Job 10
1 My soule is cut off though I liue: I wil leaue my complaint vpon my selfe, and wil speake in the bitternesse of my soule.
म आफ्नो जीवनदेखि थाकित छु । म आफ्नो गुनासो स्वतन्त्र भएर पोखाउनेछु । म आफ्नो प्राणको तिक्ततामा बोल्नेछु ।
2 I will say vnto God, Condemne mee not: shew me, wherefore thou contendest with mee.
म परमेश्वरलाई भन्नेछु, 'मलाई दोषी ठहराउने काम मात्र नगर्नुहोस् । तपाईंले मलाई किन दोष लगाउनुहुन्छ सो देखाउनुहोस् ।
3 Thinkest thou it good to oppresse me, and to cast off the labour of thine handes, and to fauour the counsel of the wicked?
आफ्ना हातको कामलाई तुच्छ ठान्नलाई, तपाईंले मेरो थिचोमिचो गर्नु असल हो र, जब कि दुष्टहरूका योजनाहरूमा तपाईं मुस्काउनुहुन्छ?
4 Hast thou carnall eyes? or doest thou see as man seeth?
के तपाईंका मासुका आँखा छन्? के मानिसले झैं तपाईं देख्नुहुन्छ?
5 Are thy dayes as mans dayes? or thy yeres, as the time of man,
के तपाईंका दिनहरू मानव-जातिका दिनझैं, वा तपाईंका वर्ष मानिसका वर्षझैं छन्,
6 That thou inquirest of mine iniquitie, and searchest out my sinne?
तपाईंले मेरो अधर्मको जाँचबूझ गर्नुहुन्छ, र मेरो पाप खोज्न गर्नुहुन्छ,
7 Thou knowest that I can not do wickedly: for none can deliuer me out of thine hand.
म दोषी छैनँ भनी तपाईं जान्नुहुन्छ, र कोही पनि छैन जसले मलाई तपाईंको हातबाट बचाउन सक्छ?
8 Thine handes haue made me, and fashioned mee wholy rounde about, and wilt thou destroy me?
तपाईंकै हातले सबैतिरबाट मलाई आकार दिएर, एकसाथ बनाए, तापनि तपाईंले मलाई नष्ट पार्दै हुनुहुन्छ ।
9 Remember, I pray thee, that thou hast made me as the clay, and wilt thou bring me into dust againe?
म बिन्ती गर्छु, माटोलाई आकार दिएझैं तपाईंले मलाई बनाउनुभएको कुरा सम्झनुहोस् । के तपाईंले मलाई फेरि धूलोमा नै पुर्याउनुहुन्छ?
10 Hast thou not powred me out as milke? and turned me to cruds like cheese?
के तपाईंले मलाई दूधझैं खन्याउनुभएको छैन, अनि पनीरझैं जमाउनुभएको छैन?
11 Thou hast clothed me with skin and flesh, and ioyned me together with bones and sinewes.
तपाईंले मलाई छाला र मासुले ढाक्नुभएको छ, अनि हड्डी र नसाहरूले एकसाथ गाँस्नुभएको छ ।
12 Thou hast giuen me life, and grace: and thy visitation hath preserued my spirit.
तपाईंले मलाई जीवन र करारको विश्वस्तता दिनुभएको छ । तपाईंको मदतले मेरो आत्माको रक्षा भएको छ ।
13 Though thou hast hid these things in thine heart, yet I knowe that it is so with thee.
तापनि यी कुरा तपाईंले आफ्नै हृदयमा लुकाउनुभयो । तपाईंले यस्तो सोच्दै हुनुहुन्थ्यो भनी म जान्दछुः
14 If I haue sinned, then thou wilt streightly looke vnto me, and wilt not holde mee giltlesse of mine iniquitie.
मैले पाप गरें भने तपाईंले त्यो ख्याल गर्नुहुन्छ । तपाईंले मलाई मेरो अधर्मबाट छोड्नुहुन्न ।
15 If I haue done wickedly, wo vnto me: if I haue done righteously, I will not lift vp mine head, being full of confusion, because I see mine affliction.
मैले दुष्टतासाथ काम गरेको भए, मलाई धिक्कार छ! र मैले धार्मिकतासाथ काम गरे पनि, मैले आफ्नो शिर ठाडो पार्न सकिनँ, किनकि म अपमानले भरिएको छु— मेरो कष्ट हेर्नुहोस् ।
16 But let it increase: hunt thou me as a lyon: returne and shew thy selfe marueilous vpon me.
मेरो शिर ठाडो पारिएको भए, सिंहले झैं तपाईंले मलाई सिकार बनाउनुहुन्थ्यो । अनि तपाईंले फेरि पनि मेरो विरुद्धमा शक्तिका आश्चर्यपूर्ण कामहरूले आफूलाई देखाउनुहुन्थ्यो ।
17 Thou renuest thy plagues against me, and thou increasest thy wrath against me: changes and armies of sorowes are against me.
तपाईंले मेरो विरुद्धमा नयाँ साक्षीहरू ल्याउनुहुन्छ, र मेरो विरुद्धमा आफ्नो रिस बढाउनुहुन्छ । तपाईंले मलाई नयाँ फौजले आक्रमण गर्नुहुन्छ ।
18 Wherfore then hast thou brought me out of the wombe? Oh that I had perished, and that none eye had seene me!
त्यसो भए, तपाईंले मलाई किन गर्भबाट बाहिर ल्याउनुभएको छ? मैले आफ्नो आत्मा त्यागेको भए, अनि कसैले कहिल्यै मलाई नदेखेको भए हुन्थ्यो ।
19 And that I were as I had not bene, but brought from the wombe to the graue!
म कहिल्यै अस्तित्वमा नभएजस्तो हुन्थें । म गर्भबाट नै चिहानमा लगिन्थें ।
20 Are not my dayes fewe? let him cease, and leaue off from me, that I may take a litle comfort,
के मेरा दिनहरू थोरै मात्र छैनन् र? त्यसो भए, रोक्नुहोस्, मलाई नसताउनुहोस् जसले गर्दा केही क्षण म आराम गर्न सकूँ,
21 Before I goe and shall not returne, euen to the land of darkenesse and shadow of death:
जहाँबाट म कहिलै फर्कन्न त्यहाँ जानुअगि, अन्धकारको देश र मृत्युको छायामा,
22 Into a land, I say, darke as darknes it selfe, and into the shadow of death, where is none order, but the light is there as darkenesse.
मध्यरात जस्तै अँध्यारो देशमा, कुनै नियमबिनाको, मृत्युको छायाको देशमा, जहाँ उज्यालो नै मध्यरातजस्तो हुन्छ ।’”
