Malachi 4
1 For behold, the day commeth that shall burne as an ouen, and all the proude, yea, and all that doe wickedly, shall be stubble, and the day that commeth, shall burne them vp, sayeth the Lord of hostes, and shall leaue them neither roote nor branche.
Porque he aquí, viene el día ardiente como un horno; y todos los soberbios, y todos los que hacen maldad, serán estopa; y aquel día que vendrá, los abrasará, dijo el SEÑOR de los ejércitos, el cual no les dejará ni raíz ni rama.
2 But vnto you that feare my Name, shall the sunne of righteousnesse arise, and health shall be vnder his wings, and ye shall goe forth, and growe vp as fat calues.
Mas a vosotros los que teméis mi Nombre, nacerá el Sol de justicia, y en sus alas traerá salud; y saldréis, y saltaréis como becerros de la manada.
3 And ye shall treade downe the wicked: for they shall be dust vnder the soles of your feete in the day that I shall doe this, sayeth the Lord of hostes.
Y hollaréis a los malos, los cuales serán ceniza bajo las plantas de vuestros pies, en el día que yo hago, dijo el SEÑOR de los ejércitos.
4 Remember the lawe of Moses my seruant, which I commanded vnto him in Horeb for all Israel with the statutes and iudgements.
Acordaos de la ley de Moisés mi siervo, al cual encargué en Horeb; ordenanzas y derechos míos sobre todo Israel.
5 Beholde, I will sende you Eliiah the Prophet before the comming of the great and fearefull day of the Lord.
He aquí, yo os envío a Elías el profeta, antes que venga el día del SEÑOR, grande y terrible.
6 And he shall turne the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with cursing.
El convertirá el corazón de los padres a los hijos, y el corazón de los hijos a los padres; para que yo no venga, y hiera con destrucción la tierra.
