< Job 18 >

1 Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,
Eka Bildad ja-Shua nodwoko niya:
2 When will yee make an ende of your words? cause vs to vnderstande, and then wee will speake.
“Ibiro weyo weche miwachogi karangʼo? Bed ngʼama odimbore eka wawuo.
3 Wherefore are wee counted as beastes, and are vile in your sight?
Angʼo momiyo ikawowa ka dhok kendo wachalo joma ofuwo e nyimi?
4 Thou art as one that teareth his soule in his anger. Shall the earth bee forsaken for thy sake? or the rocke remoued out of his place?
Mirima ma in-gono biro hinyi mana in iwuon, iparo ni piny biro rumo nikech in? Koso nyaka gol lwendni kuonde magintie?
5 Yea, the light of the wicked shalbe quenched, and the sparke of his fire shall not shine.
“Tach joma timbegi richo osenegi; kendo mae oseweyo liel.
6 The light shalbe darke in his dwelling, and his candle shalbe put out with him.
Ler manie hembe oselokore mudho; kendo taya manie bathe osetho.
7 The steps of his strength shalbe restrained, and his owne counsell shall cast him downe.
Chon nowuotho motegno, to tinde oywayo wuoth, riekone owuon ema omiyo opodho.
8 For hee is taken in the net by his feete, and he walketh vpon the snares.
Tiendene osetere ei gogo kendo koro orundore e iye.
9 The grenne shall take him by the heele, and the theefe shall come vpon him.
Obadho osemako ombongʼne; kendo oride matek ma ok onyal bwodho.
10 A snare is layed for him in the ground, and a trappe for him in the way.
Ochike gi otegu mopandi ei lowo kendo oket ne obadho e yo moluwo.
11 Fearefulnesse shall make him afrayde on euery side, and shall driue him to his feete.
Masiche onure koni gi koni kendo okete ka gi ka.
12 His strength shalbe famine: and destruction shalbe readie at his side.
Midhiero oikore mar chame kendo chandruok okichore mar muonye sa ma opodho.
13 It shall deuoure the inner partes of his skinne, and the first borne of death shall deuoure his strength.
Tuo marach omako dende duto, kendo miyo bedene kod tiendene kethore.
14 His hope shalbe rooted out of his dwelling, and shall cause him to go to the King of feare.
Oseywae oko mogole e hembe kama ne odakie gi kwe, motere nyaka e nyim ruodh chandruok.
15 Feare shall dwell in his house (because it is not his) and brimstone shalbe scattered vpon his habitation.
Gimoro amora mane entierego koro onge e hembe; nikech mach mager osewangʼo kar dakne.
16 His rootes shalbe dryed vp beneath, and aboue shall his branche be cut downe.
Jarichono chalo gi yath ma tiendene otwo ei lowo, kendo bedene oner.
17 His remembrance shall perish from the earth, and he shall haue no name in the streete.
Humbe rumo e piny; kendo onge ngʼama nochak opare.
18 They shall driue him out of the light vnto darkenesse, and chase him out of the world.
Oriembe ogole e ler mi otere e mudho, kendo humbe orumo e piny.
19 Hee shall neither haue sonne nor nephewe among his people, nor any posteritie in his dwellings.
Oonge gi nyithinde kata nyikwaye e dier ogandane, kata ngʼama nodongʼ kama yande odakie.
20 The posteritie shalbe astonied at his day, and feare shall come vpon the ancient.
Ka joma nodak yo podho chiengʼ nowinjo gima notimoreno luoro nomakogi, to joma odak yo wuok chiengʼ, kihondko nogoyo.
21 Surely such are the habitations of the wicked, and this is the place of him that knoweth not God.
Chutho mago e gik matimore ne joma timbegi richo mokia Nyasaye.”
