Nehemiah 10
1 Now they that sealed were Nehemiah the Tirshatha the sonne of Hachaliah, and Zidkiiah,
Arĩa meekĩrire kĩrĩkanĩro kĩu mũhũũri maarĩ: Nehemia ũrĩa warĩ barũthi wa kũu, mũrũ wa Hakalia, na Zedekia,
2 Seraiah, Azariah, Ieremiah,
na Seraia, na Azaria, na Jeremia,
3 Pashur, Amariah, Malchiah,
na Pashuru, na Amaria, na Malikija,
4 Hattush, Shebaniah, Malluch,
na Hatushu, na Shebania, na Maluku,
5 Harim, Merimoth, Obadiah,
na Harimu, na Meremothu, na Obadia,
6 Daniel, Ginnethon, Baruch,
na Danieli, na Ginethoni, na Baruku,
7 Meshullam, Abiiah, Miamin,
na Meshulamu, na Abija, na Mijamini,
8 Maaziah, Bilgai, Shemaiah: these are the Priestes.
na Maazia, na Biligai, na Shemaia. Acio nĩo maarĩ athĩnjĩri-Ngai.
9 And the Leuites: Ieshua the sonne of Azaniah, Binnui, of the sonnes of Henadad, Kadmiel.
Nao Alawii maarĩ: Jeshua mũrũ wa Azania, na Binui wa ariũ a Henadadi, na Kadimieli,
10 And their brethren Shebaniah, Hodiiah, Kelita, Pelaiah, Hanun,
nao athiritũ ao maarĩ: Shebania, na Hodia, na Kelita, na Pelaia, na Hanani,
11 Micha, Rehob, Hashabiah,
na Mika, na Rehobu, na Hashabia,
12 Zaccur, Sherebiah, Shebaniah,
na Zakuri, na Sherebia, na Shebania,
13 Hodiah, Bani, Beninu.
na Hodia, na Bani, na Beninu.
14 The chiefe of the people were Parosh, Pahath Moab, Elam, Zattu, Bani,
Nao atongoria a andũ maarĩ: Paroshu, na Pahathu-Moabi, na Elamu, na Zatu, na Bani,
15 Bunni, Azgad, Bebai,
na Buni, na Azigadi, na Bebai,
16 Adoniah, Biguai, Adin,
na Adonija, na Bigivai, na Adini,
17 Ater, Hizkiiah, Azzur,
na Ateri, na Hezekia, na Azuri,
18 Hodiah, Hashum, Bezai,
na Hodia, na Hashumu, na Bezai,
19 Hariph, Anathoth, Nebai,
na Harifu, na Anathothu, na Nebai,
20 Magpiash, Meshullam, Hezir,
na Magipiashu, na Meshulamu, na Heziri,
21 Meshezabeel, Zadok, Iaddua,
na Meshezabeli, na Zadoku, na Jadua,
22 Pelatiah, Hanan, Anaiah,
na Pelatia, na Hanani, na Anaia,
23 Hoshea, Hananiah, Hashub,
na Hoshea, na Hanania, na Hashubu,
24 Hallohesh, Pileha, Shobek,
na Haloheshu, na Piliha, na Shobeku,
25 Rehum, Hashabnah, Maaseiah,
na Rehumu, na Hashabina, na Maaseia,
26 And Ahiiah, Hanan, Anan,
na Ahia, na Hanani, na Anani,
27 Malluch, Harim, Baanah.
na Maluku, na Harimu, na Baana.
28 And the rest of the people, the Priestes, the Leuites, the porters, the singers, the Nethinims, and all that were separated from the people of the landes vnto the Lawe of God, their wiues, their sonnes, and their daughters, all that coulde vnderstande.
“Andũ arĩa angĩ, nĩo athĩnjĩri-Ngai, na Alawii, na aikaria a ihingo, na aini, o na ndungata cia hekarũ na arĩa othe meyamũranĩtie na andũ arĩa maariganĩtie nao nĩguo maathĩkĩre Watho wa Ngai, marĩ hamwe na atumia ao, na aanake, na airĩtu ao othe arĩa mangĩhota gũtaũkĩrwo nĩ maũndũ,
29 The chiefe of them receiued it for their brethren, and they came to the curse and to the othe to walke in Gods Law, which was giuen by Moses the seruant of God, to obserue and doe all the commandements of the Lord our God, and his iudgements and his statutes:
andũ aya othe maanyiitana na ariũ a ithe wao arĩa marĩ igweta, na meeohe na kĩrumi na mwĩhĩtwa atĩ nĩmarĩrũmagĩrĩra Watho wa Ngai ũrĩa waheirwo Musa ndungata ya Ngai, na mamenyagĩrĩre gwathĩkĩra maathani mothe, na mawatho, na kĩrĩra gĩa kũrũmĩrĩrwo kĩa Jehova Mwathani witũ.
30 And that we would not giue our daughters to the people of the lande, neither take their daughters for our sonnes.
“Tweranĩra atĩ tũtikaheana airĩtu aitũ mahikio nĩ andũ arĩa matũrigiicĩirie o na kana aanake aitũ mahikie airĩtu ao.
31 And if the people of the lande brought ware on the Sabbath, or any vitailes to sell, that we would not take it of them on the Sabbath and on the holy dayes: and that we would let the seuenth yeere be free, and the debtes of euery person.
“Rĩrĩa andũ a mabũrũri marĩa tũriganĩtie marĩrehaga indo na ngano ya kwendia mũthenya wa Thabatũ, tũtikamagũrĩra mũthenya ũcio wa Thabatũ o na kana mũthenya ũngĩ o wothe mwamũre. O mwaka wa mũgwanja wakinya tũtirĩrĩmaga mĩgũnda iitũ, na nĩtũrĩĩrekanagĩra mathiirĩ mothe.
32 And we made statutes for our selues to giue by the yeere the thirde part of a shekel for the seruice of the house of our God,
“Nĩtuoya mũrigo wa kũhingia mawatho ma kũheanaga gĩcunjĩ gĩa gatatũ gĩa cekeri o mwaka nĩ ũndũ wa wĩra wa nyũmba ya Ngai witũ:
33 For the shewbread, and for the daily offring, and for the daily burnt offring, the Sabbaths, the newe moones, for the solemne feastes, and for the thinges that were sanctified, and for the sinne offrings to make an atonement for Israel, and for all the worke of the house of our God.
nĩ ũndũ wa mĩgate ĩrĩa ĩigagwo metha-inĩ; nĩ ũndũ wa mahinda ma maruta ma mũtu na ma njino; na nĩ ũndũ wa maruta marĩa marutagwo mũthenya wa Thabatũ, na wa ciathĩ cia Karũgamo ka Mweri, na wa ciathĩ iria ciathanĩtwo; nĩ ũndũ wa maruta marĩa maamũre; nĩ ũndũ wa maruta ma kũhoroheria mehia ma Isiraeli; o na nĩ ũndũ wa mawĩra mothe ma nyũmba ya Ngai witũ.
34 We cast also lottes for the offering of the wood, euen the Priestes, the Leuites and the people to bring it into the house of our God, by the house of our fathers, yeerely at the times appointed, to burne it vpon the altar of the Lord our God, as it is written in the Lawe,
“Ithuĩ athĩnjĩri-Ngai, na Alawii o na andũ aya angĩ nĩtũcuukĩte mĩtĩ tũgatuanĩra rĩrĩa o nyũmba iitũ ĩrĩĩrehaga ngũ nyũmba-inĩ ya Ngai witũ, cia gũikaragia mwaki wakanĩte kĩgongona-inĩ kĩa Jehova Ngai witũ mahinda marĩa matuanĩirwo o mwaka, o ta ũrĩa kwandĩkĩtwo Watho-inĩ.
35 And to bring the first fruites of our land, and the first of all the fruites of all trees, yeere by yeere, into the house of the Lord,
“O na nĩtuoya mũrigo wa kũrehaga maciaro ma mbere ma mĩgũnda iitũ na ma mũtĩ o wothe wa matunda nyũmba-inĩ ya Jehova o mwaka.
36 And the first borne of our sonnes, and of our cattel, as it is written in the Lawe, and the first borne of our bullockes and of our sheepe, to bring it into the house of our God, vnto ye Priests that minister in the house of our God,
“O ta ũrĩa kwandĩkĩtwo Watho-inĩ, nĩtũrĩĩrehaga marigithathi maitũ ma aanake, na ma ngʼombe, na ma ndũũru cia ngʼombe na cia mbũri ciitũ gũkũ nyũmba-inĩ ya Ngai witũ kũrĩ athĩnjĩri-Ngai arĩa matungataga kuo.
37 And that we should bring the first fruite of our dough, and our offrings, and the fruite of euery tree, of wine and of oyle, vnto the Priests, to the chambers of the house of our God: and the tithes of our lande vnto the Leuites, that the Leuites might haue the tithes in all the cities of our trauaile.
“O na ningĩ nĩtũrĩĩrehaga thĩinĩ wa makũmbĩ ma nyũmba ya Ngai, tũnengere athĩnjĩri-Ngai mũtu wa mbere, na magongona maitũ ma ngano ma mbere, na maruta ma matunda ma mĩtĩ iitũ yothe ma mbere, na ma ndibei iitũ ya mũhihano o na ma maguta. O na nĩtũrĩĩrehaga gĩcunjĩ gĩa ikũmi kĩa maciaro ma mĩgũnda iitũ, tũkanengera Alawii, nĩgũkorwo nĩ Alawii maamũkagĩra icunjĩ cia ikũmi kuuma matũũra mothe kũrĩa tũrutaga wĩra.
38 And the Priest, the sonne of Aaron shall be with the Leuites, when ye Leuites take tithes, and the Leuites shall bring vp the tenth parte of the tithes vnto the house of our God, vnto the chambers of the treasure house.
Mũthĩnjĩri-Ngai wa rũciaro rwa Harũni nĩarĩkoragwo ho Alawii makĩamũkĩra gĩcunjĩ kĩu gĩa ikũmi, nao Alawii nĩmarĩĩrehaga gĩcunjĩ gĩa ikũmi kĩa indo ciothe makũmbĩ-inĩ ma kĩgĩĩna kĩa nyũmba ya Ngai witũ.
39 For the children of Israel, and the children of Leui shall bring vp the offerings of the corne, of the wine, and of the oyle, vnto the chabers: and there shalbe the vessels of the Sanctuarie, and the Priestes that minister, and the porters, and the fingers, and we will not forsake the house of our God.
Andũ a Isiraeli, hamwe na Alawii, nĩmarĩĩrehaga maruta mao ma ngano, na ndibei ya mũhihano, na maguta thĩinĩ wa makũmbĩ marĩa indo cia handũ-harĩa-haamũre ciigagwo, na kũrĩa athĩnjĩri-Ngai, arĩa maratungata, na aikaria a ihingo, na aini maikaraga. “Tũtirĩrekagĩrĩria nyũmba ya Ngai witũ.”
