Matthew 13
1 The same day went Iesus out of the house, and sate by the sea side.
त्यस दिन येशू घरबाट बाहिर निस्केर जानुभयो र समुद्रको छेउमा बस्नुभयो ।
2 And great multitudes resorted vnto him, so that he went into a ship, and sate downe: and the whole multitude stoode on the shore.
उहाँको वरिपरि एउटा ठुलो भिड जम्मा भयो । त्यसैले, उहाँ एउटा डुङ्गाभित्र जानुभयो र त्यहाँ बस्नुभयो । सबै भिड समुद्रको किनारमा उभियो ।
3 Then he spake many things to them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sowe.
तब येशूले दृष्टान्तहरूमा उनीहरूलाई धेरै कुरा भन्नुभयो । उहाँले यसो भन्नुभयो, “हेर, एक जना बिउ छर्ने मान्छे बिउ छर्न निस्क्यो ।
4 And as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the foules came and deuoured them vp.
जसै उनले छरे, केही बिउहरू बाटोको छेउमा परे, अनि चराहरू आएर ती बिउलाई निलिदिए ।
5 And some fell vpon stony grounde, where they had not much earth, and anon they sprong vp, because they had no depth of earth.
अरू बिउहरूचाहिँ ढुङ्गेनी जमिनमा परे, जहाँ धेरै माटो थिएन । ती तुरुन्तै उम्रे, किनकि त्यहाँ माटो गहिरो थिएन ।
6 And when the sunne was vp, they were parched, and for lacke of rooting, withered away.
तर जब चर्को घाम लाग्यो, ती डढे किनकि तिनका जरा थिएनन्, अनि ती सुकिहाले ।
7 And some fell among thornes, and the thornes sprong vp, and choked them.
अरू बिउहरू काँडाघारी माझमा परे । ती काँडाका बोटहरू बढेर आए र तिनलाई निसासिदिए ।
8 Some againe fel in good ground, and brought forth fruite, one corne an hundreth folde, some sixtie folde, and another thirtie folde.
अरू बिउहरू असल माटोमा परे र केहीले सय गुणा, केहीले साठी गुणा र केहीले तिस गुणा अन्न उब्जाए ।
9 He that hath eares to heare, let him heare.
जोसँग कान छ, उसले सुनोस् ।”
10 Then the disciples came, and said to him, Why speakest thou to them in parables?
चेलाहरू आएर येशूलाई भने, “तपाईं भिडहरूसँग किन दृष्टान्तहरूमा बोल्नुहुन्छ?”
11 And he answered, and said vnto them, Because it is giuen vnto you, to know the secretes of the kingdome of heauen, but to the it is not giue.
येशूले जवाफ दिनुभयो र तिनीहरूलाई भन्नुभयो, “तिमीहरूलाई स्वर्गको राज्यका रहस्यहरू बुझ्ने मौका दिइएको छ, तर तिनीहरूलाई यो दिइएको छैन ।
12 For whosoeuer hath, to him shalbe giuen, and he shall haue abundance: but whosoeuer hath not, from him shalbe taken away, euen that he hath.
किनकि जोसँग छ, उसलाई अझ धेरै दिइनेछ, अनि ऊसँग प्रशस्त हुनेछ । तर जोसँग छैन, ऊसँग भएको पनि उसबाट लिइनेछ ।
13 Therefore speake I to them in parables, because they seeing, doe not see: and hearing, they heare not, neither vnderstand.
त्यसैले, तिनीहरूसँग म दृष्टान्तमा बोल्दछु, किनकि तिनीहरूले देखे तापनि तिनीहरूले वास्तवमा देख्दैनन् । अनि तिनीहरूले सुने तापनि वास्तवमा तिनीहरूले सुन्दैनन्, न त तिनीहरूले बुझ्दछन् ।
14 So in them is fulfilled the prophecie of Esaias, which prophecie saieth, By hearing, ye shall heare, and shall not vnderstand, and seeing, ye shall see, and shall not perceiue.
तिनीहरूका निम्ति यशैया अगमवक्ताको अगमवाणी पुरा हुन्छ, जसले यसो भन्छन्, ‘सुनिरहेका हुँदा त तिमीहरूले सुन्छौ, तर तिमीहरूले कुनै रीतिले बुझ्दैनौ; हेरिरहेका हुँदा त तिमीहरूले हेर्छौ, तर तिमीहरूले कुनै रीतिले देख्दैनौ ।
15 For this peoples heart is waxed fat, and their eares are dull of hearing, and with their eyes they haue winked, lest they should see with their eyes, and heare with their eares, and should vnderstand with their hearts, and should returne, that I might heale them.
किनकि यी मानिसहरूका हृदय सुस्त भएका छन्, र तिनीहरू सुन्नलाई कठोर भएका छन्, र तिनीहरू फेरि फर्केलान्, र मैले तिनीहरूलाई निको पार्ने थिए भनेर तिनीहरूले आफ्ना आँखा बन्द गरेका छन् । यसैले, तिनीहरूले आफ्ना आँखाले देख्दैनन्, वा तिनीहरूले आफ्ना कानले सुन्दैनन्, वा तिनीहरूले आफ्ना हृदयले बुझ्दैनन् ।’
16 But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your eares, for they heare.
तर धन्यका हुन तिम्रा आँखा, किनकि तिनले देख्छन्; र तिम्रा कान, किनकि तिनले सुन्दछन् ।
17 For verely I say vnto you, that many Prophets, and righteous men haue desired to see those things which ye see, and haue not seene them, and to heare those things which ye heare, and haue not heard them.
साँच्चै म तिमीहरूलाई भन्दछु, कि तिमीहरूले जे देखेका छौ धेरै अगमवक्ताहरू र धर्मी मानिसहरूले ती हेर्ने इच्छा गरे, र तिनीहरूले ती देखेनन् । तिमीहरूले जे सुनेका छौ तिनीहरूले ती सुन्ने इच्छा गरे, तर तिनीहरूले ती सुनेनन् ।
18 Heare ye therefore ye parable of ye sower.
तब बिउ छर्नेको दृष्टान्त सुन ।
19 Whensoeuer any man heareth the woorde of that kingdome, and vnderstandeth it not, that euil one commeth, and catcheth away that which was sowen in his heart: and this is he which hath receiued the seede by the way side.
जब कसैले राज्यको वचन सुन्छ तर त्यसलाई बुझ्दैन, तब दुष्ट आउँछ र उसको हृदयमा जे छरिएको थियो, त्यो खोसेर लैजान्छ । योचाहिँ त्यो बिउ हो जुन बाटोको छेउमा छरिएको थियो ।
20 And hee that receiued seede in the stonie grounde, is he which heareth the woorde, and incontinently with ioy receiueth it,
ढुङ्गेनी माटोमा छरिएको चाहिँ त्यो हो जसले वचन सुन्छ र तुरुन्तै खुसीसाथ त्यसलाई ग्रहण गर्छ ।
21 Yet hath he no roote in himselfe, and dureth but a season: for assoone as tribulation or persecution commeth because of the woorde, by and by he is offended.
तर ऊ आफैँमा जरा हुँदैन र केही बेरसम्म मात्र टिकिरहन्छ । तर जब वचनको कारण सतावट वा कष्ट आउँछ, उसले तुरुन्तै ठेस खान्छ ।
22 And hee that receiued the seede among thornes, is hee that heareth the woorde: but the care of this worlde, and the deceitfulnesse of riches choke the word, and he is made vnfruitfull. (aiōn g165)
काँडाघारीमा छरिएको चाहिँ त्यो हो, जसले वचन सुन्छ, तर संसारको वास्ता र धनीहरूको कपटले वचनलाई निसासिदिन्छ, अनि ऊ निष्फल हुन्छ । (aiōn g165)
23 But he that receiued the seede in the good ground, is he that heareth the worde, and vnderstandeth it, which also beareth fruite, and bringeth foorth, some an hundreth folde, some sixtie folde, and some thirtie folde.
असल माटोमा छरिएको चाहिँ त्यो हो, जसले वचन सुन्छ र त्यसलाई बुझ्छ । त्यसले नै साँचो रूपमा फल फलाउँछ र केहीले सय गुणा, केहीले साठी गुणा, र केहीले तिस गुणा फल फलाउँछ ।”
24 Another parable put hee foorth vnto them, saying, The kingdome of heauen is like vnto a man which sowed good seede in his fielde.
येशूले तिनीहरूलाई अर्को दृष्टान्त प्रस्तुत गर्नुभयो । उहाँले भन्नुभयो, “स्वर्गको राज्य यस्तो मानिसजस्तो हो जसले आफ्नो जमिनमा असल बिउ छर्यो ।
25 But while men slept, there came his enemie, and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his waie.
तर जब मानिसहरू सुते, उसको शत्रु आयो, र गहुँ बारीमा सामा पनि छारिदिएर गयो ।
26 And when the blade was sprong vp, and brought forth fruite, then appeared the tares also.
जब बोट देखा पर्यो र तिनीहरूले अन्न फलाउन थाले, तब सामाहरू पनि देखा परे ।
27 Then came the seruaunts of the housholder, and sayd vnto him, Master, sowedst not thou good seede in thy fielde? from whence then hath it tares?
त्यस जग्गाका मालिकका दासहरू आए र तिनलाई भने, ‘हजूर, के तपाईंको बारीमा असल बिउ मात्र छर्नुभएको थिएन र? अहिले यिनमा सामाहरू कसरी आए?’
28 And hee said to them, Some enuious man hath done this. Then the seruants saide vnto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them vp?
तिनले उनीहरूलाई भने, ‘यो एउटा शत्रुले गरेको हो ।’ ती दासहरूले तिनलाई भने, ‘के हामी गएर त्यसलाई उखालेको तपाईं चाहनुहुन्छ?’
29 But he saide, Nay, lest while yee goe about to gather the tares, yee plucke vp also with them the wheat.
त्यस जमिनका मालिकले भने, ‘होइन, जब तिमीहरूले सामाहरूलाई उखेल्छौ, तिमीहरूले तीसँगै गहुँलाई पनि उखेलौला ।
30 Let both growe together vntill the haruest, and in time of haruest I will say to the reapers, Gather yee first the tares, and binde them in sheaues to burne them: but gather the wheate into my barne.
कटनी गर्ने समयसम्म यी दुवैलाई सँगै हुर्कन देओ । कटनीको समयमा फसल कटनी गर्नेहरूलाई म भन्नेछु, “पहिले सामाहरूलाई उखेल र त्यसलाई जलाउनलाई मुठाहरूमा बाँध, तर गहुँलाई मेरो ढुकुटीमा जम्मा गर’ ।”
31 Another parable he put foorth vnto them, saying, The kingdome of heauen is like vnto a graine of mustard seede, which a man taketh and soweth in his fielde:
त्यसपछि येशूले तिनीहरूलाई अर्को दृष्टान्त भन्नुभयो । उहाँले भन्नुभयो, “स्वर्गको राज्यचाहिँ रायोको दानाजस्तो हो जुन एउटा मानिसले लियो र आफ्नो बारीमा छर्यो ।
32 Which in deede is the least of all seedes: but when it is growen, it is the greatest among herbes, and it is a tree, so that the birdes of heauen come and builde in the branches thereof.
यो बिउ अरू सबै बिउभन्दा सानो हुन्छ । तर जब यो हुर्कन्छ, यो बगैँचामा भएका सबै बोटभन्दा ठुलो हुन्छ । यो एउटा रुख बन्छ, अनि आकाशका चराहरू आउँछन् र यसका हाँगाहरूमा गुँड बनाउँछन् ।”
33 Another parable spake hee to them, The kingdome of heauen is like vnto leauen, which a woman taketh and hideth in three pecks of meale, till all be leauened.
त्यसपछि येशूले तिनीहरूलाई अर्को दृष्टान्त भन्नुभयो, “स्वर्गको राज्यचाहिँ खमिरजस्तो हो जुन एउटी स्त्रीले लिइन् र तिन कचौरा पिठोमा त्यो नफुलेसम्म मिसाइन् ।”
34 All these thinges spake Iesus vnto the multitude in parables, and without parables spake he not to them,
येशूले यी सबै कुरा भिडलाई दृष्टान्तहरूमा भन्नुभयो । अनि दृष्टान्तहरूमा बाहेक उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई केही पनि भन्नुभएन ।
35 That it might be fulfilled, which was spoken by the Prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables, and will vtter the thinges which haue beene kept secrete from the foundation of the worlde.
योचाहिँ अगमवक्ताहरूले जे भनेका थिए, ती कुरा सत्य ठहरिऊन् भनेर हुन आयो, जब उहाँले भन्नुभयो, “म मेरो मुख दृष्टान्तहरूमा खोल्नेछु । म यस संसारको सुरुदेखि लुकाइएका कुराहरूलाई प्रकट गर्नेछु ।”
36 Then sent Iesus the multitude away, and went into the house. And his disciples came vnto him, saying, Declare vnto vs the parable of the tares of that fielde.
तब येशूले भिडलाई छोड्नुभयो र घरभित्र जानुभयो । उहाँका चेलाहरू उहाँकहाँ आएर भने, “खेतका सामाहरूको बारेमा भनिएको दृष्टान्त हामीलाई व्याख्या गरिदिनुहोस् ।”
37 Then answered he, and saide to them, He that soweth the good seede, is the Sonne of man.
येशूले जवाफ दिनुभयो र भन्नुभयो, “जसले बारीमा असल बिउ छरे उनीचाहिँ मानिसका पुत्र हुन् ।
38 And the field is the worlde, and the good seede are the children of the kingdome, and the tares are the children of that wicked one.
बारीचाहिँ संसार हो; अनि असल बिउचाहिँ राज्यका पुत्रहरू हुन् । अनि सामाहरूचाहिँ दुष्टका छोराहरू हुन्,
39 And the enemie that soweth them, is the deuill, and the haruest is the end of the worlde, and the reapers be the Angels. (aiōn g165)
र त्यो शत्रु जसले ती सामाहरू छरे, त्योचाहिँ दुष्ट हो । फसलको कटनी संसारको अन्त हो, र कटनी गर्नेहरूचाहिँ स्वर्गदूतहरू हुन् । (aiōn g165)
40 As then the tares are gathered and burned in ye fire, so shall it be in the end of this world. (aiōn g165)
त्यसैले, जसरी सामाहरू बटुलिन्छन् र आगोमा जलाइन्छन्, यो संसारको अन्तमा यस्तै हुनेछ । (aiōn g165)
41 The Sonne of man shall send forth his Angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which doe iniquitie,
मानिसका पुत्रले आफ्ना स्वर्गदूतहरूलाई पठाउनेछन्, र तिनीहरूले उनको राज्यबाट पाप ल्याउने सबै थोक र पाप गर्ने सबै जनालाई बटुल्नेछन् ।
42 And shall cast them into a fornace of fire. There shalbe wailing and gnashing of teeth.
तिनीहरूले तिनीहरूलाई आगोको भट्टीमा फालिदिनेछन्, जहाँ रुवाबासी र दाह्रा किटाइ हुनेछ ।
43 Then shall the iust men shine as ye sunne in the kingdome of their Father. Hee that hath eares to heare, let him heare.
तब धर्मी मानिसहरू उनीहरूका पिताको राज्यमा सूर्यझैँ चम्कनेछन् । जससँग कान छ, उसले सुनोस् ।
44 Againe, the kingdom of heauen is like vnto a treasure hid in ye field, which when a man hath found, he hideth it, and for ioy thereof departeth and selleth all that he hath, and buieth that field.
स्वर्गको राज्यचाहिँ जमिनमा लुकाइएको धनजस्तै हो । एक जना मानिसले त्यो भेट्टायो अनि त्यसलाई लुकायो । उसको आनन्दमा ऊ जान्छ, उसँग भएका सबैथोक बेच्छ, अनि उसले त्यो जमिन किन्छ ।
45 Againe, the kingdome of heauen is like to a marchant man, that seeketh good pearles,
फेरि, स्वर्गको राज्य एक जना व्यापारीले मूल्यवान् मोतीहरू खोजेजस्तै हो ।
46 Who hauing found a pearle of great price, went and solde all that he had, and bought it.
जब उसले धेरै मूल्य भएको एउटा मोती भेट्टायो, ऊ गयो र उसँग भएका सबै थोक बेच्यो र त्यो किन्यो ।
47 Againe, the kingdom of heauen is like vnto a drawe net cast into the sea, that gathereth of all kindes of things.
फेरि, स्वर्गको राज्य समुद्रमा फ्याँकिएको जालजस्तो हो, अनि त्यसले सबै खालका प्राणीलाई बटुल्यो ।
48 Which, when it is full, men draw to lande, and sit and gather the good into vessels, and cast the bad away.
जब त्यो भरियो, जालाहारीहरूले त्यसलाई समुद्रको किनारमा ताने । तब उनीहरू बसे अनि राम्रा कुराहरू भाँडाहरूमा बटुले । तर काम नलाग्ने चिजहरूलाई फ्याँकिदिए ।
49 So shall it be at the end of the world. The Angels shall goe foorth, and seuer the bad from among the iust, (aiōn g165)
संसारको अन्तमा यस्तै हुनेछ । स्वर्गदूतहरू आउनेछन् र धर्मीहरूका माझबाट दुष्टहरूलाई छुट्ट्याउनेछन् । (aiōn g165)
50 And shall cast them into a fornace of fire: there shalbe wailing, and gnashing of teeth.
उनीहरूले तिनीहरूलाई आगोको भट्टीमा फालिदिनेछन्, जहाँ रुवाबासी र दाह्रा किटाइ हुनेछ ।
51 Iesus saide vnto them, Vnderstand yee all these things? They saide vnto him, Yea, Lord.
के तिमीहरूले यी सबै कुराहरू बुझेका छौ?” चेलाहरूले उहाँलाई भने, “बुझेका छौँ ।”
52 Then sayd hee vnto them, Therefore euery Scribe which is taught vnto the kingdome of heauen, is like vnto an householder, which bringeth foorth out of his treasure things both newe and olde.
तब येशूले तिनीहरूलाई भन्नुभयो, “त्यसकारण, स्वर्गको राज्यको चेला बनेको हरेक शास्त्री एउटा मानिसजस्तो हो जो घरको मालिक हो, जसले भण्डारबाट नयाँ र पुराना चिजहरू निकाल्छ ।”
53 And it came to passe, that when Iesus had ended these parables, he departed thence,
येशूले यी दृष्टान्तहरू सक्नुभएपछि उहाँ त्यस ठाउँबाट जानुभयो ।
54 And came into his owne countrey, and taught them in their Synagogue, so that they were astonied, and saide, Whence commeth this wisdome and great woorkes vnto this man?
तब येशू आफ्नै नगरमा प्रवेश गर्नुभयो अनि मानिसहरूलाई तिनीहरूका सभाघरहरूमा सिकाउनुभयो । परिणामचाहिँ यस्तो भयो, कि तिनीहरू आश्चर्य चकित भए र भने, “यी मानिसले उनको ज्ञान र आश्चर्यकर्महरू कहाँबाट पाउँछन्?
55 Is not this the carpenters sonne? Is not his mother called Marie, and his brethren Iames and Ioses, and Simon and Iudas?
के यी मानिस सिकर्मीका छोरा होइनन् र? के उनकी आमा मरियम होइनन् र? अनि उनका भाइहरू, याकूब, योसेफ, सिमोन र यहूदा होइनन् र?
56 And are not his sisters all with vs? Whence then hath he all these things?
अनि उनका सबै बहिनी हाम्रै माझमा छैनन् र? त्यसैले, यी मानिसले यी सबै कुरा कहाँबाट पाउँछन् त?”
57 And they were offended with him. Then Iesus said to them, A Prophet is not without honour, saue in his owne countrey, and in his owne house.
तिनीहरू उहाँबाट अप्रसन्न भए । तर येशूले तिनीहरूलाई भन्नुभयो, “अगमवक्ताको आदर नहुने भनेको उनको आफ्नै परिवार र आफ्नै देशमा मात्र हो ।”
58 And he did not many great woorkes there, for their vnbeliefes sake.
र तिनीहरूको अविश्वासको कारण उहाँले त्यहाँ धेरै आश्चर्यकर्महरू गर्नुभएन ।
