Leviticus 27
1 Moreouer the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
Et le Seigneur parla à Moïse, disant:
2 Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say vnto them, If any man shall make a vowe of a person vnto the Lord, by thy estimation,
Parle aux fils d'Israël, et dis-leur: Celui qui fera un vœu au Seigneur, pour prix de sa vie,
3 Then thy estimation shall bee thus: a male from twentie yeere olde vnto sixty yeere olde shalbe by thy estimation euen fifty shekels of siluer, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie.
Paiera, si c'est un homme de vingt à soixante ans, cinquante drachmes d'argent au poids du sanctuaire,
4 But if it be a female, then thy valuation shall be thirtie shekels.
Et, si c'est une femme, trente drachmes,
5 And from fiue yere old to twentie yere olde thy valuation shall be for the male twentie shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
S'il s'agit d'un jeune garçon de quinze à vingt ans; le prix sera vingt drachmes, et pour une jeune fille; dix drachmes.
6 But from a moneth old vnto fiue yere old, thy price of the male shall bee fiue shekels of siluer, and thy price of the female, three shekels of siluer.
D'un mois à cinq ans le prix pour un jeune garçon sera cinq drachmes, et pour une fille, trois drachmes d'argent.
7 And from sixty yeere olde and aboue, if he be a male, then thy price shalbe fifteene shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
S'il s'agit d'un homme de soixante ans et au-dessus, le prix sera quinze drachmes d'argent, et dix drachmes pour une femme.
8 But if he be poorer then thou hast esteemed him, then shall hee present himselfe before the Priest, and the Priest shall value him, according to the abilitie of him that vowed, so shall the Priest value him.
Si la personne est trop pauvre pour payer le prix, elle se présentera devant le prêtre qui évaluera ce qu'elle peut donner.
9 And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering vnto the Lord, all that one giueth of such vnto the Lord, shalbe holy.
Si l'on fait don au Seigneur d'un des bestiaux qu'on peut offrir, l'objet donné au Seigneur sera chose sainte;
10 He shall not alter it nor change it, a good for a badde, nor a badde for a good: and if hee change beast for beast, then both this and that, which was changed for it, shall be holy.
Il ne sera pas échangé; on ne substituera pas le bon au mauvais, non plus que le mauvais au bon; si l'homme fait un échange, s'il substitue une tête de bétail à une autre, la première et la seconde seront choses saintes.
11 And if it be any vncleane beast, of which men do not offer a sacrifice vnto the Lord, hee shall then present the beast before the Priest.
Si l'homme n'a qu'une bête impure, de celles dont on ne fait pas d'offrandes au Seigneur, il placera la bête devant le prêtre;
12 And the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: and as thou valuest it, which art the Priest, so shall it bee.
Celui-ci, qu'elle soit bonne ou mauvaise, l'estimera, et l'on s'en tiendra à son estimation.
13 But if he will bye it againe, then hee shall giue the fift part of it more, aboue thy valuation.
Si l'homme la rachète, il ajoutera un cinquième en sus du prix de l'estimation.
14 Also whe a man shall dedicate his house to be holy vnto the Lord, then the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad, and as ye Priest shall prise it, so shall the value be.
Si un homme a consacré au Seigneur sa maison comme chose sainte, le prêtre, qu'elle soit bonne ou mauvaise, l'estimera, et l'on s'en tiendra à son estimation.
15 But if he that sanctified it, will redeeme his house, then hee shall giue thereto the fift part of money more then thy estimation, and it shalbe his.
Si l'homme qui aura consacré sa maison au Seigneur la rachète, s'il ajoutera un cinquième au prix de l'estimation, et elle sera à lui de nouveau.
16 If also a man dedicate to the Lord any grounde of his inheritance, then shalt thou esteeme it according to the seede therof: an Homer of barlie seede shalbe at fiftie shekels of siluer.
Si un homme consacre au Seigneur une part de son champ héréditaire, on l'estimera selon la quantité de grain que l'on y sème: cinquante drachmes d'argent pour une mesure d'orge.
17 If he dedicate his field immediatly from the yeere of Iubile, it shall bee worth as thou doest esteeme it.
S'il a consacré son champ immédiatement après l'année de la rémission, on s'en tiendra à l'estimation qu'on aura faite.
18 But if hee dedicate his fielde after the Iubile, then the Priest shall recken him the money according to ye yeeres that remaine vnto the yere of Iubile, and it shalbe abated by thy estimation.
S'il consacre son champ peu de temps avant la rémission, le prêtre lui portera en compte l'argent selon les annexes qui restent jusqu'à la rémission, et il sera fait une soustraction sur son estimation.
19 And if he that dedicateth it, will redeeme the fielde, then he shall put the fift parte of the price, that thou esteemedst it at, thereunto, and it shall remaine his.
Si celui qui aura consacré son champ au Seigneur le rachète, il ajoutera un cinquième au prix de l'estimation, et il sera à lui de nouveau.
20 And if he will not redeeme the fielde, but the Priest sell the fielde to another man, it shalbe redeemed no more.
S'il ne rachète pas son champ, et s'il le vend à un autre homme, il ne pourra plus le racheter.
21 But the field shalbe holy to the Lord, whe it goeth out in the Iubile, as a fielde separate from common vses: the possession thereof shall be the Priests.
Et la rémission étant venue, le champ appartiendra au Seigneur; le champ sera remis en la possession du prêtre, comme terre consacrée.
22 If a man also dedicate vnto ye Lord a fielde which he hath bought, which is not of the groud of his inheritance,
Si, après avoir consacré une part d'un champ, par lui acheté, qui ne faisait pas partie de son champ héréditaire,
23 Then the Priest shall set the price to him, as thou esteemest it, vnto the yeere of Iubile, and he shall giue thy price the same day, as a thing holy vnto the Lord.
L'homme veut ensuite la racheter, le prêtre en évaluera le prix d'après l'année de la rémission; et, le jour du rachat, l'homme paiera ce prix, comme chose consacrée au Seigneur.
24 But in the yeere of Iubile, the fielde shall returne vnto him, of whome it was bought: to him, I say, whose inheritance the land was.
Et à la rémission le champ sera rendu à celui de qui l'autre l'aura acheté, et qui l'avait recueilli en héritage.
25 And all thy valuation shall bee according to the shekel of the Sanctuarie: a shekel conteyneth twenty gerahs.
Toute somme d'argent sera payée au poids du sanctuaire, vingt oboles par drachme.
26 Notwithstanding the first borne of the beastes, because it is the Lordes first borne, none shall dedicate such, be it bullocke, or sheepe; for it is the Lords.
Tout premier-né de votre bétail appartiendra au Seigneur, et nul ne le consacrera; que ce soit un veau, un agneau on un chevreau, il appartiendra au Seigneur.
27 But if it be an vncleane beast, then he shall redeeme it by thy valuation, and giue the fift part more thereto: and if it be not redeemed, then it shalbe solde, according to thy estimation.
On évaluera le premier-né des quadrupèdes impurs; le maître donnera le montant de cette estimation avec un cinquième en sus, et la bête lui appartiendra; s'il ne la rachète pas, elle sera vendue selon l'estimation que l'on en aura faite.
28 Notwithstanding, nothing separate from the common vse that a man doeth separate vnto the Lord of all that he hath (whether it bee man or beast, or lande of his inheritance) may be solde nor redeemed: for euery thing separate from the common vse is most holy vnto the Lord.
Nul objet consacré par l'homme au Seigneur, de ce qu'il possède, depuis l'homme jusqu'aux bestiaux, ou de ses champs héréditaires, ne pourra être vendu ni racheté. Tout objet consacre sera chose très sainte appartenant au Seigneur.
29 Nothing separate from the common vse, which shall be separate from man, shalbe redeemed, but dye the death.
Tout être vivant qui aura été consacré par les hommes, ne pourra être racheté, mais il mourra de mort.
30 Also all the tithe of the lande both of the seede of the ground, and of the fruite of the trees is the Lords: it is holy to the Lord.
Toute dîme de la terre, toute dîme des grains de la terre et des fruits des arbres, appartient au Seigneur; elle lui est consacrée.
31 But if a man will redeeme any of his tithe, he shall adde the fift part thereto.
Mais, si un homme rachète sa dîme à prix d'argent, il donnera un cinquième en sus de l'estimation, et elle lui appartiendra.
32 And euery tithe of bullock, and of sheepe, and of all that goeth vnder the rod, the tenth shalbe holy vnto the Lord.
Toute dîme des bœufs, des brebis et des chèvres, toute dîme de ce qui marche en troupeau, sous le bâton du pasteur, appartiendra au Seigneur.
33 He shall not looke if it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: els if he change it, both it, and that it was changed withall, shalbe holy, and it shall not be redeemed.
Et tu ne substitueras pas le bon au mauvais, ni le mauvais au bon; si tu fais cet échange, les deux bêtes seront saintes et ne pourront être rachetées.
34 These are the commandements which the Lord commanded by Moses vnto the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
Tels sont les préceptes que le Seigneur a prescrit à Moïse sur le mont Sina, pour les fils d'Israël.
