Matthew 25
1 Then the kingdome of heauen shalbe likened vnto tenne virgins, which tooke their lampes, and went foorth to meete the bridegrome.
ยา ทศ กนฺยา: ปฺรทีปานฺ คฺฤหฺลโตฺย วรํ สากฺษาตฺ กรฺตฺตุํ พหิริตา: , ตาภิสฺตทา สฺวรฺคียราชฺยสฺย สาทฺฤศฺยํ ภวิษฺยติฯ
2 And fiue of them were wise, and fiue foolish.
ตาสำ กนฺยานำ มเธฺย ปญฺจ สุธิย: ปญฺจ ทุรฺธิย อาสนฺฯ
3 The foolish tooke their lampes, but tooke none oyle with them.
ยา ทุรฺธิยสฺตา: ปฺรทีปานฺ สงฺเค คฺฤหีตฺวา ไตลํ น ชคฺฤหุ: ,
4 But the wise tooke oyle in their vessels with their lampes.
กินฺตุ สุธิย: ปฺรทีปานฺ ปาเตฺรณ ไตลญฺจ ชคฺฤหุ: ฯ
5 Nowe while the bridegrome taried long, all slumbred and slept.
อนนฺตรํ วเร วิลมฺพิเต ตา: สรฺวฺวา นิทฺราวิษฺฏา นิทฺรำ ชคฺมุ: ฯ
6 And at midnight there was a crie made, Behold, the bridegrome commeth: goe out to meete him.
อนนฺตรมฺ อรฺทฺธราเตฺร ปศฺยต วร อาคจฺฉติ, ตํ สากฺษาตฺ กรฺตฺตุํ พหิรฺยาเตติ ชนรวาตฺ
7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lampes.
ตา: สรฺวฺวา: กนฺยา อุตฺถาย ปฺรทีปานฺ อาสาทยิตุํ อารภนฺตฯ
8 And the foolish said to the wise, Giue vs of your oyle, for our lampes are out.
ตโต ทุรฺธิย: สุธิย อูจุ: , กิญฺจิตฺ ไตลํ ทตฺต, ปฺรทีปา อสฺมากํ นิรฺวฺวาณา: ฯ
9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so, lest there will not be ynough for vs and you: but goe ye rather to them that sell, and bye for your selues.
กินฺตุ สุธิย: ปฺรตฺยวทนฺ, ทตฺเต ยุษฺมานสฺมำศฺจ ปฺรติ ไตลํ นฺยูนีภเวตฺ, ตสฺมาทฺ วิเกฺรตฺฤณำ สมีปํ คตฺวา สฺวารฺถํ ไตลํ กฺรีณีตฯ
10 And while they went to bye, the bridegrome came: and they that were readie, went in with him to the wedding, and the gate was shut.
ตทา ตาสุ เกฺรตุํ คตาสุ วร อาชคาม, ตโต ยา: สชฺชิตา อาสนฺ, ตาเสฺตน สากํ วิวาหียํ เวศฺม ปฺรวิวิศุ: ฯ
11 Afterwards came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to vs.
อนนฺตรํ ทฺวาเร รุทฺเธ อปรา: กนฺยา อาคตฺย ชคทุ: , เห ปฺรโภ, เห ปฺรโภ, อสฺมานฺ ปฺรติ ทฺวารํ โมจยฯ
12 But he answered, and said, Verely I say vnto you, I knowe you not.
กินฺตุ ส อุกฺตวานฺ, ตถฺยํ วทามิ, ยุษฺมานหํ น เวทฺมิฯ
13 Watch therfore: for ye know neither the day, nor the houre, when the sonne of man will come.
อโต ชาคฺรต: สนฺตสฺติษฺฐต, มนุชสุต: กสฺมินฺ ทิเน กสฺมินฺ ทณฺเฑ วาคมิษฺยติ, ตทฺ ยุษฺมาภิ รฺน ชฺญายเตฯ
14 For the kingdome of heauen is as a man that going into a strange countrey, called his seruants, and deliuered to them his goods.
อปรํ ส เอตาทฺฤศ: กสฺยจิตฺ ปุํสสฺตุลฺย: , โย ทูรเทศํ ปฺรติ ยาตฺรากาเล นิชทาสานฺ อาหูย เตษำ สฺวสฺวสามรฺถฺยานุรูปมฺ
15 And vnto one he gaue fiue talents, and to an other two, and to another one, to euery man after his own ability, and straightway went from home.
เอกสฺมินฺ มุทฺราณำ ปญฺจ โปฏลิกา: อนฺยสฺมึศฺจ เทฺว โปฏลิเก อปรสฺมึศฺจ โปฏลิไกกามฺ อิตฺถํ ปฺรติชนํ สมรฺปฺย สฺวยํ ปฺรวาสํ คตวานฺฯ
16 Then he that had receiued the fiue talents, went and occupied with them, and gained other fiue talents.
อนนฺตรํ โย ทาส: ปญฺจ โปฏลิกา: ลพฺธวานฺ, ส คตฺวา วาณิชฺยํ วิธาย ตา ทฺวิคุณีจการฯ
17 Likewise also, he that receiued two, he also gained other two.
ยศฺจ ทาโส เทฺว โปฏลิเก อลภต, โสปิ ตา มุทฺรา ทฺวิคุณีจการฯ
18 But he that receiued that one, went and digged it in the earth, and hid his masters money.
กินฺตุ โย ทาส เอกำ โปฏลิกำ ลพฺธวานฺ, ส คตฺวา ภูมึ ขนิตฺวา ตนฺมเธฺย นิชปฺรโภสฺตา มุทฺรา โคปยาญฺจการฯ
19 But after a long season, the master of those seruants came, and reckoned with them.
ตทนนฺตรํ พหุติเถ กาเล คเต เตษำ ทาสานำ ปฺรภุราคตฺย ไตรฺทาไส: สมํ คณยาญฺจการฯ
20 Then came he that had receiued fiue talents, and brought other fiue talents, saying, Master, thou deliueredst vnto me fiue talents: behold, I haue gained with them other fiue talents.
ตทานีํ ย: ปญฺจ โปฏลิกา: ปฺราปฺตวานฺ ส ตา ทฺวิคุณีกฺฤตมุทฺรา อานีย ชคาท; เห ปฺรโภ, ภวตา มยิ ปญฺจ โปฏลิกา: สมรฺปิตา: , ปศฺยตุ, ตา มยา ทฺวิคุณีกฺฤตา: ฯ
21 Then his master saide vnto him, It is well done good seruant and faithfull, Thou hast bene faithfull in litle, I will make thee ruler ouer much: enter into thy masters ioy.
ตทานีํ ตสฺย ปฺรภุสฺตมุวาจ, เห อุตฺตม วิศฺวาสฺย ทาส, ตฺวํ ธโนฺยสิ, โสฺตเกน วิศฺวาโสฺย ชาต: , ตสฺมาตฺ ตฺวำ พหุวิตฺตาธิปํ กโรมิ, ตฺวํ สฺวปฺรโภ: สุขสฺย ภาคี ภวฯ
22 Also he that had receiued two talents, came, and said, Master, thou deliueredst vnto me two talents: behold, I haue gained two other talets more.
ตโต เยน เทฺว โปฏลิเก ลพฺเธ โสปฺยาคตฺย ชคาท, เห ปฺรโภ, ภวตา มยิ เทฺว โปฏลิเก สมรฺปิเต, ปศฺยตุ เต มยา ทฺวิคุณีกฺฤเตฯ
23 His master saide vnto him, It is well done good seruant, and faithfull, Thou hast bene faithfull in litle, I will make thee ruler ouer much: enter into thy masters ioy.
เตน ตสฺย ปฺรภุสฺตมโวจตฺ, เห อุตฺตม วิศฺวาสฺย ทาส, ตฺวํ ธโนฺยสิ, โสฺตเกน วิศฺวาโสฺย ชาต: , ตสฺมาตฺ ตฺวำ พหุทฺรวิณาธิปํ กโรมิ, ตฺวํ นิชปฺรโภ: สุขสฺย ภาคี ภวฯ
24 Then he which had receiued the one talent, came, and said, Master, I knewe that thou wast an hard man, which reapest where thou sowedst not, and gatherest where thou strawedst not:
อนนฺตรํ ย เอกำ โปฏลิกำ ลพฺธวานฺ, ส เอตฺย กถิตวานฺ, เห ปฺรโภ, ตฺวำ กฐินนรํ ชฺญาตวานฺ, ตฺวยา ยตฺร โนปฺตํ, ตไตฺรว กฺฤตฺยเต, ยตฺร จ น กีรฺณํ, ตไตฺรว สํคฺฤหฺยเตฯ
25 I was therefore afraide, and went, and hid thy talent in the earth: behold, thou hast thine owne.
อโตหํ สศงฺก: สนฺ คตฺวา ตว มุทฺรา ภูมเธฺย สํโคปฺย สฺถาปิตวานฺ, ปศฺย, ตว ยตฺ ตเทว คฺฤหาณฯ
26 And his master answered, and said vnto him, Thou euill seruant, and slouthfull, thou knewest that I reape where I sowed not, and gather where I strawed not.
ตทา ตสฺย ปฺรภุ: ปฺรตฺยวทตฺ เร ทุษฺฏาลส ทาส, ยตฺราหํ น วปามิ, ตตฺร ฉินทฺมิ, ยตฺร จ น กิรามิ, ตเตฺรว สํคฺฤหฺลามีติ เจทชานาสฺตรฺหิ
27 Thou oughtest therefore to haue put my money to ye exchangers, and then at my comming should I haue receiued mine owne with vantage.
วณิกฺษุ มม วิตฺตารฺปณํ ตโวจิตมาสีตฺ, เยนาหมาคตฺย วฺฤทฺวฺยา สากํ มูลมุทฺรา: ปฺราปฺสฺยมฺฯ
28 Take therefore the talent from him, and giue it vnto him which hath tenne talents.
อโตสฺมาตฺ ตำ โปฏลิกามฺ อาทาย ยสฺย ทศ โปฏลิกา: สนฺติ ตสฺมินฺนรฺปยตฯ
29 For vnto euery man that hath, it shall be giuen, and he shall haue abundance, and from him that hath not, euen that he hath, shalbe taken away.
เยน วรฺทฺวฺยเต ตสฺมินฺไนวารฺปิษฺยเต, ตไสฺยว จ พาหุลฺยํ ภวิษฺยติ, กินฺตุ เยน น วรฺทฺวฺยเต, ตสฺยานฺติเก ยตฺ กิญฺจน ติษฺฐติ, ตทปิ ปุนรฺเนษฺยเตฯ
30 Cast therefore that vnprofitable seruant into vtter darkenes: there shalbe weeping and gnasshing of teeth.
อปรํ ยูยํ ตมกรฺมฺมณฺยํ ทาสํ นีตฺวา ยตฺร สฺถาเน กฺรนฺทนํ ทนฺตฆรฺษณญฺจ วิเทฺยเต, ตสฺมินฺ พหิรฺภูตตมสิ นิกฺษิปตฯ
31 And when the Sonne of man commeth in his glory, and all the holy Angels with him, then shall he sit vpon the throne of his glorie,
ยทา มนุชสุต: ปวิตฺรทูตานฺ สงฺคิน: กฺฤตฺวา นิชปฺรภาเวนาคตฺย นิชเตโชมเย สึหาสเน นิเวกฺษฺยติ,
32 And before him shalbe gathered all nations, and he shall seperate them one from another, as a shepheard separateth the sheepe from ye goates.
ตทา ตตฺสมฺมุเข สรฺวฺวชาตียา ชนา สํเมลิษฺยนฺติฯ ตโต เมษปาลโก ยถา ฉาเคโภฺย'วีนฺ ปฺฤถกฺ กโรติ ตถา โสเปฺยกสฺมาทนฺยมฺ อิตฺถํ ตานฺ ปฺฤถก กฺฤตฺวาวีนฺ
33 And he shall set the sheepe on his right hand, and the goates on the left.
ทกฺษิเณ ฉาคำศฺจ วาเม สฺถาปยิษฺยติฯ
34 Then shall ye king say to them on his right hand, Come ye blessed of my father: take the inheritance of the kingdome prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
ตต: ปรํ ราชา ทกฺษิณสฺถิตานฺ มานวานฺ วทิษฺยติ, อาคจฺฉต มตฺตาตสฺยานุคฺรหภาชนานิ, ยุษฺมตฺกฺฤต อา ชคทารมฺภตฺ ยทฺ ราชฺยมฺ อาสาทิตํ ตทธิกุรุตฯ
35 For I was an hungred, and ye gaue me meate: I thirsted, and ye gaue me drinke: I was a stranger, and ye tooke me in vnto you.
ยโต พุภุกฺษิตาย มหฺยํ โภชฺยมฺ อทตฺต, ปิปาสิตาย เปยมทตฺต, วิเทศินํ มำ สฺวสฺถานมนยต,
36 I was naked, and ye clothed me: I was sicke, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came vnto me.
วสฺตฺรหีนํ มำ วสนํ ปรฺยฺยธาปยต, ปีฑีตํ มำ ทฺรษฺฏุมาคจฺฉต, การาสฺถญฺจ มำ วีกฺษิตุม อาคจฺฉตฯ
37 Then shall the righteous answere him, saying, Lord, when sawe we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or a thirst, and gaue thee drinke?
ตทา ธารฺมฺมิกา: ปฺรติวทิษฺยนฺติ, เห ปฺรโภ, กทา ตฺวำ กฺษุธิตํ วีกฺษฺย วยมโภชยาม? วา ปิปาสิตํ วีกฺษฺย อปายยาม?
38 And when sawe we thee a stranger, and tooke thee in vnto vs? or naked, and clothed thee?
กทา วา ตฺวำ วิเทศินํ วิโลกฺย สฺวสฺถานมนยาม? กทา วา ตฺวำ นคฺนํ วีกฺษฺย วสนํ ปรฺยฺยธาปยาม?
39 Or when sawe we thee sicke, or in prison, and came vnto thee?
กทา วา ตฺวำ ปีฑิตํ การาสฺถญฺจ วีกฺษฺย ตฺวทนฺติกมคจฺฉาม?
40 And the King shall answere, and say vnto them, Verely I say vnto you, in as much as ye haue done it vnto one of the least of these my brethre, ye haue done it to me.
ตทานีํ ราชา ตานฺ ปฺรติวทิษฺยติ, ยุษฺมานหํ สตฺยํ วทามิ, มไมเตษำ ภฺราตฺฤณำ มเธฺย กญฺจไนกํ กฺษุทฺรตมํ ปฺรติ ยทฺ อกุรุต, ตนฺมำ ปฺรตฺยกุรุตฯ
41 Then shall he say vnto them on ye left hand, Depart from me ye cursed, into euerlasting fire, which is prepared for the deuill and his angels. (aiōnios g166)
ปศฺจาตฺ ส วามสฺถิตานฺ ชนานฺ วทิษฺยติ, เร ศาปคฺรสฺตา: สรฺเวฺว, ไศตาเน ตสฺย ทูเตภฺยศฺจ โย'นนฺตวหฺนิราสาทิต อาเสฺต, ยูยํ มทนฺติกาตฺ ตมคฺนึ คจฺฉตฯ (aiōnios g166)
42 For I was an hungred, and ye gaue me no meate: I thirsted, and ye gaue me no drinke:
ยโต กฺษุธิตาย มหฺยมาหารํ นาทตฺต, ปิปาสิตาย มหฺยํ เปยํ นาทตฺต,
43 I was a stranger, and ye tooke me not in vnto you: I was naked, and ye clothed me not: sicke, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
วิเทศินํ มำ สฺวสฺถานํ นานยต, วสนหีนํ มำ วสนํ น ปรฺยฺยธาปยต, ปีฑิตํ การาสฺถญฺจ มำ วีกฺษิตุํ นาคจฺฉตฯ
44 Then shall they also answere him, saying, Lord, when sawe we thee an hungred, or a thirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sicke, or in prison, and did not minister vnto thee?
ตทา เต ปฺรติวทิษฺยนฺติ, เห ปฺรโภ, กทา ตฺวำ กฺษุธิตํ วา ปิปาสิตํ วา วิเทศินํ วา นคฺนํ วา ปีฑิตํ วา การาสฺถํ วีกฺษฺย ตฺวำ นาเสวามหิ?
45 Then shall he answere them, and say, Verely I say vnto you, in as much as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
ตทา ส ตานฺ วทิษฺยติ, ตถฺยมหํ ยุษฺมานฺ พฺรวีมิ, ยุษฺมาภิเรษำ กญฺจน โกฺษทิษฺฐํ ปฺรติ ยนฺนาการิ, ตนฺมำ ปฺรเตฺยว นาการิฯ
