Joshua 19
1 And the second lot came out to Simeon, euen for the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families: and their inheritance was in the middes of the inheritance of the children of Iudah.
Kura ya pili ikaangukia kabila la Simeoni, ukoo kwa ukoo. Urithi wao ulikuwa ndani ya eneo la Yuda.
2 Nowe they had in their inheritance, Beersheba, and Sheba, and Moladah,
Ulijumuisha: Beer-Sheba (au Sheba), Molada,
3 And Hazur-shual, and Balah, and Azem,
Hasar-Shuali, Bala, Esemu,
4 And Eltolad, and Bethul, and Hormah,
Eltoladi, Bethuli, Horma,
5 And Ziklag, and Beth-marcaboth, and Hazar-susah,
Siklagi, Beth-Markabothi, Hasar-Susa,
6 And Beth-lebaoth, and Sharuhen: thirteene cities with their villages.
Beth-Lebaothi na Sharuheni; hii ilikuwa miji kumi na mitatu pamoja na vijiji vyake.
7 Ain, Remmon, and Ether, and Ashan: foure cities with their villages.
Pia Aini, Rimoni, Etheri, na Ashani; hii ilikuwa miji minne na vijiji vyake,
8 And all the villages that were round about these cities, vnto Baalathbeer, and Ramath Southward: this is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families.
pamoja na vijiji vyote vinavyoizunguka miji hii mpaka Baalath-Beeri (ambayo ndiyo Rama iliyo katika Negebu). Huu ulikuwa ni urithi wa kabila la Simeoni ukoo kwa ukoo.
9 Out of the portion of the children of Iudah came ye inheritance of the childre of Simeon: for the part of ye children of Iudah was too much for them: therefore the children of Simeon had their inheritance within their inheritance.
Urithi wa Wasimeoni ulitolewa kutoka fungu la Yuda, kwa kuwa fungu la Yuda lilikuwa kubwa kuliko walivyohitaji. Hivyo kabila la Simeoni lilipewa urithi wao ndani ya eneo la Yuda.
10 Also the third lot arose for the children of Zebulun according to their families: and the coastes of their inheritance came to Sarid,
Kura ya tatu ikaangukia kabila la Zabuloni, ukoo kwa ukoo: Mpaka wa urithi wao uliendelea hadi Saridi.
11 And their border goeth vp Westwarde, euen to Maralah, and reacheth to Dabbasheth, and meeteth with the riuer that lyeth before Iokneam,
Kuelekea upande wa magharibi ukafika Marala, ukagusa Dabeshethi, na kuendelea mpaka kwenye bonde karibu na Yokneamu.
12 And turneth from Sarid Eastward towarde the sunne rising vnto the border of Chisloth-tabor, and goeth out to Daberath, and ascendeth to Iaphia,
Ukageuka mashariki, kuanzia Saridi kuelekea mawio ya jua hadi kwenye nchi ya Kisiloth-Tabori, na kwenda hadi Daberathi, kupanda Yafia.
13 And from thence goeth along Eastwarde towarde the sunne rising to Gittah-hepher to Ittah-kazin, and goeth foorth to Rimmon, and turneth to Neah.
Kisha ukaendelea mashariki hadi Gath-Heferi na kufika Eth-Kasini, ukatokea Rimoni na kugeuka kuelekea Nea.
14 And this border compasseth it on ye North side to Hannathon, and the endes thereof are in the valley of Iiphtah-el,
Huko mpaka ukazungukia upande wa kaskazini hadi Hanathoni na kuishia katika Bonde la Ifta-Eli.
15 And Kattath, and Nahallal, and Shimron, and Idalah, and Beth-lehem: twelue cities with their villages.
Miji mingine iliyojumuishwa ni Katathi, Nahalali, Shimroni, Idala na Bethlehemu. Kulikuwa na miji kumi na miwili pamoja na vijiji vyake.
16 This is the inheritance of the children of Zebulun according to their families: that is, these cities and their villages.
Miji hii na vijiji vyake ilikuwa ndio urithi wa Zabuloni, ukoo kwa ukoo.
17 The fourth lot came out to Issachar, euen for the children of Issachar according to their families.
Kura ya nne ikamwangukia Isakari, ukoo kwa ukoo.
18 And their coast was Izreelah, and Chesulloth, and Shunem,
Eneo lao lilijumuisha: Yezreeli, Kesulothi, Shunemu,
19 And Hapharaim, and Shion, and Anaharath,
Hafaraimu, Shioni, Anaharathi,
20 And Harabbith, and Kishion, and Abez,
Rabithi, Kishioni, Ebesi,
21 And Remeth, and En-gannim, and Enhaddah, and Beth-pazzez.
Remethi, En-Ganimu, En-Hada na Beth-Pasesi.
22 And this coast reacheth to Tabor, and Shahazimath, and Beth-shemesh, and the endes of their coast reach to Iorden: sixteene cities with their villages.
Mpaka ule ukagusa Tabori, Shahasuma na Beth-Shemeshi, na ukaishia kwenye Yordani. Ilikuwa miji kumi na sita, pamoja na vijiji vyake.
23 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Issachar according to their families: that is, the cities, and their villages.
Miji hii pamoja na vijiji vyake ilikuwa urithi wa kabila la Isakari, ukoo kwa ukoo.
24 Also the fift lot came out for the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families.
Kura ya tano ikaangukia kabila la Asheri, ukoo kwa ukoo.
25 And their coast was Helcath, and Hali, and Beten, and Achshaph,
Eneo lao lilijumuisha: Helkathi, Hali, Beteni, Akishafu,
26 And Alammelech, and Amad, and Misheal, and came to Carmel Westward, and to Shihor Libnath,
Alameleki, Amadi na Mishali. Upande wa magharibi mpaka uligusa Karmeli na Shihor-Libnathi.
27 And turneth towarde the sunne rising to Beth-dagon, and commeth to Zebulun, and to the valley of Iiphtah-el, toward the Northside of Beth-emek, and Neiel, and goeth out on the left side of Cabul,
Tena ukageuka mashariki kuelekea Beth-Dagoni, ukagusa Zabuloni na Bonde la Ifta-Eli, ukaenda upande wa kaskazini hadi Beth-Emeki na Neyeli, ukipitia Kabul upande wa kushoto.
28 And to Ebron, and Rehob, and Hammon, and Kanah, vnto great Zidon.
Ukaendelea hadi Abdoni, Rehobu, Hamoni na Kana, na kufika Sidoni Kuu.
29 Then the coast turneth to Ramah and to the strong citie of Zor, and this border turneth to Hosah, and the ends thereof are at the Sea from Hebel to Achzib,
Mpaka huo ukageukia nyuma kuelekea Rama na kwenda hadi kwenye mji wenye ngome wa Tiro, ukageuka kuelekea Hosa na kutokeza baharini katika eneo la Akzibu,
30 Vmmah also and Aphek, and Rehob: two and twentie cities with their villages.
Uma, Afeki na Rehobu. Ilikuwepo miji ishirini na miwili, pamoja na vijiji vyake.
31 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families: that is, these cities and their villages.
Miji hii pamoja na vijiji vyake ilikuwa ndio urithi wa kabila la Asheri, ukoo kwa ukoo.
32 The sixt lot came out to the children of Naphtali, euen to the children of Naphtali according to their families.
Kura ya sita ikaangukia kabila la Naftali, ukoo kwa ukoo:
33 And their coast was from Heleph, and from Allon in Zaanannim, and Adaminekeb, and Iabneel, euen to Lakum, and the ends thereof are at Iorden.
Mpaka wao uliendelea kutoka Helefi na kwenye mti mkubwa ulio katika Saananimu, ukipitia Adami-Nekebu na Yabineeli hadi Lakumu, na kuishia katika Mto Yordani.
34 So this coast turneth Westwarde to Aznoth-tabor, and goeth out from thence to Hukkok, and reacheth to Zebulun on the Southside, and goeth to Asher on the Westside, and to Iudah by Iorden toward the sunne rising.
Mpaka ukaendelea magharibi kupitia Aznoth-Tabori na kutokea Hukoki. Ukagusa Zabuloni upande wa kusini, Asheri upande wa magharibi, na Yordani upande wa mashariki.
35 And the strong cities are Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath, and Cinneereth,
Miji yenye ngome ilikuwa Sidimu, Seri, Hamathi, Rakathi, Kinerethi,
36 And Adamah, and Ramah, and Hazor,
Adama, Rama, Hazori,
37 And Kedesh, and Edrei, and En-hazor,
Kedeshi, Edrei, na En-Hasori,
38 And Iron, and Migdal-el, Horem, and Beth-anah, and Beth-shemesh: nineteene cities with their villages.
Ironi, Migdal-Eli, Horemu, Beth-Anathi na Beth-Shemeshi. Kulikuwa na miji kumi na tisa na vijiji vyake.
39 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Naphtali according to their families: that is, the cities and their villages.
Miji hiyo pamoja na vijiji vyake ndio iliyokuwa urithi wa kabila la Naftali, ukoo kwa ukoo.
40 The seuenth lot came out for the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families.
Kura ya saba ikaangukia kabila la Dani, ukoo kwa ukoo.
41 And the coast of their inheritance was Zorah, and Eshtaol, and Ir-shemesh,
Eneo la urithi wao lilijumuisha: Sora, Eshtaoli, Iri-Shemeshi,
42 And Shaalabbin, and Aiialon, and Ithlah,
Shaalabini, Aiyaloni, Ithla,
43 And Elon, and Temnathah, and Ekron,
Eloni, Timna, Ekroni,
44 And Eltekeh, and Gibbethon, and Baalah,
Elteke, Gibethoni, Baalathi,
45 And Iehud, and Bene-berak, and Gath-rimmon,
Yehudi, Bene-Beraki, Gath-Rimoni,
46 And Me-iarkon, and Rakkon, with the border that lieth before Iapho.
Me-Yarkoni na Rakoni, pamoja na eneo linalotazamana na Yafa.
47 But the coastes of the children of Dan fell out too litle for them: therefore the children of Dan went vp to fight against Leshem, and tooke it, and smote it with the edge of the sworde, and possessed it, and dwelt therein, and called Leshem, Dan after the name of Dan their father.
(Lakini Wadani walipata shida kulimiliki eneo lao; kwa hiyo walipanda kuishambulia Leshemu, wakaitwaa, wakawaua watu wake kwa upanga na kuukalia. Walikaa Leshemu na kuuita Dani kufuatana na jina la baba yao.)
48 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the childre of Dan according to their families: that is, these cities and their villages.
Miji hii na vijiji vyake ndio iliyokuwa urithi wa kabila la Dani, ukoo kwa ukoo.
49 When they had made an ende of deuiding the lande by the coastes thereof, then the children of Israel gaue an inheritance vnto Ioshua the sonne of Nun among them.
Walipomaliza kugawanya nchi katika migawo kulingana na sehemu zao zilizowaangukia, Waisraeli wakampa Yoshua mwana wa Nuni urithi katikati yao,
50 According to the worde of the Lord they gaue him the citie which hee asked, euen Timnath-serah in mount Ephraim: and hee built the citie and dwelt therein.
kama vile Bwana alivyokuwa ameamuru. Walimpa mji alioutaka, ambao ni Timnath-Sera ulio katika nchi ya vilima ya Efraimu. Naye akajenga mji, akakaa huko.
51 These are ye heritages which Eleazar the Priest, and Ioshua the sonne of Nun, and the chiefe fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel deuided by lot in Shiloh before the Lord at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation: so they made an ende of deuiding the countrey.
Haya ndiyo maeneo ambayo kuhani Eleazari, Yoshua mwana wa Nuni, na viongozi wa koo za kabila za Israeli waliyoyagawanya kwa kura huko Shilo mbele za Bwana penye ingilio la Hema la Kukutania. Hivyo wakamaliza kuigawanya nchi.
