Leviticus 27
1 Moreouer the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
Hierauf gebot der HERR dem Mose folgendes:
2 Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say vnto them, If any man shall make a vowe of a person vnto the Lord, by thy estimation,
»Teile den Israeliten folgende Verordnungen mit: Wenn jemand dem HERRN ein besonderes Gelübde erfüllen will, und zwar in betreff von Personen nach dem Schätzungswert,
3 Then thy estimation shall bee thus: a male from twentie yeere olde vnto sixty yeere olde shalbe by thy estimation euen fifty shekels of siluer, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie.
so soll der Schätzungswert einer männlichen Person im Alter von zwanzig bis zu sechzig Jahren fünfzig Silberschekel nach dem Gewicht des Heiligtums betragen;
4 But if it be a female, then thy valuation shall be thirtie shekels.
ist es aber eine weibliche Person, so soll der Schätzungswert dreißig Schekel betragen.
5 And from fiue yere old to twentie yere olde thy valuation shall be for the male twentie shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
Wenn es sich aber um eine Person im Alter von fünf bis zu zwanzig Jahren handelt, so soll der Schätzungswert einer männlichen Person zwanzig Schekel und bei einer weiblichen Person zehn Schekel betragen.
6 But from a moneth old vnto fiue yere old, thy price of the male shall bee fiue shekels of siluer, and thy price of the female, three shekels of siluer.
Bei Kindern aber im Alter von einem Monat bis zu fünf Jahren soll der Schätzungswert eines Knaben fünf Silberschekel und der Schätzungswert eines Mädchens drei Silberschekel betragen.
7 And from sixty yeere olde and aboue, if he be a male, then thy price shalbe fifteene shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
Wenn ferner die Person sechzig Jahre alt ist oder darüber, so soll der Schätzungswert, wenn es sich um einen Mann handelt, fünfzehn Schekel betragen, bei einer weiblichen Person dagegen zehn Schekel.
8 But if he be poorer then thou hast esteemed him, then shall hee present himselfe before the Priest, and the Priest shall value him, according to the abilitie of him that vowed, so shall the Priest value him.
Ist der Betreffende aber für die Entrichtung dieses Schätzungswertes zu arm, so stelle man ihn vor den Priester, damit dieser ihn abschätze; nach Maßgabe dessen, was der Gelobende zu leisten vermag, soll der Priester ihn abschätzen.
9 And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering vnto the Lord, all that one giueth of such vnto the Lord, shalbe holy.
Handelt es sich ferner um Vieh, von dem man dem HERRN eine Opfergabe darbringen kann, so soll jedes Stück, das man von solchem Vieh dem HERRN gibt, als geheiligt gelten:
10 He shall not alter it nor change it, a good for a badde, nor a badde for a good: and if hee change beast for beast, then both this and that, which was changed for it, shall be holy.
man darf es nicht umwechseln noch vertauschen, weder ein gutes Stück gegen ein schlechtes noch ein schlechtes Stück gegen ein gutes; und wenn jemand dennoch ein Stück Vieh gegen ein anderes vertauscht, so soll sowohl jenes als auch das eingetauschte dem Heiligtum verfallen sein.
11 And if it be any vncleane beast, of which men do not offer a sacrifice vnto the Lord, hee shall then present the beast before the Priest.
Handelt es sich aber um irgendein Stück unreinen Viehes, von dem man dem HERRN keine Opfergabe darbringen kann, so stelle man das betreffende Stück Vieh vor den Priester;
12 And the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: and as thou valuest it, which art the Priest, so shall it bee.
dieser soll es dann abschätzen, je nachdem es gut oder schlecht ist; bei der Abschätzung des Priesters soll es dann sein Bewenden haben.
13 But if he will bye it againe, then hee shall giue the fift part of it more, aboue thy valuation.
Will der Betreffende es aber einlösen, so hat er noch ein Fünftel zu dem Schätzungswert hinzuzufügen.
14 Also whe a man shall dedicate his house to be holy vnto the Lord, then the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad, and as ye Priest shall prise it, so shall the value be.
Wenn ferner jemand sein Haus als heilige Gabe dem HERRN weiht, so soll der Priester es abschätzen, je nachdem es gut oder schlecht ist; wie der Priester es abschätzt, so soll der Wert festgesetzt sein.
15 But if he that sanctified it, will redeeme his house, then hee shall giue thereto the fift part of money more then thy estimation, and it shalbe his.
Wenn dann der, welcher sein Haus geweiht hat, es wieder einlösen will, so hat er noch ein Fünftel des Betrags zu dem Schätzungswert hinzuzufügen: dann bleibt es sein Eigentum.
16 If also a man dedicate to the Lord any grounde of his inheritance, then shalt thou esteeme it according to the seede therof: an Homer of barlie seede shalbe at fiftie shekels of siluer.
Wenn ferner jemand ein Stück von seinem ererbten Grundbesitz dem HERRN weiht, so soll sich der Schätzungswert nach dem Maß der dafür erforderlichen Aussaat richten: ein Homer Gerste Aussaat soll zu fünfzig Silberschekel gerechnet werden.
17 If he dedicate his field immediatly from the yeere of Iubile, it shall bee worth as thou doest esteeme it.
Wenn der Betreffende sein Stück Land vom Halljahr ab weiht, so soll es nach dem vollen Schätzungswert zu stehen kommen;
18 But if hee dedicate his fielde after the Iubile, then the Priest shall recken him the money according to ye yeeres that remaine vnto the yere of Iubile, and it shalbe abated by thy estimation.
wenn er aber sein Stück Land erst nach dem Halljahr weiht, so soll der Priester ihm den Geldbetrag mit Rücksicht auf die Zahl der Jahre berechnen, die bis zum (nächsten) Halljahr noch ausstehen, so daß also von dem Schätzungswert ein verhältnismäßiger Abzug gemacht wird.
19 And if he that dedicateth it, will redeeme the fielde, then he shall put the fift parte of the price, that thou esteemedst it at, thereunto, and it shall remaine his.
Will aber der, welcher das Stück Land geweiht hat, es wieder einlösen, so hat er noch ein Fünftel des Betrages zu dem Schätzungswert hinzuzufügen: dann soll es ihm verbleiben.
20 And if he will not redeeme the fielde, but the Priest sell the fielde to another man, it shalbe redeemed no more.
Hat er aber das Stück Land nicht eingelöst, und er verkauft es trotzdem an einen andern, so kann es nicht mehr eingelöst werden,
21 But the field shalbe holy to the Lord, whe it goeth out in the Iubile, as a fielde separate from common vses: the possession thereof shall be the Priests.
sondern das Stück Land soll, wenn es im Halljahr frei wird, als dem HERRN geweiht gelten wie ein mit dem Bann belegtes Stück Land: es soll dem Priester als Eigentum gehören.
22 If a man also dedicate vnto ye Lord a fielde which he hath bought, which is not of the groud of his inheritance,
Wenn ferner jemand ein von ihm gekauftes Stück Land, das nicht zu seinem ererbten Grundbesitz gehört, dem HERRN weiht,
23 Then the Priest shall set the price to him, as thou esteemest it, vnto the yeere of Iubile, and he shall giue thy price the same day, as a thing holy vnto the Lord.
so soll ihm der Priester den Betrag des Schätzungswertes bis zum (nächsten) Halljahr berechnen, und der Betreffende soll diese Schätzungssumme an demselben Tage als eine dem HERRN geweihte Gabe entrichten.
24 But in the yeere of Iubile, the fielde shall returne vnto him, of whome it was bought: to him, I say, whose inheritance the land was.
Im Halljahr aber soll das Stück Land wieder an den zurückfallen, von dem er es gekauft hatte, also an den, welchem das Landstück als Erbbesitz zusteht.
25 And all thy valuation shall bee according to the shekel of the Sanctuarie: a shekel conteyneth twenty gerahs.
Jede (priesterliche) Schätzung aber soll nach dem Schekel des Heiligtums erfolgen: der Schekel gilt zwanzig Gera.«
26 Notwithstanding the first borne of the beastes, because it is the Lordes first borne, none shall dedicate such, be it bullocke, or sheepe; for it is the Lords.
»Jedoch die Erstlinge vom Vieh, die als Erstgeburten dem HERRN an sich schon zustehen, darf niemand weihen; sei es ein Rind oder ein Stück Kleinvieh: es gehört dem HERRN.
27 But if it be an vncleane beast, then he shall redeeme it by thy valuation, and giue the fift part more thereto: and if it be not redeemed, then it shalbe solde, according to thy estimation.
Wenn es sich aber um eine Erstgeburt von einem unreinen Haustier handelt, so muß der Betreffende sie nach dem Schätzungswert lösen und noch ein Fünftel des Betrags hinzufügen. Wird sie aber nicht gelöst, so soll sie nach dem Schätzungswert verkauft werden.«
28 Notwithstanding, nothing separate from the common vse that a man doeth separate vnto the Lord of all that he hath (whether it bee man or beast, or lande of his inheritance) may be solde nor redeemed: for euery thing separate from the common vse is most holy vnto the Lord.
»Jedoch alles mit dem Bann Belegte, das jemand von seinem gesamten Besitz dem HERRN mittels des Bannes weiht, es seien Menschen oder Vieh oder Stücke von seinem ererbten Grundbesitz, darf weder verkauft noch eingelöst werden: alles Gebannte ist dem HERRN hochheilig.
29 Nothing separate from the common vse, which shall be separate from man, shalbe redeemed, but dye the death.
Handelt es sich dabei um Menschen, die mit dem Bann belegt sind, so dürfen sie nicht losgekauft, sondern müssen unbedingt getötet werden.«
30 Also all the tithe of the lande both of the seede of the ground, and of the fruite of the trees is the Lords: it is holy to the Lord.
»Ferner sollen alle Zehnten des Landes, vom Saatertrag des Feldes wie von den Früchten der Bäume, dem HERRN gehören: sie sind dem HERRN geweiht.
31 But if a man will redeeme any of his tithe, he shall adde the fift part thereto.
Wenn aber jemand einen Teil von seinem Zehnten einlösen will, so hat er ein Fünftel des Betrags mehr zu bezahlen.
32 And euery tithe of bullock, and of sheepe, and of all that goeth vnder the rod, the tenth shalbe holy vnto the Lord.
Was ferner allen Zehnten von Rindern und vom Kleinvieh betrifft, so soll von allen Tieren, die unter dem Hirtenstabe hindurchgehen, immer das zehnte Stück dem HERRN geheiligt sein.
33 He shall not looke if it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: els if he change it, both it, and that it was changed withall, shalbe holy, and it shall not be redeemed.
Man soll dabei nicht untersuchen, ob es gut oder schlecht sei, und man darf es auch nicht vertauschen; wenn man es aber doch vertauscht, so soll sowohl das betreffende als auch das eingetauschte Tier dem Heiligtum verfallen sein und darf nicht gelöst werden.«
34 These are the commandements which the Lord commanded by Moses vnto the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
Dies sind die Gebote, die der HERR dem Mose auf dem Berge Sinai für die Israeliten aufgetragen hat.
