Leviticus 23
1 And the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
Habló Yahvé a Moisés, diciendo:
2 Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say vnto them, The feastes of ye Lord which yee shall call ye holie assemblies, euen these are my feasts.
“Habla a los hijos de Israel y diles: Las fiestas solemnes de Yahvé, que celebraréis como asambleas santas, son estas:
3 Six daies shall worke be done, but in the seuenth day shalbe the Sabbath of rest, an holie conuocation: ye shall do no worke therein, it is the Sabbath of the Lord, in all your dwellings.
Seis días se trabajará, mas el séptimo día será día de descanso solemne, asamblea santa, en que no haréis trabajo alguno. Será sábado consagrado a Yahvé dondequiera que habitéis.
4 These are the feastes of the Lord, and holie conuocations, which yee shall proclaime in their seasons.
Estas son las fiestas solemnes de Yahvé, las asambleas santas que habréis de celebrar en las fechas señaladas.
5 In the first moneth, and in the fourteenth day of the moneth at euening shalbe ye Passeouer of the Lord.
El mes primero, el día catorce del mes, entre las dos luces, será la Pascua de Yahvé.
6 And on the fifteenth day of this moneth shalbe the feast of vnleauened bread vnto the Lord: seuen dayes ye shall eate vnleauened bread.
El quince de ese mes se celebrará la fiesta de los Ácimos en honor de Yahvé. Durante siete días comeréis panes ácimos.
7 In the first day yee shall haue an holy conuocation: ye shall do no seruile worke therein.
El día primero tendréis asamblea santa; ningún trabajo servil haréis (en él).
8 Also ye shall offer sacrifice made by fire vnto the Lord seuen daies, and in the seuenth day shalbe an holie conuocation: ye shall do no seruile worke therein.
Ofreceréis a Yahvé por siete días sacrificios de combustión. El séptimo día celebraréis asamblea santa; no haréis ningún trabajo servil.”
9 And the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
Habló Yahvé a Moisés, diciendo:
10 Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say vnto them, When ye be come into ye land which I giue vnto you, and reape the haruest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheafe of the first fruites of your haruest vnto the Priest,
“Habla a los hijos de Israel y diles: Cuando, después de entrar en el país que Yo os daré, segareis allí la mies llevareis una gavilla, como primicias de vuestra siega, al sacerdote,
11 And hee shall shake the sheafe before the Lord, that it may be acceptable for you: the morowe after the Sabbath, the Priest shall shake it.
el cual mecerá la gavilla; delante de Yahvé, para que os sea favorable. El día siguiente al sábado la mecerá el sacerdote.
12 And that day when yee shake the sheafe, shall yee prepare a lambe without blemish of a yeere olde, for a burnt offring vnto the Lord:
Ese mismo día en que meciereis la gavilla, sacrificaréis un cordero primal, sin tacha, en holocausto a Yahvé,
13 And the meate offring thereof shalbe two tenth deales of fine floure mingled with oyle, for a sacrifice made by fire vnto ye Lord of sweete sauour. and the drinke offring thereof the fourth part of an Hin of wine.
juntamente con su oblación consistente en dos décimas de flor de harina amasada con aceite, como ofrenda quemada en olor grato para Yahvé. Su libación será de vino, un cuarto de hin.
14 And ye shall eat neither bread nor parched corne, nor greene eares vntill the selfe same day that ye haue brought an offring vnto your God: this shalbe a lawe for euer in your generations and in all your dwellings.
No comeréis pan, ni grano tostado, ni espigas nuevas, antes de este mismo día, antes de traer la ofrenda de vuestro Dios. Ley perpetua será esta de generación en generación dondequiera que habitéis.
15 Ye shall count also to you from the morowe after the Sabbath, euen from the day that yee shall bring the sheafe of the shake offring, seuen Sabbaths, they shalbe complete.
Contaréis siete semanas enteras desde el día siguiente al sábado, (o sea) desde el día en que habréis ofrecido la gavilla de la ofrenda mecida,
16 Vnto ye morow after the seuenth Sabbath shall ye nomber fiftie dayes: then yee shall bring a newe meate offring vnto the Lord.
hasta el día siguiente al séptimo sábado —serán cincuenta días— y entonces ofreceréis a Yahvé una nueva oblación.
17 Ye shall bring out of your habitations bread for the shake offring: they shalbe two loaues of two tenth deales of fine floure, which shalbe baken with leauen for first fruites vnto the Lord.
Traeréis de vuestras casas para ofrenda mecida dos panes, hechos con dos décimas de flor de harina, y cocidos con levadura, como primicias a Yahvé.
18 Also yee shall offer with the bread seuen lambes without blemish of one yeere olde, and a yong bullocke and two rams: they shalbe for a burnt offring vnto the Lord, with their meate offrings and their drinke offrings, for a sacrifice made by fire of a sweete sauour vnto the Lord.
Juntamente con el pan ofreceréis en holocausto a Yahvé siete corderos primales sin tacha, un becerro y dos carneros, con su ofrenda y sus libaciones, en sacrificio de combustión, de olor grato a Yahvé.
19 Then ye shall prepare an hee goate for a sinne offring, and two lambes of one yeere olde for peace offrings.
Ofreceréis también un macho cabrío como sacrificio por el pecado, y dos corderos primales como sacrificio pacífico.
20 And the Priest shall shake them to and from with the bread of the first fruits before the Lord, and with the two lambes: they shalbe holy to the Lord, for the Priest.
El sacerdote los mecerá, como ofrenda mecida ante Yahvé, juntamente con el pan de las primicias y con los dos corderos; serán santos a Yahvé y pertenecerán al sacerdote.
21 So ye shall proclayme the same day, that it may be an holie conuocation vnto you: ye shall doe no seruile worke therein: it shalbe an ordinance for euer in al your dwellinges, throughout your generations.
Ese mismo día celebraréis una asamblea santa, y no haréis ningún trabajo servil. Ley perpetua será esta de generación en generación dondequiera que habitéis.
22 And when you reape the haruest of your land, thou shalt not rid cleane the corners of thy field when thou reapest, neither shalt thou make any aftergathering of thy haruest, but shalt leaue them vnto the poore and to the stranger: I am the Lord your God.
Cuando segareis la mies de vuestra tierra, no segarás los límites extremos de tu campo, ni recogerás las espigas de tu mies; las dejarás para el pobre y para el extranjero. Yo soy Yahvé, vuestro Dios.”
23 And the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
Habló Yahvé a Moisés, diciendo:
24 Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say, In the seuenth moneth, and in the first day of the moneth shall ye haue a Sabbath, for the remembrance of blowing the trumpets, an holy conuocation.
“Habla a los hijos de Israel y diles: En el mes séptimo, el primero del mes, tendréis un descanso solemne, una fiesta memorable con toque de trompetas, una asamblea santa.
25 Ye shall do no seruile worke therein, but offer sacrifice made by fire vnto the Lord.
Ningún trabajo servil haréis, y ofreceréis a Yahvé un sacrificio de combustión.”
26 And the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
Habló Yahvé a Moisés, diciendo:
27 The tenth also of this seuenth moneth shalbe a day of reconciliation: it shalbe an holie conuocation vnto you, and yee shall humble your soules, and offer sacrifice made by fire vnto the Lord.
“El día décimo de este séptimo mes será el día de la Expiación, en el cual tendréis asamblea santa; os mortificaréis y ofreceréis a Yahvé un sacrificio de combustión.
28 And ye shall doe no worke that same day: for it is a day of reconciliation, to make an atonement for you before the Lord your God.
No haréis en ese día ningún trabajo, pues es día de expiación, en el cual se ha de hacer la expiación por vosotros delante de Yahvé, vuestro Dios.
29 For euery person that humbleth not himselfe that same day, shall euen be cut off from his people.
Toda persona que en ese día no se mortifique será extirpada de entre su pueblo.
30 And euery person that shall doe any work that same day, the same person also will I destroy from among his people.
Y toda persona que en tal día hiciere un trabajo cualquiera, Yo la extirparé de entre su pueblo.
31 Ye shall do no maner worke therefore: this shalbe a law for euer in your generations, throughout all your dwellings.
No haréis, pues, trabajo alguno. Es ley perpetua durante vuestras generaciones dondequiera que habitéis.
32 This shalbe vnto you a Sabbath of rest, and ye shall humble your soules: in the ninth day of the moneth at euen, from euen to euen shall ye celebrate your Sabbath.
Os será sábado de descanso absoluto, en el cual mortificaréis vuestras almas. El día nueve del mes, comenzando por la tarde, de una tarde a la otra, guardaréis vuestro descanso.”
33 And the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
Habló Yahvé a Moisés, diciendo:
34 Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say, In the fifteenth day of this seueth moneth shalbe for seuen dayes the feast of Tabernacles vnto the Lord.
“Habla a los hijos de Israel y diles: El día quince de ese séptimo mes (celebraréis) durante siete días la fiesta de los Tabernáculos en honor de Yahvé.
35 In the first day shalbe an holie conuocation: ye shall do no seruile worke therein.
El día primero habrá asamblea santa y no haréis ningún trabajo servil.
36 Seuen daies ye shall offer sacrifice made by fire vnto the Lord, and in the eight day shalbe an holy conuocation vnto you, and ye shall offer sacrifices made by fire vnto the Lord: it is the solemne assemblie, yee shall doe no seruile worke therein.
Durante siete días ofreceréis a Yahvé sacrificios de combustión. El día octavo tendréis asamblea santa y ofreceréis a Yahvé un sacrificio de combustión. Es asamblea solemne. No haréis ningún trabajo servil.
37 These are the feastes of the Lord (which ye shall call holie conuocations) to offer sacrifice made by fire vnto the Lord, as burnt offring, and meate offring, sacrifice, and drinke offrings, euery one vpon his day,
Estas son las fiestas de Yahvé en que habéis de convocar para asamblea santa y ofrecer a Yahvé sacrificios de combustión, holocaustos, oblaciones, víctimas y libaciones; cada cosa en el día señalado,
38 Beside the Sabbaths of the Lord, and beside your giftes, and beside al your vowes, and beside all your free offrings, which ye shall giue vnto the Lord.
sin contar los sábados de Yahvé, vuestros dones, todos vuestros votos y todas vuestras oblaciones voluntarias que ofrezcáis a Yahvé.
39 But in the fifteenth day of the seueth moneth, when ye haue gathered in the fruite of the land, ye shall keepe an holie feast vnto the Lord seuen daies: in the first day shalbe a Sabbath: likewise in the eight day shalbe a Sabbath.
Celebraréis, pues, el día quince de este séptimo mes, después de haber recolectado los frutos de la tierra, la fiesta en honor de Yahvé durante siete días. El primer día será sábado solemne e igualmente el octavo.
40 And yee shall take you in the first day the fruite of goodly trees, branches of palme trees, and the boughes of thicke trees, and willowes of the brooke, and shall reioyce before the Lord your God seuen daies.
El primer día tomaréis frutos de árboles hermosos, gajos de palmeras, ramos de árboles frondosos y sauces del arroyo; y os regocijaréis en la presencia de Yahvé, vuestro Dios, por espacio de siete días.
41 So ye shall keepe this feast vnto the Lord seuen daies in the yere, by a perpetuall ordinance through your generations: in the seuenth moneth shall you keepe it.
Celebraréis esta fiesta en honor de Yahvé siete días cada año. Será ley perpetua de generación en generación. En el séptimo mes la celebraréis.
42 Ye shall dwell in boothes seuen daies: all that are Israelites borne, shall dwel in boothes,
Durante siete días habitaréis en tabernáculos. Todos los nativos de Israel habitarán bajo tabernáculos,
43 That your posterity may know that I haue made the children of Israel to dwell in boothes, when I brought them out of the lande of Egypt: I am the Lord your God.
para que sepan vuestros hijos que Yo hice habitar bajo tabernáculos a los hijos de Israel cuando los saqué de la tierra de Egipto. Yo soy Yahvé, vuestro Dios.”
44 So Moses declared vnto the children of Israel the feastes of the Lord.
Moisés promulgó estas fiestas de Yahvé a los hijos de Israel.
