ राहील.

7 He will not be afraide of euill tidings: for his heart is fixed, and beleeueth in the Lord.

७तो वाईट बातमीला भिणार नाही; त्याचा परमेश्वरावर भरवसा असून त्यास खात्री आहे.

8 His heart is stablished: therefore he will not feare, vntill he see his desire vpon his enemies.

८त्याचे हृदय निश्चल आहे, आपल्या शत्रूवर विजय मिळालेला पाहीपर्यंत तो भिणार नाही.

9 He hath distributed and giuen to ye poore: his righteousnesse remaineth for euer: his horne shalbe exalted with glory.

९तो गरीबांना उदारपणे देतो; त्याचे नितीमत्व सर्वकाळ राहील; तो सन्मानाने उंचविला जाईल.

10 The wicked shall see it and be angrie: he shall gnash with his teeth, and consume away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.

१०दुष्ट माणसे हे पाहतील आणि रागावतील; तो आपले दात खाईल आणि विरघळून जाईल; दुष्टाची इच्छा नाश होईल.
