Joshua 21
1 Then came the principall fathers of the Leuites vnto Eleazar the Priest, and vnto Ioshua the sonne of Nun, and vnto the chiefe fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel,
Markaasaa madaxdii reer Laawi waxay u soo dhowaadeen wadaadkii Elecaasaar ahaa, iyo Yashuuca ina Nuun, iyo madaxdii reer binu Israa'iil qabiilooyinkoodii.
2 And spake vnto them at Shiloh in the land of Canaan, saying, The Lord commanded by the hande of Moses, to giue vs cities to dwell in, with the suburbes thereof for our cattell.
Wayna kula hadleen, iyagoo jooga Shiiloh oo ku taal dalkii reer Kancaan, oo waxay ku yidhaahdeen, Rabbigu wuxuu noogu amray Muuse in nala siiyo magaalooyin aan degno iyo agagaarkoodii ay xoolahayagu daaqaan.
3 So the children of Israel gaue vnto the Leuites, out of their inheritance at the commandement of the Lord these cities with their suburbes.
Markaasaa reer binu Israa'iil waxay dhaxalkoodii reer Laawi ka siiyeen magaalooyinkaas iyo agagaarkooda sidii amarka Rabbigu ahaa.
4 And the lot came out for the families of the Kohathites: and the children of Aaron ye Priest, which were of the Leuites, had by lot, out of the tribe of Iudah, and out of the tribe of Simeon, and out of the tribe of Beniamin thirteene cities.
Markaasaa saami u soo baxay qolooyinkii reer Qohaad; oo reerkii wadaadkii Haaruun ahaa, kuwaasoo reer Laawi ka mid ahaa, waxay saami kaga heleen reer Yahuudah iyo reer Simecoon, iyo reer Benyaamiin saddex iyo toban magaalo.
5 And the rest of the children of Kohath had by lot out of the families of the tribe of Ephraim, and out of the tribe of Dan, and out of the halfe tribe of Manasseh, tenne cities.
Oo reer Qohaad intoodii hadhay waxay saami kaga heleen qolooyinkii reer Efrayim, iyo reer Daan, iyo reer Manaseh badhkood toban magaalo.
6 Also the children of Gershon had by lot out of the families of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of ye tribe of Naphtali, and out of the halfe tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteene cities.
Oo reer Gershoonna waxay saami kaga heleen qolooyinkii reer Isaakaar, iyo reer Aasheer, iyo reer Naftaali, iyo reer Manaseh badhkoodii degganaa Baashaan saddex iyo toban magaalo.
7 The children of Merari according to their families had out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelue cities.
Oo reer Meraariina sidii ay reerahoodii ahaayeen waxay ka heleen reer Ruubeen, iyo reer Gaad, iyo reer Sebulun laba iyo toban magaalo.
8 So the children of Israel gaue by lot vnto the Leuites these cities with their suburbes, as the Lord had commanded by the hand of Moses.
Oo reer binu Israa'iil magaalooyinkaas iyo agagaarkoodiiba waxay saami ku siiyeen reer Laawi sidii Rabbigu ku amray Muuse.
9 And they gaue out of the tribe of the children of Iudah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeo, these cities which are here named.
Oo waxaa laga siiyey qabiilkii reer Yahuudah iyo qabiilkii reer Simecoon magaalooyinkan magacooda halkan lagu sheegayo.
10 And they were the childrens of Aaron being of the families of the Kohathites, and of the sonnes of Leui, (for theirs was the first lot)
Oo waxaa iska lahaa reerkii Haaruun ee ahaa qolooyinkii reer Qohaad, kuwaasoo ka mid ahaa reer Laawi; maxaa yeelay, iyagaa saamiga hore lahaa.
11 So they gaue them Kiriath-arba of the father of Anok (which is Hebron) in the mountaine of Iudah, with the suburbes of the same round about it.
Oo waxaa la siiyey Qiryad Arbac, oo Arbacna wuxuu ahaa Canaaq aabbihiis (oo taasuna waa Xebroon), oo waxay ku tiil dalka buuraha leh ee reer Yahuudah, iyada iyo agagaarkeeda ku wareegsanba.
12 (But the lande of the citie, and the villages thereof, gaue they to Caleb the sonne of Iephunneh to be his possession)
Laakiinse magaalada beeraheedii iyo tuulooyinkeediiba waxay siiyeen Kaaleeb ina Yefunneh inuu hanti ahaan u qaato.
13 Thus they gaue to the children of Aaron the Priest, a citie of refuge for the slaier, euen Hebron with her suburbes, and Libnah with her suburbes,
Oo wadaadkii Haaruun ahaa reerkiisii waxay siiyeen Xebroon iyo agagaarkeedii, oo taasu waxay ahayd magaaladii magangalka u ahayd gacankudhiiglaha, iyo Libnaah iyo agagaarkeedii,
14 And Iattir with her suburbes, and Eshtemoa, and her suburbes,
iyo Yatiir iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Eshtemooca iyo agagaarkeedii,
15 And Holon with her suburbes, and Debir with her suburbes,
iyo Xolon iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Debiir iyo agagaarkeedii,
16 And Ain with her suburbes, and Iuttah with her suburbes, Beth-shemesh with her suburbes: nine cities out of those two tribes.
iyo Cayn iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Yutaah iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Beytshemesh iyo agagaarkeedii, oo labadaas qabiil waxay ka heleen sagaal magaalo.
17 And out of the tribe of Beniamin they gaue Gibeon with her suburbes, Geba with her suburbes,
Oo qabiilkii reer Benyaamiinna waxay ka heleen Gibecoon iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Geeraa iyo agagaarkeedii,
18 Anathoth with her suburbes, and Almon with her suburbes: foure cities.
iyo Canaatood iyo agagaarkeedii, intaasu waxay ahayd afar magaalo.
19 All the cities of the children of Aaron Priests, were thirteene cities with their suburbes.
Oo wadaadkii Haaruun ahaa reerkiisii magaalooyinkoodii oo dhammu waxay ahaayeen saddex iyo toban magaalo iyo agagaarkoodii.
20 But to the families of the children of Kohath of the Leuites, which were the rest of the children of Kohath (for the cities of their lot were out of the tribe of Ephraim)
Oo qolooyinkii reer Qohaad oo ahaa reer Laawi, xataa reer Qohaad intoodii hadhay, waxay magaalooyin saami uga heleen qabiilkii reer Efrayim.
21 They gaue them the citie of refuge for the slaier, Shechem with her suburbes in mount Ephraim, and Gezer with her suburbes,
Oo waxay iyagii siiyeen Shekem iyo agagaarkeedii, oo waxay ku tiil dalka reer Efrayim oo buuraha leh, oo waxayna ahayd magaaladii magangalka u ahayd gacankudhiiglaha, iyo Geser iyo agagaarkeedii,
22 And Kibzaim with her suburbs, and Bethhoron with her suburbes: foure cities.
iyo Qibsayim iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Beytxooroon iyo agagaarkeedii, oo intaasu waxay ahayd afar magaalo.
23 And out of the tribe of Dan, Eltekeh with her suburbes, Gibethon with her suburbes,
Oo qabiilkii reer Daanna waxay ka heleen Elteqaah iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Gibbetoon iyo agagaarkeedii,
24 Aiialon with her suburbes, Gath-rimmon with her suburbes: foure cities.
iyo Ayaaloon iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Gad Rimmoon iyo agagaarkeedii, oo intaasu waxay ahayd afar magaalo.
25 And out of the halfe tribe of Manasseh, Tanach with her suburbes, and Gath-rimmon with her suburbes: two cities.
Oo qabiilkii reer Manaseh badhkiisna waxay ka heleen Tacanaag iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Gad Rimmoon iyo agagaarkeedii, oo intaasu waxay ahayd laba magaalo.
26 All the cities for the other families of the children of Kohath were ten with their suburbes.
Oo qolooyinkii reer Qohaad intoodii hadhay magaalooyinkoodii oo dhammu waxay ahaayeen toban iyo agagaarkoodii.
27 Also vnto the children of Gershon of the families of the Leuites, they gaue out of the halfe tribe of Manasseh, the citie of refuge for the slaier, Golan in Bashan with her suburbes, and Beeshterah with her suburbes: two cities.
Oo reer Gershoon oo ahaa reer Laawi waxaa qabiilkii reer Manaseh badhkiis laga siiyey Goolaan, oo Baashaan ku dhex taal iyo agagaarkeedii, oo taasu waxay ahayd magaaladii magangalka u ahayd gacankudhiiglaha, iyo weliba Beceshteraah iyo agagaarkeedii, oo intaasu waxay ahayd laba magaalo.
28 And out of the tribe of Issachar, Kishon with her suburbes, Dabereh with her suburbes,
Oo waxay qabiilkii reer Isaakaarna ka heleen Qiishyoon iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Daaberad iyo agagaarkeedii,
29 Iarmuth with her suburbes, En-gannim with her suburbes: foure cities.
iyo Yarmuud iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Ceyn Ganniim iyo agagaarkeedii, oo intaasu waxay ahayd afar magaalo.
30 And out of the tribe of Asher, Mishal with her suburbes, Abdon with her suburbes,
Oo waxay qabiilkii reer Aasheerna ka heleen Mishaal iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Cabdoon iyo agagaarkeedii,
31 Helkah with her suburbs, and Rehob with her suburbes: foure cities.
iyo Xelqad iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Rexob iyo agagaarkeedii, oo intaasu waxay ahayd afar magaalo.
32 And out of the tribe of Naphtali, the citie of refuge for the slaier, Kedesh in Galil with her suburbes, and Hammoth-dor with her suburbes, and Kartan with her suburbes: three cities.
Oo waxay qabiilkii reer Naftaalina ka heleen Qedesh oo ku taal Galili iyo agagaarkeedii, oo taasu waxay ahayd magaaladii magangalka u ahayd gacankudhiiglaha, iyo Xammod Door iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Qartaan iyo agagaarkeedii, oo intaasu waxay ahayd saddex magaalo.
33 Al the cities of the Gershonites according to their families, were thirteene cities with their suburbes.
Oo magaalooyinkii reer Gershoon oo dhan, sidii qolooyinkoodu ahaayeen, saddex iyo toban magaalo iyo agagaarkoodii bay ahaayeen.
34 Also vnto the families of the children of Merari the rest of the Leuites, they gaue out of the tribe of Zebulun, Iokneam with her suburbs, and Kartah with her suburbes,
Oo qolooyinkii reer Meraarii oo ahaa intii ka hadhay reer Laawi waxay qabiilkii reer Sebulun ka heleen Yoqnecaam iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Qartaah iyo agagaarkeedii,
35 Dimnah with her suburbes, Nahalal, with her suburbes: foure cities.
iyo Dimnaah iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Nahalaal iyo agagaarkeedii, oo intaasu waxay ahayd afar magaalo.
36 And out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer with her suburbs, and Iahazah with her suburbs,
Oo waxay qabiilkii reer Ruubeenna ka heleen Beser iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Yahas iyo agagaarkeedii,
37 Kedemoth with her suburbes, and Mephaath with her suburbes: foure cities.
iyo Qedemood iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Mefacad iyo agagaarkeedii, oo intaasu waxay ahayd afar magaalo.
38 And out of the tribe of Gad they gaue for a citie of refuge for the slaier, Ramoth in Gilead with her suburbes, and Mahanaim with her suburbes,
Oo waxay qabiilkii reer Gaadna ka heleen Raamod oo ku dhex taal Gilecaad iyo agagaarkeedii, oo taasu waxay ahayd magaaladii magangalka u ahayd gacankudhiiglaha, iyo Maxanayim iyo agagaarkeedii,
39 Heshbon with her suburbs, and Iazer with her suburbes: foure cities in all.
iyo Xeshboon iyo agagaarkeedii, iyo Yaser iyo agagaarkeedii, oo intaasu dhammaantood waxay ahaayeen afar magaalo.
40 So all the cities of the children of Merari according to their families (which were the rest of the families of the Leuites) were by their lot, twelue cities.
Oo kulli intaas oo dhammu waxay ahaayeen magaalooyinkii qolooyinkii reer Meraarii iyo xataa reer Laawi intoodii hadhay, oo qaybtoodii waxay ahayd laba iyo toban magaalo.
41 And all the cities of the Leuites within the possession of the children of Israel, were eight and fourtie with their suburbes.
Oo reer Laawi magaalooyinkoodii ay qaybta u heleen ee ku dhex yiil dalkii hantida u ahaa reer binu Israa'iil kulligood waxay ahaayeen siddeed iyo afartan magaalo iyo agagaarkoodii.
42 These cities lay euery one seuerallie with their suburbes round about them: so were all these cities.
Magaalooyinkaas mid waluba waxay lahayd agagaarkeedii ku wareegsanaa; oo magaalooyinku dhammaantood sidaasay ahaayeen.
43 So the Lord gaue vnto Israel all ye land, which hee had sworne to giue vnto their fathers: and they possessed it, and dwelt therein.
Sidaasuu Rabbigu reer binu Israa'iil u siiyey dhulkii u awowayaashood ugu dhaartay inuu siiyo oo dhan, oo iyana way hantiyeen, wayna iska degeen.
44 Also the Lord gaue them rest rounde about according to all that hee had sworne vnto their fathers: and there stoode not a man of all their enemies before them: for the Lord deliuered all their enemies into their hand.
Oo Rabbigu wuxuu iyagii ka nasiyey dadkii ku wareegsanaa, siduu awowayaashood ugu dhaartay oo dhan: oo nin cadaawayaashoodii oo dhan ka mid ihi hortooda isma taagin, oo Rabbigu cadaawayaashoodii oo dhan gacantuu u soo geliyey.
45 There failed nothing of all the good things, which the Lord hath sayde vnto the house of Israel, but all came to passe.
Oo waxba kama baaqan innaba wixii wanaagsanaa oo Rabbigu u sheegay reer binu Israa'iil; laakiinse kulli way wada ahaadeen.
