Nehemiah 3
1 Then arose Eliashib the hie Priest with his brethren the Priestes, and they buylt the sheepegate: they repayred it, and set vp the doores thereof: euen vnto the tower of Meah repayred they it, and vnto the tower of Hananeel.
Então Eliashib, o sumo sacerdote, levantou-se com seus irmãos, os sacerdotes, e eles construíram o portão das ovelhas. Eles a santificaram, e montaram suas portas. Santificaram-na até a torre de Hammeah, até a torre de Hananel.
2 And next vnto him buylded the men of Iericho, and beside him Zaccur the sonne of Imri.
Ao seu lado, os homens de Jericó construíram. Ao lado deles Zaccur, o filho de Imri, construiu.
3 But the fish port did the sonnes of Senaah buylde, which also layde the beames thereof, and set on the doores thereof, the lockes thereof, and the barres thereof.
Os filhos de Hassenaah construíram o portão do peixe. Eles colocaram suas vigas e montaram suas portas, seus parafusos e suas barras.
4 And next vnto them fortified Merimoth, the sonne of Vrijah, the sonne of Hakkoz: and next vnto them fortified Meshullam, the sonne of Berechiah, the sonne of Meshezabeel: and next vnto them fortified Zadok, the sonne of Baana:
Ao lado deles, Meremoth, o filho de Uriah, o filho de Hakkoz, fez reparos. Ao lado deles, Meshullam, filho de Berechiah, o filho de Meshezabel, fez reparos. Junto a eles, Zadok, filho de Baana, fez reparos.
5 And next vnto them fortified the Tekoites: but the great men of them put not their neckes to the worke of their lordes.
Ao lado deles, os tecoítas fizeram reparos; mas seus nobres não colocaram seu pescoço na obra do Senhor.
6 And the gate of the olde fishpoole fortified Iehoiada the sonne of Paseah, and Meshullam the sonne of Besodaiah: they laid the beames thereof, and set on the doores thereof, and the lockes thereof, and the barres thereof.
Joiada, filho de Paseah, e Meshullam, filho de Besodeiah, repararam o antigo portão. Eles colocaram suas vigas e montaram suas portas, seus parafusos e suas barras.
7 Next vnto them also fortified Melatiah the Gibeonite, and Iadon the Meronothite, men of Gibeon, and of Mizpah, vnto the throne of the Duke, which was beyond the Riuer.
Ao lado deles, Melatiah o Gibeonita e Jadon o Meronothite, os homens de Gibeon e de Mizpah, consertaram a residência do governador além do rio.
8 Next vnto him fortified Vzziel the sonne of Harhohiah of the golde smithes: next vnto him also fortified Hananiah, the sonne of Harakkahim, and they repayred Ierusalem vnto the broad wall.
Ao seu lado, Uzziel, o filho de Harhaiah, ourives, fez reparos. Ao seu lado, Hananias, um dos perfumistas, fez reparos, e eles fortificaram Jerusalém até o largo muro.
9 Also next vnto them fortified Rephaiah, the sonne of Hur, the ruler of the halfe part of Ierusalem.

10 And next vnto him fortified Iedaiah the sonne of Harumaph, euen ouer against his house: and next vnto him fortified Hattush, the sonne of Hashabniah.
Ao lado deles, Jedaías, o filho de Harumaph, fez reparos em frente à sua casa. Ao lado dele, Hattush, o filho de Hasabneia, fez reparos.
11 Malchiiah the sonne of Harim, and Hashub the sonne of Pahath Moab fortified the seconde porcion, and the tower of the fornaces.
Malchijah, filho de Harim, e Hasshub, filho de Pahathmoab, consertaram outra porção e a torre dos fornos.
12 Next vnto him also fortified Shallum, the sonne of Halloesh, the ruler of the halfe part of Ierusalem, he, and his daughters.
Ao lado dele, Salum o filho de Hallohesh, o governante de metade do distrito de Jerusalém, ele e suas filhas fizeram reparos.
13 The valley gate fortified Hanum, and the inhabitants of Zanuah: they buylt it, and set on the doores thereof, the lockes thereof, and the barres thereof, euen a thousand cubites on the wall vnto the dung porte.
Hanun e os habitantes de Zanoah repararam o portão do vale. Eles o construíram e montaram suas portas, seus parafusos e suas barras e mil cúbitos da parede até o portão do esterco.
14 But the dung port fortified Malchiah, the sonne of Rechab, the ruler of the fourth part of Beth-haccarem: he built it, and set on the doores thereof, the lockes thereof, and the barres thereof.
Malchijah o filho de Rechab, o governante do distrito de Beth Haccherem, reparou o portão do esterco. Ele o construiu e montou suas portas, seus ferrolhos e suas barras.
15 But the gate of the fountaine fortified Shallun, the sonne of Col-hozeh, the ruler of the fourth part of Mizpah: he builded it, and couered it, and set on the doores thereof, the lockes thereof, and the barres thereof, and the wall vnto the fishpoole of Shelah by the Kings garden, and vnto the steppes that goe downe from the citie of Dauid.
Shallun o filho de Colhozeh, o governante do distrito de Mizpah, reparou o portão de mola. Ele o construiu, cobriu-o e montou suas portas, seus ferrolhos e suas barras; e reparou o muro da piscina de Selá junto ao jardim do rei, até as escadas que descem da cidade de Davi.
16 After him fortified Nehemiah the sonne of Azbuk, the ruler of ye halfe part of Beth-zur, vntill the otherside ouer against the sepulchres of Dauid, and to the fishpoole that was repaired, and vnto the house of the mightie.
Depois dele, Neemias, filho de Azbuk, o governante de metade do distrito de Bet Zur, fez reparos no lugar em frente aos túmulos de Davi, e na piscina que foi feita, e na casa dos homens poderosos.
17 After him fortified the Leuites, Rehum the sonne of Bani, and next vnto him fortified Hashabiah the ruler of the halfe part of Keilah in his quarter.
Depois dele, os Levitas-Rehum, o filho de Bani, fizeram reparos. Ao seu lado, Hashabiah, o governante de metade do distrito de Keilah, fez reparos em seu distrito.
18 After him fortified their brethren: Bauai, the sonne of Henadad the ruler of the halfe part of Keilah:
Depois dele, seus irmãos, Bavvai, filho de Henadad, o governante da metade do distrito de Keilah, fizeram reparos.
19 And next vnto him fortified Ezer, the sonne of Ieshua the ruler of Mizpah, the other portion ouer against the going vp to the corner of the armour.
Ao seu lado, Ezer, filho de Jeshua, o governante de Mizpah, reparou outra porção, desde a subida até a armaria, no virar do muro.
20 After him was earnest Baruch the sonne of Zacchai, and fortified another portion from the corner vnto the doore of the house of Eliashib the hie Priest.
Depois dele, Baruch, o filho de Zabbai, consertou com seriedade outra porção, desde o virar do muro até a porta da casa de Eliashib, o sumo sacerdote.
21 After him fortified Merimoth, the sonne of Vriiah, the sonne of Hakkoz, another portion from the doore of the house of Eliashib, euen as long as the house of Eliashib extended.
Depois dele, Meremoth, filho de Uriah, filho de Hakkoz, reparou outra porção, desde a porta da casa de Eliashib até o final da casa de Eliashib.
22 After him also fortified the Priests, the men of the playne.
Depois dele, os sacerdotes, os homens das redondezas, fizeram reparos.
23 After them fortified Beniamin, and Hasshub ouer against their house: after him fortified Azariah, the sonne of Maaseiah, the sonne of Ananiah, by his house.
Depois deles, Benjamin e Hasshub fizeram reparos do outro lado de sua casa. Depois deles, Azarias, filho de Maaséias, filho de Ananias, fez reparos ao lado de sua própria casa.
24 After him fortified Binnui, the sonne of Henadad another portion, from the house of Azariah vnto the turning and vnto the corner.
Depois dele, Binnui, filho de Henadad, reparou outra porção, da casa de Azarias até o virar do muro, e até a esquina.
25 Palal, the sonne of Vzai, from ouer against the corner, and the high tower, that lieth out from the Kings house, which is beside the court of the prison. After him, Pedaiah, the sonne of Parosh.
Palal o filho de Uzai fez reparos em frente ao virar do muro, e a torre que se destaca da casa superior do rei, que fica ao lado da corte da guarda. Depois dele, Pedaiah, o filho de Parosh, fez reparos.
26 And the Nethinims they dwelt in ye fortresse vnto the place ouer against the water gate, Eastwarde, and to the tower that lyeth out.
(Agora os servos do templo viviam em Ophel, para o lugar em frente ao portão de água em direção ao leste, e a torre que se destaca).
27 After him fortified the Tekoites another portion ouer against the great tower, that lyeth out, euen vnto the wall of the fortresse.
Depois dele os tecoítas repararam outra porção, em frente à grande torre que se destaca, e para a parede de Ofel.
28 From aboue the horsegate forth fortified the Priests, euery one ouer against his house.
Acima do portão do cavalo, os padres fizeram reparos, todos do outro lado de sua própria casa.
29 After them fortified Zadok the sonne of Immer ouer against his house: and after him fortified Shemaiah, the sonne of Shechadiah the keeper of the East gate.

30 After him fortified Hananiah, the sonne of Shelemiah, and Hanun, the sonne of Zalaph, the sixt, another portion after him fortified Meshullam, the sonne of Berechiah, ouer against his chamber.

31 After him fortified Malchiah the goldesmiths sonne, vntil the house of the Nethinims, and of ye marchants ouer against the gate Miphkad, and to the chamber in the corner.
Depois dele, Malchijah, um dos ourives da casa dos criados do templo, e dos comerciantes, fez reparos em frente ao portão de Hammiphkad e à subida da esquina.
32 And betweene the chamber of the corner vnto the sheepegate fortified the goldesmithes and the marchantes.
Entre a subida da esquina e o portão das ovelhas, os ourives e os mercadores fizeram reparos.
