Joshua 13
1 Nowe when Ioshua was olde, and striken in yeeres, the Lord said vnto him, Thou art olde and growen in age, and there remaineth exceeding much land to be possessed:
Nʼoge a, Joshua aghọọla agadi nwoke, Onyenwe anyị kpọrọ ya sị ya, “Ugbu a, ị ghọọla agadi, ụbọchị ọgwụgwụ ndụ gị abịala nso, ma ọtụtụ ala fọdụrụ ndị a ga-emeri.
2 This is the land that remaineth, all the regions of the Philistims, and all Geshuri,
“Ndị a bụ ala nke fọdụrụ unu ga-enweta: “ala ndị Filistia niile na ala ndị Geshua niile,
3 From Nilus which is in Egypt, euen vnto the borders of Ekron Northward: this is counted of the Canaanites, euen fiue Lordships of the Philistims, the Azzithites, and the Ashdodites, the Eshkelonites, the Gittites, and the Ekronites, and the Auites:
site nʼosimiri Shaịho dị nʼọnụ Ijipt ruo nʼoke ala Ekrọn, nʼakụkụ ugwu ya, nke a gụnyere ndị Kenan, na ndịisi ise ndị Filistia: ndị Gaza, ndị Ashdọd, ndị Ashkelọn, ndị Gat, na ndị Ekrọn; nakwa ala ndị Ava,
4 From the South, all the land of the Canaanites, and the caue that is beside the Sidonians, vnto Aphek, and to the borders of the Amorites:
site na ndịda ala ahụ niile dị nʼugwu; nʼala ndị Kenan, na Meara, nke bụ ala ndị Saịdọn, ruo nʼAfek, na oke ala ndị Amọrait;
5 And the land of the Giblites, and all Lebanon, toward the sunne rising from Bahal-gad vnder mount Hermon, vntil one come to Hamath.
na ala ndị Gebal niile; na Lebanọn niile ruo nʼọwụwa anyanwụ, site Baal-Gad nʼokpuru ugwu Hemon ruo na mbata Hamat.
6 All the inhabitants of the mountaines from Lebanon vnto Misrephothmaim, and all the Sidonians, I wil cast them out from before the children of Israel: only deuide thou it by lot vnto the Israelites, to inherite, as I haue commanded thee.
“Ndị niile bi nʼala ugwu site na Lebanọn ruo Mizrefot Maim, ya bụ, ndị Saịdọn niile, Mụ onwe m ga-achụpụ ha site nʼihu ụmụ Izrel. Ihe dịrị gị bụ ike ala ahụ ka ọ bụrụ ihe nketa nye ndị Izrel, dịka mụ onwe m nyere gị iwu.
7 Nowe therefore deuide this lande to inherite, vnto the nine tribes, and to the halfe tribe of Manasseh.
Ya mere, kere ebo itoolu, na ọkara Manase, ala ndị a niile, ka ọ bụrụ ihe nketa ha.”
8 For with halfe therof the Reubenites and the Gadites haue receiued their inheritance, which Moses gaue them beyond Iorden Eastward, euen as Moses the seruant of the Lord had giuen them,
Ọkara ebo Manase, na ebo Ruben, na Gad, enwetala ihe nketa ha nʼofe ọzọ nke Jọdan, nʼakụkụ ọwụwa anyanwụ, dịka Mosis onyeozi Onyenwe anyị nyere ha.
9 From Aroer that is on the brinke of the riuer Arnon, and from the citie that is in the mids of the riuer, and all the plaine of Medeba vnto Dibon,
Ala ha gbatịrị site nʼAroea nke dị na ndagwurugwu Anọn, na site nʼobodo dị nʼetiti ndagwurugwu ahụ, ruo nʼala dị larịị nke gbatịrị site na Medeba ruo Dibọn.
10 And all the cities of Sihon King of the Amorites, which reigned in Heshbon, vnto the borders of the children of Ammon,
Ọ gbatịkwara ruo nʼoke ala ndị Amọn, tinyere obodo niile nke Saịhọn, eze ndị Amọrait na-achị mgbe o bi na Heshbọn.
11 And Gilead, and the borders of the Geshurites and of the Maachathites, and all mount Hermon, with all Bashan vnto Salcah:
Ọ gụnyekwara Gilead, nʼoke ala ndị Geshua, na ndị Maaka, na ugwu Hemon niile, na Bashan niile, ruokwa Saleka.
12 All the kingdome of Og in Bashan, which reigned in Ashtaroth and in Edrei: (who remained of the rest of the gyants) for these did Moses smite, and cast them out.
Ya bụ, obodo niile nke Ọg eze ndị Bashan na-achị, mgbe isi alaeze ya dị nʼAshtarọt na Edrei. (Ọ bụ eze ikpeazụ nʼagbụrụ ndị Refaim.) Mosis busoro Saịhọn na Ọg agha, tigbuo ha, napụkwa ha ala ha.
13 But the children of Israel expelled not the Geshurites nor the Maachathites: but the Geshurites and the Maachathites dwell among the Israelites euen vnto this day.
Ma ndị Izrel achụpụghị ndị Geshua na ndị Maaka, ya mere, ha nọgidere na-ebi nʼetiti ụmụ Izrel ruo taa.
14 Onely vnto the tribe of Leui he gaue none inheritance, but the sacrifices of the Lord God of Israel are his inheritance, as he said vnto him.
O nweghị ala o kenyere ebo Livayị. Nʼihi na Onyenwe anyị kwere ha nkwa na ihe nketa ha ga-abụ ihe aja onyinye niile e si nʼọkụ na-ewetara Onyenwe anyị Chineke Izrel.
15 Moses then gaue vnto the tribe of the children of Reuben inheritance, according to their families.
Nke a bụ ala Mosis nyere ebo Ruben dịka agbụrụ ha si dị, ka ọ bụrụ ihe nketa ha.
16 And their coast was from Aroer, that is on the brinke of the riuer Arnon, and from the citie that is in the middes of the riuer, and all the plaine which is by Medeba:
Ala ha gbatịrị site nʼAroea, na ndagwurugwu iyi Anọn, sitekwa nʼobodo dị nʼetiti ndagwurugwu ahụ na ala dị larịị gabiga gafee Medeba,
17 Heshbon with all the cities thereof, that are in the plaine: Dibon and Bamoth-baal, and Bethbaal-meon:
ruo Heshbọn, na obodo ndị ọzọ dị nʼala larịị ahụ, tinyere obodo Dibọn, na Bamot Baal, na Bet-Baal-Meon,
18 And Iahazah, and Kedemoth and Mephaath:
na Jahaz, na Kedemot, na Mefaat,
19 Kiriathaim also, and Sibmah, and Zerethshahar in the mount of Emek:
na Kiriatem, na Sibma, na Zeret Shaha, nke dị nʼugwu nta dị na ndagwurugwu ahụ;
20 And Beth-peor, and Ashdoth-pisgah, and Beth-ieshimoth:
na Bet-Peoa, na Bet-Jeshimọt, nke dị nʼebe dị na mgbada ugwu Pisga;
21 And all the cities of the plaine: and all the kingdome of Sihon King of the Amorites, which reigned in Heshbon, whome Moses smote with the Princes of Midian, Eui, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, the dukes of Sihon, dwelling in the countrey.

22 And Balaam the sonne of Beor the soothsayer did the children of Israel slay with the sword, among them that were slaine.
Tinyere ndị ha gburu nʼọgbọ agha, ụmụ Izrel ji mma agha gbuo Belam nwa Beoa, onye na-agba aja.
23 And the border of the children of Reuben was Iorden with the coastes. This was the inheritance of the children of Reuben according to their families, with the cities and their villages.
Ya mere, oke ala ebo Ruben dị nʼọnụ mmiri osimiri Jọdan. Obodo ukwu na obodo nta ndị a bụ ihe ha nwetara dịka ihe nketa ha. Ezinaụlọ ọbụla nwetakwara oke nke ha dịka ikwu ha si dị.
24 Also Moses gaue inheritance vnto ye tribe of Gad, euen vnto the children of Gad according to their families.
Mosis nyekwara ebo Gad ala nke ha site nʼala ahụ ha lụgburu, dịka ikwu ha si dị.
25 And their coastes were Iazer, and all the cities of Gilead and halfe the lande of the children of Ammon vnto Aroer, which is before Rabbah:
Ndị a bụ ala ebo Gad nwetara: ala ahụ niile dị na Jeza, na obodo Gilead niile, na ọkara ala ndị Amọn nke ruru Areoa, nʼakụkụ Raba.
26 And from Heshbon vnto Ramoth, Mizpeh, and Betonim: and from Mahanaim vnto the borders of Debir:
Na ala sitere Heshbọn ruo Ramat Mizpa, na Betonim, na sitekwa Mahanaim ruo oke ala Debịa.
27 And in the valley Beth-aram, and Bethnimrah, and Succoth, and Zaphon, the rest of the kingdome of Sihon King of Heshbon, vnto Iorden and the borders euen vnto the Sea coast of Cinneereth, beyond Iorden Eastward.
Nʼime ndagwurugwu ala ha bụ Bet-Haram, na Bet-Nimra, na Sukọt, na Zafọn, na ala fọdụrụ nʼalaeze Saịhọn eze Heshbọn, nke dị nʼakụkụ ọwụwa anyanwụ osimiri Jọdan nʼoke ala ya ruokwa nsọtụ osimiri Galili.
28 This is the inheritance of the children of Gad, after their families, with the cities, and their villages.
Obodo ndị a na obodo nta ndị ọzọ bụ ihe nketa ụmụ Gad dịka agbụrụ ha si dị.
29 Also Moses gaue inheritance vnto the halfe tribe of Manasseh: and this belonged to the halfe tribe of the children of Manasseh according to their families.
Mosis nyekwara ikwu ọbụla dị nʼọkara ebo Manase ala nke ha, dịka mkpa ha si dị.
30 And their border was from Mahanaim, euen all Bashan, to wit, all the kingdome of Og King of Bashan, and all the townes of Iair which are in Bashan, threescore cities,
Ala ha ketara gbatịrị ruo Mahanaim. Ọ bụ ha nwekwa ala Bashan niile, na ala niile Ọg, eze Bashan, na-achị, tinyere iri obodo nta isii dị na Bashan, nke Jaịa wuru. Ha nwetakwara
31 And halfe Gilead, and Ashtaroth, and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan, were giuen vnto the children of Machir the sonne of Manasseh, to halfe of the children of Machir after their families.
ọkara Gilead, na Ashtarọt, na Edrei bụ isi obodo alaeze Ọg nʼime Bashan. Ala ndị a niile ka e nyere ọkara ebo Manase, ya bụ ikwu niile e nwere site nʼụmụ Makia, ọkpara Manase.
32 These are the heritages, which Moses did distribute in the plaine of Moab beyond Iorden, toward Iericho Eastward.
Ndị a bụ otu Mosis si keere ụmụ Izrel ala dị nʼakụkụ ọwụwa anyanwụ osimiri Jọdan, mgbe ụmụ Izrel mara ụlọ ikwu ha nʼobosara ala Moab, na ncherita ihu obodo Jeriko.
33 But vnto the tribe of Leui Moses gaue none inheritance: for the Lord God of Israel is their inheritance, as he said vnto them.
Ma Mosis enyeghị ebo Livayị ala ọbụla, nʼihi na ọ gwara ha na Onyenwe anyị, Chineke Izrel bụ ihe nketa ha nwere, dịka o kwere ha na nkwa.
