Psalms 108

1 A song or Psalme of David. O God, mine heart is prepared, so is my tongue: I will sing and giue praise.

Mi corazón está aparejado, o! Dios, cantaré y diré salmos, también mi alma.

2 Awake viole and harpe: I will awake early.

Despiértate salterio y arpa: yo despertaré al alba.

3 I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people, and I wil sing vnto thee among the nations.

Alabarte he en pueblos, o! Jehová; cantaré salmos a ti entre las naciones.

4 For thy mercy is great aboue the heauens, and thy trueth vnto the clouds.

Porque grande más que los cielos es tu misericordia, y hasta los cielos tu verdad.

5 Exalt thy self, O God, aboue the heauens, and let thy glorie be vpon all the earth,

Ensálzate sobre los cielos, o! Dios: sobre toda la tierra sea ensalzada tu gloria.

6 That thy beloued may be deliuered: helpe with thy right hand and heare me.

Para que sean librados tus amados: salva con tu diestra, y respóndeme.

7 God hath spoken in his holinesse: therefore I will reioyce, I shall deuide Shechem and measure the valley of Succoth.

Dios habló por su santuario: Yo me alegraré: repartiré a Siquem, y mediré el valle de Socot.

8 Gilead shalbe mine, and Manasseh shalbe mine: Ephraim also shalbe the strength of mine head: Iuda is my lawgiuer.

Mío será Galaad, mío será Manasés; y Efraím será la fortaleza de mi cabeza: Judá será mi legislador;

9 Moab shalbe my washpot: ouer Edom wil I cast out my shoe: vpon Palestina wil I triumph.

Moab, la olla de mi lavatorio: sobre Edom echaré mi zapato: sobre Palestina me regocijaré.

10 Who will leade mee into the strong citie? who will bring me vnto Edom?

¿Quién me guiará a la ciudad fortalecida? ¿quién me guiará hasta Idumea?

11 Wilt not thou, O God, which haddest forsaken vs, and diddest not goe foorth, O God, with our armies?

Ciertamente tú, o! Dios, que nos habías desechado; y no salías o! Dios, con nuestros ejércitos.

12 Giue vs helpe against trouble: for vaine is the helpe of man.

Dános socorro en la angustia; porque mentirosa es la salud del hombre.

13 Through God we shall doe valiantly: for he shall treade downe our enemies.

En Dios haremos ejército; y él rehollará a nuestros enemigos.
