John 17
1 These things spake Iesus, and lift vp his eyes to heauen, and saide, Father, that houre is come: glorifie thy Sonne, that thy Sonne also may glorifie thee,
To Jēzus runāja un pacēla Savas acis uz debesīm un sacīja: “Tēvs, tā stunda ir nākusi; pagodini Savu Dēlu, lai arī Tavs Dēls Tevi pagodina.
2 As thou hast giuen him power ouer all flesh, that he shoulde giue eternall life to all them that thou hast giuen him. (aiōnios g166)
Itin kā Tu Viņam esi devis varu pār visu miesu, lai Viņš visiem tiem, ko Tu Viņam esi devis, dotu mūžīgu dzīvību. (aiōnios g166)
3 And this is life eternall, that they knowe thee to be the onely very God, and whom thou hast sent, Iesus Christ. (aiōnios g166)
Bet šī ir tā mūžīgā dzīvība, ka viņi Tevi atzīst, to vienīgo patieso Dievu, un To, ko Tu esi sūtījis, Jēzu Kristu. (aiōnios g166)
4 I haue glorified thee on the earth: I haue finished the worke which thou gauest me to doe.
Es Tevi esmu pagodinājis virs zemes, Es esmu padarījis to darbu, ko Tu Man esi devis, lai Es to daru.
5 And nowe glorifie me, thou Father, with thine owne selfe, with the glorie which I had with thee before the world was.
Un tagad pagodini Mani, Tu Tēvs, pie Sevis paša ar to godību, kas Man bija pie Tevis, pirms nekā pasaule bija.
6 I haue declared thy Name vnto the men which thou gauest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gauest them me, and they haue kept thy worde.
Es Tavu Vārdu esmu darījis zināmu tiem cilvēkiem, ko Tu Man no pasaules esi devis. Tie bija Tavi, un Tu Man tos esi devis, un tie Tavu vārdu ir turējuši.
7 Nowe they knowe that all things whatsoeuer thou hast giuen me, are of thee.
Un tagad tie ir atzinuši, ka viss, ko Tu Man esi devis, ir no Tevis.
8 For I haue giuen vnto them the wordes which thou gauest me, and they haue receiued them, and haue knowen surely that I came out from thee, and haue beleeued that thou hast sent me.
Jo tos vārdus, ko Tu Man esi devis, Es tiem esmu devis; un tie tos ir pieņēmuši un patiesi atzinuši, ka Es esmu izgājis no Tevis, un ir ticējuši, ka Tu Mani esi sūtījis.
9 I pray for them: I pray not for the worlde, but for them which thou hast giuen me: for they are thine.
Es lūdzu par tiem; Es nelūdzu par pasauli, bet par tiem, ko Tu Man esi devis, jo tie ir Tavi.
10 And al mine are thine, and thine are mine, and I am glorified in them.
Viss, kas Man pieder, tas Tev pieder; un kas Tev pieder, tas Man pieder; un Es esmu pagodināts iekš tiem.
11 And nowe am I no more in the world, but these are in the worlde, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keepe them in thy Name, euen them whome thou hast giuen mee, that they may bee one, as we are.
Un Es vairs neesmu pasaulē, bet šie ir pasaulē; un Es nāku pie Tevis. Svētais Tēvs, uzturi iekš Tava Vārda tos, ko Tu Man esi devis, lai tie ir viens, itin kā Mēs.
12 While I was with them in the worlde, I kept them in thy Name: those that thou gauest me, haue I kept, and none of them is lost, but the childe of perdition, that the Scripture might be fulfilled.
Kad Es biju pie tiem pasaulē, Es tos uzturēju Tavā Vārdā. Es esmu pasargājis tos, ko Tu Man esi devis, un neviens no tiem nav pazudis, kā tik tas pazušanas dēls, ka tas raksts taptu piepildīts.
13 And now come I to thee, and these things speake I in the worlde, that they might haue my ioy fulfilled in themselues.
Bet tagad Es nāku pie Tevis un to runāju iekš pasaules, lai Mans prieks ir pilnīgs iekš tiem.
14 I haue giuen them thy word, and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, as I am not of the world.
Es tiem Tavu Vārdu esmu devis, un pasaule tos ir ienīdējusi, tāpēc ka tie nav no pasaules, itin kā Es neesmu no pasaules.
15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou keepe them from euill.
Es nelūdzu, ka Tu tos atņemtu no pasaules, bet ka Tu tos pasargātu no tā ļaunā.
16 They are not of the worlde, as I am not of the world.
Tie nav no pasaules, tā kā Es neesmu no pasaules.
17 Sanctifie them with thy trueth: thy word is trueth.
Svētī tos iekš Tavas patiesības, Tavs Vārds ir patiesība.
18 As thou diddest send me into the world, so haue I sent them into the world.
Itin kā Tu Mani esi sūtījis pasaulē, tā Es arīdzan tos esmu sūtījis pasaulē.
19 And for their sakes sanctifie I my selfe, that they also may bee sanctified through the trueth.
Un Es pats svētījos par viņiem, ka arī viņi būtu svētīti iekš patiesības.
20 I praie not for these alone, but for them also which shall beleeue in mee, through their woorde,
Bet Es nelūdzu par šiem vien, bet arī par tiem, kas caur viņu vārdiem uz Mani ticēs.
21 That they all may bee one, as thou, O Father, art in me, and I in thee: euen that they may be also one in vs, that the worlde may beleeue that thou hast sent me.
Lai visi ir viens, itin kā Tu Tēvs iekš Manis un Es iekš Tevis, lai arī tie ir viens iekš Mums, lai pasaule tic, ka Tu Mani esi sūtījis.
22 And the glory that thou gauest me, I haue giuen them, that they may be one, as we are one,
Un Es to godību, ko Tu Man esi devis, tiem esmu devis, lai tie ir viens, itin kā Mēs esam viens,
23 I in them, and thou in mee, that they may be made perfect in one, and that the worlde may knowe that thou hast sent mee, and hast loued them, as thou hast loued me.
Es iekš tiem un Tu iekš Manis, ka tie ir pilnīgi viens, lai pasaule atzīst, ka Tu Mani esi sūtījis un tos mīlējis, itin kā Tu Mani esi mīlējis.
24 Father, I will that they which thou hast giuen me, be with me euen where I am, that they may beholde that my glorie, which thou hast giuen mee: for thou louedst me before the foundation of the world.
Tēvs, Es gribu, ka, kur Es esmu, arī tie ir pie Manis, ko Tu Man esi devis, lai tie redz Manu godību, ko Tu Man esi devis, jo Tu Mani esi mīlējis priekš pasaules iesākuma.
25 O righteous Father, the worlde also hath not knowen thee, but I haue knowen thee, and these haue knowen, that thou hast sent me.
Taisnais Tēvs, pasaule Tevi nav atzinusi, bet Es Tevi esmu atzinis, un šie ir atzinuši, ka Tu Mani esi sūtījis.
26 And I haue declared vnto the thy Name, and will declare it, that the loue wherewith thou hast loued me, may be in them, and I in them.
Un Es tiem Tavu Vārdu esmu darījis zināmu un darīšu zināmu, lai tā mīlestība, ar ko Tu Mani esi mīlējis, ir iekš tiem, un Es iekš tiem.”
