< Proverbs 29 >
1 A man that hardeneth his necke when he is rebuked, shall suddenly be destroyed and can not be cured.
Qayta-qayta eyiblinip turup yene boyni qattiqliq qilghan kishi, Tuyuqsizdin dawalighusiz yanjilar.
2 When the righteous are in authoritie, the people reioyce: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people sigh.
Heqqaniylar güllense, puqraliri shadlinar, Qebihler hoquq tutsa puqra nale-peryad kötürer.
3 A man that loueth wisdome, reioyceth his father: but he that feedeth harlots, wasteth his substance.
Danaliqni söygen oghul atisini xush qilar; Biraq pahishilerge hemrah bolghan uning mal-mülkini buzup-chachar.
4 A King by iudgement mainteineth ye countrey: but a man receiuing giftes, destroyeth it.
Padishah adalet bilen yurtini tinch qilar; Biraq baj-séliq salghan bolsa, uni weyran qilar.
5 A man that flattereth his neighbour, spreadeth a net for his steps.
Öz yéqinigha xushamet qilghan kishi, Uning putlirigha tor teyyarlap qoyghandur.
6 In the transgression of an euill man is his snare: but the righteous doeth sing and reioyce.
Rezil ademning gunahi özige qapqan yasap qurar; Biraq heqqaniy kishi naxshilar bilen shadlinar.
7 The righteous knoweth the cause of the poore: but the wicked regardeth not knowledge.
Heqqaniy kishi miskinning dewasigha köngül bölür; Biraq yamanlar bolsa bu ishni chüshenmes.
8 Scornefull men bring a citie into a snare: but wise men turne away wrath.
Hakawur kishiler sheherni qutritip dawalghutar; Biraq aqilaniler achchiq ghezeplerni yandurar.
9 If a wise man contend with a foolish man, whether he be angry or laugh, there is no rest.
Dana kishi exmeq bilen dewalashsa, Exmeq hürpiyidu yaki külidu, netijisi haman tinchliq bolmas.
10 Bloodie men hate him that is vpright: but the iust haue care of his soule.
Qanxorlar pak-diyanetliklerge nepretliner; Duruslarning jénini bolsa, ular qestler.
11 A foole powreth out all his minde: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterward.
Exmeq herdaim ichidiki hemmini ashkara qilar; Biraq dana özini bésiwalar.
12 Of a prince that hearkeneth to lyes, all his seruants are wicked.
Hökümdar yalghan sözlerge qulaq salsa, Uning barliq xizmetkarliri yaman ögenmey qalmas.
13 The poore and the vsurer meete together, and the Lord lighteneth both their eyes.
Gaday bilen uni ezgüchi kishi bir zéminda yashar; Her ikkisining közini nurlandurghuchi Perwerdigardur.
14 A King that iudgeth the poore in trueth, his throne shalbe established for euer.
Yoqsullarni diyanet bilen sorighan padishahning bolsa, Texti menggüge mehkem turar.
15 The rodde and correction giue wisdome: but a childe set a libertie, maketh his mother ashamed.
Tayaq bilen tenbih-nesihet balilargha danaliq yetküzer; Biraq öz meylige qoyup bérilgen bala anisini xijaletke qaldurar.
16 When the wicked are increased, transgression increaseth: but ye righteous shall see their fall.
Yamanlar güllinip ketse, naheqlik köpiyer; Lékin heqqaniylar ularning yiqilghinini körer.
17 Correct thy sonne and he will giue thee rest, and will giue pleasures to thy soule.
Oghlungni terbiyeliseng, u séni aram tapquzar; U könglüngni söyündürer.
18 Where there is no vision, the people decay: but he that keepeth the Lawe, is blessed.
[Perwerdigarning] wehiysi bolmighan elning puqraliri yoldin chiqip bashpanahsiz qalar; Lékin Tewrat-qanunigha emel qilidighan kishi bextliktur.
19 A seruant will not be chastised with words: though he vnderstand, yet he will not answere.
Qulni söz bilenla tüzetkili bolmas; U sözüngni chüshen’gen bolsimu, étibar qilmas.
20 Seest thou a man hastie in his matters? there is more hope of a foole, then of him.
Aghzini basalmaydighan kishini körgenmu? Uningdin ümid kütkendin, exmeqtin ümid kütüsh ewzeldur.
21 He that delicately bringeth vp his seruant from youth, at length he will be euen as his sone.
Kimki öz qulini kichikidin tartip öz meylige qoyup berse, Künlerning biride uning béshigha chiqar.
22 An angrie man stirreth vp strife, and a furious man aboundeth in transgression.
Térikkek kishi jédel-majira qozghap turar; Asan achchiqlinidighan kishining gunahliri köptur.
23 The pride of a man shall bring him lowe: but the humble in spirit shall enioy glory.
Meghrurluq kishini pes qilar, Biraq kemterlik kishini hörmetke érishtürer.
24 He that is partner with a thiefe, hateth his owne soule: he heareth cursing, and declareth it not.
Oghri bilen shérik bolghan kishi öz jénigha düshmendur; U soraqchining [guwah bérishke] agahlandurushini anglisimu, lékin rast gep qilishqa pétinalmas.
25 The feare of man bringeth a snare: but he that trusteth in the Lord, shalbe exalted.
Insan balisidin qorqush ademni tuzaqqa chüshüridu; Biraq kimki Perwerdigargha tayan’ghan bolsa, u bixeter kötürüler.
26 Many doe seeke the face of the ruler: but euery mans iudgement commeth from the Lord.
Köp kishiler hökümdardin iltipat izdep yürer; Biraq ademning heq-rizqi peqet Perwerdigarningla qolididur.
27 A wicked man is abomination to the iust, and he that is vpright in his way, is abomination to the wicked.
Naheqler heqqaniylargha yirginchliktur; Durus yolda mangghan kishiler yamanlargha yirginchliktur.
