Job 26

1 Bvt Iob answered, and sayde,

Kisha Ayubu akajibu na kusema,

2 Whom helpest thou? him that hath no power? sauest thou the arme that hath no strength?

“Mmemsaidiaje aliyedhaifu!

3 Whome counsellest thou? him that hath no wisedome? thou shewest right well as the thing is.

Jinsi gani mmemshauri asiye na hekima na kutamka maneno yenye maarifa kwake!

4 To whom doest thou declare these words? or whose spirit commeth out of thee?

Kwa msaada wa nani mmesema maneno haya? Ni roho ya nani iliyotoka ndani yenu?

5 The dead things are formed vnder the waters, and neere vnto them.

Maiti inatetemeka chini ya maji, na vyote wilivyomo ndani yake.

6 The graue is naked before him, and there is no couering for destruction. (Sheol h7585)

Kuzimu kuko wazi mbele ya Mungu; uharibifu hauna kizuizi dhidi yake. (Sheol h7585)

7 He stretcheth out the North ouer the emptie place, and hangeth the earth vpon nothing.

Huitandaza kaskazi juu ya nafasi wazi na kuining'iniza dunia hewani.

8 He bindeth the waters in his cloudes, and the cloude is not broken vnder them.

Huyafunga maji katika mawingu yake mazito, lakini hayagawanyiki chini yake.

9 He holdeth backe the face of his throne: and spreadeth his cloude vpon it.

Huufunika uso wa mwezi na kueneza mawingu yake juu yake.

10 He hath set bounds about the waters, vntil the day and night come to an ende.

Amechora ukingo wa duara juu ya maji kama mpaka kati ya nuru na giza.

11 The pillars of heauen tremble and quake at his reproofe.

Nguzo za mbinguni zinatikisika na zimestushwa na kukemea kwake.

12 The sea is calme by his power, and by his vnderstanding he smiteth the pride thereof.

Aliituliza bahari kwa uwezo wake; kwa ufahamu wake alimwaribu Rahab

13 His Spirite hath garnished the heauens, and his hand hath formed the crooked serpent.

Kwa pumzi yake, aliziondoa mbingu kwa dhorubu; mbingu ziliondolewa kwa dhorubu; mkono wake ulimchoma nyoka anayekimbia.

14 Loe, these are part of his wayes: but how litle a portion heare we of him? and who can vnderstand his fearefull power?

Tazama, hizi si zaidi ya madogo ya njia zake; Jinsi gani tunasikia akitunong'oneza! Ni nani awezaye kufahamu uwezo wake.
