Joshua 19
1 And the second lot came out to Simeon, euen for the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families: and their inheritance was in the middes of the inheritance of the children of Iudah.
Det annet lodd kom ut for Simeon, for Simeons barns stamme efter deres ætter; den arvelodd de fikk, lå inne i Judas barns arvelodd.
2 Nowe they had in their inheritance, Beersheba, and Sheba, and Moladah,
Til deres arvelodd hørte: Be'er-seba og Seba og Molada
3 And Hazur-shual, and Balah, and Azem,
og Hasar-Sual og Bala og Esem
4 And Eltolad, and Bethul, and Hormah,
og Eltolad og Betul og Horma
5 And Ziklag, and Beth-marcaboth, and Hazar-susah,
og Siklag og Bet-Hammarkabot og Hasar-Susa
6 And Beth-lebaoth, and Sharuhen: thirteene cities with their villages.
og Bet-Lebaot og Saruhen - tretten byer med tilhørende landsbyer;
7 Ain, Remmon, and Ether, and Ashan: foure cities with their villages.
A'in, Rimmon og Eter og Asan - fire byer med tilhørende landsbyer,
8 And all the villages that were round about these cities, vnto Baalathbeer, and Ramath Southward: this is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families.
og alle de landsbyer som lå rundt omkring disse byer inntil Ba'alat-Be'er, Rama i sydlandet. Dette var den arvelodd som Simeons barns stamme fikk efter sine ætter.
9 Out of the portion of the children of Iudah came ye inheritance of the childre of Simeon: for the part of ye children of Iudah was too much for them: therefore the children of Simeon had their inheritance within their inheritance.
Av den del som blev tilmålt Judas barn, fikk Simeons barn sin arvelodd, for Judas barns del var for stor for dem; derfor fikk Simeons barn sin arvelodd inne i deres arvelodd.
10 Also the third lot arose for the children of Zebulun according to their families: and the coastes of their inheritance came to Sarid,
Det tredje lodd kom ut for Sebulons barn efter deres ætter; grensen for deres arvelodd gikk til Sarid.
11 And their border goeth vp Westwarde, euen to Maralah, and reacheth to Dabbasheth, and meeteth with the riuer that lyeth before Iokneam,

12 And turneth from Sarid Eastward towarde the sunne rising vnto the border of Chisloth-tabor, and goeth out to Daberath, and ascendeth to Iaphia,
Mot øst, mot solens opgang, bøide den sig fra Sarid bort til Kislot-Tabors enemerker og gikk frem til Haddaberat og op til Jafia.
13 And from thence goeth along Eastwarde towarde the sunne rising to Gittah-hepher to Ittah-kazin, and goeth foorth to Rimmon, and turneth to Neah.
Derfra gikk den mot øst, mot solens opgang, over til Gat-Hefer og Et-Kasin, og frem til Rimmon, som strekker sig bort til Hannea.
14 And this border compasseth it on ye North side to Hannathon, and the endes thereof are in the valley of Iiphtah-el,
Så svinget grensen omkring dette sted nordover til Hannaton og endte i Jiftah-El-dalen.
15 And Kattath, and Nahallal, and Shimron, and Idalah, and Beth-lehem: twelue cities with their villages.
Dessuten fikk de Kattat og Nahalal og Simron og Jidala og Betlehem, i alt tolv byer med tilhørende landsbyer.
16 This is the inheritance of the children of Zebulun according to their families: that is, these cities and their villages.
Dette var Sebulons barns arvelodd efter deres ætter, disse byer med tilhørende landsbyer.
17 The fourth lot came out to Issachar, euen for the children of Issachar according to their families.
For Issakar kom det fjerde lodd ut, for Issakars barn efter deres ætter.
18 And their coast was Izreelah, and Chesulloth, and Shunem,
I deres land lå Jisre'ela og Hakkesullot og Sunem
19 And Hapharaim, and Shion, and Anaharath,
og Hafara'im og Sion og Anaharat
20 And Harabbith, and Kishion, and Abez,
og Harabbit og Kisjon og Ebes
21 And Remeth, and En-gannim, and Enhaddah, and Beth-pazzez.
og Remet og En-Gannim og En-Hadda og Bet-Passes;
22 And this coast reacheth to Tabor, and Shahazimath, and Beth-shemesh, and the endes of their coast reach to Iorden: sixteene cities with their villages.
og grensen støtte til Tabor og Sahasuma og Bet-Semes, og den endte ved Jordan - seksten byer med tilhørende landsbyer.
23 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Issachar according to their families: that is, the cities, and their villages.

24 Also the fift lot came out for the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families.
Det femte lodd kom ut for Asers barns stamme efter deres ætter.
25 And their coast was Helcath, and Hali, and Beten, and Achshaph,
I deres land lå Helkat og Hali og Beten og Aksaf
26 And Alammelech, and Amad, and Misheal, and came to Carmel Westward, and to Shihor Libnath,
og Allammelek og Amad og Misal, og grensen støtte mot vest til Karmel og Sihor-Libnat.
27 And turneth towarde the sunne rising to Beth-dagon, and commeth to Zebulun, and to the valley of Iiphtah-el, toward the Northside of Beth-emek, and Neiel, and goeth out on the left side of Cabul,
Så vendte den sig østover til Bet-Dagon, støtte til Sebulon og Jiftah-El-dalen, nordenfor Bet-Haemek og Ne'iel, og gikk så frem til Kabul i nord.
28 And to Ebron, and Rehob, and Hammon, and Kanah, vnto great Zidon.
Dessuten fikk de Ebron og Rehob og Hammon og Kana, helt til det store Sidon.
29 Then the coast turneth to Ramah and to the strong citie of Zor, and this border turneth to Hosah, and the ends thereof are at the Sea from Hebel to Achzib,
Så vendte grensen sig mot Harama og holdt frem til den faste by Tyrus, vendte sig derefter mot Hosa og endte ute ved havet, ikke langt fra Aksib.
30 Vmmah also and Aphek, and Rehob: two and twentie cities with their villages.
Dessuten fikk de Umma og Afek og Rehob, i alt to og tyve byer med tilhørende landsbyer.
31 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families: that is, these cities and their villages.
Dette var den arvelodd som Asers barns stamme fikk efter sine ætter, disse byer med tilhørende landsbyer.
32 The sixt lot came out to the children of Naphtali, euen to the children of Naphtali according to their families.
For Naftalis barn kom det sjette lodd ut, for Naftalis barn efter deres ætter.
33 And their coast was from Heleph, and from Allon in Zaanannim, and Adaminekeb, and Iabneel, euen to Lakum, and the ends thereof are at Iorden.
Deres grense gikk fra Helef, fra eken ved Sa'anannim, om Adami-Hannekeb og Jabne'el frem til Lakkum og endte ved Jordan.
34 So this coast turneth Westwarde to Aznoth-tabor, and goeth out from thence to Hukkok, and reacheth to Zebulun on the Southside, and goeth to Asher on the Westside, and to Iudah by Iorden toward the sunne rising.
Så vendte grensen sig vestover til Asnot-Tabor og holdt frem til Hukkok og støtte i syd til Sebulon og i vest til Aser og i øst til Juda ved Jordan.
35 And the strong cities are Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath, and Cinneereth,
Av faste byer var der: Hassiddim, Ser og Hammat, Rakkat og Kinneret
36 And Adamah, and Ramah, and Hazor,
og Adama og Harama og Hasor
37 And Kedesh, and Edrei, and En-hazor,
og Kedes og Edre'i og En-Hasor
38 And Iron, and Migdal-el, Horem, and Beth-anah, and Beth-shemesh: nineteene cities with their villages.
og Jiron og Migdal-El, Horem og Bet-Anat og Bet-Semes, i alt nitten byer med tilhørende landsbyer.
39 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Naphtali according to their families: that is, the cities and their villages.
Dette var den arvelodd som Naftalis barns stamme fikk efter sine ætter, byene med tilhørende landsbyer.
40 The seuenth lot came out for the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families.
For Dans barns stamme efter deres ætter kom det syvende lodd ut.
41 And the coast of their inheritance was Zorah, and Eshtaol, and Ir-shemesh,
I det land de fikk til arvelodd, lå Sora og Estaol og Ir-Semes
42 And Shaalabbin, and Aiialon, and Ithlah,
og Sa'alabbin og Ajalon og Jitla
43 And Elon, and Temnathah, and Ekron,
og Elon og Timnata og Ekron
44 And Eltekeh, and Gibbethon, and Baalah,
og Elteke og Gibbeton og Ba'alat
45 And Iehud, and Bene-berak, and Gath-rimmon,
og Jehud og Bene-Berak og Gat-Rimmon
46 And Me-iarkon, and Rakkon, with the border that lieth before Iapho.

47 But the coastes of the children of Dan fell out too litle for them: therefore the children of Dan went vp to fight against Leshem, and tooke it, and smote it with the edge of the sworde, and possessed it, and dwelt therein, and called Leshem, Dan after the name of Dan their father.
Men Dans barns land blev for trangt for dem, og Dans barn drog op og førte krig mot Lesem; de inntok det og slo det med sverdets egg og tok det i eie og bodde der, og de kalte Lesem Dan efter sin stamfar Dan.
48 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the childre of Dan according to their families: that is, these cities and their villages.
Dette var den arvelodd som Dans barns stamme fikk efter sine ætter, disse byer med tilhørende landsbyer.
49 When they had made an ende of deuiding the lande by the coastes thereof, then the children of Israel gaue an inheritance vnto Ioshua the sonne of Nun among them.
Så var de da ferdig med å skifte ut landet efter dets grenser. Og Israels barn gav Josva, Nuns sønn, en arvelodd mellem sig;
50 According to the worde of the Lord they gaue him the citie which hee asked, euen Timnath-serah in mount Ephraim: and hee built the citie and dwelt therein.
efter Herrens befaling gav de ham den by han bad om, Timnat-Serah på Efra'im-fjellet, og han bygget op byen og bosatte sig der.
51 These are ye heritages which Eleazar the Priest, and Ioshua the sonne of Nun, and the chiefe fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel deuided by lot in Shiloh before the Lord at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation: so they made an ende of deuiding the countrey.
Dette var de arvelodder som Eleasar, presten, og Josva, Nuns sønn, og overhodene for familiene i Israels barns stammer skiftet ut ved loddkasting i Silo for Herrens åsyn, ved inngangen til sammenkomstens telt. Således var de ferdig med å skifte ut landet.
