Joshua 19

1 And the second lot came out to Simeon, euen for the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families: and their inheritance was in the middes of the inheritance of the children of Iudah.

Sedan föll den andre lotten Simeons barnas slägtes, efter deras ätter; och deras arfvedel var ibland Juda barnas arfvedel.

2 Nowe they had in their inheritance, Beersheba, and Sheba, and Moladah,

Och kom på deras arfvedel BerSeba, Seba, Molada,

3 And Hazur-shual, and Balah, and Azem,

HazarSual, Bala, Azem,

4 And Eltolad, and Bethul, and Hormah,

Eltolad, Bethul, Horma,

5 And Ziklag, and Beth-marcaboth, and Hazar-susah,

Ziklag, BethMarkaboth, HazarSusa,

6 And Beth-lebaoth, and Sharuhen: thirteene cities with their villages.

BethLebaoth, Saruhen. Det äro tretton städer, och deras byar.

7 Ain, Remmon, and Ether, and Ashan: foure cities with their villages.

Ain, Rimmon, Ether, Asan. Det äro fyra städer och deras byar.

8 And all the villages that were round about these cities, vnto Baalathbeer, and Ramath Southward: this is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families.

Dertill alla byar, som ligga omkring dessa städerna, allt intill BaalathBer, Ramath söderut. Detta är Simeons barnas arfvedel i deras ätter.

9 Out of the portion of the children of Iudah came ye inheritance of the childre of Simeon: for the part of ye children of Iudah was too much for them: therefore the children of Simeon had their inheritance within their inheritance.

Ty Simeons barnas arfvedel är ibland Juda barnas snöre; efter Juda barnom var deras arfvedel för stor; derföre fingo Simeons barn del ibland deras arfvedel.

10 Also the third lot arose for the children of Zebulun according to their families: and the coastes of their inheritance came to Sarid,

Tredje lotten föll på Sebulons barn efter deras ätter; och deras arfvedels gränsa var allt intill Sarid;

11 And their border goeth vp Westwarde, euen to Maralah, and reacheth to Dabbasheth, and meeteth with the riuer that lyeth before Iokneam,

Och går uppåt vesterut till Marala, och stöter inpå Dabbaseth, och stöter inpå bäcken, som löper framom Jokneam;

12 And turneth from Sarid Eastward towarde the sunne rising vnto the border of Chisloth-tabor, and goeth out to Daberath, and ascendeth to Iaphia,

Och vänder sig ifrå Sarid österut, allt intill den gränsan CislothThabor; och går ut till Dabberath, och räcker upp till Japhia;

13 And from thence goeth along Eastwarde towarde the sunne rising to Gittah-hepher to Ittah-kazin, and goeth foorth to Rimmon, and turneth to Neah.

Och löper dädan österåt igenom GittaHepher, IttaKazin, och kommer ut till Rimmon, Hammethoar, Hannea;

14 And this border compasseth it on ye North side to Hannathon, and the endes thereof are in the valley of Iiphtah-el,

Och böjer sig omkring ifrå nordan inåt Nathon; och utgången är i den dalen JiphtaEl;

15 And Kattath, and Nahallal, and Shimron, and Idalah, and Beth-lehem: twelue cities with their villages.

Kattath, Nahalal, Simron, Jideala och BethLehem. Det äro tolf städer, och deras byar.

16 This is the inheritance of the children of Zebulun according to their families: that is, these cities and their villages.

Detta är nu Sebulons barnas arfvedel till deras ätter; och detta är deras städer och byar.

17 The fourth lot came out to Issachar, euen for the children of Issachar according to their families.

Fjerde lotten föll på Isaschars barn efter deras ätter.

18 And their coast was Izreelah, and Chesulloth, and Shunem,

Och deras gränsa var Jisreel, Chesulloth, Sunem,

19 And Hapharaim, and Shion, and Anaharath,

Hapharaim, Sion, Anaharath,

20 And Harabbith, and Kishion, and Abez,

Rabbith, Kisjon, Abez.

21 And Remeth, and En-gannim, and Enhaddah, and Beth-pazzez.

Remeth, EnGannim, EnHadda, BethPazzez;

22 And this coast reacheth to Tabor, and Shahazimath, and Beth-shemesh, and the endes of their coast reach to Iorden: sixteene cities with their villages.

Och stöter inpå Thabor, Sahazima, BethSemes, och utgången deraf var inuppå Jordan; sexton städer, och deras byar.

23 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Issachar according to their families: that is, the cities, and their villages.

Detta är nu Isaschars barnas slägters arfvedel till deras ätter, städer och byar.

24 Also the fift lot came out for the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families.

Femte lotten föll på Assers barnas slägte i deras ätter.

25 And their coast was Helcath, and Hali, and Beten, and Achshaph,

Och deras gränsa var Helkath, Hali, BetenAchsaph,

26 And Alammelech, and Amad, and Misheal, and came to Carmel Westward, and to Shihor Libnath,

Alammelech, Amead, Miseal; och stöter inpå Carmel vid hafvet, och till SihorLibnath;

27 And turneth towarde the sunne rising to Beth-dagon, and commeth to Zebulun, and to the valley of Iiphtah-el, toward the Northside of Beth-emek, and Neiel, and goeth out on the left side of Cabul,

Och vänder sig österut till BethDagon, och stöter inpå Sebulon, och till den dalen JiphthahEl norrut, BethEmek, Negiel, och kommer ut vid Cabul på venstra sidone;

28 And to Ebron, and Rehob, and Hammon, and Kanah, vnto great Zidon.

Ebron, Rehob, Hammon, Kana, allt intill det stora Zidon;

29 Then the coast turneth to Ramah and to the strong citie of Zor, and this border turneth to Hosah, and the ends thereof are at the Sea from Hebel to Achzib,

Och vänder sig inåt Rama, allt intill den fasta staden Zor; och vänder sig åt Hosa, och går ut vid hafvet efter snöret åt Achsib;

30 Vmmah also and Aphek, and Rehob: two and twentie cities with their villages.

Umma, Aphek, Rehob; två och tjugu städer, och deras byar.

31 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families: that is, these cities and their villages.

Detta är nu Assers barnas slägters arfvedel till deras ätter, städer och byar.

32 The sixt lot came out to the children of Naphtali, euen to the children of Naphtali according to their families.

Sjette lotten föll på Naphthali barn i deras ätter.

33 And their coast was from Heleph, and from Allon in Zaanannim, and Adaminekeb, and Iabneel, euen to Lakum, and the ends thereof are at Iorden.

Och deras gränsa var ifrå Heleph, Allon, igenom Zaanannim, Adami, Nekeb, JabneEl, allt intill Lakum, och går ut inpå Jordan;

34 So this coast turneth Westwarde to Aznoth-tabor, and goeth out from thence to Hukkok, and reacheth to Zebulun on the Southside, and goeth to Asher on the Westside, and to Iudah by Iorden toward the sunne rising.

Och vänder sig vesterut åt Asnoth Thabor; och kommer dädan ut och till Hukkob, och stöter inpå Sebulon söderut, och till Assur vesterut, och till Juda invid Jordan österut;

35 And the strong cities are Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath, and Cinneereth,

Och hafver fasta städer, Ziddim, Zer, Hammath, Rakkath, Chinnareth,

36 And Adamah, and Ramah, and Hazor,

Adama, Rama, Hazor,

37 And Kedesh, and Edrei, and En-hazor,

Kedes, Edrei, EnHazor,

38 And Iron, and Migdal-el, Horem, and Beth-anah, and Beth-shemesh: nineteene cities with their villages.

Jireon, MigdalEl, Horem, BethAnath, BethSames; nitton städer, och deras byar.

39 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Naphtali according to their families: that is, the cities and their villages.

Detta är nu Naphthali barnas slägters arfvedel till deras ätter, städer och byar.

40 The seuenth lot came out for the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families.

Sjunde lotten föll på Dans barnas slägte i deras ätter.

41 And the coast of their inheritance was Zorah, and Eshtaol, and Ir-shemesh,

Och gränsan af deras arfvedel var: Zorga, Esthaol, IrSames,

42 And Shaalabbin, and Aiialon, and Ithlah,

Saalabbin, Ajalon, Jithla,

43 And Elon, and Temnathah, and Ekron,

Elon, Timnatha, Ekron,

44 And Eltekeh, and Gibbethon, and Baalah,

Eltheke, Gibbethon, Baalath,

45 And Iehud, and Bene-berak, and Gath-rimmon,

Jehud, Benebarak, GathRimmon,

46 And Me-iarkon, and Rakkon, with the border that lieth before Iapho.

MeJarkon, Rakkon med den gränsona vid Japho:

47 But the coastes of the children of Dan fell out too litle for them: therefore the children of Dan went vp to fight against Leshem, and tooke it, and smote it with the edge of the sworde, and possessed it, and dwelt therein, and called Leshem, Dan after the name of Dan their father.

Och der går Dans barnas gränsa ut. Och Dans barn drogo upp, och stridde emot Lesem och vunno det, och slogo det med svärdsegg; och togo det in, och bodde deruti, och kallade det Dan, efter deras faders namn.

48 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the childre of Dan according to their families: that is, these cities and their villages.

Detta är nu Dans barnas slägtes arfvedel i deras ätter, städer och byar.

49 When they had made an ende of deuiding the lande by the coastes thereof, then the children of Israel gaue an inheritance vnto Ioshua the sonne of Nun among them.

Och då de hade lyktat utskifta landet med dess gränsor, gåfvo Israels barn Josua, Nuns son, en arfvedel ibland sig;

50 According to the worde of the Lord they gaue him the citie which hee asked, euen Timnath-serah in mount Ephraim: and hee built the citie and dwelt therein.

Och gåfvo honom efter Herrans befallning den stad, som han begärade, som var ThimnathSerah uppå Ephraims berg; den staden byggde han, och bodde deruti.

51 These are ye heritages which Eleazar the Priest, and Ioshua the sonne of Nun, and the chiefe fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel deuided by lot in Shiloh before the Lord at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation: so they made an ende of deuiding the countrey.

Desse äro nu de arfvedelar, som Eleazar Presten, och Josua, Nuns son, och de öfverste af fäderna ibland slägterna, genom lott utskifte Israels barnom i Silo för Herranom, inför dörrene af vittnesbördsens tabernakel; och lyktade så landsens utskiftning.
