Leviticus 11
1 After, the Lord spake vnto Moses and to Aaron, saying vnto them,
Ary Jehovah niteny tamin’ i Mosesy sy Arona ka nanao taminy hoe:
2 Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say, These are the beastes which yee shall eate, among all the beasts that are on the earth.
Mitenena amin’ ny Zanak’ Isiraely hoe: Izao no ho fihinanareo amin’ ny biby rehetra ambonin’ ny tany:
3 Whatsoeuer parteth the hoofe, and is clouen footed, and cheweth the cudde, among the beastes, that shall ye eate.
Izay biby rehetra mivaky kitro, ka misaraka tsara ny kitrony, sady mandinika izy, no ho fihinanareo.
4 But of them that chewe the cud, or deuide the hoofe onely, of them yee shall not eate: as the camel, because he cheweth the cud, and deuideth not ye hoofe, he shall be vncleane vnto you.
Kanefa amin’ izay mandinika sy mivaky kitro dia izao kosa no tsy ho fihinanareo: Ny rameva, satria mandinika ihany izy, nefa tsy mba mivaky kitro: maloto aminareo izy;
5 Likewise the conie, because he cheweth the cud and deuideth not the hoofe, he shall bee vncleane to you.
ary ny hyraka, satria mandinika ihany izy, nefa tsy mba mivaky kitro: maloto aminareo izy;
6 Also the hare, because he cheweth the cud, and deuideth not the hoofe, he shalbe vncleane to you.
ary ny rabitro, satria mandinika ihany izy, nefa tsy mba mivaky kitro; maloto aminareo izy;
7 And the swine, because he parteth ye hoofe and is clouen footed, but cheweth not the cud, he shalbe vncleane to you.
ary ny kisoa, satria mivaky kitro ihany izy ka misaraka tsara ny kitrony, nefa tsy mba mandinika izy: maloto aminareo izy.
8 Of their flesh shall yee not eate, and their carkeise shall yee not touch: for they shall bee vncleane to you.
Ny henan’ ireny tsy ho fihinanareo, ary ny fatiny tsy hokasihinareo akory; zava-maloto aminareo ireny.
9 These shall ye eate, of all that are in the waters: whatsoeuer hath finnes and skales in ye waters, in the seas, or in the riuers, them shall ye eate.
Ary amin’ izay rehetra ao anatin’ ny rano dia izao no ho fihinanareo: Izay rehetra misy vombony sy kirany ao anaty rano, na ao anatin’ ny ranomasina, na ao anatin’ ny ony, no ho fihinanareo;
10 But all that haue not finnes nor skales in the seas, or in the riuers, of all that moueth in the waters, and of al liuing things that are in the waters, they shalbe an abomination vnto you.
fa izay rehetra tsy misy vombony sy kirany kosa, na ao anatin’ ny ranomasina, na ao anatin’ ny ony, na amin’ izay rehetra mihetsiketsika ao anaty rano sy amin’ ny zava-manan’ aina izay ao anaty rano; fahavetavetana aminareo ireny;
11 They, I say, shalbe an abomination to you: ye shall not eate of their flesh, but shall abhorre their carkeis.
eny, ho fahavetavetana aminareo ireny; tsy ho fihinanareo ny nofony, ary hataonareo ho zava-betaveta ny fatiny.
12 Whatsoeuer hath not fins nor skales in the waters, that shalbe abomination vnto you.
Izay rehetra tsy misy vombony na kirany ao anaty rano dia ho zava-betaveta aminareo.
13 These shall ye haue also in abomination among the foules, they shall not be eaten: for they are an abomination, the eagle, and the goshauke, and the osprey:
Ary izao no ho zava-betaveta aminareo amin’ ny vorona ka tsy ho fihinanareo, fa zava-betaveta izy: ny voltora sy ny gypa sy ny ankoay
14 Also the vultur, and the kite after his kinde,
ary ny papango sy ny voromahery, isan-karazany,
15 And all rauens after their kinde:
ary ny goaika rehetra, isan-karazany,
16 The ostrich also, and the night crowe, and the seameaw, and the hauke after his kinde:
ary ny ostritsa sy ny tararaka sy ny vorondriaka sy ny hitsikitsika, isan-karazany,
17 The litle owle also, and the connorant, and the great owle.
ary ny vorondolo sy ny manarana sy ny vorondolo lehibe
18 Also the redshanke and the pelicane, and the swanne:
ary ny ibisa sy ny sama ary ny voltora madinika
19 The storke also, the heron after his kinde, and the lapwing, and the backe:
sy ny vano sy ny vanobe, isan-karazany, ary ny takidara sy ny manavy.
20 Also euery foule that creepeth and goeth vpon all foure, such shalbe an abomination vnto you.
Ny zava-mandady rehetra izay manana elatra sady mandia tongotra efatra dia ho zava-betaveta aminareo;
21 Yet these shall ye eate: of euery foule that creepeth, and goeth vpon all foure which haue their feete and legs all of one to leape withal vpon the earth,
nefa izao kosa no ho fihinanareo amin’ ny zava-mandady izay manana elatra sady mandia tongotra efatra, dia izay manam-pingotra ambonin’ ny faladiany hitsipihany eo amin’ ny tany.
22 Of them ye shall eate these, the grashopper after his kinde, and the solean after his kinde, the hargol after his kinde, and the hagab after his kind.
Amin’ ireny dia izao no ho fihinanareo; ny valala, isan-karazany, ny solama, isan-karazany, ary ny hargola, isan-karazany, ary ny hagaba, isan-karazany.
23 But al other foules that creepe and haue foure feete, they shalbe abomination vnto you.
Fa ny zava-mandady rehetra izay manana elatra sady mandia tongotra efatra afa-tsy ireo dia ho zava-betaveta aminareo.
24 For by such ye shalbe polluted: whosoeuer toucheth their carkeis, shalbe vncleane vnto the euening.
Dia Ireo no ho zava-maloto aminareo; ary izay rehetra mikasika ny fatiny dia haloto mandra-paharivan’ ny andro.
25 Whosoeuer also beareth of their carkeis, shall wash his clothes, and be vncleane vntil euen.
Ary izay rehetra mitondra ny fatiny dia hanasa ny fitafiany ary haloto mandra-paharivan’ ny andro.
26 Euery beast that hath clawes deuided, and is not clouen footed, nor cheweth the cud, such shalbe vncleane vnto you: euery one that toucheth them, shalbe vncleane.
Ny biby rehetra izay mivaky kitro, nefa tsy mba misara-kitro tsara sady tsy mandinika, dia ho zava-maloto aminareo; haloto izay rehetra mikasika azy.
27 And whatsoeuer goeth vpon his pawes among all maner beastes that goeth on all foure, such shalbe vncleane vnto you: who so doth touch their carkeis shalbe vncleane vntil the euen.
Ary izay rehetra mandeha amin’ ny faladiany, amin’ ny biby rehetra izay mandia tongotra efatra, dia zava-maloto aminareo; haloto mandra-paharivan’ ny andro izay rehetra mikasika ny fatiny.
28 And he that beareth their carkeis, shall wash his clothes, and be vncleane vntill the euen: for such shalbe vncleane vnto you.
Ary izay mitondra ny fatiny dia hanasa ny fitafiany ka haloto mandra-paharivan’ ny andro; ho zava-maloto aminareo ireny.
29 Also these shalbe vncleane to you amog the things that creepe and moue vpon the earth, the weasell, and the mouse, and the frog, after his kinde:
Ary izao no haloto aminareo amin’ ny biby izay mandady na mikisaka amin’ ny tany: ny kionkiona sy ny totozy ary ny sitry, isan-karazany,
30 Also the rat, and the lizard, and the chameleon, and the stellio, and the molle.
ary ny anakà sy ny koaha sy ny letaha sy ny hometa ary ny tana.
31 These shall be vncleane to you among all that creepe: whosoeuer doeth touch them when they be dead, shalbe vncleane vntil the euen.
Ireo no maloto aminareo amin’ ny biby rehetra izay mandady na mikisaka; izay rehetra mikasika ny fatin’ ireo dia haloto mandra-paharivan’ ny andro.
32 Also whatsoeuer any of the dead carkeises of them doth fall vpon, shalbe vncleane, whether it be vessel of wood, or rayment, or skinne, or sacke: whatsoeuer vessel it be that is occupied, it shalbe put in the water as vncleane vntil the euen, and so be purified.
Ary izay zavatra rehetra ilatsahan’ ny fatin’ Ireo, na fanaka hazo, na fitafiana, na hoditra, na lasaka, izay mety ho fanaovan-javatra na inona na inona, dia haloto, ka tsy maintsy hatao anaty rano izany, ary haloto mandra-paharivan’ ny andro izy vao hadio.
33 But euery earthen vessel, whereinto any of them falleth, whatsoeuer is within it shalbe vncleane, and ye shall breake it.
Ary ny amin’ ny vilany tany rehetra izay ilatsahan’ ny fatin’ ireo, dia haloto izay ao anatiny na inona na inona, ary ny vilany dia hovakinareo.
34 Al meate also that shalbe eaten, if any such water come vpon it, shalbe vncleane: and all drinke that shalbe drunke in al such vessels shalbe vncleane.
Ary ny hanina fihinana rehetra, izay asian-drano, sy ny fisotro rehetra izay sotroina dia haloto koa, na tamin’ ny fanaka inona na tamin’ ny fanaka inona.
35 And euery thing that their carkeis fall vpon, shalbe vncleane: the fornais or the pot shalbe broken: for they are vncleane, and shalbe vncleane vnto you.
Ary haloto izay zavatra rehetra ilatsahan’ ny fatin’ ireo, na fanendasana, na vilany mirakotra, dia hovakivakina izany; fa maloto ireny, ary ho zava-maloto aminareo.
36 Yet the fountaines and welles where there is plentie of water shalbe cleane: but that which toucheth their carkeises shalbe vncleane.
Kanefa ny loharano na ny lavaka famorian-drano izay misy rano be dia hadio ihany; fa izay mikasika ny fatin-javatra eo no haloto.
37 And if there fal of their dead carkeis vpon any seede, which vseth to be sowe, it shalbe cleane.
Ary raha misy fatin’ ireo latsaka amin’ ny voan-javatra famafy, izay efa hafafy, dia hadio ihany izany.
38 But if any water be powred vpon ye seede, and there fal of their dead carkeis thereon, it shall be vncleane vnto you.
Fa raha misy voan-javatra nalona tamin’ ny rano ka ilatsahan’ ny fatiny, dia ho zava-maloto aminareo izany.
39 If also any beast, whereof ye may eate, die, he that toucheth the carkeis thereof shall be vncleane vntil the euen.
Ary raha misy maty izay biby fihinanareo, dia haloto mandra-paharivan’ ny andro izay mikasika ny fatiny.
40 And he that eateth of the carkeis of it, shall wash his clothes and be vncleane vntil the euen: he also that beareth the carkeis of it, shall wash his clothes, and be vncleane vntil the euen.
Ary izay mihinana amin’ ny fatiny dia hanasa ny fitafiany, ary haloto mandra-paharivan’ ny andro; ary izay mitondra ny fatiny dia hanasa ny fitafiany sady haloto mandra-paharivan’ ny andro
41 Euery creeping thing therefore that creepeth vpon the earth shalbe an abomination, and not be eaten.
Ary ny zavatra rehetra izay mandady na mikisaka amin’ ny tany dia ho zava-betaveta aminareo ka tsy ho fihinana.
42 Whatsoeuer goeth vpon the breast, and whatsoeuer goeth vpon al foure, or that hath many feete among all creeping thinges that creepe vpon the earth, ye shall not eate of them, for they shalbe abomination.
Izay rehetra mandady amin’ ny kibony sy Izay rehetra mandia tongotra efatra ary izay rehetra maro tongotra, dia ny biby tehetra izay mandady na mikisaka amin’ ny tany, dia tsy ho fihinanareo, fa zava-betaveta ireny.
43 Ye shall not pollute your selues with any thing that creepeth, neither make your selues vncleane with them, neither defile your selues thereby: ye shall not, I say, be defiled by them,
Aza mametaveta ny tenanareo amin’ izay biby mandady na mikisaka; ary aza mandoto ny tenanareo aminy, mba tsy hahaloto anareo izany.
44 For I am the Lord your God: be sanctified therefore, and be holy, for I am holy, and defile not your selues with any creeping thing, that creepeth vpon the earth.
Fa Izaho no Jehovah Andriamanitrareo, dia manamasìna ny tenanareo, ka dia ho masìna ianareo, satria masìna Aho; ary aza mandoto ny tenanareo amin’ izay zavatra mandady na mikisaka amin’ ny tany.
45 For I am the Lord that brought you out of the lande of Egypt, to be your God, and that you should be holy, for I am holy.
Fa Izaho no Jehovah Izay nitondra anareo niakatra avy tany amin’ ny tany Egypta, mba ho Andriamanitrareo, ka dia ho masìna ianareo, satria masìna Aho.
46 This is the law of beasts, and of foules, and of euery liuing thing that moueth in the waters, and of euery thing that creepeth vpon the earth:
Izany no lalàna ny amin’ ny biby sy ny vorona sy ny zava-manan’ aina rehetra izay mihetsiketsika ao anaty rano ary ny zava-manan’ aina rehetra izay mandady na mikisaka amin’ ny tany,
47 That there may be a difference betweene the vncleane and cleane, and betweene the beast that may be eaten, and the beast that ought not to be eaten.
mba hanavahana ny maloto sy ny madio, ary ny biby izay ho fihinana sy ny biby izay tsy ho fihinana.
