Mark 10
1 And he arose from thence, and went into the coastes of Iudea by the farre side of Iordan, and the people resorted vnto him againe, and as he was wont, he taught them againe.
௧இயேசு அந்த இடத்திலிருந்து, யோர்தான் நதிக்கு அக்கரையில் உள்ள தேசத்தின்வழியாக யூதேயாவின் எல்லைகளில் வந்தார். மக்கள் மீண்டும் அவரிடம் கூடிவந்தார்கள். அவர் தம்முடைய வழக்கத்தின்படியே மீண்டும் அவர்களுக்குப் போதகம்பண்ணினார்.
2 Then the Pharises came and asked him, if it were lawfull for a man to put away his wife, and tempted him.
௨அப்பொழுது பரிசேயர்கள், அவரைச் சோதிக்கவேண்டும் என்று, அவரிடம் வந்து: கணவன் தன் மனைவியை விவாகரத்து செய்வது நியாயமா? என்று கேட்டார்கள்.
3 And he answered, and sayde vnto them, What did Moses commaund you?
௩அவர் மறுமொழியாக: மோசே உங்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டிருக்கிறது என்ன என்று கேட்டார்.
4 And they sayd, Moses suffered to write a bill of diuorcement, and to put her away.
௪அதற்கு அவர்கள் விவாகரத்திற்குரிய விடுதலைப்பத்திரத்தை எழுதிக்கொடுத்து, அவளை விவாகரத்து செய்யலாம் என்று மோசே அனுமதி கொடுத்திருக்கிறார் என்றார்கள்.
5 Then Iesus answered, and sayd vnto them, For the hardnesse of your heart he wrote this precept vnto you.
௫இயேசு அவர்களுக்கு மறுமொழியாக: உங்களுடைய இருதயக் கடினத்தினாலே இந்தக் கட்டளையை உங்களுக்கு எழுதிக்கொடுத்தான்.
6 But at the beginning of the creation God made them male and female:
௬ஆனாலும், ஆரம்பத்திலே மனிதர்களைப் படைத்த தேவன் அவர்களை ஆணும் பெண்ணுமாக உண்டாக்கினார்.
7 For this cause shall man leaue his father and mother, and cleaue vnto his wife.
௭இதனால் கணவன் தன் தகப்பனையும் தாயையும்விட்டுத் தன் மனைவியோடு இணைந்திருப்பான்;
8 And they twaine shalbe one flesh: so that they are no more twaine, but one flesh.
௮அவர்கள் இருவர்களும் ஒரே மாம்சமாக இருப்பார்கள்; இவ்விதமாக அவர்கள் இருவர்களாக இல்லாமல் ஒரே மாம்சமாக இருக்கிறார்கள்.
9 Therefore, what God hath coupled together, let not man separate.
௯எனவே, தேவன் இணைத்ததை மனிதன் பிரிக்காதிருக்கவேண்டும் என்றார்.
10 And in the house his disciples asked him againe of that matter.
௧0பின்பு வீட்டில் இருக்கும்போது அவருடைய சீடர்கள் அந்தக் காரியத்தைக்குறித்து மீண்டும் அவரிடம் விசாரித்தார்கள்.
11 And he sayd vnto them, Whosoeuer shall put away his wife and marrie another, committeth adulterie against her.
௧௧அப்பொழுது அவர்: யாராவது தன் மனைவியை விவாகரத்து செய்துவிட்டு, வேறொரு பெண்ணைத் திருமணம்செய்தால், அவன் அவளுக்கு விரோதமாக விபசாரம் செய்கிறவனாக இருப்பான்.
12 And if a woman put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adulterie.
௧௨மனைவியும் தன் கணவனை விவாகரத்து செய்துவிட்டு, வேறொருவனை திருமணம்செய்தால், விபசாரம் செய்கிறவளாக இருப்பாள் என்றார்.
13 Then they brought litle children to him, that he should touch them, and his disciples rebuked those that brought them.
௧௩அப்பொழுது, சிறு பிள்ளைகளை அவர் தொடுவதற்காக அவர்களை அவரிடம் கொண்டுவந்தார்கள்; கொண்டுவந்தவர்களைச் சீடர்கள் அதட்டினார்கள்.
14 But when Iesus sawe it, he was displeased, and said to them, Suffer the litle children to come vnto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdome of God.
௧௪இயேசு அதைப் பார்த்து கோபப்பட்டு: சிறு பிள்ளைகள் என்னிடம் வருகிறதற்கு இடம்கொடுங்கள்; அவர்களைத் தடைப்பண்ணவேண்டாம்; தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யம் அப்படிப்பட்டவர்களுடையது.
15 Verely I say vnto you, Whosoeuer shall not receiue the kingdome of God as a litle childe, he shall not enter therein.
௧௫யாராவது சிறு பிள்ளையைப்போல தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளவில்லை என்றால், அவன் அதில் பிரவேசிப்பதில்லை என்று, உண்மையாகவே உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன் என்று சொல்லி,
16 And he tooke them vp in his armes, and put his hands vpon them, and blessed them.
௧௬அவர்களை அணைத்துக்கொண்டு, அவர்கள்மேல் கரங்களை வைத்து, அவர்களை ஆசீர்வதித்தார்.
17 And when hee was gone out on the way, there came one running, and kneeled to him, and asked him, Good Master, what shall I doe, that I may possesse eternall life? (aiōnios g166)
௧௭பின்பு அவர் புறப்பட்டுப் போய்க்கொண்டிருக்கும்போது, ஒருவன் ஓடிவந்து, அவருக்கு முன்பாக முழங்கால்படியிட்டு: நல்ல போதகரே, நித்தியஜீவனைச் சுதந்தரித்துக்கொள்ள நான் என்னசெய்யவேண்டும் என்று கேட்டான். (aiōnios g166)
18 Iesus sayde to him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, euen God.
௧௮அதற்கு இயேசு: நீ என்னை நல்லவன் என்று சொல்வது எதினால்? தேவன் ஒருவர்தவிர நல்லவன் ஒருவனும் இல்லை.
19 Thou knowest the comandements, Thou shalt not commit adulterie. Thou shalt not kill. Thou shalt not steale. Thou shalt not beare false witnesse. Thou shalt hurt no man. Honour thy father and mother.
௧௯விபசாரம் செய்யாதே, கொலை செய்யாதே, திருடாதே, பொய்ச்சாட்சி சொல்லாதே, ஏமாற்றாதே, உன் தகப்பனையும், தாயையும் கனம்பண்ணு என்கிற கட்டளைகளைப்பற்றி தெரிந்திருக்கிறாயே என்றார்.
20 Then he answered, and said to him, Master, all these things I haue obserued from my youth.
௨0அதற்கு அவன்: போதகரே, இவைகளையெல்லாம் என் சிறிய வயதிலிருந்து கடைபிடித்து வருகிறேன் என்றான்.
21 And Iesus looked vpon him, and loued him, and sayde vnto him, One thing is lacking vnto thee. Go and sell all that thou hast, and giue to the poore, and thou shalt haue treasure in heauen, and come, follow me, and take vp the crosse.
௨௧இயேசு அவனைப் பார்த்து, அவனிடம் அன்புகூர்ந்து: உன்னிடத்தில் ஒரு குறைவு உண்டு; நீ போய், உனக்கு உண்டானவைகளை எல்லாவற்றையும் விற்று, ஏழைகளுக்குக் கொடு; அப்பொழுது பரலோகத்திலே உனக்குப் பொக்கிஷம் உண்டாயிருக்கும்; பின்பு சிலுவையை எடுத்துக்கொண்டு, என்னைப் பின்பற்றிவா என்றார்.
22 But hee was sad at that saying, and went away sorowfull: for he had great possessions.
௨௨அவனுக்கு அதிக சொத்துக்கள் இருந்ததால், இந்த வார்த்தையைக் கேட்டு, சோர்ந்து, துக்கத்தோடு போய்விட்டான்.
23 And Iesus looked round about, and sayd vnto his disciples, Howe hardly doe they that haue riches, enter into the kingdome of God!
௨௩அப்பொழுது இயேசு சுற்றிலும்பார்த்து, தம்முடைய சீடர்களைப் பார்த்து: செல்வந்தர்கள் தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் பிரவேசிப்பது எவ்வளவு கடினமாக இருக்கிறது என்றார்.
24 And his disciples were afraide at his words. But Iesus answered againe, and sayd vnto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches, to enter into the kingdome of God!
௨௪சீடர்கள் அவருடைய வார்த்தைகளைக்குறித்து ஆச்சரியப்பட்டார்கள். இயேசு மீண்டும் அவர்களைப் பார்த்து: பிள்ளைகளே, செல்வத்தின்மேல் நம்பிக்கையாக இருக்கிறவர்கள் தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் பிரவேசிப்பது எவ்வளவு கடினமாக இருக்கிறது!
25 It is easier for a camel to goe through the eye of a needle, then for a riche man to enter into the kingdome of God.
௨௫செல்வந்தர்கள் தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் பிரவேசிப்பதைவிட, ஒட்டகமானது ஊசியின் காதிலே நுழைவது சுலபமாக இருக்கும் என்றார்.
26 And they were much more astonied, saying with themselues, Who then can be saued?
௨௬அவர்கள் அதிகமாக ஆச்சரியப்பட்டு: அப்படியானால் யார் இரட்சிக்கப்படமுடியும் என்று தங்களுக்குள்ளே சொல்லிக்கொண்டார்கள்.
27 But Iesus looked vpon them, and sayd, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.
௨௭இயேசு அவர்களைப் பார்த்து: மனிதர்களால் இது முடியாது, தேவனால் இது முடியும்; தேவனாலே எல்லாம் முடியும் என்றார்.
28 Then Peter began to say vnto him, Loe, we haue forsaken all, and haue folowed thee.
௨௮அப்பொழுது பேதுரு அவரைப் பார்த்து: இதோ, நாங்கள் எல்லாவற்றையும்விட்டு, உம்மைப் பின்பற்றிவந்தோமே, என்று சொல்லத்தொடங்கினான்.
29 Iesus answered, and sayd, Verely I say vnto you, there is no man that hath forsaken house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands for my sake and the Gospels,
௨௯அதற்கு இயேசு மறுமொழியாக: எனக்காகவும், நற்செய்திப் பணிக்காகவும், வீட்டையாவது, சகோதரர்களையாவது, சகோதரிகளையாவது, தகப்பனையாவது, தாயையாவது, மனைவியையாவது, குழந்தைகளையாவது, நிலங்களையாவது விட்டு வந்தவன் எவனும்,
31 But many that are first, shall be last, and the last, first.
௩௧ஆனாலும் முந்தினவர்கள் அநேகர் பிந்தினவர்களாகவும், பிந்தினவர்கள் அநேகர் முந்தினவர்களாகவும் இருப்பார்கள் என்றார்.
32 And they were in the way going vp to Hierusalem, and Iesus went before them and they were troubled, and as they followed, they were afraide, and Iesus tooke the twelue againe, and began to tell them what things should come vnto him,
௩௨பின்பு அவர்கள் எருசலேமுக்குப் பயணமாகப் போகும்பொழுது, இயேசு அவர்களுக்கு முன்பே நடந்துபோனார்; அவர்கள் ஆச்சரியப்பட்டு, அவருக்குப் பின்னால் பயத்தோடு போனார்கள். அப்பொழுது அவர் பன்னிரண்டு சீடர்களையும் அழைத்து, தமக்கு நடக்கப்போகிறவைகளை அவர்களுக்கு மீண்டும் சொல்லத்தொடங்கினார்:
33 Saying, Beholde, we goe vp to Hierusalem, and the Sonne of man shall be deliuered vnto the hie Priests, and to the Scribes, and they shall condemne him to death, and shall deliuer him to the Gentiles.
௩௩இதோ, எருசலேமுக்குப் போகிறோம்; அங்கே மனிதகுமாரன் பிரதான ஆசாரியர்களிடத்திலும் வேதபண்டிதரிடத்திலும் ஒப்புக்கொடுக்கப்படுவார்; அவர்கள் அவரை மரணதண்டனைக்குள்ளாகத் தீர்த்து, யூதரல்லாதோர்களிடத்தில் ஒப்புக்கொடுப்பார்கள்.
34 And they shall mocke him, and scourge him, and spit vpon him, and kill him: but the third day he shall rise againe.
௩௪அவர்கள் அவரைப் பரிகாசம்பண்ணி, அவரை சாட்டையினால் அடித்து, அவர்மேல் துப்பி, அவரைக் கொலைசெய்வார்கள்; ஆனாலும் மூன்றாம்நாளிலே அவர் உயிரோடு எழுந்திருப்பார் என்றார்.
35 Then Iames and Iohn the sonnes of Zebedeus came vnto him, saying, Master, we would that thou shouldest doe for vs that we desire.
௩௫அப்பொழுது செபெதேயுவின் குமாரர்களாகிய யாக்கோபும் யோவானும் அவரிடம் வந்து: போதகரே, நாங்கள் எதைக்கேட்டாலும் அதை நீர் எங்களுக்குச் செய்யவேண்டும் என்று விரும்புகிறோம் என்றார்கள்.
36 And he sayd vnto them, What would ye I should doe for you?
௩௬அவர் அவர்களைப் பார்த்து: நான் உங்களுக்கு என்னசெய்யவேண்டும் என்று விரும்புகிறீர்கள் என்று கேட்டார்.
37 And they said to him, Graunt vnto vs, that we may sit, one at thy right hand, and the other at thy left hand in thy glory.
௩௭அதற்கு அவர்கள்: உமது மகிமையிலே, எங்களில் ஒருவன் உமது வலதுபக்கத்திலும், ஒருவன் உமது இடதுபக்கத்திலும் உட்கார்ந்திருக்கும்படி எங்களுக்கு அருள்செய்யவேண்டும் என்றார்கள்.
38 But Iesus sayd vnto them, Ye knowe not what ye aske. Can ye drinke of the cup that I shall drinke of, and be baptized with the baptisme that I shall be baptized with?
௩௮இயேசு அவர்களைப் பார்த்து: நீங்கள் கேட்பது என்ன என்று உங்களுக்கே தெரியவில்லை. நான் குடிக்கும் பாத்திரத்தில் நீங்கள் குடிக்கவும், நான் பெறும் ஸ்நானத்தை நீங்கள் பெறவும் உங்களால் முடியுமா என்றார்.
39 And they said vnto him, We can. But Iesus sayd vnto them, Ye shall drinke in deede of the cup that I shall drinke of, and be baptized with the baptisme wherewith I shalbe baptized:
௩௯அதற்கு அவர்கள்: முடியும் என்றார்கள். இயேசு அவர்களைப் பார்த்து: நான் குடிக்கும் பாத்திரத்தில் நீங்கள் குடிப்பீர்கள், நான் பெறும் ஸ்நானத்தையும் நீங்கள் பெறுவீர்கள்.
40 But to sit at my right hand, and at my left, is not mine to giue, but it shalbe giuen to them for whome it is prepared.
௪0ஆனாலும் என் வலதுபக்கத்திலும் என் இடதுபக்கத்திலும் உட்கார்ந்திருக்கும்படி யாருக்கு ஆயத்தம்பண்ணப்பட்டிருக்கிறதோ அவர்களைத்தவிர, மற்றவர்களுக்கு அதை அருளுவது என் காரியமல்ல என்றார்.
41 And when the ten heard that, they began to disdaine at Iames and Iohn.
௪௧மற்ற பத்துப்பேரும் அதைக்கேட்டு, யாக்கோபின்மேலும் யோவானின் மேலும் எரிச்சலானார்கள்.
42 But Iesus called them vnto him, and sayd to them, Ye know that they which are princes among the Gentiles, haue domination ouer them, and they that be great among them, exercise authoritie ouer them.
௪௨அப்பொழுது, இயேசு அவர்களை அருகில் வரச்சொல்லி: யூதரல்லாதவர்களுக்கு அதிகாரிகளாக நியமிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள் அவர்களை ஆணவத்தோடு ஆளுகிறார்கள் என்றும், அவர்களில் பெரியவர்கள் அவர்கள்மேல் கடினமாக அதிகாரம் செலுத்துகிறார்கள் என்றும் நீங்கள் அறிந்திருக்கிறீர்கள்.
43 But it shall not be so among you: but whosoeuer will be great among you, shall be your seruant.
௪௩உங்களுக்குள்ளே அப்படி இருக்கக்கூடாது; உங்களில் யாராவது பெரியவனாக இருக்கவிரும்பினால், அவன் உங்களுக்குப் பணிவிடைக்காரனாக இருக்கவேண்டும்.
44 And whosoeuer will be chiefe of you, shall be the seruant of all.
௪௪உங்களில் யாராவது முதன்மையானவனாக இருக்கவிரும்பினால், அவன் எல்லோருக்கும் ஊழியக்காரனாக இருக்கவேண்டும்.
45 For euen the Sonne of man came not to be serued, but to serue, and to giue his life for the raunsome of many.
௪௫அப்படியே, மனிதகுமாரனும் மற்றவர்களிடம் ஊழியம் பெற வராமல், ஊழியம் செய்யவும், அநேகரை மீட்கத் தம்முடைய ஜீவனைக் கொடுக்கவும் வந்தார் என்றார்.
46 Then they came to Iericho: and as he went out of Iericho with his disciples, and a great multitude, Bartimeus the sonne of Timeus, a blinde man, sate by the wayes side, begging.
௪௬பின்பு அவர்கள் எரிகோவிற்கு வந்தார்கள். அவரும் அவருடைய சீடர்களும் மக்கள் கூட்டமும் எரிகோவைவிட்டுப் புறப்படுகிறபோது, திமேயுவின் பார்வையற்ற மகனாகிய பர்திமேயு, வழியருகில் உட்கார்ந்து, பிச்சை கேட்டுக்கொண்டிருந்தான்.
47 And when hee heard that it was Iesus of Nazareth, he began to crye, and to say, Iesus the Sonne of Dauid, haue mercy on me.
௪௭அவன் நசரேயனாகிய இயேசு வருகிறார் என்று கேள்விப்பட்டு: இயேசுவே, தாவீதின் குமாரனே, எனக்கு இரங்கும் என்று சத்தமிட்டு கூப்பிடத் தொடங்கினான்.
48 And many rebuked him, because he should holde his peace: but hee cryed much more, O Sonne of Dauid, haue mercy on me.
௪௮அவனை அமைதியாக இருக்கச்சொல்லி மக்கள் அவனை அதட்டினார்கள். அவனோ: தாவீதின் குமாரனே, எனக்கு இரங்கும் என்று முன்பைவிட அதிகமாக சத்தமிட்டு கூப்பிட்டான்.
49 Then Iesus stood still, and commanded him to be called: and they called the blind, saying vnto him, Be of good comfort: arise, he calleth thee.
௪௯இயேசு நின்று, அவனை அழைத்துவரச் சொன்னார். அவர்கள் அந்தப் பார்வையற்றவனை அழைத்து: திடன்கொள், எழுந்திரு, உன்னை அழைக்கிறார் என்றார்கள்.
50 So he threwe away his cloke, and rose, and came to Iesus.
௫0உடனே அவன் தன் மேலாடையை கழற்றிவிட்டு, எழுந்து, இயேசுவிடம் வந்தான்.
51 And Iesus answered, and said vnto him, What wilt thou that I doe vnto thee? And the blinde sayd vnto him, Lord, that I may receiue sight.
௫௧இயேசு அவனைப் பார்த்து: நான் உனக்கு என்னசெய்யவேண்டும் என்று விரும்புகிறாய் என்றார். அதற்கு அந்தப் பார்வையற்றவன்: ஆண்டவரே, நான் பார்வைபெறவேண்டும் என்றான்.
52 Then Iesus sayde vnto him, Goe thy way: thy fayth hath saued thee. And by and by, he receiued his sight, and folowed Iesus in the way.
௫௨இயேசு அவனைப் பார்த்து: நீ போகலாம், உன் விசுவாசம் உன்னை இரட்சித்தது என்றார். உடனே அவன் பார்வைபெற்று, வழியிலே இயேசுவைப் பின்பற்றி அவர்பின்னே சென்றான்.
