Psalms 109
1 To him that excelleth. A Psalme of David. Holde not thy tongue, O God of my praise.
၁အကျွန်ုပ် ချီးမွမ်း သော ဘုရား သခင်၊ တိတ်ဆိတ် စွာနေတော်မ မူပါနှင့်။
2 For the mouth of the wicked, and the mouth full of deceite are opened vpon me: they haue spoken to me with a lying tongue.
၂မ တရားသောသူနှင့် သစ္စာ ပျက်သောသူတို့ သည် အကျွန်ုပ် တဘက် ၌နှုတ် ကိုဖွင့် ၍ ၊ မုသား စကား ကို ပြောဆို ကြပါ၏။
3 They compassed me about also with words of hatred, and fought against me without a cause.
၃မနာလို သောစိတ်နှင့် စကား ပြောလျက် ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုဝိုင်း ၍ အကြောင်း မရှိဘဲ စစ်တိုက် ကြပါ၏။
4 For my friendship they were mine aduersaries, but I gaue my selfe to praier.
၄အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ မေတ္တာ အတွက် သူတို့သည် ရန်ဘက် ပြုကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် မူကား ပဌနာ ပြုလျက် နေပါ၏။
5 And they haue rewarded me euil for good, and hatred for my friendship.
၅အကျွန်ုပ် ပြုသောကျေးဇူး အတွက် မကောင်း သောအပြစ်ကို ၎င်း ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် မေတ္တာ အတွက် မုန်း ခြင်းကို၎င်း ဆပ် ပေးကြပါ၏။
6 Set thou the wicked ouer him, and let the aduersarie stand at his right hand.
၆ထိုသို့သောသူ ၏အပေါ် မှာ မ တရားသောသူကို ခန့်ထား တော်မူပါ။ သူ ၏လက်ျာ နား မှာ ရန်သူ နေ ပါစေ။
7 Whe he shalbe iudged, let him be condemned, and let his praier be turned into sinne.
၇သူ သည် တရား စီရင်ခြင်းကိုခံ ရာတွင် ရှုံး ပါစေ။ သူ ပြုသော ပဌနာ သည် ပြစ်မှား ခြင်းဖြစ် ပါစေ။
8 Let his daies be fewe, and let another take his charge.
၈သူ ၏အသက် တို ပါ စေ။ သူ ၏အရာ ကိုလည်း အခြား သူရ ပါစေ။
9 Let his children be fatherlesse, and his wife a widowe.
၉သူ ၏သား တို့သည် ဘသားဆိုး ၊ မယား လည်း မုတ်ဆိုးမ ဖြစ် ပါစေ။
10 Let his children be vagabonds and beg and seeke bread, comming out of their places destroyed.
၁၀သူ ၏သား တို့သည် အရပ်ရပ် လည်၍ သူ တောင်း စား ဖြစ်ကြပါစေ။ ပျက်စီး သော မိမိ တို့နေရာများမှ ထွက် ၍ ၊ အစာကိုရှာ ကြပါစေ။
11 Let the extortioner catch al that he hath, and let the strangers spoile his labour.
၁၁သူ ၌ ရှိသမျှ ကို ကြွေးရှင် သိမ်းယူ ပါစေ။ သူ လုပ် ၍ရသောဥစ္စာ ကိုလည်း တပါး အမျိုးသားလုယူ ပါစေ။
12 Let there be none to extend mercie vnto him: neither let there be any to shewe mercie vpon his fatherlesse children.
၁၂သူ ၌ ကျေးဇူး ပြု သောသူ၊ သူ ၏ဘသားဆိုး တို့ကို ကယ် မသနားသောသူ တယောက်မျှ မ ရှိ စေနှင့်။
13 Let his posteritie be destroied, and in the generation following let their name be put out.
၁၃သူ ၏အနွှယ် သည် ပြတ် ပါစေ။ လူမျိုး ဆင်းသက်၍ တဆက်တည်းတွင် ၊ သူ တို့၏ နာမည် သည် ကျေ ပျောက် ပါစေ။
14 Let the iniquitie of his fathers bee had in remembrance with the Lord: and let not the sinne of his mother be done away.
၁၄သူ့ ဘိုးဘေး တို့၏ ဒုစရိုက် ကို ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သတိရ တော်မူပါစေ။ သူ့ အမိ ၏ အပြစ် သည် မ ဖြေ ပါစေနှင့်။
15 But let them alway be before the Lord, that he may cut off their memorial from ye earth.
၁၅ထိုဒုစရိုက်အပြစ်သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ မှာ အစဉ်အမြဲ ထင်ရှား၍၊ မြေကြီး ပေါ် မှာ ထိုသူ တို့ကို အောက်မေ့ စရာ အမှတ်မျှ မရှိစေခြင်းငှါ၊ ပယ်ရှင်း တော်မူပါစေ။
16 Because he remembred not to shew mercie, but persecuted the afflicted and poore man, and the sorowfull hearted to slay him.
၁၆အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ထိုသူသည် ကယ်မ သနားခြင်းငှါ သတိ မ ရှိ။ ဆင်းရဲငတ်မွတ် ၍ စိတ် ပျက် သောသူကို သေ စေသည်တိုင်အောင် ညှဉ်းဆဲ ပြီ။
17 As he loued cursing, so shall it come vnto him, and as he loued not blessing, so shall it be farre from him.
၁၇သူသည် ကျိန်ဆဲ ခြင်းကို နှစ်သက် သည်နှင့်အညီ ၊ သူ့ အပေါ်သို့ ရောက် ပါစေ။ ကောင်းကြီး မင်္ဂလာကို အလို မ ရှိသည်အတိုင်း သူ နှင့် ဝေး ပါစေ။
18 As he clothed himselfe with cursing like a rayment, so shall it come into his bowels like water, and like oyle into his bones.
၁၈အဝတ် ကို ဝတ်သကဲ့သို့ ကျိန်ဆဲ ခြင်းကို ဝတ် ရပါ စေ။ ရေ ကဲ့သို့ သူ ၏ဝမ်း ထဲ သို့၎င်း ၊ ဆီ ကဲ့သို့ သူ ၏အရိုး ထဲသို့ ၎င်း ဝင် ပါစေ။
19 Let it be vnto him as a garment to couer him, and for a girdle, wherewith he shalbe alway girded.
၁၉သူ၏ကိုယ်ကိုခြုံ သော အဝတ် ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း၊ သူ ၏ ခါး၌ အစဉ် စည်း သော ခါးစည်း ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း သူ ၌ ဖြစ် ပါစေ။
20 Let this be the rewarde of mine aduersarie from the Lord, and of them, that speake euill against my soule.
၂၀ငါ ၏ဝိညာဉ် တဘက် ၌ မ ကောင်းသောစကားကို ပြော တတ်သော ငါ ၏ရန်သူ တို့သည် ထိုသို့ သော အကျိုး ကို ထာဝရဘုရား ထံ ခံရကြပါစေ။
21 But thou, O Lord my God, deale with me according vnto thy Name: deliuer me, (for thy mercie is good)
၂၁အိုဘုရား ရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ နာမ တော်အတွက် ကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ် အမှုကို စောင့် တော်မူပါ။ ကရုဏာ တော် ကောင်း သည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ကယ်နှုတ် တော်မူပါ။
22 Because I am poore and needie, and mine heart is wounded within me.
၂၂အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ဆင်းရဲ ငတ်မွတ် ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် အထဲ ၌ နှလုံး နာ လျက်ရှိပါ၏။
23 I depart like the shadowe that declineth, and am shaken off as the grashopper.
၂၃ရှည်လျား သော အရိပ် ကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်ရွေ့သွား ပါ၏။ ကျိုင်းကောင် ကဲ့သို့ လှုပ်ရှား လျက်ရှိပါ၏။
24 My knees are weake through fasting, and my flesh hath lost all fatnes.
၂၄အစာ မစားဘဲ နေရသောကြောင့် ၊ ဒူးဆစ် နုန့်နဲ့ ၍ အသား လည်း လျော့ ပါ၏။
25 I became also a rebuke vnto them: they that looked vpon me, shaked their heads.
၂၅အကျွန်ုပ် သည်လည်း သူတပါး တို့ ကဲ့ရဲ့ စရာ အကြောင်းဖြစ် ၍၊ သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မြင် သောအခါ ၊ ခေါင်း ညှိတ် ခြင်းကို ပြုကြပါ၏။
26 Helpe me, O Lord my God: saue me according to thy mercie.
၂၆အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မစ တော်မူပါ။ ကရုဏာ တော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း ကယ်တင် တော်မူပါ။
27 And they shall know, that this is thine hand, and that thou, Lord, hast done it.
၂၇ထို အမှုသည် တန်ခိုး တော်ကြောင့်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား တည်းဟူသောကိုယ်တော်စီရင် တော်မူသည် ဟု ထို သူတို့သည် သိ ကြပါစေသော။
28 Though they curse, yet thou wilt blesse: they shall arise and be confounded, but thy seruant shall reioyce.
၂၈ထိုသူ တို့သည် ကျိန်ဆဲ သော်လည်း ၊ ကိုယ်တော် မူကား ကောင်းကြီး ပေးတော်မူပါ။ သူတို့သည် ထ သောအခါ အရှက် ကွဲကြပါစေသော။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ကျွန် မူကား ၊ ဝမ်းမြောက် ပါစေသော။
29 Let mine aduersaries be clothed with shame, and let them couer themselues with their confusion, as with a cloke.
၂၉အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ရန်သူ တို့သည် ရှက်ကြောက် ခြင်းအဝတ်ကိုဝတ် ၍ ၊ စောင် နှင့်ခြုံသကဲ့သို့ ၊ မျက်နှာ ပျက်ခြင်း နှင့် ကိုယ် ကိုခြုံ ကြပါစေသော။
30 I will giue thankes vnto the Lord greatly with my mouth and praise him among ye multitude.
၃၀အကျွန်ုပ် သည် နှုတ် မြွက်၍ ၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ ဂုဏ်ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို အလွန် ချီးမွမ်း ပါမည်။ များစွာ သောသူတို့ အလယ် မှာ ချီးမွမ်း ပါမည်။
31 For he will stand at the right hand of the poore, to saue him from them that woulde condemne his soule.
၃၁အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ဆင်းရဲသောသူ ၏ ဝိညာဉ် ကို အပြစ် စီရင်သောသူတို့ ၏လက်မှ ကယ်တင် ခြင်းငှါ ၊ သူ ၏လက်ျာ ဘက်မှာ ရပ် ၍ နေတော်မူတတ်၏။
