Lamentations 5
1 Remember, O Lord, what is come vpon vs: consider, and behold our reproche.
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಮಗೆ ಏನು ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ. ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ, ನಮ್ಮ ನಿಂದೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿರಿ.
2 Our inheritance is turned to the strangers, our houses to the aliants.
ನಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವು ಅಪರಿಚಿತರಿಗೂ, ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗಳು ಪರರಿಗೂ ವಶವಾದವು.
3 We are fatherles, euen without father, and our mothers are as widowes.
ನಾವು ಅನಾಥರು, ತಂದೆ ಇಲ್ಲದವರು, ನಮ್ಮ ತಾಯಂದಿರು ವಿಧವೆಯರು.
4 Wee haue drunke our water for money, and our wood is solde vnto vs.
ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ನೀರನ್ನು ಹಣಕೊಟ್ಟು ಕುಡಿಯಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಸೌದೆಯು ನಮಗೇ ಮಾರಲಾಗಿದೆ.
5 Our neckes are vnder persecution: we are wearie, and haue no rest.
ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸುವವರು ನಮ್ಮ ನೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ; ನಾವು ದಣಿದಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
6 We haue giuen our handes to the Egyptians, and to Asshur, to be satisfied with bread.
ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ನಾವು ಈಜಿಪ್ಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅಸ್ಸೀರಿಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅಧೀನರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
7 Our fathers haue sinned, and are not, and we haue borne their iniquities.
ನಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಗಳು ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿ ಇಲ್ಲವಾದರು. ನಾವು ಅವರ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರುತ್ತೇವೆ.
8 Seruants haue ruled ouer vs, none would deliuer vs out of their hands.
ಆಳುಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಯಾರೂ ಅವರ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
9 Wee gate our bread with the perill of our liues, because of the sword of the wildernesse.
ಅಡವಿಯ ಖಡ್ಗದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಪ್ರಾಣ ಸಂಕಟದಿಂದ ನಮಗೆ ರೊಟ್ಟಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ.
10 Our skinne was blacke like as an ouen because of the terrible famine.
ಭಯಂಕರವಾದ ಕ್ಷಾಮದಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಚರ್ಮ ಒಲೆಯ ಹಾಗೆ ಕಪ್ಪಾಗಿದೆ.
11 They defiled the women in Zion, and the maydes in the cities of Iudah.
ಅವರು ಚೀಯೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಯೆಹೂದದ ನಗರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ಯೆಯರ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
12 The princes are hanged vp by their hande: the faces of the elders were not had in honour.
ರಾಜಕುಮಾರರ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಗಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ನೇತುಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹಿರಿಯರಿಗೆ ಗೌರವವಿಲ್ಲ.
13 They tooke the yong men to grinde, and the children fell vnder the wood.
ಅವರು ಯೌವನಸ್ಥರನ್ನು ಅರೆಯುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡರು ಮತ್ತು ಹುಡುಗರು ಕಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದರು.
14 The Elders haue ceased from the gate and the yong men from their songs.
ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ದ್ವಾರದಿಂದ ಹಿರಿಯರು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಯುವಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗೀತವನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
15 The ioy of our heart is gone, our daunce is turned into mourning.
ನಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯಾನಂದವು ತೀರಿತು. ನಮ್ಮ ನರ್ತನವು ಶೋಕವಾಗಿ ಮಾರ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು.
16 The crowne of our head is fallen: wo nowe vnto vs, that we haue sinned.
ಕಿರೀಟವು ನಮ್ಮ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲಿನಿಂದ ಬಿದ್ದುಹೋಯಿತು. ಅಯ್ಯೋ, ನಾವು ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
17 Therefore our heart is heauy for these things, our eyes are dimme,
ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯವು ದುರ್ಬಲವಾಗಿದೆ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಇವುಗಳಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಮೊಬ್ಬಾಗಿವೆ.
18 Because of the mountaine of Zion which is desolate: the foxes runne vpon it.
ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಚೀಯೋನ್ ಪರ್ವತವು ಹಾಳಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದಲೇ ನರಿಗಳು ಅವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ತಿರುಗಾಡುವುವು.
19 But thou, O Lord, remainest for euer: thy throne is from generation to generation.
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನೀವು ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಇರುತ್ತೀರಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನವು ತಲತಲಾಂತರಗಳವರೆಗೂ ಇರುವುದು.
20 Wherefore doest thou forget vs for euer, and forsake vs so long time?
ನೀವು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಮರೆಯುವುದೇಕೆ? ಇಷ್ಟುಕಾಲ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮರೆತಿರುವುದೇಕೆ?
21 Turne thou vs vnto thee, O Lord, and we shalbe turned: renue our dayes as of olde.
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಾವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಡೆ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗುವಂತೆ, ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಪುನಃ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ನಮ್ಮ ದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಿನಂತೆಯೇ ನವೀಕರಿಸಿರಿ.
22 But thou hast vtterly reiected vs: thou art exceedingly angry against vs.
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನೀವು ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಿತಿಮೀರಿ ಸಿಟ್ಟುಗೊಂಡಿರುವಿರೋ? ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಕೈಬಿಟ್ಟಿರುವಿರೋ?
