Mark 4
1 And hee began againe to teache by the sea side, and there gathered vnto him a great multitude, so that hee entred into a shippe, and sate in the sea, and all the people was by the sea side on the land.
Și a început din nou să îi învețe lângă mare; și s-a adunat la el o mare mulțime, astfel că el s-a urcat într-o corabie și ședea pe mare; și toată mulțimea era lângă mare, pe uscat.
2 And he taught them many things in parables, and said vnto them in his doctrine,
Și îi învăța multe lucruri în parabole și le-a spus în doctrina lui:
3 Hearken: Beholde, there went out a sower to sowe.
Dați ascultare; Iată, a ieșit un semănător să semene;
4 And it came to passe as he sowed, that some fell by the way side, and the foules of the heauen came, and deuoured it vp.
Și s-a întâmplat, că pe când semăna, o parte [din] sămânță a căzut lângă drum și păsările cerului au venit și au mâncat-o.
5 And some fell on stonie grounde, where it had not much earth, and by and by sprang vp, because it had not depth of earth.
Și alta a căzut pe un loc pietros, unde nu a avut pământ mult; și îndată a răsărit, pentru că nu a avut adâncime a pământului;
6 But assoone as ye Sunne was vp, it was burnt vp, and because it had not roote, it withered away.
Dar când a răsărit soarele, a fost pârlită; și pentru că nu a avut rădăcină s-a uscat.
7 And some fell among the thornes, and the thornes grewe vp, and choked it, so that it gaue no fruite.
Și alta a căzut printre spini și spinii au crescut și au înăbușit-o și nu a dat rod.
8 Some againe fell in good grounde, and did yeelde fruite that sprong vp, and grewe, and it brought foorth, some thirtie folde, some sixtie folde, and some an hundreth folde.
Și alta a căzut pe pământ bun și a dat rod, crescând și înmulțindu-se; și a adus, una treizeci și una șaizeci și una o sută.
9 Then he said vnto them, He that hath eares to heare, let him heare.
Și le-a spus: Cel ce are urechi de auzit, să audă.
10 And whe he was alone, they that were about him with the twelue, asked him of ye parable.
Și când a fost singur, cei ce erau în jurul lui cu cei doisprezece l-au întrebat despre parabolă.
11 And he saide vnto them, To you it is giuen to knowe the mysterie of the kingdome of God: but vnto them that are without, all thinges bee done in parables,
Și le-a spus: Vouă vă este dat să cunoașteți misterul împărăției lui Dumnezeu; dar pentru cei de afară, toate acestea sunt făcute în parabole;
12 That they seeing, may see, and not discerne: and they hearing, may heare, and not vnderstand, least at any time they should turne, and their sinnes should be forgiuen them.
Ca văzând, ei să vadă și să nu priceapă; și auzind, să audă și să nu înțeleagă; ca nu cumva să se întoarcă și păcatele lor să le fie iertate.
13 Againe he said vnto them, Perceiue ye not this parable? howe then should ye vnderstand all other parables?
Și le-a spus: Nu pricepeți această parabolă? Și cum veți cunoaște toate parabolele?
14 The sower soweth the worde.
Semănătorul seamănă cuvântul.
15 And these are they that receiue the seede by the wayes side, in whome the worde is sowen: but when they haue heard it, Satan commeth immediatly, and taketh away the worde that was sowen in their heartes.
Și aceștia sunt cei de lângă drum, unde cuvântul este semănat; dar după ce au auzit, vine îndată Satan și ia cuvântul ce fusese semănat în inimile lor.
16 And likewise they that receiue the seede in stony ground, are they, which whe they haue heard the word, straightwayes receiue it with gladnesse.
Și la fel, aceștia sunt cei semănați pe locul pietros; care, după ce au auzit cuvântul, îl primesc îndată cu veselie;
17 Yet haue they no roote in themselues, and endure but a time: for when trouble and persecution ariseth for the worde, immediatly they be offended.
Și nu au rădăcină în ei înșiși și țin doar un timp; după aceea, când se ridică necaz sau persecuție din cauza cuvântului, îndată se poticnesc.
18 Also they that receiue the seede among the thornes, are such as heare the word:
Și aceștia sunt cei semănați printre spini, care aud cuvântul,
19 But the cares of this world, and the deceitfulnes of riches, and the lustes of other things enter in, and choke the word, and it is vnfruitfull. (aiōn g165)
Și îngrijorările acestei lumi și înșelătoria bogățiilor și poftele altor lucruri, intrând, înăbușă cuvântul și cuvântul devine neroditor. (aiōn g165)
20 But they that haue receiued seede in good ground, are they that heare the worde, and receiue it, and bring foorth fruite: one corne thirtie, another sixtie, and some an hundreth.
Și aceștia sunt cei semănați pe pământ bun, care aud cuvântul și îl primesc și aduc rod, unul treizeci, unul șaizeci și unul o sută.
21 Also he saide vnto them, Commeth the candle in, to be put vnder a bushell, or vnder the bed, and not to be put on a candlesticke?
Și le-a spus: Este adusă o candelă ca să fie pusă sub oboroc, sau sub pat? Și nu ca să fie pusă pe sfeșnic?
22 For there is nothing hid, that shall not be opened: neither is there a secret, but that it shall come to light.
Fiindcă nu este nimic ascuns care să nu fie arătat; nici nu a fost nimic ținut în taină, decât ca să fie arătat pe față.
23 If any man haue eares to heare, let him heare.
Dacă are cineva urechi de auzit, să audă.
24 And he said vnto them, Take heede what ye heare. With what measure ye mete, it shall be measured vnto you: and vnto you that heare, shall more be giuen.
Și le-a spus: Luați seama la ce auziți; cu ce măsură măsurați, vi se va măsura; și vouă care auziți vi se va adăuga mult.
25 For vnto him that hath, shall it be giuen, and from him that hath not, shall be taken away, euen that he hath.
Fiindcă oricui are, i se va da; și cel ce nu are, de la el se va lua și ce are.
26 Also he said, So is the kingdome of God, as if a man should cast seede in the ground,
Și a spus: Așa este împărăția lui Dumnezeu, ca și cum un om ar arunca sămânță în pământ;
27 And shoulde sleepe, and rise vp night and day, and the seede should spring and growe vp, he not knowing howe.
Și ar dormi și s-ar trezi noapte și zi și sămânța ar răsări și ar crește, el nu știe cum.
28 For the earth bringeth foorth fruite of it selfe, first the blade, then the eares, after that full corne in the eares.
Fiindcă singur pământul aduce rod; întâi fir, apoi spic, apoi grâu deplin în spic.
29 And assoone as the fruite sheweth it selfe, anon hee putteth in the sickle, because the haruest is come.
Dar când rodul este gata, îndată pune secera în el, pentru că a venit secerișul.
30 He saide moreouer, Whereunto shall wee liken the kingdome of God? or with what comparison shall we compare it?
Și a spus: Cu ce vom asemăna împărăția lui Dumnezeu? Sau cu ce parabolă să o comparăm?
31 It is like a graine of mustarde seede, which when it is sowen in the earth, is the least of all seedes that be in the earth:
Este ca un grăunte de muștar, care, când este semănat în pământ, este mai mic decât toate semințele care sunt în pământ;
32 But after that it is sowen, it groweth vp, and is greatest of all herbes, and beareth great branches, so that the foules of heauen may builde vnder the shadow of it.
Dar după ce este semănat, crește și se face mai mare decât toate ierburile și își întinde ramuri mari; așa că păsările cerului pot cuibări sub umbra lui.
33 And with many such parables he preached the word vnto them, as they were able to heare it.
Și cu multe astfel de parabole le-a vorbit cuvântul, așa cum erau în stare să îl audă.
34 And without parables spake hee nothing vnto them: but he expounded all thinges to his disciples apart.
Dar nu le-a vorbit fără parabolă; și când erau singuri, le explica discipolilor săi toate lucrurile.
35 Nowe the same day when euen was come, he saide vnto them, Let vs passe ouer vnto the other side.
Și în aceeași zi, după ce s-a făcut seară, el le-a spus: Să trecem de cealaltă parte.
36 And they left the multitude, and tooke him as he was in the shippe, and there were also with him other little shippes.
Și după ce au trimis mulțimea, l-au luat așa cum era în corabie. Și erau cu el și alte corăbii mici.
37 And there arose a great storme of winde, and the waues dashed into the shippe, so that it was now full.
Și s-a făcut o furtună mare de vânt și valurile băteau în corabie, încât aceasta era aproape să se umple.
38 And he was in the sterne asleepe on a pillow: and they awoke him, and saide to him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?
Și el era la pupa corabiei, adormit pe o pernă; și ei l-au trezit și i-au spus: Învățătorule, nu îți pasă că pierim?
39 And hee rose vp, and rebuked the winde, and saide vnto the sea, Peace, and be still. So the winde ceased, and it was a great calme.
Și s-a ridicat și a mustrat vântul și a spus mării: Taci, liniștește-te! Și vântul a încetat și s-a făcut o mare liniște.
40 Then he saide vnto them, Why are ye so fearefull? how is it that ye haue no faith?
Și le-a spus: Pentru ce sunteți așa de fricoși? Cum de nu aveți credință?
41 And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, Who is this, that both the winde and sea obey him?
Și s-au înfricoșat foarte tare și au spus unii către alții: Ce fel de om este acesta, că până și vântul și marea ascultă de el?
