Joshua 19
1 And the second lot came out to Simeon, euen for the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families: and their inheritance was in the middes of the inheritance of the children of Iudah.
POI la seconda sorte fu tratta per Simeone, per la tribù de' figliuoli di Simeone, secondo le lor nazioni; e la loro eredità fu per mezzo l'eredità dei figliuoli di Giuda.
2 Nowe they had in their inheritance, Beersheba, and Sheba, and Moladah,
Ed ebbero nella loro eredità Beer-seba, e Seba e Molada; e Hasar-sual,
3 And Hazur-shual, and Balah, and Azem,
e Bala, ed Esem; ed Eltolad, e Betul,
4 And Eltolad, and Bethul, and Hormah,
e Horma; e Siclag,
5 And Ziklag, and Beth-marcaboth, and Hazar-susah,
e Bet-marcabot, e Hasar-susa;
6 And Beth-lebaoth, and Sharuhen: thirteene cities with their villages.
e Bet-lebaot, e Saruhem; tredici città, con le lor villate;
7 Ain, Remmon, and Ether, and Ashan: foure cities with their villages.
[poi] Ain, e Rimmon, ed Eter, e Asan; quattro città, con le lor villate;
8 And all the villages that were round about these cities, vnto Baalathbeer, and Ramath Southward: this is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families.
e tutte le villate ch'[erano] d'intorno a queste città, fino a Baalat-beer, [che è] Rama meridionale. Questa [fu] l'eredità della tribù de' figliuoli di Simeone, secondo le lor nazioni.
9 Out of the portion of the children of Iudah came ye inheritance of the childre of Simeon: for the part of ye children of Iudah was too much for them: therefore the children of Simeon had their inheritance within their inheritance.
L'eredità de' figliuoli di Simeone [fu tolta] della parte de' figliuoli di Giuda; perciocchè la parte de' figliuoli di Giuda era troppo grande per loro; perciò i figliuoli di Simeone ebbero la loro eredità per mezzo l'eredità di essi.
10 Also the third lot arose for the children of Zebulun according to their families: and the coastes of their inheritance came to Sarid,
POI la terza sorte fu tratta per li figliuoli di Zabulon, secondo le lor nazioni; e il confine della loro eredità fu infino a Sarid.
11 And their border goeth vp Westwarde, euen to Maralah, and reacheth to Dabbasheth, and meeteth with the riuer that lyeth before Iokneam,
E il lor confine saliva verso il mare, fino a Mareala; e si scontrava in Dabbeset, e giungeva al torrente, che [è] dirincontro a Iocneam.
12 And turneth from Sarid Eastward towarde the sunne rising vnto the border of Chisloth-tabor, and goeth out to Daberath, and ascendeth to Iaphia,
E da Sarid si volgeva verso il Levante, a' confini di Chislot-tabor; e si stendeva verso Dabrat, e saliva in Iafia;
13 And from thence goeth along Eastwarde towarde the sunne rising to Gittah-hepher to Ittah-kazin, and goeth foorth to Rimmon, and turneth to Neah.
e di là passava verso il Levante in Ghitta-hefer, [e] Itta-casin; poi, girando verso Nea, si stendeva fino a Rimmon;
14 And this border compasseth it on ye North side to Hannathon, and the endes thereof are in the valley of Iiphtah-el,
poi quel confine si volgeva dal Settentrione verso Hannaton, e faceva capo alla valle d'Iftael;
15 And Kattath, and Nahallal, and Shimron, and Idalah, and Beth-lehem: twelue cities with their villages.
e [comprendeva] Cattat, e Nahalal, e Simron, e Ideala, e Betlehem; dodici città, con le lor villate.
16 This is the inheritance of the children of Zebulun according to their families: that is, these cities and their villages.
Questa [fu] l'eredità de' figliuoli di Zabulon, secondo le lor nazioni, [cioè: ] queste città, con le lor villate.
17 The fourth lot came out to Issachar, euen for the children of Issachar according to their families.
LA quarta sorte fu tratta per Issacar, per li figliuoli d'Issacar, secondo le lor nazioni.
18 And their coast was Izreelah, and Chesulloth, and Shunem,
E della lor contrada [fu] Izreel, e Chesullot, e Sunem;
19 And Hapharaim, and Shion, and Anaharath,
e Hafaraim, e Sion, e Anaharat;
20 And Harabbith, and Kishion, and Abez,
e Rabbit, e Chision, ed Ebes;
21 And Remeth, and En-gannim, and Enhaddah, and Beth-pazzez.
e Remet, ed Ed-gannim, ed En-hadda, e Bet-passes.
22 And this coast reacheth to Tabor, and Shahazimath, and Beth-shemesh, and the endes of their coast reach to Iorden: sixteene cities with their villages.
E il lor confine si scontrava in Tabor, e in Sahasim, e in Bet-semes; e faceva capo al Giordano: [e v'erano] sedici città, con le lor villate.
23 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Issachar according to their families: that is, the cities, and their villages.
Questa [fu] l'eredità della tribù de' figliuoli d'Issacar, secondo le lor nazioni, [cioè: ] queste città, con le lor villate.
24 Also the fift lot came out for the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families.
POI la quinta sorte fu tratta per la tribù de' figliuoli di Aser, secondo le lor nazioni.
25 And their coast was Helcath, and Hali, and Beten, and Achshaph,
E della lor contrada fu Helcat, e Hali, e Beten,
26 And Alammelech, and Amad, and Misheal, and came to Carmel Westward, and to Shihor Libnath,
e Acsaf; e Alammelec, e Amead, e Miseal; e il [lor confine] si scontrava in Carmel, verso il mare e in Sihor-libnat.
27 And turneth towarde the sunne rising to Beth-dagon, and commeth to Zebulun, and to the valley of Iiphtah-el, toward the Northside of Beth-emek, and Neiel, and goeth out on the left side of Cabul,
Poi ritornava verso il Levante in Bet-dagon, e si scontrava in Zabulon, e nella valle d'Iftael, verso il Settentrione, e [in] Bet-emec, e [in] Neiel, e faceva capo a Cabul, dalla [man] sinistra;
28 And to Ebron, and Rehob, and Hammon, and Kanah, vnto great Zidon.
e [comprendeva] Ebron, e Rehob, e Hammon, e Cana, fino a Sidon, la gran [città].
29 Then the coast turneth to Ramah and to the strong citie of Zor, and this border turneth to Hosah, and the ends thereof are at the Sea from Hebel to Achzib,
Poi questo confine si volgeva verso Rama infino a Tiro, città forte; e di là si rivolgeva verso Hosa, e faceva capo al mare, dalla costa di Aczib;
30 Vmmah also and Aphek, and Rehob: two and twentie cities with their villages.
e [comprendeva] Umma, e Afec, e Rehob; ventidue città, con le lor villate.
31 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families: that is, these cities and their villages.
Questa [fu] l'eredità della tribù de' figliuoli di Aser, secondo le lor nazioni, [cioè: ] queste città con le lor villate.
32 The sixt lot came out to the children of Naphtali, euen to the children of Naphtali according to their families.
LA sesta sorte fu tratta per li figliuoli di Neftali, secondo le lor nazioni.
33 And their coast was from Heleph, and from Allon in Zaanannim, and Adaminekeb, and Iabneel, euen to Lakum, and the ends thereof are at Iorden.
E il lor confine fu da Helef, [e] da Allon fino in Saanannim; e [da] Adaminecheb, e Iabneel, fino a Laccum; e faceva capo al Giordano.
34 So this coast turneth Westwarde to Aznoth-tabor, and goeth out from thence to Hukkok, and reacheth to Zebulun on the Southside, and goeth to Asher on the Westside, and to Iudah by Iorden toward the sunne rising.
E questo confine si volgeva dall'Occidente verso Asnot-tabor, e di là procedeva fino a Huccoc; e dal Mezzodì si scontrava in Zabulon, e dall'Occidente in Aser; e da Giuda il Giordano [era] dal Levante.
35 And the strong cities are Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath, and Cinneereth,
E le città forti [erano] Siddim, e Ser, e Hammat, e Raccat, e Chinneret; e Adama, e Rama, e Hasor;
36 And Adamah, and Ramah, and Hazor,
e Chedes, ed Edrei,
37 And Kedesh, and Edrei, and En-hazor,
ed En-hasor; e Ireon, e Migda-el,
38 And Iron, and Migdal-el, Horem, and Beth-anah, and Beth-shemesh: nineteene cities with their villages.
e Horem, e Bet-anat, e Bet-semes; diciannove città, con le lor villate.
39 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Naphtali according to their families: that is, the cities and their villages.
Questa [fu] l'eredità della tribù de' figliuoli di Neftali, secondo le lor nazioni, [cioè: ] queste città, con le lor villate.
40 The seuenth lot came out for the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families.
LA settima sorte fu tratta per la tribù de' figliuoli di Dan, secondo le lor nazioni.
41 And the coast of their inheritance was Zorah, and Eshtaol, and Ir-shemesh,
E della contrada della loro eredità fu Sorea, ed Estaol, e Irsemes;
42 And Shaalabbin, and Aiialon, and Ithlah,
e Saalabbim, e Aialon, e Itla; ed Elon,
43 And Elon, and Temnathah, and Ekron,
e Timnata, ed Ecron;
44 And Eltekeh, and Gibbethon, and Baalah,
ed Elteche, e Ghibbeton, e Baalat;
45 And Iehud, and Bene-berak, and Gath-rimmon,
e Iud, e Bene-berac, e Gat-rimmon;
46 And Me-iarkon, and Rakkon, with the border that lieth before Iapho.
e Meiarcon, e Raccon, con la contrada [che è] dirimpetto a Iafo.
47 But the coastes of the children of Dan fell out too litle for them: therefore the children of Dan went vp to fight against Leshem, and tooke it, and smote it with the edge of the sworde, and possessed it, and dwelt therein, and called Leshem, Dan after the name of Dan their father.
Ora, a' figliuoli di Dan scaddero i confini troppo piccoli per loro; e però salirono, e combatterono Lesem, e la presero, e la misero a fil di spada, e la possedettero, e abitarono in essa, e le posero nome Dan, del nome di Dan, lor padre.
48 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the childre of Dan according to their families: that is, these cities and their villages.
Questa [fu] l'eredità della tribù de' figliuoli di Dan, secondo le lor nazioni, [cioè: ] queste città, con le lor villate.
49 When they had made an ende of deuiding the lande by the coastes thereof, then the children of Israel gaue an inheritance vnto Ioshua the sonne of Nun among them.
ORA, dopo che i figliuoli d'Israele ebber finito di prender la possessione del paese, secondo i suoi confini, diedero eredità a Giosuè, figliuolo di Nun, per mezzo loro.
50 According to the worde of the Lord they gaue him the citie which hee asked, euen Timnath-serah in mount Ephraim: and hee built the citie and dwelt therein.
Secondo il comandamento del Signore, gli diedero la città ch'egli chiese, [cioè: ] Timnat-sera, nel monte di Efraim; ed egli riedificò la città, e abitò in essa.
51 These are ye heritages which Eleazar the Priest, and Ioshua the sonne of Nun, and the chiefe fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel deuided by lot in Shiloh before the Lord at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation: so they made an ende of deuiding the countrey.
Queste [sono] le eredità, le quali il Sacerdote Eleazaro, e Giosuè, figliuolo di Nun, e i capi delle [nazioni] paterne delle tribù de' figliuoli d'Israele, spartirono a sorte, in Silo, davanti al Signore, all'entrata del Tabernacolo della convenenza; e [così] finirono di spartire il paese.
