Joshua 13
1 Nowe when Ioshua was olde, and striken in yeeres, the Lord said vnto him, Thou art olde and growen in age, and there remaineth exceeding much land to be possessed:
Y siendo Josué, ya viejo, entrado en días, Jehová le dijo: Tú eres ya viejo, has venido en días, y queda aun muy mucha tierra por poseer.
2 This is the land that remaineth, all the regions of the Philistims, and all Geshuri,
La tierra que queda, es esta: todos los términos de los Filisteos y toda Gessuri,
3 From Nilus which is in Egypt, euen vnto the borders of Ekron Northward: this is counted of the Canaanites, euen fiue Lordships of the Philistims, the Azzithites, and the Ashdodites, the Eshkelonites, the Gittites, and the Ekronites, and the Auites:
Desde el Nilo que está delante de Egipto hasta el término de Accarón al norte, la cual es contada entre los Cananeos: cinco provincias son de los Filisteos: Gazeos, Azotios, Ascalonitas, Geteos, y Accaronitas, y los Heveos;
4 From the South, all the land of the Canaanites, and the caue that is beside the Sidonians, vnto Aphek, and to the borders of the Amorites:
Al mediodía, toda la tierra de los Cananeos: y Mehara, que es de los de Sidón, hasta Afecca, hasta el término del Amorreo.
5 And the land of the Giblites, and all Lebanon, toward the sunne rising from Bahal-gad vnder mount Hermon, vntil one come to Hamath.
Y la tierra de los Gibleos, y todo el Líbano hacia donde sale el sol, desde Baalgad a las raíces del monte de Hermón, hasta entrar en Emat.
6 All the inhabitants of the mountaines from Lebanon vnto Misrephothmaim, and all the Sidonians, I wil cast them out from before the children of Israel: only deuide thou it by lot vnto the Israelites, to inherite, as I haue commanded thee.
Todos los que habitan en las montañas desde el Líbano hasta las aguas calientes, todos los Sidonios, yo los desarraigaré delante de los hijos de Israel: solamente la partirás por suertes a los Israelitas por heredad, como yo te he mandado.
7 Nowe therefore deuide this lande to inherite, vnto the nine tribes, and to the halfe tribe of Manasseh.
Parte pues ahora tú esta tierra en heredad a las nueve tribus, y a la media tribu de Manasés.
8 For with halfe therof the Reubenites and the Gadites haue receiued their inheritance, which Moses gaue them beyond Iorden Eastward, euen as Moses the seruant of the Lord had giuen them,
Porque la otra media recibió su heredad con los Rubenitas y Gaditas: la cual les dio Moisés de la otra parte del Jordán al oriente, como se la dio Moisés siervo de Jehová;
9 From Aroer that is on the brinke of the riuer Arnon, and from the citie that is in the mids of the riuer, and all the plaine of Medeba vnto Dibon,
Desde Aroer, que está a la orilla del arroyo de Arnón, y la ciudad que está en medio del arroyo, y toda la campaña de Medaba hasta Dibón.
10 And all the cities of Sihon King of the Amorites, which reigned in Heshbon, vnto the borders of the children of Ammon,
Y todas las ciudades de Sejón rey de los Amorreos, el cual reinó en Jesebón, hasta los términos de los hijos de Ammón.
11 And Gilead, and the borders of the Geshurites and of the Maachathites, and all mount Hermon, with all Bashan vnto Salcah:
Y Galaad, y los términos de Gessuri y de Maacati, y todo el monte de Hermón, y toda la tierra de Basán hasta Saleca.
12 All the kingdome of Og in Bashan, which reigned in Ashtaroth and in Edrei: (who remained of the rest of the gyants) for these did Moses smite, and cast them out.
Todo el reino de Og en Basán, el cual reinó en Astarot y Edrai: el cual había quedado de la resta de los Rafeos, y Moisés los hirió, y echó de la tierra.
13 But the children of Israel expelled not the Geshurites nor the Maachathites: but the Geshurites and the Maachathites dwell among the Israelites euen vnto this day.
Mas a los de Gessuri y de Maacati no echaron los hijos de Israel, antes Gessur y Macat habitaron entre los Israelitas hasta hoy.
14 Onely vnto the tribe of Leui he gaue none inheritance, but the sacrifices of the Lord God of Israel are his inheritance, as he said vnto him.
Empero a la tribu de Leví no dio heredad: los sacrificios de Jehová Dios de Israel es su heredad, como él les había dicho.
15 Moses then gaue vnto the tribe of the children of Reuben inheritance, according to their families.
Mas Moisés dio a la tribu de los hijos de Rubén conforme a sus familias:
16 And their coast was from Aroer, that is on the brinke of the riuer Arnon, and from the citie that is in the middes of the riuer, and all the plaine which is by Medeba:
Y fue el término de ellos desde Aroer, que está a la orilla del arroyo de Arnón, y la ciudad, que está en medio del arroyo, y toda la campaña hasta Medaba.
17 Heshbon with all the cities thereof, that are in the plaine: Dibon and Bamoth-baal, and Bethbaal-meon:
Jesebón con todas sus villas, que están en la campaña, Dibón, y Bamot-baal, y Bet-baalmeón,
18 And Iahazah, and Kedemoth and Mephaath:
Y Jaza, y Kedemot, y Mefaat,
19 Kiriathaim also, and Sibmah, and Zerethshahar in the mount of Emek:
Y Cariataim, y Sabama, y Seratasar en el monte de Emec,
20 And Beth-peor, and Ashdoth-pisgah, and Beth-ieshimoth:
Y Bet-pehor, y Asedot-Fasga, y Bet-jesimot,
21 And all the cities of the plaine: and all the kingdome of Sihon King of the Amorites, which reigned in Heshbon, whome Moses smote with the Princes of Midian, Eui, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, the dukes of Sihon, dwelling in the countrey.
Y todas las ciudades de la campaña, y todo el reino de Sejón rey de los Amorreos, que reinó en Jesebón, al cual hirió Moisés, y a los príncipes de Madián, Hevi, Recem, y Sur, y Jur, y Rebe príncipes de Sejón, que habitaban en aquella tierra.
22 And Balaam the sonne of Beor the soothsayer did the children of Israel slay with the sword, among them that were slaine.
También mataron a cuchillo los hijos de Israel a Balaam adivino, hijo de Beor, con los demás que mataron.
23 And the border of the children of Reuben was Iorden with the coastes. This was the inheritance of the children of Reuben according to their families, with the cities and their villages.
Y fueron los términos de los hijos de Rubén el Jordán con su término. Esta fue la herencia de los hijos de Rubén conforme a sus familias, ciudades con sus villas.
24 Also Moses gaue inheritance vnto ye tribe of Gad, euen vnto the children of Gad according to their families.
Y dio Moisés a la tribu de Gad, a los hijos de Gad, conforme a sus familias.
25 And their coastes were Iazer, and all the cities of Gilead and halfe the lande of the children of Ammon vnto Aroer, which is before Rabbah:
Y el término de ellos fue Jazer, y todas las ciudades de Galaad, y la mitad de la tierra de los hijos de Ammón hasta Aroer, que está delante de Rabba.
26 And from Heshbon vnto Ramoth, Mizpeh, and Betonim: and from Mahanaim vnto the borders of Debir:
Y desde Jesebón hasta Ramot-maspe, y Betonim; y desde Mahanaim hasta el término de Dabir.
27 And in the valley Beth-aram, and Bethnimrah, and Succoth, and Zaphon, the rest of the kingdome of Sihon King of Heshbon, vnto Iorden and the borders euen vnto the Sea coast of Cinneereth, beyond Iorden Eastward.
Y la campaña de Bet-aram, y Bet-nemra, y Socot, y Safón, la resta del reino de Sejón rey en Jesebón, el Jordán y su término hasta el cabo de la mar de Ceneret de la otra parte del Jordán al oriente.
28 This is the inheritance of the children of Gad, after their families, with the cities, and their villages.
Esta es la herencia de los hijos de Gad, por sus familias, ciudades con sus villas.
29 Also Moses gaue inheritance vnto the halfe tribe of Manasseh: and this belonged to the halfe tribe of the children of Manasseh according to their families.
Y dio Moisés a la media tribu de Manasés, y fue de la media tribu de los hijos de Manasés, conforme a sus familias:
30 And their border was from Mahanaim, euen all Bashan, to wit, all the kingdome of Og King of Bashan, and all the townes of Iair which are in Bashan, threescore cities,
El término de ellos fue desde Mahanaim, toda Basán, todo el reino de Og rey de Basán, y todas las aldeas de Jair, que están en Basán, sesenta ciudades:
31 And halfe Gilead, and Ashtaroth, and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan, were giuen vnto the children of Machir the sonne of Manasseh, to halfe of the children of Machir after their families.
Y la mitad de Galaad, y Astarot, y Edrai ciudades del reino de Og en Basán, a los hijos de Maquir hijo de Manasés, a la mitad de los hijos de Maquir conforme a sus familias.
32 These are the heritages, which Moses did distribute in the plaine of Moab beyond Iorden, toward Iericho Eastward.
Esto es lo que Moisés repartió en heredad en las campañas de Moab de la otra parte del Jordán de Jericó al oriente.
33 But vnto the tribe of Leui Moses gaue none inheritance: for the Lord God of Israel is their inheritance, as he said vnto them.
Mas a la tribu de Leví no dio Moisés heredad: Jehová Dios de Israel es la heredad de ellos, como él les había dicho.
