Mark 1
1 The beginning of the Gospel of Iesus Christ, the Sonne of God:

2 As it is written in the Prophets, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.

3 The voyce of him that cryeth in the wildernesse is, Prepare the way of the Lord: make his paths straight.
“Ang tingog sa usa ka tawo nagtawag ngadto sa kamingawan, 'Himoa nga andam ang dalan sa Ginoo, Himoa ang iyang agianan nga tul-id.'”
4 Iohn did baptize in the wildernesse, and preach the baptisme of amendment of life, for remission of sinnes.
Sa pag-abot ni Juan, siya nangbawtismo didto sa kamingawan ug nagwali sa pagbawtismo sa paghinulsol alang sa kapasayloan sa mga sala.
5 And al ye countrey of Iudea, and they of Hierusalem went out vnto him, and were all baptized of him in the riuer Iordan, confessing their sinnes.
Ang tanang nasod sa Judea ug ang tanang mga tawo sa Jerusalem miadto kaniya. Sila gibawtismohan pinaagi kaniya didto sa Suba sa Jordan, samtang nagsugid sila sa ilang mga sala.
6 Nowe Iohn was clothed with camels heare, and with a girdle of a skinne about his loynes: and he did eate Locusts and wilde hony,
Nagsul-ob si Juan ug sapot nga balahibo sa kamelyo, aduna siyay panit nga bakos sa iyang hawak, ug mikaon siya ug mga dulon ug ihalas nga dugos.
7 And preached, saying, A stronger then I commeth after me, whose shoes latchet I am not worthy to stoupe downe, and vnloose.
Nagwali siya ug nag-ingon, “Ang usa ka tawo moabot sunod kanako nga mas gamhanan pa kay kanako, ug dili ako takos bisan pa sa pagyukbo aron sa paghubad sa hikot sa iyang sandalyas.
8 Trueth it is, I haue baptized you with water: but he will baptize you with the holy Ghost.
Ako magabawtismo kaninyo sa tubig, apan siya magabawtismo kaninyo sa Balaang Espiritu.”
9 And it came to passe in those dayes, that Iesus came from Nazareth, a citie of Galile, and was baptized of Iohn in Iordan.
Nahitabo niadtong mga adlawa nga si Jesus niabot gikan sa Nazaret sa Galilea, ug siya gibawtismohan pinaagi ni Juan didto sa Suba sa Jordan.
10 And assoone as he was come out of the water, Iohn saw the heauens clouen in twaine, and the holy Ghost descending vpon him like a doue.
Sa nihaw-as na si Jesus sa tubig, nakita niya ang kalangitan nga naabli ug ang Espiritu mikunsad kaniya sama sa salampati,
11 Then there was a voyce from heauen, saying, Thou art my beloued Sonne, in whome I am well pleased.
samtang ang tingog migawas sa kalangitan, “Ikaw ang akong pinalanggang anak. Nahimuot kaayo ako kanimo.”
12 And immediatly the Spirite driueth him into the wildernesse.
Unya ang Espiritu diha-diha nagpugos kaniya sa pagpagawas ngadto sa kamingawan.
13 And he was there in the wildernesse fourtie daies, and was tempted of Satan: hee was also with the wilde beastes, and the Angels ministred vnto him.
Siya atua sa kamingawan sa 40 ka mga adlaw, ug siya gitintal ni Satanas. Uban siya sa mga ihalas nga mga mananap, ug ang mga anghel nag-alagad sa iyang mga gikinahanglan.
14 Now after that Iohn was committed to prison, Iesus came into Galile, preaching the Gospel of the kingdome of God,
Karon human gidakop si Juan, si Jesus niabot ngadto sa Galilea ug gimantala ang ebanghelyo sa Dios,
15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdome of God is at hand: repent and beleeue the Gospel.
ug nag-ingon, “Ang takna natuman na, ug ang gingharian sa Dios haduol na. Paghinulsol ug tuohi ang ebanghelyo.”
16 And as he walked by the sea of Galile, he saw Simon, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea, (for they were fishers.)
Ug paglabay sa daplin sa dagat sa Galilea, nakita niya si Simon ug Andres ang igsoong lalaki ni Simon nga nag-itsa sa pukot ngadto sa dagat, kay sila mangingisda man.
17 Then Iesus said vnto them, Folow me, and I will make you to be fishers of men.
Si Jesus miingon kanila, “Sunod kanako, ug himoon ko kamo nga mangingisda sa mga tawo.”
18 And straightway they forsooke their nets, and folowed him.
Diha-diha ilang gibiyaan ang ilang mga pukot ug misunod kaniya.
19 And when hee had gone a litle further thence, he sawe Iames the sonne of Zebedeus, and Iohn his brother, as they were in the ship, mending their nets.
Sa paglakaw ni Jesus sa unahan, nakita niya si Santiago ang anak nga lalaki ni Sebedeo ug si Juan ang iyahang igsoon nga lalaki; atua sila sa balangay nga nanagtapak sa mga pukot.
20 And anon hee called them: and they left their father Zebedeus in the shippe with his hired seruants, and went their way after him.
Gitawag dayon niya sila; gibiyaan nila ang ilang amahan nga si Sebedeo sa balangay kauban ang sinuholan nga mga sulugoon, ug misunod sila kaniya.
21 So they entred into Capernaum, and straightway on the Sabbath day hee entred into the Synagogue, and taught.
Ug sa pag-adto sa Capernaum, diha-diha sa Adlaw nga Igpapahulay misulod siya sa sinagoga ug nanudlo.
22 And they were astonied at his doctrine, for he taught them as one that had authoritie, and not as the Scribes.
Nahibulong sila sa iyang pagtulon-an, tungod kay siya nagtudlo kanila ingon sa usa nga adunay katungod ug dili sama sa mga manunulat sa balaod.
23 And there was in their Synagogue a man in whome was an vncleane spirite, and hee cried out,
Unya didto sa ilang sinagoga may usa ka tawo nga adunay dili hinlo nga espiritu. Misinggit siya,
24 Saying, Ah, what haue we to do with thee, O Iesus of Nazareth? Art thou come to destroy vs? I knowe thee what thou art, euen that holy one of God.
“Unsay mahimo namo kanimo, Jesus nga taga-Nazaret? Mianhi ka ba aron sa pagdaot kanamo? Nasayod ako kung si kinsa ka. Ikaw ang usa nga Balaan sa Dios!”
25 And Iesus rebuked him, saying, Holde thy peace, and come out of him.
Gibadlong ni Jesus ang demonyo ug miingon, “Paghilom ug gawas diha kaniya!”
26 And the vncleane spirit tare him, and cried with a loude voyce, and came out of him.
Pagkahuman ang dili hinlo nga espiritu nagpalukapa kaniya, ang dili hinlo nga espiritu misinggit uban sa kusog nga tingog ug migawas gikan kaniya.
27 And they were all amased, so that they demaunded one of another, saying, What thing is this? what newe doctrine is this? for he commandeth euen the foule spirites with authoritie, and they obey him.
Ang tanang tawo nangahibulong, busa nagpangutan-anay sila sa usag-usa, “Unsa kini? Usa ka bag-o nga pagtulon-an nga adunay kagahom! Iyang gimandoan bisan ang dili hinlo nga mga espiritu, ug sila mituo kaniya.”
28 And immediatly his fame spred abroade throughout all the region bordering on Galile.
Diha-diha ang mga balita mahitungod kaniya migawas bisan asa ngadto sa tanang rehiyon nga nakapalibot sa Galilea.
29 And assoone as they were come out of the Synagogue, they entred into the house of Symon and Andrew, with Iames and Iohn.
Diha-diha pagkahuman nila ug biya sa sinagoga, miadto sila sa balay ni Simon ug Andres, uban kang Santiago ug Juan.
30 And Symons wiues mother lay sicke of a feuer, and anon they told him of her.
Karon ang ugangang babaye ni Simon naghigda tungod sa sakit nga hilanat. Diha-diha dayon ilang gisultihan si Jesus mahitungod kaniya.
31 And he came and tooke her by the hand, and lifted her vp, and the feuer forsooke her by and by, and shee ministred vnto them.
Busa miadto siya, gigunitan niya ang kamot, ug gipatindog niya; ang hilanat mibiya kaniya, ug siya nagsugod sa pag-alagad kanila.
32 And whe euen was come, at what time the sunne setteth, they brought to him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with deuils.
Sa dihang gabii na, human misalop ang adlaw, ilang gidala ngadto kaniya ang tanang mga masakiton o gisudlan ug mga demonyo.
33 And the whole citie was gathered together at the doore.
Ang tibuok siyudad nagtapok tanan sa pultahan.
34 And he healed many that were sicke of diuers diseases: and he cast out many deuils, and suffred not the deuils to say that they knewe him.
Giayo niya ang daghang mga masakiton uban sa mga nagkalain-laing mga balatian, ug gihinginlan ang daghang mga demonyo. Apan wala niya tugoti ang mga demonyo sa pagsugilon tungod kay sila nakaila kaniya.
35 And in the morning very early before day, Iesus arose and went out into a solitarie place, and there praied.
Sayo kaayo siya nibangon samtang ngitngit pa; mibiya siya ug miadto sa awaaw nga dapit, ug nag-ampo siya didto.
36 And Simon, and they that were with him, followed carefully after him.
Si Simon ug kadtong uban niya nangita kaniya.
37 And when they had found him, they sayde vnto him, All men seeke for thee.
Ila siyang nakaplagan, ug miingon sila ngadto kaniya, “Ang tanan nangita kanimo.”
38 Then he said vnto them, Let vs go into the next townes, that I may preach there also: for I came out for that purpose.
Miingon siya, “Moadto kita sa laing dapit, gawas ngadto sa palibot sa lungsod, aron ako magwali usab didto. Mao kana ang akong gianhi dinhi aron sa pagbuhat.”
39 And hee preached in their Synagogues, throughout all Galile, and cast the deuils out.
Miadto siya sa tibuok Galilea, nagwali siya didto sa ilang mga sinagoga ug iyang gihinginlan ang mga demonyo.
40 And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeled downe vnto him, and said to him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me cleane.
Usa ka sanglahon ang miadto kaniya; siya nagpakiluoy kaniya samtang siya nagluhod. Siya miingon kaniya, “Kung buot nimo, mamahimo mo akong hinloan.”
41 And Iesus had compassion, and put foorth his hand, and touched him, and said to him, I wil: be thou cleane.
Mibati ug kaluoy, gituy-od ni Jesus ang iyang kamot ug gihikap siya, nga nag-ingon ngadto kaniya, “Buot ako. Mahinlo ka.”
42 And assone as he had spoken, immediatly ye leprosie departed from him, and he was made cleane.
Diha-diha ang sangla mibiya kaniya, ug nahimo siya nga hinlo.
43 And after he had giue him a streight commandement, he sent him away forthwith,
Si Jesus higpit nga nagpasidaan kaniya ug gipadala dayon siya sa layo,
44 And sayde vnto him, See thou say nothing to any man, but get thee hence, and shewe thy selfe to the Priest, and offer for thy clensing those things, which Moses commanded, for a testimoniall vnto them.
miingon si Jesus ngadto kaniya, “Siguroha nga dili ka manugilon ngadto sa uban, apan lakaw, ipakita ang imong kaugalingon ngadto sa pari, ug ihalad ang mga butang alang sa imong pagkahinlo nga gimando ni Moises, isip pagpamatuod ngadto kanila.”
45 But when he was departed, hee began to tel many things, and to publish the matter: so that Iesus could no more openly enter into the citie, but was without in desert places: and they came to him from euery quarter.
Apan migawas siya ug nagsugod sa pagsulti sa tanan. Ang tawo nagpakuyanap pag-ayo sa pulong mao nga si Jesus dili na gawasnon sa pag-adto sa mga lungsod; kinahanglan siya nga magpabilin didto sa kamingawan nga mga dapit aron ang mga tawo mo-adto kaniya gikan sa bisan asa.
