Leviticus 7
1 Likewise this is the lawe of the trespasse offering, it is most holy.
Voici la règle du sacrifice d'un bélier pour toute espèce de faute. La victime est chose très sainte.
2 In the place where they kill the burnt offering, shall they kill the trespasse offering, and the blood thereof shall he sprinkle rounde about vpon the altar.
C'est dans le lieu où l'on immole les holocaustes que l'on immolera le bélier pour la faute, et l'on répandra son sang sur la base de l'autel, tout alentour.
3 All the fat thereof also shall he offer, the rumpe, and the fat that couereth the inwardes.
Et l'on offrira, du bélier, toute la graisse et les reins, et toute la graisse qui enveloppe les entrailles, et toute la graisse qui est dans les entrailles;
4 After he shall take away the two kidneis, with the fat that is on them and vpon the flankes, and the kall on the liuer with the kidneis.
On enlèvera les deux rognons avec la graisse qui les entoure, celle des cuisses et le lobe du foie.
5 Then the Priest shall burne them vpon the altar, for an offring made by fire vnto the Lord: this is a trespasse offring.
Et le prêtre les portera sur l'autel: c'est l'hostie au Seigneur, pour la faute.
6 All the males among the Priestes shall eate thereof, it shalbe eaten in the holy place, for it is most holy.
Tout mâle, parmi les prêtres, les mangera; il les mangera en lieu saint; elles seront choses très saintes.
7 As the sinne offring is, so is the trespasse offring, one lawe serueth for both: that wherewith the Priest shall make atonement, shalbe his.
Semblable au sacrifice pour le péché, est le sacrifice pour la faute; la loi est une pour l'un et pour l'autre; c'est au prêtre qui aura intercédé par ce sacrifice que l'hostie restera.
8 Also the Priest that offereth any mans burnt offring, shall haue the skinne of the burnt offring which he hath offered.
Le prêtre qui aura immolé l'holocauste offert par un homme, après avoir immolé la victime, en aura la peau.
9 And all the meate offring that is baken in the ouen, and that is dressed in the pan, and in the frying pan, shall be the Priestes that offereth it.
En tout sacrifice de fleur de farine, cuite au four, ou sur le gril, ou à la poêle à frire, l'offrande restera au prêtre qui l'aura faite.
10 And euery meate offering mingled with oyle, and that is dry, shall pertaine vnto all the sonnes of Aaron, to all alike.
En tout sacrifice de farine, pétrie ou non pétrie dans l'huile, l'offrande sera partagée également entre les fils d'Aaron.
11 Furthermore, this is the lawe of the peace offrings, which he shall offer vnto the Lord.
Voici la loi de l'hostie pacifique que l'on offrira au Seigneur:
12 If he offer it to giue thankes, then he shall offer for his thankes offering, vnleauened cakes mingled with oyle, and vnleauened wafers anointed with oyle, and fine floure fryed with the cakes mingled with oyle.
Si elle est offerte comme louange à Dieu, l'homme offrira aussi, avec l'hostie de louange, des pains de fleur de farine pétris dans l'huile, et des gâteaux azymes arrosés d'huile, et de la fleur de farine pétrie dans l'huile.
13 He shall offer also his offring with cakes of leauened bread, for his peace offrings, to giue thankes.
Il offrira ses dons avec des pains levés, et avec l'hostie pacifique de louange à Dieu.
14 And of all the sacrifice he shall offer one cake for an heaue offering vnto the Lord, and it shalbe the Priestes that sprinckleth the blood of the peace offrings.
On prendra un de ces présents pour l'offrir en oblation au Seigneur; le reste appartiendra au prêtre qui répandra le sang de l'hostie pacifique;
15 Also the flesh of his peace offerings, for thankesgiuing, shalbe eaten the same day that it is offered: he shall leaue nothing thereof vntill the morning.
Et les chairs de l'hostie pacifique de louange seront à lui; elle sera mangée le jour même où elle aura été offerte; on n'en conservera rien pour le lendemain.
16 But if the sacrifice of his offring be a vow, or a free offering, it shalbe eaten the same day that he offreth his sacrifice: and so in the morning the residue thereof shalbe eaten.
Si l'offrande est un vœu ou un sacrifice volontaire, l'hostie sera mangée le jour même où on l'aura conduite, et le jour suivant.
17 But as much of the offered flesh as remaineth vnto the third day, shalbe burnt with fire.
Ce qui, le troisième jour, resterait de ses chairs, sera consumé par le feu.
18 For if any of the flesh of his peace offrings be eaten in the third day, he shall not be accepted that offereth it, neither shall it be reckoned vnto him, but shalbe an abomination: therefore ye person that eateth of it shall beare his iniquitie.
Si l'on vient à en manger le troisième jour, elle cessera d'être favorable à celui qui l'aura offerte; elle ne lui sera point comptée: c'est une souillure. L'âme qui en aura mangé se rendra coupable de péché.
19 The flesh also that toucheth any vncleane thing, shall not be eaten, but burnt with fire: but of this flesh all that be cleane shall eate thereof.
Nulle chair qui aura touché une chose impure ne sera mangée; elle sera consumée par le feu. Tout homme pur pourra manger de la chair.
20 But if any eate of the flesh of the peace offerings that pertaineth to the Lord, hauing his vncleannesse vpon him, euen the same person shalbe cut off from his people.
Mais l'âme qui aura mangé des chairs de l'hostie pacifique qui sont au Seigneur, ayant quelque impureté sur elle, cette âme périra parmi son peuple.
21 Moreouer, whe any toucheth any vncleane thing, as the vncleannesse of man, or of an vncleane beast, or of any filthie abomination, and eate of the flesh of the peace offrings, which pertaineth vnto the Lord, euen that person shalbe cut off from his people.
L'âme qui aura touché quoi que ce soit d'impur, soit de l'impureté de l'homme, soit des quadrupèdes impurs, soit de quelque impureté abominable, et mangera des hosties pacifiques qui sont au Seigneur, périra parmi son peuple.
22 Againe ye Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
Et le Seigneur parla à Moïse, disant:
23 Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say, Ye shall eate no fat of beeues, nor of sheepe, nor of goates:
Parle aux fils d'Israël; dis-leur: Vous ne mangerez point de la graisse des bœufs, ni des brebis, ni des chèvres.
24 Yet the fat of the dead beast, and the fat of that, which is torne with beastes, shalbe occupied to any vse, but ye shall not eate of it.
Faites n'importe quoi de la graisse des cadavres ou des têtes de bétail enlevées par des bêtes fauves, mais n'en mangez pas.
25 For whosoeuer eateth the fat of the beast, of the which he shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord, euen the person that eateth, shalbe cut off from his people.
Quiconque aura mangé de la graisse des bestiaux qu'il aura conduits, comme hosties au Seigneur, périra parmi son peuple.
26 Neither shall ye eate any blood, either of foule, or of beast in all your dwellings.
Vous ne mangerez point de sang des bestiaux ni des oiseaux, en aucune de vos demeures.
27 Euery person that eateth any blood, euen the same person shall be cut off from his people.
Toute âme qui mangera du sang, périra parmi son peuple.
28 And the Lord talked with Moses, saying,
Et le Seigneur parla à Moïse, disant:
29 Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say, Hee that offereth his peace offerings vnto the Lord, shall bring his gifte vnto the Lord of his peace offerings:
Parle encore aux fils d'Israël, et dis-leur: Celui qui offrira une hostie pacifique, fera aussi au Seigneur présent d'une part de l'hostie.
30 His handes shall bring the offerings of the Lord made by fire: euen the fatte with the breast shall he bring, that the breast may be shaken to and from before the Lord.
Ses mains porteront les offrandes au Seigneur, savoir: la graisse de la poitrine et le lobe du foie; il les portera afin de les déposer comme dons devant le Seigneur.
31 Then the Priest shall burne the fatte vpon the Altar, and the breast shall be Aarons and his sonnes.
Le prêtre offrira la graisse sur l'autel, et la poitrine sera pour Aaron et ses fils.
32 And the right shoulder shall ye giue vnto the Priest for an heaue offering, of your peace offrings.
De vos hosties pacifiques, vous donnerez l'épaule droite, qui est réservée au prêtre.
33 The same that offreth the blood of ye peace offrings, and the fatte, among the sonnes of Aaron, shall haue the right shoulder for his parte.
Celui des fils d'Aaron qui offrira du sang et de la graisse de l'hostie pacifique, aura, pour sa part, l'épaule droite.
34 For the breast shaken to and from, and the shoulder lifted vp, haue I taken of the children of Israel, euen of their peace offrings, and haue giuen them vnto Aaron the Priest and vnto his sonnes by a statute for euer from among the children of Israel.
Car j'ai pris, sur les hosties pacifiques des fils d'Israël, la poitrine, mise à part, et l'épaule réservée, pour les donner à Aaron et à ses fils; c'est la loi perpétuelle des sacrifices des fils d'Israël.
35 This is the anointing of Aaron, and the anointing of his sonnes, concerning the offerings of the Lord made by fire, in the day when he presented them to serue in the Priestes office vnto the Lord.
Telle est des sacrifices au Seigneur la part acquise par l'onction d'Aaron et par l'onction de ses fils, du jour ou cette onction leur a attribué l'exercice du sacerdoce de Dieu.
36 The which portions the Lord commanded to giue them in the day that he anointed them from among the children of Israel, by a statute for euer in their generations.
C'est ce que le Seigneur a prescrit de leur donner le jour ou il les a oints parmi les fils d'Israël; c'est une loi perpétuelle pour vos générations.
37 This is also the lawe of the burnt offring of the meate offring, and of the sinne offring, and of the trespasse offring, and of the consecrations, and of the peace offrings,
Telle est la loi des holocaustes et des sacrifices pour le péché, pour la faute, pour la consécration et pour les hosties pacifiques.
38 Which the Lord commanded Moses in the mount Sinai, when he commanded the children of Israel to offer their giftes vnto the Lord in the wildernesse of Sinai.
Comme le Seigneur l'a prescrit à Moïse, sur le mont Sina, le jour où, dans le désert de Sina, il a prescrit aux fils d'Israël de faire les sacrifices au Seigneur.
