Job 26
1 Bvt Iob answered, and sayde,
१तब अय्यूब ने कहा,
2 Whom helpest thou? him that hath no power? sauest thou the arme that hath no strength?
२“निर्बल जन की तूने क्या ही बड़ी सहायता की, और जिसकी बाँह में सामर्थ्य नहीं, उसको तूने कैसे सम्भाला है?
3 Whome counsellest thou? him that hath no wisedome? thou shewest right well as the thing is.
३निर्बुद्धि मनुष्य को तूने क्या ही अच्छी सम्मति दी, और अपनी खरी बुद्धि कैसी भली भाँति प्रगट की है?
4 To whom doest thou declare these words? or whose spirit commeth out of thee?
४तूने किसके हित के लिये बातें कही? और किसके मन की बातें तेरे मुँह से निकलीं?”
5 The dead things are formed vnder the waters, and neere vnto them.
५“बहुत दिन के मरे हुए लोग भी जलनिधि और उसके निवासियों के तले तड़पते हैं।
६अधोलोक उसके सामने उघड़ा रहता है, और विनाश का स्थान ढँप नहीं सकता। (Sheol h7585)
7 He stretcheth out the North ouer the emptie place, and hangeth the earth vpon nothing.
७वह उत्तर दिशा को निराधार फैलाए रहता है, और बिना टेक पृथ्वी को लटकाए रखता है।
8 He bindeth the waters in his cloudes, and the cloude is not broken vnder them.
८वह जल को अपनी काली घटाओं में बाँध रखता, और बादल उसके बोझ से नहीं फटता।
9 He holdeth backe the face of his throne: and spreadeth his cloude vpon it.
९वह अपने सिंहासन के सामने बादल फैलाकर चाँद को छिपाए रखता है।
10 He hath set bounds about the waters, vntil the day and night come to an ende.
१०उजियाले और अंधियारे के बीच जहाँ सीमा बंधी है, वहाँ तक उसने जलनिधि का सीमा ठहरा रखी है।
11 The pillars of heauen tremble and quake at his reproofe.
११उसकी घुड़की से आकाश के खम्भे थरथराते और चकित होते हैं।
12 The sea is calme by his power, and by his vnderstanding he smiteth the pride thereof.
१२वह अपने बल से समुद्र को शान्त, और अपनी बुद्धि से रहब को छेद देता है।
13 His Spirite hath garnished the heauens, and his hand hath formed the crooked serpent.
१३उसकी आत्मा से आकाशमण्डल स्वच्छ हो जाता है, वह अपने हाथ से वेग से भागनेवाले नाग को मार देता है।
14 Loe, these are part of his wayes: but how litle a portion heare we of him? and who can vnderstand his fearefull power?
१४देखो, ये तो उसकी गति के किनारे ही हैं; और उसकी आहट फुसफुसाहट ही सी तो सुन पड़ती है, फिर उसके पराक्रम के गरजने का भेद कौन समझ सकता है?”
