Numbers 1
1 The Lord spake againe vnto Moses in the wildernesse of Sinai, in the Tabernacle of the Congregation, in the first day of the second moneth, in the second yere after they were come out of the land of Egypt, saying,
Fallou mais o Senhor a Moysés no deserto de Sinai, na tenda da congregação, no primeiro dia do mez segundo no segundo anno da sua saida da terra do Egypto, dizendo:
2 Take ye the summe of all the Congregation of the children of Israel, after their families, and housholdes of their fathers with the nomber of their names: to wit, all the males, man by man:
Tomae a somma de toda a congregação dos filhos d'Israel, segundo as suas gerações, segundo a casa de seus paes, no numero dos nomes de todo o macho, cabeça por cabeça;
3 From twentie yere olde and aboue, all that go forth to the warre in Israel, thou and Aaron shall number them, throughout their armies.
Da edade de vinte annos e para cima, todos os que saem á guerra em Israel: a estes contareis segundo os seus exercitos, tu e Aarão.
4 And with you shalbe men of euery tribe, such as are the heads of the house of their fathers.
Estará comvosco de cada tribu um homem que seja cabeça da casa de seus paes,
5 And these are the names of the men that shall stand with you, of the tribe of Reuben, Elizur, the sonne of Shedeur:
Estes pois são os nomes dos homens que estarão comvosco: De Ruben, Elizur, filho de Sedeur;
6 Of Simeon, Shelumiel the sonne of Zurishaddai:
De Simeão, Selumiel, filho de Surisaddai;
7 Of Iudah, Nahshon the sonne of Amminadab:
De Judah, Naasson, filho de Amminadab;
8 Of Issachar, Nethaneel, the sonne of Zuar:
D'Issacar, Nathanael, filho de Suhar;
9 Of Zebulun, Eliab, the sonne of Helon:
De Zebulon, Eliab, filho de Helon;
10 Of the children of Ioseph: of Ephraim, Elishama the sonne of Ammihud: of Manasseh, Gamliel, the sonne of Pedahzur:
Dos filhos de José: d'Ephraim; Elisama, filho d'Ammihud; de Manasseh, Gamaliel, filho de Pedazur;
11 Of Beiamin, Abida the sonne of Gideoni:
De Benjamin, Abidan, filho de Gideoni;
12 Of Dan, Ahiezer, the sonne of Ammishaddai:
De Dan, Ahieser, filho de Ammisaddai;
13 Of Asher, Pagiel, the sonne of Ocran:
De Aser, Pagiel, filho d'Ochran;
14 Of Gad, Eliasaph, the sonne of Deuel:
De Gad, Eliasaph, filho de Dehuel;
15 Of Naphtali, Ahira the sonne of Enan.
De Naphtali, Ahira, filho d'Enan.
16 These were famous in the Congregation, princes of the tribes of their fathers, and heads ouer thousands in Israel.
Estes foram os chamados da congregação, os principes das tribus de seus paes, os Cabeças dos milhares d'Israel.
17 The Moses and Aaron tooke these men which are expressed by their names.
Então tomaram Moysés e Aarão a estes homens, que foram declarados pelos seus nomes.
18 And they called all the Congregation together, in the first day of the second moneth, who declared their kindreds by their families, and by the houses of their fathers, according to the nomber of their names, from twentie yere olde and aboue, man by man.
E ajuntaram toda a congregação no primeiro dia do mez segundo, e declararam a sua descendencia segundo as suas familias, segundo a casa de seus paes, pelo numero dos nomes dos de vinte annos e para cima, cabeça por cabeça;
19 As the Lord had commanded Moses, so he nombred them in the wildernesse of Sinai.
Como o Senhor ordenara a Moysés, assim os contou no deserto de Sinai.
20 So were the sonnes of Reuben Israels eldest sonne by their generations, by their families, and by the houses of their fathers, according to the nomber of their names, man by man euery male from twentie yere olde and aboue, as many as went forth to warre:
Foram pois os filhos de Ruben, o primogenito d'Israel; as suas gerações pelas suas familias, segundo a casa de seus paes, pelo numero dos nomes, cabeça por cabeça, todo o macho de vinte annos e para cima, todos os que podiam sair á guerra;
21 The nomber of them, I say, of the tribe of Reuben, was sixe and fourtie thousande, and fiue hundreth.
Foram contados d'elles, da tribu de Ruben, quarenta e seis mil e quinhentos.
22 Of the sonnes of Simeon by their generatios, by their families, and by the houses of their fathers, the summe therof by the nomber of their names, man by man, euery male from twentie yeere olde and aboue, all that went forth to warre:
Dos filhos de Simeão, as suas gerações pelas suas familias, segundo a casa dos seus paes; os seus contados, pelo numero dos nomes, cabeça por cabeça, todo o macho de vinte annos e para cima, todos os que podiam sair á guerra,
23 The summe of them, I say, of the tribe of Simeon was nine and fiftie thousande, and three hundreth.
Foram contados d'elles, da tribu de Simeão, cincoenta e nove mil e trezentos.
24 Of the sonnes of Gad by their generations, by their families, and by the houses of their fathers, according to the nomber of their names, from twentie yere olde and aboue, all that went forth to warre:
Dos filhos de Gad, as suas gerações pelas suas familias, segundo a casa de seus paes, pelo numero dos nomes dos de vinte annos e para cima, todos os que podiam sair á guerra,
25 The number of them, I say, of the tribe of Gad was fiue and fourtie thousand, and six hundreth and fiftie.
Foram contados d'elles, da tribu de Gad, quarenta e cinco mil e seiscentos e cincoenta.
26 Of the sonnes of Iudah by their generations, by their families, and by the houses of their fathers, according to the nomber of their names, from twentie yere olde and aboue, all that went forth to warre:
Dos filhos de Judah, as suas gerações pelas suas familias, segundo a casa de seus paes; pelo numero dos nomes dos de vinte annos e para cima, todos os que podiam sair á guerra,
27 The nomber of them, I say, of the tribe of Iudah was three score and fourteene thousande, and sixe hundreth.
Foram contados d'elles, da tribu de Judah, setenta e quatro mil e seiscentos.
28 Of the sonnes of Issachar by their generations, by their families, and by the houses of their fathers, according to the nomber of their names, from twentie yeere olde and aboue, all that went forth to warre:
Dos filhos d'Issacar, as suas gerações pelas suas familias, segundo a casa de seus paes, pelo numero dos nomes dos de vinte annos e para cima, todos os que podiam sair á guerra,
29 The nomber of them also of the tribe of Issachar was foure and fiftie thousande and foure hundreth.
Foram contados d'elles, da tribu d'Issacar, cincoenta e quatro mil e quatrocentos.
30 Of the sonnes of Zebulun by their generations, by their families, and by the houses of their fathers, according to the number of their names, from twentie yeere olde and aboue, all that went foorth to warre:
Dos filhos de Zebulon, as suas gerações, pelas suas familias, segundo a casa de seus paes, pelo numero dos nomes dos de vinte annos e para cima, todos os que podiam sair á guerra,
31 The nomber of them also of the tribe of Zebulun was seuen and fiftie thousand and foure hundreth.
Foram contados d'elles, da tribu de Zebulon, cincoenta e sete mil e quatrocentos.
32 Of the sonnes of Ioseph, namely of the sonnes of Ephraim by their generations, by their families, and by the houses of their fathers, according to the nomber of their names, from twentie yeere olde and aboue, all that went foorth to warre:
Dos filhos de José, dos filhos d'Ephraim, as suas gerações, pelas suas familias, segundo a casa de seus paes, pelo numero dos nomes dos de vinte annos e para cima, todos os que podiam sair á guerra,
33 The nomber of them also of the tribe of Ephraim was fourtie thousande and fiue hundreth.
Foram contados d'elles, da tribu d'Ephraim, quarenta mil e quinhentos.
34 Of the sonnes of Manasseh by their generations, by their families, and by the houses of their fathers, according to the nomber of their names, from twentie yeere olde and aboue, all that went foorth to warre:
Dos filhos de Manasseh, as suas gerações, pelas suas familias, segundo a casa de seus paes, pelo numero dos nomes dos de vinte annos e para cima, todos os que podiam sair á guerra,
35 The nober of the also of ye tribe of Manasseh was two and thirtie thousand and two hundreth.
Foram contados d'elles, da tribu de Manasseh, trinta e dois mil e duzentos.
36 Of the sonnes of Beniamin by their generations, by their families, and by the houses of their fathers, according to the nomber of their names, from twentie yeere olde and aboue, all that went foorth to warre:
Dos filhos de Benjamin, as suas gerações, pelas suas familias, segundo a casa de seus paes, pelo numero dos nomes dos de vinte annos e para cima, todos os que podiam sair á guerra,
37 The nomber of them also of the tribe of Beniamin was fiue and thirtie thousande and foure hundreth.
Foram contados d'elles, da tribu de Benjamin, trinta e cinco mil e quatrocentos.
38 Of the sonnes of Dan by their generations, by their families, and by the houses of their fathers, according to the nomber of their names, from twentie yeere olde and aboue, all that went foorth to warre:
Dos filhos de Dan, as suas gerações, pelas suas familias, segundo a casa de seus paes, pelo numero dos nomes dos de vinte annos e para cima, todos os que podiam sair á guerra,
39 The nomber of the also of ye tribe of Dan was three score and two thousand and seue hudreth.
Foram contados d'elles, da tribu de Dan, sessenta e dois mil e setecentos.
40 Of the sonnes of Asher by their generations, by their families, and by the houses of their fathers, according to the number of their names, from twentie yeere olde and aboue, all that went foorth to warre:
Dos filhos d'Aser, as suas gerações, pelas suas familias, segundo a casa de seus paes, pelo numero dos nomes dos de vinte annos e para cima, todos os que podiam sair á guerra,
41 The nomber of them also of ye tribe of Asher was one and fourtie thousand and fiue hudreth.
Foram contados d'elles, da tribu d'Aser, quarenta e um mil e quinhentos.
42 Of the children of Naphtali, by their generations, by their families, and by the houses of their fathers, according to the nomber of their names, from twentie yeere olde and aboue, all that went to the warre:
Dos filhos de Naphtali, as suas gerações, pelas suas familias, segundo a casa de seus paes, pelo numero dos nomes dos de vinte annos e para cima, todos os que podiam sair á guerra,
43 The nomber of them also of the tribe of Naphtali, was three and fiftie thousand, and foure hundreth.
Foram contados d'elles, da tribu de Naphtali, cincoenta e tres mil e quatrocentos.
44 These are the summes which Moses, and Aaron nombred, and the Princes of Israel, the twelue men, which were euery one for the house of their fathers.
Estes foram os contados, que contou Moysés e Aarão, e os principes d'Israel, doze homens, cada um era pela casa de seus paes.
45 So this was all the summe of the sonnes of Israel, by the houses of their fathers, from twenty yeere olde and aboue, all that went to the warre in Israel,
Assim foram todos os contados dos filhos d'Israel, segundo a casa de seus paes, de vinte annos e para cima, todos os que podiam sair á guerra em Israel;
46 And all they were in nomber sixe hudreth and three thousande, fiue hundreth and fiftie.
Todos os contados pois foram seiscentos e tres mil e quinhentos e cincoenta.
47 But the Leuites, after the tribes of their fathers were not nombred among them.
Mas os levitas, segundo a tribu de seus paes, não foram contados entre elles,
48 For the Lord had spoken vnto Moses, and said,
Porquanto o Senhor tinha fallado a Moysés, dizendo:
49 Onely thou shalt not number the tribe of Leui, neither take the summe of them among the children of Israel:
Porém não contarás a tribu de Levi, nem tomarás a somma d'elles entre os filhos d'Israel:
50 But thou shalt appoynt the Leuites ouer the Tabernacle of the Testimonie, and ouer all the instruments thereof, and ouer all things that belong to it: they shall beare the Tabernacle, and all the instruments thereof, and shall minister in it, and shall dwell round about the Tabernacle.
Mas tu põe os levitas sobre o tabernaculo do testemunho, e sobre todos os seus vasos, e sobre tudo o que pertence a elle: elles levarão o tabernaculo e todos os seus vasos; e elles o administrarão, e assentarão o seu arraial ao redor do tabernaculo.
51 And when the Tabernacle goeth forth, the Leuites shall take it downe: and when the Tabernacle is to be pitched, ye Leuites shall set it vp: for the stranger that commeth neere, shalbe slaine.
E, quando o tabernaculo partir, os levitas o desarmarão; e, quando o tabernaculo assentar no arraial, os levitas o armarão; e o estranho que se chegar morrerá.
52 Also the children of Israel shall pitch their tentes, euery man in his campe, and euery man vnder his standerd throughout their armies.
E os filhos d'Israel assentarão as suas tendas, cada um no seu esquadrão, e cada um junto á sua bandeira, segundo os seus exercitos.
53 But the Leuites shall pitch rounde about the Tabernacle of the Testimonie, least vengeance come vpon the Congregation of the children of Israel, and the Leuites shall take the charge of the Tabernacle of the Testimonie.
Mas os levitas assentarão as suas tendas ao redor do tabernaculo do testemunho, para que não haja indignação sobre a congregação dos filhos d'Israel, pelo que os levitas terão o cuidado da guarda do tabernaculo do testemunho.
54 So the children of Israel did according to all that ye Lord had comanded Moses: so did they.
Assim fizeram os filhos d'Israel: conforme a tudo o que o Senhor ordenara a Moysés, assim o fizeram.
