Matthew 21
1 And when they drewe neere to Hierusalem, and were come to Bethphage, vnto the mount of the Oliues, then sent Iesus two disciples,
அநந்தரம்’ தேஷு யிரூஸா²லம்நக³ரஸ்ய ஸமீபவேர்த்திநோ ஜைதுநநாமகத⁴ராத⁴ரஸ்ய ஸமீபஸ்த்²திம்’ பை³த்ப²கி³க்³ராமம் ஆக³தேஷு, யீஸு²: ஸி²ஷ்யத்³வயம்’ ப்ரேஷயந் ஜகா³த³,
2 Saying to them, Goe into the towne that is ouer against you, and anon yee shall finde an asse bounde, and a colt with her: loose them, and bring them vnto me.
யுவாம்’ ஸம்முக²ஸ்த²க்³ராமம்’ க³த்வா ப³த்³தா⁴ம்’ யாம்’ ஸவத்ஸாம்’ க³ர்த்³த³பீ⁴ம்’ ஹடா²த் ப்ராப்ஸ்யத²: , தாம்’ மோசயித்வா மத³ந்திகம் ஆநயதம்’|
3 And if any man say ought vnto you, say ye, that the Lord hath neede of them, and straightway he will let them goe.
தத்ர யதி³ கஸ்²சித் கிஞ்சித்³ வக்ஷ்யதி, தர்ஹி வதி³ஷ்யத²: , ஏதஸ்யாம்’ ப்ரபோ⁴: ப்ரயோஜநமாஸ்தே, தேந ஸ தத்க்ஷணாத் ப்ரஹேஷ்யதி|
4 All this was done that it might be fulfilled, which was spoken by the Prophet, saying,
ஸீயோந: கந்யகாம்’ யூயம்’ பா⁴ஷத்⁴வமிதி பா⁴ரதீம்’| பஸ்²ய தே நம்ரஸீ²ல: ஸந் ந்ரு’ப ஆருஹ்ய க³ர்த³பீ⁴ம்’| அர்தா²தா³ருஹ்ய தத்³வத்ஸமாயாஸ்யதி த்வத³ந்திகம்’|
5 Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Beholde, thy King commeth vnto thee, meeke and sitting vpon an asse, and a colte, the foale of an asse vsed to the yoke.
ப⁴விஷ்யத்³வாதி³நோக்தம்’ வசநமித³ம்’ ததா³ ஸப²லமபூ⁴த்|
6 So the disciples went, and did as Iesus had commanded them,
அநந்தரம்’ தௌ ஸ்²ஷ்யி யீஸோ² ர்யதா²நிதே³ஸ²ம்’ தம்’ க்³ராமம்’ க³த்வா
7 And brought the asse and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and set him thereon.
க³ர்த³பீ⁴ம்’ தத்³வத்ஸஞ்ச ஸமாநீதவந்தௌ, பஸ்²சாத் தது³பரி ஸ்வீயவஸநாநீ பாதயித்வா தமாரோஹயாமாஸது: |
8 And a great multitude spred their garments in the way: and other cut downe branches from the trees, and strawed them in the way.
ததோ ப³ஹவோ லோகா நிஜவஸநாநி பதி² ப்ரஸாரயிதுமாரேபி⁴ரே, கதிபயா ஜநாஸ்²ச பாத³பபர்ணாதி³கம்’ சி²த்வா பதி² விஸ்தாரயாமாஸு: |
9 Moreouer, the people that went before, and they also that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the Sonne of Dauid, Blessed be hee that commeth in the Name of the Lord, Hosanna thou which art in the highest heauens.
அக்³ரகா³மிந: பஸ்²சாத்³கா³மிநஸ்²ச மநுஜா உச்சைர்ஜய ஜய தா³யூத³: ஸந்தாநேதி ஜக³து³: பரமேஸ்²வரஸ்ய நாம்நா ய ஆயாதி ஸ த⁴ந்ய: , ஸர்வ்வோபரிஸ்த²ஸ்வர்கே³பி ஜயதி|
10 And when he was come into Hierusalem, all the citie was mooued, saying, Who is this?
இத்த²ம்’ தஸ்மிந் யிரூஸா²லமம்’ ப்ரவிஷ்டே கோ(அ)யமிதி கத²நாத் க்ரு’த்ஸ்நம்’ நக³ரம்’ சஞ்சலமப⁴வத்|
11 And the people said, This is Iesus that Prophet of Nazareth in Galile.
தத்ர லோகோ: கத²யாமாஸு: , ஏஷ கா³லீல்ப்ரதே³ஸீ²ய-நாஸரதீய-ப⁴விஷ்யத்³வாதீ³ யீஸு²: |
12 And Iesus went into the Temple of God, and cast out all them that solde and bought in the Temple, and ouerthrew the tables of the money chagers, and the seates of them that sold doues,
அநந்தரம்’ யீஸு²ரீஸ்²வரஸ்ய மந்தி³ரம்’ ப்ரவிஸ்²ய தந்மத்⁴யாத் க்ரயவிக்ரயிணோ வஹிஸ்²சகார; வணிஜாம்’ முத்³ராஸநாநீ கபோதவிக்ரயிணாஞ்சஸநாநீ ச ந்யுவ்ஜயாமாஸ|
13 And said to them, it is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer: but ye haue made it a denne of theeues.
அபரம்’ தாநுவாச, ஏஷா லிபிராஸ்தே, "மம க்³ரு’ஹம்’ ப்ரார்த²நாக்³ரு’ஹமிதி விக்²யாஸ்யதி", கிந்து யூயம்’ தத்³ த³ஸ்யூநாம்’ க³ஹ்வரம்’ க்ரு’தவந்த: |
14 Then the blinde, and the halt came to him in the Temple, and he healed them.
தத³நந்தரம் அந்த⁴க²ஞ்சலோகாஸ்தஸ்ய ஸமீபமாக³தா: , ஸ தாந் நிராமயாந் க்ரு’தவாந்|
15 But when the chiefe priestes and Scribes sawe the marueiles that hee did, and the children crying in the Temple, and saying, Hosanna to the Sonne of Dauid, they disdained,
யதா³ ப்ரதா⁴நயாஜகா அத்⁴யாபகாஸ்²ச தேந க்ரு’தாந்யேதாநி சித்ரகர்ம்மாணி த³த்³ரு’ஸு²: , ஜய ஜய தா³யூத³: ஸந்தாந, மந்தி³ரே பா³லகாநாம் ஏதாத்³ரு’ஸ²ம் உச்சத்⁴வநிம்’ ஸு²ஸ்²ருவுஸ்²ச, ததா³ மஹாக்ருத்³தா⁴ ப³பூ⁴வ: ,
16 And said vnto him, Hearest thou what these say? And Iesus said vnto them, Yea: read ye neuer, By the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast made perfite the praise?
தம்’ பப்ரச்சு²ஸ்²ச, இமே யத்³ வத³ந்தி, தத் கிம்’ த்வம்’ ஸ்²ரு’ணோஷி? ததோ யீஸு²ஸ்தாந் அவோசத், ஸத்யம்; ஸ்தந்யபாயிஸி²ஸூ²நாஞ்ச பா³லகாநாஞ்ச வக்த்ரத: | ஸ்வகீயம்’ மஹிமாநம்’ த்வம்’ ஸம்’ப்ரகாஸ²யஸி ஸ்வயம்’| ஏதத்³வாக்யம்’ யூயம்’ கிம்’ நாபட²த?
17 So hee left them, and went out of the citie vnto Bethania, and lodged there.
ததஸ்தாந் விஹாய ஸ நக³ராத்³ பை³த²நியாக்³ராமம்’ க³த்வா தத்ர ரஜநீம்’ யாபயாமாஸ|
18 And in the morning, as he returned into the citie, he was hungrie,
அநந்தரம்’ ப்ரபா⁴தே ஸதி யீஸு²: புநரபி நக³ரமாக³ச்ச²ந் க்ஷுதா⁴ர்த்தோ ப³பூ⁴வ|
19 And seeing a figge tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaues onely, and said to it, Neuer fruite grow on thee henceforwards. And anon the figge tree withered. (aiōn g165)
ததோ மார்க³பார்ஸ்²வ உடு³ம்ப³ரவ்ரு’க்ஷமேகம்’ விலோக்ய தத்ஸமீபம்’ க³த்வா பத்ராணி விநா கிமபி ந ப்ராப்ய தம்’ பாத³பம்’ ப்ரோவாச, அத்³யாரப்⁴ய கதா³பி த்வயி ப²லம்’ ந ப⁴வது; தேந தத்க்ஷணாத் ஸ உடு³ம்ப³ரமாஹீருஹ: ஸு²ஷ்கதாம்’ க³த: | (aiōn g165)
20 And when his disciples saw it, they marueiled, saying, How soone is the figge tree withered!
தத்³ த்³ரு’ஷ்ட்வா ஸி²ஷ்யா ஆஸ்²சர்ய்யம்’ விஜ்ஞாய கத²யாமாஸு: , ஆ: , உடு³ம்வரபாத³போ(அ)திதூர்ணம்’ ஸு²ஷ்கோ(அ)ப⁴வத்|
21 And Iesus answered and said vnto them, Verely I say vnto you, if ye haue faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only doe that, which I haue done to the figge tree, but also if ye say vnto this mountaine, Take thy selfe away, and cast thy selfe into the sea, it shalbe done.
ததோ யீஸு²ஸ்தாநுவாச, யுஷ்மாநஹம்’ ஸத்யம்’ வதா³மி, யதி³ யூயமஸந்தி³க்³தா⁴: ப்ரதீத², தர்ஹி யூயமபி கேவலோடு³ம்வரபாத³பம்’ ப்ரதீத்த²ம்’ கர்த்தும்’ ஸ²க்ஷ்யத², தந்ந, த்வம்’ சலித்வா ஸாக³ரே பதேதி வாக்யம்’ யுஷ்மாபி⁴ரஸ்மிந ஸை²லே ப்ரோக்தேபி ததை³வ தத்³ க⁴டிஷ்யதே|
22 And whatsoeuer ye shall aske in prayer, if ye beleeue, ye shall receiue it.
ததா² விஸ்²வஸ்ய ப்ரார்த்²ய யுஷ்மாபி⁴ ர்யத்³ யாசிஷ்யதே, ததே³வ ப்ராப்ஸ்யதே|
23 And whe he was come into the Temple, the chiefe Priestes, and the Elders of the people came vnto him, as he was teaching, and saide, By what authoritie doest thou these things? and who gaue thee this authoritie?
அநந்தரம்’ மந்தி³ரம்’ ப்ரவிஸ்²யோபதே³ஸ²நஸமயே தத்ஸமீபம்’ ப்ரதா⁴நயாஜகா: ப்ராசீநலோகாஸ்²சாக³த்ய பப்ரச்சு²: , த்வயா கேந ஸாமர்த்²யநைதாநி கர்ம்மாணி க்ரியந்தே? கேந வா துப்⁴யமேதாநி ஸாமர்த்²யாநி த³த்தாநி?
24 Then Iesus answered and said vnto them, I also will aske of you a certaine thing, which if ye tell me, I likewise will tell you by what authoritie I doe these things.
ததோ யீஸு²: ப்ரத்யவத³த், அஹமபி யுஷ்மாந் வாசமேகாம்’ ப்ரு’ச்சா²மி, யதி³ யூயம்’ தது³த்தரம்’ தா³தும்’ ஸ²க்ஷ்யத², ததா³ கேந ஸாமர்த்²யேந கர்ம்மாண்யேதாநி கரோமி, தத³ஹம்’ யுஷ்மாந் வக்ஷ்யாமி|
25 The baptisme of Iohn, whence was it? from heauen, or of men? Then they reasoned among themselues, saying, If we shall say, From heauen, he will say vnto vs, Why did ye not then beleeue him?
யோஹநோ மஜ்ஜநம்’ கஸ்யாஜ்ஞயாப⁴வத்? கிமீஸ்²வரஸ்ய மநுஷ்யஸ்ய வா? ததஸ்தே பரஸ்பரம்’ விவிச்ய கத²யாமாஸு: , யதீ³ஸ்²வரஸ்யேதி வதா³மஸ்தர்ஹி யூயம்’ தம்’ குதோ ந ப்ரத்யைத? வாசமேதாம்’ வக்ஷ்யதி|
26 And if we say, Of men, we feare the multitude, for all holde Iohn as a Prophet.
மநுஷ்யஸ்யேதி வக்துமபி லோகேப்⁴யோ பி³பீ⁴ம: , யத: ஸர்வ்வைரபி யோஹந் ப⁴விஷ்யத்³வாதீ³தி ஜ்ஞாயதே|
27 Then they answered Iesus, and said, We can not tell. And he said vnto them, Neither tell I you by what authoritie I doe these things.
தஸ்மாத் தே யீஸு²ம்’ ப்ரத்யவத³ந், தத்³ வயம்’ ந வித்³ம: | ததா³ ஸ தாநுக்தவாந், தர்ஹி கேந ஸாமரத்²யேந கர்ம்மாண்யேதாந்யஹம்’ கரோமி, தத³ப்யஹம்’ யுஷ்மாந் ந வக்ஷ்யாமி|
28 But what thinke ye? A certaine man had two sonnes, and came to the elder, and saide, Sonne, goe and worke to day in my vineyarde.
கஸ்யசிஜ்ஜநஸ்ய த்³வௌ ஸுதாவாஸ்தாம்’ ஸ ஏகஸ்ய ஸுதஸ்ய ஸமீபம்’ க³த்வா ஜகா³த³, ஹே ஸுத, த்வமத்³ய மம த்³ராக்ஷாக்ஷேத்ரே கர்ம்ம கர்தும்’ வ்ரஜ|
29 But he answered, and said, I will not: yet afterward he repented himselfe, and went.
தத: ஸ உக்தவாந், ந யாஸ்யாமி, கிந்து ஸே²ஷே(அ)நுதப்ய ஜகா³ம|
30 Then came he to the second, and said likewise. And he answered, and said, I will, Syr: yet he went not.
அநந்தரம்’ ஸோந்யஸுதஸ்ய ஸமீபம்’ க³த்வா ததை²வ கத்²திவாந்; தத: ஸ ப்ரத்யுவாச, மஹேச்ச² யாமி, கிந்து ந க³த: |
31 Whether of them twaine did the will of the father? They saide vnto him, The first. Iesus saide vnto them, Verely I say vnto you, that the Publicanes and the harlots goe before you into the kingdome of God.
ஏதயோ: புத்ரயோ ர்மத்⁴யே பிதுரபி⁴மதம்’ கேந பாலிதம்’? யுஷ்மாபி⁴: கிம்’ பு³த்⁴யதே? ததஸ்தே ப்ரத்யூசு: , ப்ரத²மேந புத்ரேண| ததா³நீம்’ யீஸு²ஸ்தாநுவாச, அஹம்’ யுஷ்மாந் தத்²யம்’ வதா³மி, சண்டா³லா க³ணிகாஸ்²ச யுஷ்மாகமக்³ரத ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய ராஜ்யம்’ ப்ரவிஸ²ந்தி|
32 For Iohn came vnto you in the way of righteousnes, and yee beleeued him not: but the Publicanes, and the harlots beleeued him, and ye, though ye sawe it, were not mooued with repentance afterward, that ye might beleeue him.
யதோ யுஷ்மாகம்’ ஸமீபம்’ யோஹநி த⁴ர்ம்மபதே²நாக³தே யூயம்’ தம்’ ந ப்ரதீத², கிந்து சண்டா³லா க³ணிகாஸ்²ச தம்’ ப்ரத்யாயந், தத்³ விலோக்யாபி யூயம்’ ப்ரத்யேதும்’ நாகி²த்³யத்⁴வம்’|
33 Heare another parable, There was a certaine housholder, which planted a vineyard, and hedged it round about, and made a winepresse therein, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a strange countrey.
அபரமேகம்’ த்³ரு’ஷ்டாந்தம்’ ஸ்²ரு’ணுத, கஸ்²சித்³ க்³ரு’ஹஸ்த²: க்ஷேத்ரே த்³ராக்ஷாலதா ரோபயித்வா தச்சதுர்தி³க்ஷு வாரணீம்’ விதா⁴ய தந்மத்⁴யே த்³ராக்ஷாயந்த்ரம்’ ஸ்தா²பிதவாந், மாஞ்சஞ்ச நிர்ம்மிதவாந், தத: க்ரு’ஷகேஷு தத் க்ஷேத்ரம்’ ஸமர்ப்ய ஸ்வயம்’ தூ³ரதே³ஸ²ம்’ ஜகா³ம|
34 And when the time of the fruite drewe neere, hee sent his seruants to the husbandmen to receiue the fruites thereof.
தத³நந்தரம்’ ப²லஸமய உபஸ்தி²தே ஸ ப²லாநி ப்ராப்தும்’ க்ரு’ஷீவலாநாம்’ ஸமீபம்’ நிஜதா³ஸாந் ப்ரேஷயாமாஸ|
35 And ye husbandmen tooke his seruants and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another.
கிந்து க்ரு’ஷீவலாஸ்தஸ்ய தாந் தா³ஸேயாந் த்⁴ரு’த்வா கஞ்சந ப்ரஹ்ரு’தவந்த: , கஞ்சந பாஷாணைராஹதவந்த: , கஞ்சந ச ஹதவந்த: |
36 Againe hee sent other seruants, moe then the first: and they did the like vnto them.
புநரபி ஸ ப்ரபு⁴: ப்ரத²மதோ(அ)தி⁴கதா³ஸேயாந் ப்ரேஷயாமாஸ, கிந்து தே தாந் ப்ரத்யபி ததை²வ சக்ரு: |
37 But last of all he sent vnto them his owne sonne, saying, They will reuerence my sonne.
அநந்தரம்’ மம ஸுதே க³தே தம்’ ஸமாத³ரிஷ்யந்தே, இத்யுக்த்வா ஸே²ஷே ஸ நிஜஸுதம்’ தேஷாம்’ ஸந்நிதி⁴ம்’ ப்ரேஷயாமாஸ|
38 But when the husbandmen saw the sonne, they saide among themselues, This is the heire: come, let vs kill him, and let vs take his inheritance.
கிந்து தே க்ரு’ஷீவலா: ஸுதம்’ வீக்ஷ்ய பரஸ்பரம் இதி மந்த்ரயிதும் ஆரேபி⁴ரே, அயமுத்தராதி⁴காரீ வயமேநம்’ நிஹத்யாஸ்யாதி⁴காரம்’ ஸ்வவஸீ²கரிஷ்யாம: |
39 So they tooke him, and cast him out of the vineyarde, and slewe him.
பஸ்²சாத் தே தம்’ த்⁴ரு’த்வா த்³ராக்ஷாக்ஷேத்ராத்³ ப³ஹி: பாதயித்வாப³தி⁴ஷு: |
40 When therefore the Lord of the vineyarde shall come, what will hee doe to those husbandmen?
யதா³ ஸ த்³ராக்ஷாக்ஷேத்ரபதிராக³மிஷ்யதி, ததா³ தாந் க்ரு’ஷீவலாந் கிம்’ கரிஷ்யதி?
41 They saide vnto him, Hee will cruelly destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard vnto other husbandmen, which shall deliuer him the fruites in their seasons.
ததஸ்தே ப்ரத்யவத³ந், தாந் கலுஷிணோ தா³ருணயாதநாபி⁴ராஹநிஷ்யதி, யே ச ஸமயாநுக்ரமாத் ப²லாநி தா³ஸ்யந்தி, தாத்³ரு’ஸே²ஷு க்ரு’ஷீவலேஷு க்ஷேத்ரம்’ ஸமர்பயிஷ்யதி|
42 Iesus saide vnto them, Read ye neuer in the Scriptures, The stone which the builders refused, the same is made the head of the corner? This was the Lordes doing, and it is marueilous in our eyes.
ததா³ யீஸு²நா தே க³தி³தா: , க்³ரஹணம்’ ந க்ரு’தம்’ யஸ்ய பாஷாணஸ்ய நிசாயகை: | ப்ரதா⁴நப்ரஸ்தர: கோணே ஸஏவ ஸம்’ப⁴விஷ்யதி| ஏதத் பரேஸி²து: கர்ம்மாஸ்மத்³ரு’ஷ்டாவத்³பு⁴தம்’ ப⁴வேத்| த⁴ர்ம்மக்³ரந்தே² லிகி²தமேதத்³வசநம்’ யுஷ்மாபி⁴: கிம்’ நாபாடி²?
43 Therefore say I vnto you, The kingdome of God shalbe taken from you, and shalbe giuen to a nation, which shall bring foorth the fruites thereof.
தஸ்மாத³ஹம்’ யுஷ்மாந் வதா³மி, யுஷ்மத்த ஈஸ்²வரீயராஜ்யமபநீய ப²லோத்பாத³யித்ரந்யஜாதயே தா³யிஷ்யதே|
44 And whosoeuer shall fall on this stone, he shalbe broken: but on whomsoeuer it shall fall, it will dash him a pieces.
யோ ஜந ஏதத்பாஷாணோபரி பதிஷ்யதி, தம்’ ஸ ப⁴ம்’க்ஷ்யதே, கிந்த்வயம்’ பாஷாணோ யஸ்யோபரி பதிஷ்யதி, தம்’ ஸ தூ⁴லிவத் சூர்ணீகரிஷ்யதி|
45 And when the chiefe Priestes and Pharises had heard his parables, they perceiued that hee spake of them.
ததா³நீம்’ ப்ராத⁴நயாஜகா: பி²ரூஸி²நஸ்²ச தஸ்யேமாம்’ த்³ரு’ஷ்டாந்தகதா²ம்’ ஸ்²ருத்வா ஸோ(அ)ஸ்மாநுத்³தி³ஸ்²ய கதி²தவாந், இதி விஜ்ஞாய தம்’ த⁴ர்த்தும்’ சேஷ்டிதவந்த: ;
46 And they seeking to laye handes on him, feared the people, because they tooke him as a Prophet.
கிந்து லோகேப்⁴யோ பி³ப்⁴யு: , யதோ லோகை: ஸ ப⁴விஷ்யத்³வாதீ³த்யஜ்ஞாயி|
