John 11
1 And a certaine man was sicke, named Lazarus of Bethania, the towne of Marie, and her sister Martha.
၁ညီအစ်မ မာရိ နှင့် မာသ တို့နေသော ဗေသနိ ရွာသား ၊ လာဇရု အမည်ရှိသော သူတစ် ယောက်သည် နာ လျက်နေလေ၏။
2 (And it was that Mary which anointed the Lord with oyntment, and wiped his feete with her heare, whose brother Lazarus was sicke.)
၂နာ လျက်နေသောလာဇရု ၏နှမမာရိ ကား၊ သခင် ဘုရားကို ဆီမွှေး နှင့်လိမ်း ၍ ခြေ တော်ကို မိမိ ဆံပင် နှင့် သုတ် သောမာရိဖြစ် သတည်း။
3 Therefore his sisters sent vnto him, saying, Lord, beholde, he whome thou louest, is sicke.
၃ညီအစ်မ တို့သည် အထံ တော်သို့ စေလွှတ် ၍ ၊ သခင် ၊ ကိုယ်တော်ချစ် တော်မူသောသူ သည် နာ လျက် နေပါသည်ဟုလျှောက် ကြ၏။
4 When Iesus heard it, he saide, This sickenes is not vnto death, but for the glorie of God, that the Sonne of God might be glorified thereby.
၄ထိုစကားကို ယေရှု သည် ကြား တော်မူလျှင် ၊ ထို အနာ သည် သေ နာမ ဟုတ်။ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ဘုန်း တော်ကို ထင်ရှားစေသောအနာဖြစ် ၏။ ထို အနာကြောင့် ဘုရားသခင် ၏သား တော်သည် ဘုန်း ထင်ရှားခြင်း ရှိလိမ့်မည် ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
5 Nowe Iesus loued Martha and her sister, and Lazarus.
၅ယေရှု သည် မာသ ကို၎င်း ။ သူ ၏ညီမ နှင့် လာဇရု ကို၎င်း ချစ် တော်မူ၏။
6 And after he had heard that he was sicke, yet abode hee two dayes still in the same place where he was.
၆လာဇရု နာ သည်ကိုကြား တော်မူလျှင် ၊ ကြွတော်မမူဘဲ ထိုအရပ် ၌ နှစ် ရက် နေ တော်မူ၏။
7 Then after that, said he to his disciples, Let vs goe into Iudea againe.
၇ထိုနောက် တပည့် တော်တို့အား၊ ယုဒ ပြည်သို့ တစ်ဖန် သွား ကြကုန်အံ့ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူလျှင်၊
8 The disciples saide vnto him, Master, the Iewes lately sought to stone thee, and doest thou goe thither againe?
၈တပည့် တော်တို့က၊ အရှင် ဘုရား၊ ယုဒ လူတို့သည်ယခုပင် ကိုယ်တော် ကိုခဲ နှင့်ပစ်ခြင်းငှာရှာကြံ လျက်ပင်ထို အရပ်သို့တစ်ဖန် ကြွ တော်မူဦးမည်လောဟု လျှောက် ကြ၏။
9 Iesus answered, Are there not twelue houres in the day? If a man walke in the day, hee stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world.
၉ယေရှု ကလည်း၊ တစ်နေ့ တွင်တဆယ့်နှစ် နာရီ ရှိ သည်မ ဟုတ်လော။ လူ သည်နေ့ အချိန်၌ သာ သွားလာ လျှင် ၊ နေရောင်အလင်း ကို မြင် ရသောကြောင့် ထိမိ ၍ မ လဲတတ်။
10 But if a man walke in the night, hee stumbleth, because there is no light in him.
၁၀ညဉ့် အချိန်၌ သွားလာလျှင် မူကား ၊ အလင်း မ ရှိ သောကြောင့် ထိမိ ၍လဲတတ်၏ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူပြီးမှ၊
11 These things spake he, and after, he said vnto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth: but I goe to wake him vp.
၁၁ငါ တို့အဆွေ လာဇရု သည် အိပ်ပျော် ၏။ သူ့ ကို နိုး ခြင်းအလိုငှာ ငါ သွားမည် ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
12 Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleepe, he shalbe safe.
၁၂တပည့် တော်တို့ကလည်း ၊ သခင် ၊ သူသည် အိပ်ပျော် လျှင် သက်သာ ရလိမ့်မည်ဟု လျှောက် ကြ၏။
13 Howbeit, Iesus spake of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of the naturall sleepe.
၁၃ယေရှု သည် လာဇရု သေ ကြောင်း ကိုမှတ်၍ မိန့် တော်မူသော်လည်း ၊ ပကတိ အိပ်ပျော် ကြောင်းကို မိန့် တော်မူသည်ဟု တပည့် တော်တို့သည် ထင်မှတ် ကြ၏။
14 Then saide Iesus vnto them plainely, Lazarus is dead.
၁၄ထိုကြောင့် ယေရှု က၊ လာဇရု သေ ပြီ။ သင်တို့သည် ယုံကြည် မည်အကြောင်း ၊
15 And I am glad for your sakes, that I was not there, that ye may beleeue: but let vs go vnto him.
၁၅ထို အရပ်၌ ငါမ ရှိ သည်ကိုထောက်၍ သင် တို့အတွက် ငါဝမ်းမြောက် ခြင်းရှိ၏။ သူ့ ဆီသို့ ငါတို့သွား ကြ ကုန်အံ့ ဟု အတည့်အလင်း မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
16 Then saide Thomas (which is called Didymus) vnto his felow disciples, Let vs also goe, that we may die with him.
၁၆ဒိဒုမု အမည် ရှိသောသောမ က၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့လည်း လိုက် ၍ သခင် နှင့်အတူ အသေခံ ကြကုန်အံ့ဟု တပည့် တော်ချင်းတို့အား ပြောဆို ၏။
17 Then came Iesus, and found that he had lien in the graue foure dayes alreadie.
၁၇ယေရှု သည် ရောက် တော်မူသောအခါ ၊ လာဇရု ကို သင်္ဂြိုဟ်၍ သင်္ချိုင်း တွင်း၌ လေး ရက် လွန် လေပြီ။
18 (Nowe Bethania was neere vnto Hierusalem, about fifteene furlongs off.)
၁၈ဗေသနိ ရွာသည် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့နှင့် တစ် တိုင်လောက် သာကွာဝေး သည်ဖြစ် ၍၊
19 And many of ye Iewes were come to Martha and Marie to comfort them for their brother.
၁၉မာသ နှင့် မာရိ တို့ ၏မောင် သေသောကြောင့် ၊ သူ တို့ကို နှစ်သိမ့် စေလိုသောငှာ ယုဒ လူများ တို့သည် လာ ကြ၏။
20 Then Martha, when shee heard that Iesus was comming, went to meete him: but Mary sate still in the house.
၂၀ယေရှု ကြွလာ တော်မူကြောင်း ကို မာသ သည်ကြား လျှင် ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ခရီးဦးကြိုပြု ခြင်းငှာသွား၏။
21 Then said Martha vnto Iesus, Lord, if thou hadst bene here, my brother had not bene dead.
၂၁မာရိ မူကား အိမ် ၌ ထိုင် လျက်နေရစ်၏။ မာသ က၊ သခင် ၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှိ တော်မူလျှင် ကျွန်မ ၏မောင် မ သေ ပါ။
22 But now I know also, that whatsoeuer thou askest of God, God will giue it thee.
၂၂ယခု သေလျက်ရှိသော်လည်း ကိုယ်တော် သည် ဘုရားသခင် ကို ဆုတောင်း တော်မူသမျှ အတိုင်း ဘုရားသခင် ပေး တော်မူမည်ကို ကျွန်မသိ ပါသည်ဟုလျှောက် ၏။
23 Iesus said vnto her, Thy brother shall rise againe.
၂၃ယေရှု ကလည်း၊ သင် ၏မောင် သည် ထမြောက် လိမ့်မည် ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
24 Martha said vnto him, I know that he shall rise againe in the resurrection at the last day.
၂၄မာသ ကလည်း၊ နောက်ဆုံး သောနေ့ တည်းဟူသောထမြောက် ရာကာလ၌ သူသည် ထမြောက် လိမ့်မည်ကို ကျွန်မသိ ပါသည်ဟု လျှောက် ၏။
25 Iesus saide vnto her, I am the resurrection and the life: he that beleeueth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he liue.
၂၅ယေရှု ကလည်း၊ ငါ သည် ထမြောက် ခြင်းအကြောင်း၊ အသက် ရှင်ခြင်းအကြောင်းဖြစ် ၏။ ငါ့ ကို ယုံကြည် သောသူ သည်သေ လွန်သော်လည်း ရှင် လိမ့်မည်။
၂၆ငါ့ ကိုယုံကြည် ၍ အသက် ရှင်သောသူရှိသမျှ တို့သည်လည်း သေ ခြင်းနှင့် အစဉ်မပြတ် ကင်းလွတ် လိမ့်မည်။ ငါ့စကားကိုယုံ သလော ဟု မေး တော်မူလျှင်၊ မာသက၊ ဟုတ် ပါ၏သခင် ။ (aiōn g165)
27 She said vnto him, Yea, Lord, I beleeue that thou art that Christ that Sonne of God, which should come into the world.
၂၇ကိုယ်တော် သည် ခရစ်တော် တည်းဟူသောဤလောက သို့ ကြွ တော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင် ၏သား တော် ဖြစ် တော်မူသည်ကို ကျွန်မ ယုံ ပါသည်ဟု လျှောက် ၏။
28 And when she had so saide, she went her way, and called Mary her sister secretly, saying, The Master is come, and calleth for thee.
၂၈ထိုသို့ လျှောက် ပြီးမှ မာသသည်သွား ၍ မိမိ ညီမ မာရိ အား၊ အရှင် ဘုရားရောက်လာ တော်မူပြီ။ သင့် ကို ခေါ် တော်မူသည်ဟု တိတ်ဆိတ် စွာခေါ် လေ၏။
29 And when she heard it, shee arose quickly, and came vnto him.
၂၉မာရိ သည် ထိုစကားကိုကြား လျှင် အလျှင်တဆော ထ ၍ အထံ တော်သို့ သွား လေ၏။
30 For Iesus was not yet come into the towne, but was in the place where Martha met him.
၃၀ထိုအခါ ယေရှု သည် ရွာ ထဲသို့ မ ဝင် သေး။ မာသ ခရီးဦးကြိုပြု သောအရပ် ၌ ရှိ တော်မူသတည်း။
31 The Iewes then which were with her in the house, and comforted her, when they sawe Marie, that she rose vp hastily, and went out, folowed her, saying, She goeth vnto the graue, to weepe there.
၃၁ထိုကြောင့် နှစ်သိမ့် သောစကားကိုပြောလျက် မာရိနှင့်အတူ အိမ် ၌ ရှိ သော ယုဒ လူတို့သည် မာရိ အလျင်တဆော ထ ၍ ထွက်သွား သည်ကိုမြင် ကြလျှင်၊ ငိုကြွေး ခြင်းငှာ သင်္ချိုင်း သို့ သွား ပြီဟုဆို၍ သူ့ နောက် သို့လိုက်ကြ၏။
32 Then when Mary was come where Iesus was, and sawe him, she fell downe at his feete, saying vnto him, Lord, if thou haddest bene here, my brother had not bene dead.
၃၂မာရိ သည် ယေရှု ရှိ တော်မူရာအရပ် သို့ရောက် ၍ ကိုယ်တော် ကိုမြင် လျှင် ခြေ တော်ရင်း၌ ပြပ်ဝပ် လျက်၊ သခင် ၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှိ တော်မူလျှင် ကျွန်မ ၏ မောင် မ သေ ပါဟုလျှောက် ၏။
33 When Iesus therefore saw her weepe, and the Iewes also weepe which came with her, hee groned in the spirit, and was troubled in himselfe,
၃၃မာရိ မှစ၍လိုက် လာသောယုဒ လူတို့သည် ငိုကြွေး သည်ကို ယေရှု သည်မြင် တော်မူသောအခါ ၊ အလွန် ညှိုးငယ် ခြင်း၊ စိတ် ပူပန် ခြင်းရှိ၍ ၊
34 And saide, Where haue ye layde him? They said vnto him, Lord, come and see.
၃၄အလောင်း ကို အဘယ်မှာ ထား ကြသနည်း ဟုမေး တော်မူလျှင်၊ သခင် ကြွ ၍ ကြည့် တော်မူပါဟု လျှောက် ကြ၏။
35 And Iesus wept.
၃၅ယေရှု သည်မျက်ရည် ကျတော်မူ၏။
36 Then saide the Iewes, Beholde, how he loued him.
၃၆ယုဒ လူတို့က၊ ကြည့် ပါ၊ လာဇရု ကို အလွန်ချစ် တော်မူပါသည်တကားဟု ဆို ကြ၏။
37 And some of them saide, Coulde not he, which opened the eyes of the blinde, haue made also, that this man should not haue died?
၃၇အချို့ တို့က၊ မျက်စိ ကန်းသောသူ ကို မြင် စေတော်မူသော ဤ သခင်သည်၊ လာဇရု ကို မ သေ စေခြင်းငှာ မ တတ်နိုင် လောဟုဆို ကြ၏။
38 Iesus therefore againe groned in himselfe, and came to the graue. And it was a caue, and a stone was layde vpon it.
၃၈တစ်ဖန် ယေရှု သည် အလွန်ညှိုးငယ် သောစိတ်နှင့် သင်္ချိုင်း တွင်းသို့ ရောက် တော်မူ၏။ ထို တွင်းသည် မြေတွင်း ဖြစ်၏။ ကျောက် နှင့်ပိတ် ထား၏။
39 Iesus saide, Take ye away the stone. Martha the sister of him that was dead, said vnto him, Lord, he stinketh alreadie: for he hath bene dead foure dayes.
၃၉ကျောက် ကိုရွှေ့ ကြလော့ ဟု ယေရှု သည်မိန့် တော်မူလျှင်၊ သေ လွန်သောသူ နှမ မာသ က၊ သခင် ၊ ယခု ဖြစ်လျှင်နံ လိမ့်မည်။ လေး ရက်ရှိပါပြီဟုလျှောက် ၏။
40 Iesus saide vnto her, Saide I not vnto thee, that if thou diddest beleeue, thou shouldest see the glorie of God?
၄၀ယေရှု ကလည်း၊ သင် သည်ယုံ လျှင် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ဘုန်း အာနုဘော်တော်ကို မြင် ရလိမ့်မည်၊ ငါပြော ပြီ မ ဟုတ်လော ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
41 Then they tooke away the stone from the place where the dead was layde. And Iesus lift vp his eyes, and saide, Father, I thanke thee, because thou hast heard me.
၄၁ထိုအခါ သေလွန်သောသူ၏သင်္ချိုင်းမှကျောက် ကိုရွှေ့ ကြ၏။ ယေရှု သည်လည်း အထက် သို့မျှော်ကြည့်လျက်၊ အဘ ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် စကားကို နားထောင် တော်မူသောကြောင့် ကျေးဇူး တော်ကြီးလှပါ၏။
42 I knowe that thou hearest me alwayes, but because of the people that stand by, I said it, that they may beleeue, that thou hast sent me.
၄၂ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် စကားကိုအစဉ်မပြတ် နားထောင် တော်မူသည်ကို အကျွန်ုပ် သိ ပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို စေလွှတ် တော်မူသည်ကို ဝန်းရံ လျက်ရှိသောဤလူ အပေါင်းတို့သည် ယုံကြည် စေခြင်းငှာ သူတို့၏အကျိုးကိုထောက်၍ ဤသို့အကျွန်ုပ်လျှောက် ပါ၏ ဟု မိန့်မြွတ် တော်မူပြီးမှ၊
43 As hee had spoken these things, hee cried with a loude voyce, Lazarus, come foorth.
၄၃လာဇရု ထွက် ၍လာ လော့ ဟု ကြီးစွာ သောအသံ နှင့် ဟစ်ခေါ် တော်မူ၏။
44 Then he that was dead, came forth, bound hande and foote with bandes, and his face was bound with a napkin. Iesus said vnto them, Loose him, and let him goe.
၄၄ထိုအခါသေ လွန်သောသူ သည် မိမိ ခြေ လက် ၌ပုဆိုး နံငယ်နှင့် ရစ်ပတ် လျက်၊ မျက်နှာ ကိုလည်း ပုဝါ နှင့် စည်း လျက်ထွက်လာ ၏။ ယေရှု ကလည်း၊ သူ့ ကိုဖြည် ၍ လွှတ် ကြလော့ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
45 Then many of the Iewes, which came to Mary, and had seene the thinges, which Iesus did, beleeued in him.
၄၅ထိုအခါ မာရိ ဆီသို့ လာ သော ယုဒ လူအများ တို့သည် ယေရှုပြု တော်မူသောအမှု ကိုမြင် လျှင် ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ယုံကြည် ကြ၏။
46 But some of them went their way to the Pharises, and told them what things Iesus had done.
၄၆အချို့ မူကား ၊ ဖာရိရှဲ တို့ထံသို့ သွား ၍ ယေရှု ပြု တော်မူသောအမှု ကို ကြားပြော ကြ၏။
47 Then gathered the hie Priests, and the Pharises a councill, and said, What shall we doe? For this man doeth many miracles.
၄၇ထိုအခါ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် အကြီးတို့နှင့် ဖာရိရှဲ များသည်လွှတ် အရာရှိတို့ကို စည်းဝေး စေပြီးလျှင်၊ ငါတို့ သည် အဘယ်သို့ ပြု လျက်နေကြသနည်း။ ထို သူ သည်များစွာ သော နိမိတ် လက္ခဏာကိုပြ ၏။
48 If we let him thus alone, all men will beleeue in him, and the Romanes will come and take away both our place, and the nation.
၄၈သူ့ ကိုဤသို့ စေလွတ် ထားလျှင် လူခပ်သိမ်း တို့သည် ယုံကြည် ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ရောမ လူတို့သည်လည်း လာ ၍ ငါ တို့အရပ် ဌာနကို၎င်း ၊ ငါတို့အမျိုး ကို၎င်း သုတ်သင် ပယ်ရှင်းကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု ပြောဆို ကြ၏။
49 Then one of them named Caiaphas, which was the hie Priest that same yere, said vnto them, Ye perceiue nothing at all,
၄၉ထိုသူ တို့အဝင် ။ ထို နှစ် တွင် ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် မင်းဖြစ် သော ကယာဖ အမည်ရှိသောသူ က၊ သင် တို့အလျှင်း မ သိ ကြ။
50 Nor yet doe you consider that it is expedient for vs, that one man die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not.
၅၀ယုဒလူမျိုး အကုန်အစင် ပျက်စီး သည်ထက်၊ လူ တစ် ယောက်သည် လူ များတို့အတွက် သေ သော်သာ၍ကောင်း သည်ကို သင် တို့သည် မ ဆင်ခြင် ပါတကားဟုပြောဆို ၏။
51 This spake hee not of himselfe: but being hie Priest that same yere, he prophecied that Iesus should die for that nation:
၅၁ထို စကားကို ကိုယ်အလိုအလျောက် ပြောဆို သည်မ ဟုတ်။ ထို နှစ် တွင် ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် မင်းဖြစ် လျက်၊ ယေရှု သည် ထိုအမျိုး အတွက် သေ ရမည်ဟူ၍၎င်း ၊
52 And not for that nation onely, but that he shoulde gather together in one the children of God, which were scattered.
၅၂ထိုအမျိုး အတွက် သာမက အရပ်ရပ်တို့၌ ကွဲပြား လျက်ရှိသော ဘုရားသခင် ၏သား များကို အတူစုဝေး စေခြင်းငှာ သေရမည်ဟူ၍၎င်း၊ ပရောဖက်ဥာဏ်နှင့်ဟောပြော ၏။
53 Then from that day foorth they consulted together, to put him to death.
၅၃ထို နေ့ မှစ၍ ကိုယ်တော် ၏အသက်ကိုသတ် ခြင်းငှာ တိုင်ပင် ကြံစည်ကြ၏။
54 Iesus therefore walked no more openly among the Iewes, but went thence vnto a countrey neere to the wildernes, into a citie called Ephraim, and there continued with his disciples.
၅၄ထိုကြောင့် ၊ ယေရှု သည် နောက်တဖန်ယုဒ လူတို့တွင် ထင်ရှား စွာ မ လှည့်လည် ဘဲ၊ ထိုအရပ် မှထွက် ၍ တော နှင့်အနီး ဧဖရိမ် အမည် ရှိသောမြို့ သို့ ကြွ၍ တပည့် တော်တို့နှင့်အတူ နေ တော်မူ၏။
55 And the Iewes Passeouer was at hande, and many went out of the countrey vp to Hierusalem before the Passeouer, to purifie themselues.
၅၅ယုဒ ပသခါ ပွဲခံခါနီး တွင် လူ များတို့သည်မိမိ တို့ကိုသန့်ရှင်း စေခြင်းငှာ ပွဲ မ ခံမှီအရပ်ရပ် တို့မှ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သို့ လာ ကြ၏။
56 Then sought they for Iesus, and spake among themselues, as they stoode in the Temple, What thinke ye, that he cometh not to the feast?
၅၆ထိုသူတို့သည် ယေရှု ကိုရှာဖွေ ၍ ၊ အချင်း တို့အဘယ်သို့ ထင် ကြသနည်း။ သူသည်ပွဲ သို့ မ လာ သလောဟု ဗိမာန် တော်၌ ရပ် လျက် အချင်းချင်း မေးမြန်း ကြ၏။
57 Now both the high Priestes and the Pharises had giuen a commandement, that if any man knew where he were, he should shew it, that they might take him.
၅၇ထိုအခါ အဘယ်သူ သည် ယေရှုရှိ ရာအရပ် သို့ သူ့ ကိုဘမ်းဆီး စေခြင်းငှာ ပြညွှန် ရမည်ဟု ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် အကြီးတို့နှင့် ဖာရိရှဲ တို့သည်မှာခဲ့ ကြပြီ။
