Nehemiah 12
1 These also are the Priestes and the Leuites that went vp with Zerubbabel, the sonne of Shealtiel, and Ieshua: to wit, Seraiah, Ieremiah, Ezra,
౧షయల్తీయేలు కొడుకు జెరుబ్బాబెలుతో వచ్చిన యాజకులు, లేవీయులు వీరే. యేషూవ, శెరాయా, యిర్మీయా, ఎజ్రా,
2 Amariah, Malluch, Hattush,
౨అమర్యా, మళ్లూకు, హట్టూషు,
3 Shecaniah, Rehum, Merimoth,
౩షెకన్యా, రెహూము, మెరేమోతు,
4 Iddo, Ginnetho, Abiiah,
౪ఇద్దో, గిన్నెతోను, అబీయా,
5 Miamin, Maadiah, Bilgah,
౫మీయామిను, మయద్యా, బిల్గా,
6 Shemaiah, and Ioiarib, Iedaiah,
౬షెమయా, యోయారీబు, యెదాయా,
7 Sallu, Amok, Hilkiiah, Iedaiah: these were the chiefe of the Priests, and of their brethren in the dayes of Ieshua.
౭సల్లూ, ఆమోకు, హిల్కీయా, యెదాయా, అనేవాళ్ళు. వీళ్ళంతా యేషూవ రోజుల్లో యాజకుల్లో వారి బంధువుల్లో ప్రముఖులుగా ఉన్నారు.
8 And the Leuites, Ieshua, Binnui, Kadmiel, Sherebiah, Iudah, Mattaniah were ouer the thankesgiuings, he, and his brethren.
౮లేవీయులలో ఇంకా, యేషూవ, బిన్నూయి, కద్మీయేలు, షేరేబ్యా, యూదా, కృతజ్ఞత పాటలు పాడే పరిచర్యలో ముఖ్యుడైన మత్తన్యా, అతని బంధువులు.
9 And Bakbukiah and Vnni, and their brethren were about them in the watches.
౯బక్బుక్యా, ఉన్నీ, వారి బంధువులు, వారికి ముందు వరుసలో నిలబడి పాటలు పాడేవాళ్ళు.
10 And Ieshua begate Ioiakim: Ioiakim also begate Eliashib, and Eliashib begate Ioiada.
౧౦యేషూవ కొడుకు యోయాకీము, యోయాకీము కొడుకు ఎల్యాషీబు, ఎల్యాషీబు కొడుకు యోయాదాను.
11 And Ioiada begate Ionathan, and Ionathan begate Iaddua,
౧౧యోయాదా కొడుకు యోనాతాను, యోనాతాను కొడుకు యద్దూవ.
12 And in the daies of Ioiakim were these, the chiefe fathers of the Priests: vnder Seraiah was Meraiah, vnder Ieremiah, Hananiah,
౧౨యోయాకీము రోజుల్లో పూర్వీకుల కుటుంబాలకు నాయకులుగా ఉన్న యాజకుల ఎవరంటే, శెరాయా కుటుంబానికి మెరాయా, యిర్మీయా కుటుంబానికి హనన్యా.
13 Vnder Ezra, Meshullam, vnder Amariah, Iehohanan,
౧౩ఎజ్రా కుటుంబానికి మెషుల్లాము, అమర్యా కుటుంబానికి యెహోహానా.
14 Vnder Melicu, Ionathan, vnder Shebaniah, Ioseph,
౧౪మెలీకూ కుటుంబానికి యోనాతాను, షెబన్యా కుటుంబానికి యోసేపు.
15 Vnder Harim, Adna, vnder Maraioth, Helkai,
౧౫హారిము కుటుంబానికి అద్నా, మెరాయోతు కుటుంబానికి హెల్కయి.
16 Vnder Iddo, Zechariah, vnder Ginnithon, Meshullam,
౧౬ఇద్దో కుటుంబానికి జెకర్యా, గిన్నెతోను కుటుంబానికి మెషుల్లాము.
17 Vnder Abiiah, Zichri, vnder Miniamin, and vnder Moadiah, Piltai,
౧౭అబీయా కుటుంబానికి జిఖ్రీ, మిన్యామీను, మోవద్యా కుటుంబాలకు పిల్టయి.
18 Vnder Bilgah, Shammua, vnder Shemaiah, Iehonathan,
౧౮బిల్గా కుటుంబానికి షమ్మూయ, షెమయా కుటుంబానికి యెహోనాతాను.
19 Vnder Ioiarib, Mattenai, vnder Iedaiah, Vzzi,
౧౯యోయారీబు కుటుంబానికి మత్తెనై, యెదాయా కుటుంబానికి ఉజ్జీ.
20 Vnder Sallai, Kallai, vnder Amok, Eber,
౨౦సల్లయి కుటుంబానికి కల్లయి, ఆమోకు కుటుంబానికి ఏబెరు.
21 Vnder Hilkiah, Hashabiah, vnder Iedaiah, Nethaneel.
౨౧హిల్కీయా కుటుంబానికి హషబ్యా, యెదాయా కుటుంబానికి నెతనేలు.
22 In the dayes of Eliashib, Ioiada, and Iohanan and Iaddua were the chiefe fathers of the Leuites written, and the Priests in the reigne of Darius the Persian.
౨౨లేవీయులకు సంబంధించి ఎల్యాషీబు, యోయాదా, యోహానాను, యద్దూవ కుటుంబ యాజకులుగా నమోదయ్యారు. పారసీక రాజు దర్యావేషు పాలన కాలంలో కూడా వీరే కుటుంబ యాజకులుగా ఉన్నారు.
23 The sonnes of Leui, the chiefe fathers were written in the booke of the Chronicles euen vnto the dayes of Iohanan the sonne of Eliashib.
౨౩ఎల్యాషీబు కొడుకు యోహానాను రోజుల వరకూ అనుదిన కార్యక్రమ వివరాలు రాసే గ్రంథంలో వారు లేవీయుల కుటుంబ యాజకులుగా నమోదయ్యారు.
24 And the chiefe of the Leuites were Hashabiah, Sherebiah, and Ieshua the sonne of Kadmiel, and their brethren about them to giue prayse and thankes, according to the ordinance of Dauid the man of God, ward ouer against warde.
౨౪దేవుని సేవకుడైన దావీదు ఆజ్ఞ ప్రకారం స్తుతి గీతాలు పాడే వంతు లేవీయుల కుటుంబ యాజకులైన హషబ్యా, షేరేబ్యా, కద్మీయేలు కొడుకు యేషూవలకు, వారికి ఎదురుగా నిలబడి పాడే వంతు వారి బంధువులకు నియమించారు.
25 Mattaniah and Bakbukiah, Obadiah, Meshullam, Talmon and Akkub were porters keeping the warde at the thresholds of the gates.
౨౫మత్తన్యా, బక్బుక్యా, ఓబద్యా, మెషుల్లాము, టల్మోను, అక్కూబు అనేవాళ్ళు ఆలయ ద్వారాల సమీపంలో పదార్థాలు నిల్వ చేసే గదులకు కాపలాదారులుగా ఉన్నారు.
26 These were in the dayes of Ioiakim, the sonne of Ieshua, the sonne of Iozadak, and in the dayes of Nehemiah the captaine, and of Ezra the Priest and scribe.
౨౬యోజాదాకు మనవడు, యేషూవ కొడుకు యోయాకీము రోజుల్లోనూ, అధికారియైన నెహెమ్యా రోజుల్లోనూ, యాజకుడు, శాస్త్రి అయిన ఎజ్రా రోజుల్లోనూ వీరు ఆ పని చేస్తూ వచ్చారు.
27 And in the dedication of the wall at Ierusalem they sought the Leuites out of all their places to bring them to Ierusalem to keepe the dedication and gladnes, both with thankesgiuings and with songs, cymbales, violes and with harpes.
౨౭యెరూషలేం సరిహద్దు గోడల ప్రతిష్ట సమయంలో వీళ్ళు ఆ కార్యక్రమం స్తుతి గీతాలతో, పాటలతో, తంతి వాయిద్యాలతో మేళతాళాలతో ఆర్భాటంగా జరిగించడానికి అన్ని పరిసర గ్రామాల నుండి లేవీయులను యెరూషలేంకు రప్పించే పని చేపట్టారు.
28 Then the singers gathered themselues together both from the plaine countrey about Ierusalem, and from the villages of Netophathi,
౨౮అప్పుడు గాయకుల వంశాల సంతానం యెరూషలేం చుట్టూ ఉన్న ప్రాంతాల నుండి, నెటోపాతీయుల గ్రామాల్లో నుండి సమకూడి వచ్చారు.
29 And from the house of Gilgal, and out of the countreis of Geba, and Azmaueth: for the singers had built them villages round about Ierusalem.
౨౯యెరూషలేం చుట్టూ గాయకులు తమ గ్రామాలు కట్టుకుని ఉండడం వల్ల గిల్గాలు కుటుంబం నుండి, గెబ, అజ్మావెతు ప్రాంతాల నుండి ప్రజలు తరలి వచ్చారు.
30 And the Priests and Leuites were purified, and clensed the people, and the gates, and the wall.
౩౦యాజకులు, లేవీయులు మొదటగా తమను తాము పవిత్రం చేసుకున్నారు. తరువాత ప్రజలను, ద్వారాలను, గోడలను శుద్ధి చేశారు.
31 And I brought vp the princes of Iudah vpon the wall, and appointed two great companies to giue thankes, and the one went on the right hand of the wall toward the dung gate.
౩౧తరువాత నేను యూదుల ప్రముఖులను గోడ మీదికి ఎక్కించాను. స్తుతి గీతాలు పాడేవారిని రెండు పెద్ద గుంపులుగా విభజించాను. ఒక గుంపు చెత్త ద్వారం కుడివైపు గోడ మీద నిలబడ్డారు.
32 And after them went Hoshaiah, and halfe of the princes of Iudah,
౩౨వారితోపాటు హోషయా, యూదుల ప్రముఖుల్లో సగం మంది వెళ్ళారు.
33 And Azariah, Ezra and Meshullam,
౩౩ఇంకా అజర్యా, ఎజ్రా, మెషుల్లాము,
34 Iudah, Beniamin, and Shemaiah, and Ieremiah,
౩౪యూదా, బెన్యామీను, షెమయాయు, యిర్మీయా అనేవాళ్ళు కూడా గోడ ఎక్కారు.
35 And of the Priests sonnes with trumpets, Zechariah the sonne of Ionathan, the sonne of Shemaiah, the sonne of Mattaniah, the sonne of Michaiah, the sonne of Zaccur, ye sonne of Asaph.
౩౫షెమయా మనవడు, యోనాతాను కొడుకు జెకర్యాతో కలసి కొందరు యాజకుల కొడుకులు బాకాలు ఊదుతూ వెళ్ళారు. ఆసాపు కొడుకు జక్కూరు, జక్కూరు కొడుకు మీకాయా, మీకాయా కొడుకు మత్తన్యా. మత్తన్యా కొడుకు షెమయా.
36 And his brethren, Shemaiah, and Azareel, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Nethaneel, and Iudah, Hanani, with the musicall instruments of Dauid the man of God: and Ezra the scribe went before them.
౩౬షెమయా, అజరేలు, మిలలై, గిలలై, మాయి, నెతనేలు, యూదా, హనానీ అనేవాళ్ళు అతని బంధువులు. వీళ్ళు దైవ సేవకుడు దావీదు నియమించిన వాయిద్యాలు మోగిస్తూ వెళ్ళారు. ఆచార్యుడైన ఎజ్రా వారికి ముందుగా నడిచాడు.
37 And to the gate of the fountaine, euen ouer against them went they vp by the staires of the citie of Dauid, at the going vp of the wall beyond the house of Dauid, euen vnto the water gate Eastward.
౩౭వాళ్ళు తమకు ఎదురుగా ఉన్న ఊట ద్వారం దగ్గర దావీదు పట్టణం మెట్లపై నుండి ఆ పట్టణం దాటి గోడ వెంట తూర్పు దిశగా నీటి ద్వారం దాకా వెళ్ళారు.
38 And the seconde companie of them that gaue thankes, went on the other side, and I after them, and the halfe of the people was vpon the wall, and vpon the towre of the furnaces euen vnto the broad wall.
౩౮కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతి గీతాలు పాడేవాళ్ళ రెండవ గుంపు వారికి ఎదురుగా బయలుదేరింది. గోడపై ఉన్న సగం మంది అగ్నిగుండాల గోపురం అవతల నుండి వెడల్పు గోడ దాకా వెళ్ళారు. వారితో కలసి నేను కూడా వెళ్లాను.
39 And vpon the gate of Ephraim, and vpon the olde gate, and vpon the fishgate, and the towre of Hananeel, and the towre of Meah, euen vnto the sheepegate: and they stood in the gate of the warde.
౩౯ఆ గుంపు వాళ్ళు ఎఫ్రాయీం ద్వారం మీదగా వెళ్లి, పాత ద్వారాన్ని, మత్స్యపు ద్వారాన్ని, హనన్యేలు గోపురాన్ని, మేయా గోపురాన్ని దాటి వెళ్ళి, గొర్రెల ద్వారం వరకూ ఎక్కి బందీ గృహం ద్వారం దగ్గర నిలిచారు.
40 So stood the two companies (of them that gaue thankes) in the house of God, and I and the halfe of the rulers with me.
౪౦ఆ విధంగా దేవుని ఆలయంలో కృతజ్ఞతా గీతాలు పాడేవాళ్ళ రెండు గుంపులు, నేనూ నాతోపాటు ఉన్న అధికారుల్లో సగం మంది నిలబడి ఉన్నాం.
41 The Priests also, Eliakim, Maaseiah, Miniamin, Michaiah, Elioenai, Zechariah, Hananiah, with trumpets,
౪౧యాజకులు ఎల్యాకీము, మయశేయా, మిన్యామీను, మీకాయా, ఎల్యోయేనై, జెకర్యా, హనన్యా బాకాలు చేతబట్టుకుని ఉన్నారు.
42 And Maaseiah, and Shemaiah, and Eleazar, and Vzzi, and Iehohanan, and Malchiiah, and Elam, and Ezer: and the singers sang loude, hauing Izrahiah which was the ouerseer.
౪౨ఇజ్రహయా అనే వాడి ఆధ్వరంలో గాయకులు మయశేయా, షెమయా, ఎలియాజరు, ఉజ్జీ, యెహోహానాను, మల్కీయా, ఏలాము, ఏజెరులు పెద్ద స్వరంతో పాటలు పాడారు.
43 And the same day they offered great sacrifices and reioyced: for God had giuen them great ioy, so that both the women, and the children were ioyfull: and the ioy of Ierusalem was heard farre off.
౪౩వాళ్ళు తమ భార్యా బిడ్డలతో కలసి దేవుడు తమకు అమితమైన సంతోషం కలిగించినందుకు ఆ రోజు విలువైన హోమాలు అర్పించి ఆనందించారు. యెరూషలేంలో వాళ్ళు చేసిన ఆనంద ధ్వనులు చాలా దూరం వినిపించాయి.
44 Also at the same time were men appointed ouer the chambers of the store for the offerings (for the first fruites, and for the tithes) to gather into them out of the fieldes of the cities, the portions of the Law for the Priests and the Leuites: for Iudah reioyced for the Priests and for the Leuites, that serued.
౪౪ఆ కాలంలో పదార్థాలను, ప్రతిష్టిత వస్తువులను, ప్రథమ ఫలాలను, దశమ భాగాలను ఉంచే గిడ్డంగులను కాపలా కాయడానికి కొందర్ని నియమించారు. యాజకుల, లేవీయుల కోసం, ధర్మశాస్త్రం ప్రకారం నిర్ణయించిన భాగాలను పట్టణాల నుండి, పొలాల నుండి సమకూర్చడానికి వీరిని నియమించారు. పరిచర్య చేయడానికి యాజకులు, లేవీయులను నియమించగా యూదులు సంతోషించారు.
45 And both the singers and the Leuites kept the ward of their God, and the warde of the purification according to the commandement of Dauid, and Salomon his sonne.
౪౫దావీదు, అతని కొడుకు సొలొమోను ఆదేశించినట్టు గాయకులు, ద్వారపాలకులతోపాటు తమ దేవునికి సేవ పనులను చేస్తూ, శుద్ధి ఆచారాలు పాటిస్తూ వచ్చారు.
46 For in the dayes of Dauid and Asaph, of olde were chiefe singers, and songs of praise and thankesgiuing vnto God.
౪౬పూర్వం దావీదు జీవించిన కాలంలో ఆసాపు పర్యవేక్షణలో గాయకుల నియామకం, స్తుతి గీతాల ఎంపిక, పాటలు పాడడం మొదలైన విషయాలు జరిగేవి.
47 And in the dayes of Zerubbabel, and in the dayes of Nehemiah did al Israel giue portions vnto the singers and porters, euerie day his portion, and they gaue the holy things vnto the Leuites, and the Leuites gaue the holy things vnto the sonnes of Aaron.
౪౭జెరుబ్బాబెలు కాలంలో, నెహెమ్యా కాలంలో ఇశ్రాయేలీయులంతా తమ తమ వంతుల ప్రకారం గాయకులకు, ద్వారపాలకులకు ప్రతిరోజూ ఆహార పదార్థాలను ఇస్తూ వచ్చారు. లేవీయుల కోసం ఒక భాగం కేటాయించారు. లేవీయులు అహరోను వంశంవారి కోసం ఒక భాగం కేటాయించారు.
